About Our Clients
Our client is a direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand in the home-care industry. The company operates on a subscription-led business model and leverages performance marketing, creator content, and user-generated content (UGC) to drive customer acquisition. They are looking for a Head of Retention to strengthen their subscription business, improve customer retention, reduce churn, and maximize customer lifetime value.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute retention strategies to reduce subscriber churn, improve subscription renewal rates, and increase customer lifetime value.
Analyze subscription performance and customer behavior to identify retention opportunities, cancellation trends, and revenue growth potential.
Develop and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns across email and SMS to support subscriber onboarding, engagement, renewal, and reactivation.
Design and implement strategies to recover at-risk subscribers and reactivate former customers.

Strong understanding of subscription business models, subscriber lifecycle management, churn reduction, and recurring revenue growth.

About the Role
We're hiring an Ops & Marketing Project Manager to be the organization backbone of a small, fast-moving team. Plans get made in Slack, work gets briefed in Notion, and the gap between those two is where things quietly die. You're the person who closes that gap.
This role sits primarily on the operations side of our home fragrance brand. You'll own wholesale operations end to end, and you'll be the one keeping product development, inventory, and production moving: chasing suppliers, holding timelines, building the project boards, and making sure nothing sits waiting on an answer nobody asked for.
You'll also own the marketing calendar and the project flow behind it. Our marketing team moves fast across website, paid, email, and creator work, and it needs someone who makes sure that once something is decided it has an owner, a date, a dependency map, and someone chasing it. You're not deciding what we launch. You're the person who knows the status of everything, without being asked.
We're an AI-forward company, and this is an AI-forward role. Claude is part of how this team works every day, not a side experiment. We expect you to build your systems, SOPs, trackers, and reporting with AI in the loop, and to keep finding the places where it takes busywork off your plate and off the plates of the people around you. You don't need a technical background. You do need real curiosity and the willingness to make it part of how you work.
What You'll Do
Own wholesale day to day: processing orders, charging payments, creating shipments and inbounds, and the customer service that comes with it
Create 3PL orders for suppliers, samples, and anything else needed
Write the SOPs as you go, so the function can be handed to a dedicated coordinator over time. Designing your own replacement here is part of the job, not a threat to it
Product Development, Inventory, and Production
Supplier follow-up, cost comparisons, timelines, and project boards across new products and packaging
Stay closely on top of production status and timelines, and flag slippage early enough that we can do something about it
Support inventory operations and learn the fundamentals of production from the team, with room to take on more here over time
The Marketing Calendar
Own a single calendar across brands and channels: website, paid creative, email and SMS, creator and UGC, promotions, and product launches
Hold the dates. Work backwards from the launch date rather than forwards from today, so creative, approvals, and builds land in the right order
Turn strategy into briefed work. When a plan arrives as ten line items with five names attached, you break it into owned tasks with real dates and confirm who has what
Catch collisions before they cost a day: duplicate briefs, two designers on the same asset, work blocked on an approval nobody requested
Run the weekly cadence. What shipped, what slipped and why, and what's at risk next week, published without being asked for it
Systems, Notion, and AI
Own Notion as the system of record for these areas: structure, templates, status hygiene, and getting people to actually use it
Build real systems where only informal structure exists today, then keep them alive. A board nobody updates is worse than no board
Use AI to build and run those systems, from drafting SOPs and briefs to pulling together reporting and tracking what's outstanding
Keep creator and partnership records, contracts, and payments accurate and moving, in step with finance and the partnerships team
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Exceptional organization. This is the single most important quality for this role
3+ years managing multiple concurrent projects across teams
Operations experience in e-commerce, consumer brands, wholesale, or supply chain
Direct marketing experience, ideally owning or running a marketing calendar across channels
You already use AI seriously in your own work, and you can show us how. We care more about how you think with it than which tools you've touched
Hands-on Notion experience. You've built databases and views that other people relied on, not just filled in someone else's
Experience working inside a CRM and keeping it clean and current (Folk, HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, or similar)
Strong follow-through. You're persistent with suppliers, vendors, and teammates until you get an answer
The instinct to surface problems early, with a recommendation attached
Strong written communication. Most of this job happens in writing, across time zones
Strong English communication skills
Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, and comfort across Word, PowerPoint, and Google's suite of tools
Nice to Have
Wholesale or B2B operations experience, including basic customer service
Familiarity with Shopify, Cin7, Klaviyo, or Figma
Experience with product development or packaging timelines

About the Role
What you'll do
Short-form editing (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Facebook)
Edit a high volume of vertical short-form videos (roughly 30–90 seconds) built to stop the scroll in the first 1–3 seconds.
Cut for each platform's native style: pacing, captions, safe zones, aspect ratios, trending audio and formats.
Turn raw footage, founder content, creator clips and transformation shoots into multiple hook and format variations per concept.
Repurpose long-form episodes into clips, carousels-to-video and cutdowns without losing the story.
Long-form editing (YouTube and Facebook)
Edit 8–30+ minute YouTube videos with strong story structure, retention-driven pacing, B-roll, music and sound design.
Build intros, chapter breaks, lower thirds and end screens that keep viewers watching.
Collaborate on thumbnails and titles with an eye on click-through and retention.
Motion graphics and AI generation
Create motion graphics, animated text, transitions and branded templates in After Effects.
Stay current on new AI video tools and pitch ways to use them to ship faster or try new formats.
Workflow and ownership
Own projects from brief to delivery: organize footage, edit, self-QA, export platform-ready files and hand off on time.
Maintain and improve our editing systems: project templates, file naming, folder structures, presets, LUTs, caption styles and export settings.
Track work in our project management tool (ClickUp), updating status as each piece moves through the pipeline.
Turn around revisions quickly and fold feedback into future edits without being told twice.
How we work
Fully remote, async-first. Briefs, footage and feedback live in shared drives, Frame.io and ClickUp, so work keeps moving across time zones.
Daily overlap. A short daily check-in during your overlap window with Pacific Time, plus written updates on what shipped and what's blocked.
Turnaround expectations. Short-form edits typically delivered within 24 hours of brief; revisions within one business day; long-form on an agreed schedule.
Volume. Expect a steady weekly output across short- and long-form. [15–25 short-form + 1–2 long-form per week.]
Requirements
What you bring

Proven experience editing for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and a clear understanding of how each platform's content differs.
A fast, repeatable workflow: you can show how you organize projects, use templates and presets, and ship multiple finished pieces per day.
Strong instinct for hooks, pacing, story and sound; you know why one edit holds attention and another doesn't.
Clear written English for async communication, briefs and feedback.
Reliable high-speed internet, a capable editing machine and your own Adobe Creative Cloud license.
At least 4 hours of daily overlap with Pacific Time (PT) for check-ins and fast revisions.

Comfort reading organic analytics (retention curves, watch time, saves, shares) and editing toward them.
Experience with Frame.io and ClickUp or similar review and project tools.

About Paired
Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that specializes in pairing remote work with top-tier talent!
We are dedicated to connecting talented individuals with remarkable companies in need of their skills. Our goal is to create fulfilling job opportunities for professionals around the world.
About our Client
Our client runs a fast-growing education and software business, and across their channels, his team and him, have built a platform of more than 1.5 million followers.
His job is to be the face of their content and to think about where the company goes next. That takes about forty hours a week of creating, plus long uninterrupted blocks for strategy. It leaves very little room for anything else.
Which is the problem. Projects need chasing. Follow-ups need sending. Hiring needs running. Reports need collecting. None of that happens on its own, and when he tries to do it, the content and the strategy suffer.
That is what this role is for. You'll protect his time, remove operational drag, and make sure the company actually executes.
The Role
A lot of roles with this title are a dead end: no access to the founder's inbox, no seat in the meetings, just a pile of disconnected projects nobody else wanted. If that is your experience of these jobs, he understands the scepticism.
This is not that. You will see his calendar, his inbox, his meetings, and his numbers. You will watch decisions get made in real time and understand why they went the way they did. Done properly, it is the fastest and most complete training in how to run a company that exists, which is why it comes with a defined path to
Chief of Staff over twelve to eighteen months.
The trade is simple, and he would rather be blunt about it. You get total context. In exchange, you do the work he genuinely does not want to do: the chasing, the reminding, the coordinating, the collecting, the repetitive things that protect my creative bandwidth.
If that trade sounds good to you, keep reading. If you want the access without the admin, this is not your role.
What You'll Own
Calendar, first and above everything else
Protect deep work blocks, batch meetings, enforce priorities
Turn a chaotic week into an intentional one that matches company goals
Gate my time, never my people. You are not a human shield and you will never intercept someone who should be talking to me directly
The follow-up engine
Action items, owners, due dates, reminders, escalation
Nothing dies in Slack, WhatsApp or email because somebody got busy
Draft messages, emails and internal updates so I can approve them fast
Project management and accountability across the company
Build and run the company operating system, whether that lives in Trello, Asana or Notion
Every project carries an owner, a deadline, a next action and a definition of done
Hold department leaders to what they committed to, including when that means a difficult conversation
Hiring operations
Run hiring end to end for key roles: an Organic Content Director, a Senior DR Copywriter, an Instagram Copywriter and others
Pipeline, scheduling, scorecards, assignments, Loom reviews, references
Keep it moving fast without dragging me into logistics
Content operations oversight
You will not create content. You will make sure it ships
Track weekly output, deadlines and approvals across YouTube, Instagram and email so I am not chasing anyone
Metrics and reporting
Collect and analyse the monthly P&L, maintain KPI dashboards, run the weekly reporting rhythm
Review payroll, which means you will know what everyone earns, and come back with specific recommendations on raises, comp structure, inefficiency and where we are carrying people we should not be
Projects that do not fit anywhere else
Sometimes real-world and operational, such as managing the build-out of a home studio in Puerto Rico
Sometimes unglamorous. A real example: three or four hours going line by line through my AMEX statement to find software we are overpaying for, then contacting each vendor to cancel. The right answer is to do it once, then automate it, delegate it or own it monthly
AI across the workflow
Using ChatGPT instead of Google is the floor, not the bar
You should be good enough that you are advising other department leaders on how to use AI in their own work
How you will be trained
Nobody performs on day one in this role, and I do not expect you to. Context is the whole job, and context takes time to build.
Weeks 1 to 4, shadowing.
You sit in on everything: calendar, meetings, comms, priorities. You build your own model of how I think, what I care about and how I decide. You start taking small things off my plate immediately, mostly scheduling, notes and action items.
Days 30 to 60, execution and systems.
You take over the follow-up engine and the task system. You run a short structured weekly planning session with me. You start managing hiring operations and cross-functional projects, and you begin enforcing owners and due dates.
Days 60 to 90, Office of the CEO.
You run the operating cadence: reporting, follow-ups, meeting prep. You own major initiatives. You are my execution arm while I focus on content and strategy.
Months 3 to 18, Chief of Staff track.
As trust and competence compound, the work shifts from execution toward leverage: planning rhythms, decision memos, cross-functional problem solving, running high-priority initiatives. This is performance-based, not automatic.
Requirements
Who this is for
You are an operator. You like execution, structure, and turning mess into order
You have extreme ownership. You anticipate rather than wait
You can make good calls without asking me for permission every day
You are comfortable in the background while I am the one on camera
You are discreet, because you will see everything
You write clearly and in detail
You enjoy running a tight system and holding people to it
Who this is not for
You want a strategy-only role where you bounce ideas around without touching admin or follow-up
You need constant direction, reassurance or step-by-step instruction. You are here to protect my time, not to collect free mentorship from me
You avoid conflict and cannot hold someone accountable when they are late or underperforming
You are uncomfortable with high access and high confidentiality
Unglamorous tasks offend you
Tools
Google Workspace, Slack, Trello or Asana, Calendly, Zoom, Loom.
Benefits
Remote work
Flexible hours
USD compensation around $3k-5k/month (negotiable but dependable on seniority)
Fast-track to Chief of Staff
What success looks like
Twenty or more hours a week of my time handed back within 60 to 90 days
He stops doing project management, follow-ups, appointment setting, internal chasing and hiring logistics
The weekly operating rhythm runs without me pushing it
Projects move faster, with fewer dropped balls
The company gets calmer and more accountable, not more chaotic

About Paired
Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that specializes in pairing remote work with top-tier talent!
We are dedicated to connecting talented individuals with remarkable companies in need of their skills. Our goal is to create fulfilling job opportunities for professionals around the world.
Our Client
AI powered ecommerce agency. They have worked with 500+ DTC and ecommerce brands, managed $250M+ in media spend and delivered $2B+ in client revenue. They run paid social, paid search, email/SMS, CTV, TikTok Shop, Amazon, UGC and CRO for a portfolio of DTC brands.
Their team is lean and works in pods. Each pod has a pod lead who owns strategy and client relationships, a media buyer who owns execution and performance, content managers, and creative support. They use AI throughout our workflow, from account audits to landing page builds to creative reporting, so one strong media buyer can do the work of three.
This is a fast environment. If you are ambitious and hard-working, it will move your career faster than most agencies can. If you need a lot of structure or prefer a slow pace, it is not the right fit.
The Role
You will be the media buyer in one of our pods, managing Meta campaigns (with TikTok as a secondary channel) across a portfolio of ecommerce accounts. You own the ad accounts: budgets, pacing, structure, launches, testing and optimization. Your pod lead owns the client relationship and overall strategy. You own the numbers and the execution behind them.
The role combines hands-on buying with media buying strategy. You will analyze performance data, find where accounts are leaking (pre-click or post-click), and propose the fix: new creative angles, landing page tests, budget shifts or structure changes. You will also join client calls and present paid social performance alongside your pod lead.
What Success Looks Like
Every account is paced to its monthly budget, with no overspend and no surprises
Spend moves to the highest-leverage products and campaigns, and comes off losers quickly
No ads run on sold-out products, broken links or outdated offers
Accounts are never starved of creative: you flag gaps early and get new assets live fast
Landing page and creative tests launch on schedule and produce clear winners
Your pod lead walks into every client call with accurate numbers and a clear plan from you
Seasonal moments (Prime Day, BFCM, brand sales) launch on time with approved assets
What You’ll Do
Campaign Management
Build, launch and optimize Meta campaigns daily, with secondary management of TikTok Ads
Own daily budgets and monthly pacing per account, and reallocate spend based on performance, frequency and inventory
Manage campaign structure, bidding, audiences, exclusions and frequency controls
Upload and traffic new creative, and run structured creative and angle testing
Run weekly account sweeps: check every live ad for stock availability, link destination, offer accuracy and copy errors, and fix issues the same day
Monitor ROAS, NC-ROAS, MER, CAC and frequency against client targets
Strategy and Analysis
Diagnose performance by separating pre-click problems (creative, audience, fatigue) from post-click problems (landing page, offer, site)
Look past platform ROAS to backend profitability: margins, COGS and blended results
Build landing page test plans and work with our team to get new pages designed, approved and live
Audit ad copy and creative across accounts and recommend what to refresh, cut or scale
Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, including Prime Day, BFCM and client sales
Spot and escalate tracking issues (pixel, CAPI, attribution discrepancies) before they distort decisions
Creative Collaboration
Work with content managers, designers and the creative team to source, brief and review ad creative
Identify winning hooks, formats and angles, and turn them into creative requests
Push for authentic assets (real people, raw clips, UGC) that improve performance
Reporting and Client Communication
Prepare performance reports and creative performance reports for client calls
Join client calls with your pod lead and present paid social results, trends and next steps clearly
Keep internal Slack channels and Jira tickets updated so everyone knows what changed and why
AI and Process
Use AI tools (Claude and others) daily to run account audits, generate landing page concepts, draft copy and build reports
Help turn repeated work into reusable AI workflows that make the whole pod faster
Requirements
Must have
3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience for ecommerce brands (not lead gen or boosted posts), with at least one account at $100K+/month in spend
A proven record of scaling DTC ecommerce brands through Meta, at an agency or in-house
Deep understanding of Meta campaign structure, auction dynamics, pixel/CAPI tracking and creative performance
Strong command of ecommerce metrics: ROAS, NC-ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV, contribution margin
Precision with budgets: you pace spend to the dollar and catch problems before the client does

Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that pairs remote work with top-tier talent. We help individuals from around the world connect with great companies that are looking for their specific skill set. Our mission is to provide great jobs to talented people, no matter where they are located.
About the company
Our client makes CE Level 2 certified protective apparel for dirt bike, moto, mountain bike and snow riders: base layers, hoodies and jeans with armor built in. They run roughly 600 UGC videos and 1,000 static ads a month on Meta, produced by a team of creators, editors and AI creatives, with an outside media buyer who launches everything.
About the role
You keep the creative pipeline accurate. Every ad is QC’d and logged in the tracker perfectly, every creator and editor delivers on time, and every retainer count is exact.
You are the operations layer between the creative team, the media buyer and finance, so the Creative Strategist and CMO can spend their time on strategy instead of checking your work.
What you’ll own
Getting the tracker right is the core of the job.
Creatives tracker, daily
Check every new row: ad set name matches the naming convention exactly, creator key spelled right, funnel stage filled, product code and asset link correct
Catch mislabeled files, such as a TOF batch named BOF or a missing funnel tag, and get the editor to fix them. Never rename creator files yourself
Group rows correctly: one row per product batch, with TOF and BOF cuts split into their own folders
Match each row’s ad copy from the copy tab to its funnel stage, with no price in TOF copy
Keep the tracker in sync with Meta once ads go live
QC and approve ads in the sheet
Watch every video and static in full before approving
Enforce the ad set build rules, which change often but are firm
Tracking people down
Track every creator’s deliveries against their monthly quota and chase late or missing videos
Chase editors, the static designer and AI creators on deadlines once briefs are out, and log what is late
Retainer counts
Count each creator’s delivered videos against their quota by hand, using that creator’s count rule, whether per concept, per video or per variant
Who we’re looking for
Extreme attention to detail.
You are the last check before anything goes live. If a wrong name, a wrong color, a missing funnel tag or a miscounted video gets past you and someone else finds it, that is a miss. Your approval means it is right
Smart.
You pick things up fast, spot what is off, and do not need to be told twice
Great with people.
You work well with creators, editors and the team: friendly, clear, and you follow up without creating friction
Happy to run a system, not redesign it.
This role does not come with creative freedom. You follow the process precisely, and you make it better by being reliable
Hungry to learn.
The job will keep expanding with new tools and new tasks as the team scales, including uploading ads to Meta with AI. You are excited by that, not thrown by it
Motivated.
You take ownership, finish what you start, and care about getting it exactly right
If you want a lot of independence or creative freedom, or you are fine with “close enough”, this is not the right role.
Requirements
Meta media buying experience, strongly preferred. You understand campaign and ad set structure, funnel stages, naming conventions and how creative testing works in an ad account. That is what lets you QC ads properly, and uploads and buying support are where this role grows
1+ year in ad ops, creative ops or media buying for a DTC brand or agency
A track record of being the person who catches the errors other people miss
Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
Clear, plain written English
Strong with AI tools. You use Claude or similar every day to get real work done, and you check the output instead of trusting it
Comfortable in Slack, Google Drive and Meta Ads Manager
Nice to have: AdManage.ai, Motion, Triple Whale, experience with a UGC creator program, Todoist or Asana, or a creator or affiliate pay process
The basics
Contract, fully remote
Around 4 hours per day
The team works roughly 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM PT, and you need at least 3 hours of overlap with that window. Hours are flexible for the right person
Finalists complete a short paid test after the interview
Details
Part-time, 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday
Your 4-hour shift must fall within 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM PST, the same shift every day
Benefits
Fully remote
Paid in USD

Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that pairs remote work with top-tier talent. We admire the importance of innovative social media strategies and are committed to connecting talented individuals with great companies that need their unique skills. Our mission is to provide great jobs to gifted people, regardless of location.
About the Client
Our client helps high-achieving men rebuild their lives from the inside out, marriage, family, identity, and purpose.
They have an established content engine and a large existing audience across social platforms, with hundreds of long-form videos and a deep library of short-form content, client testimonials, VSLs, and organic content continually being produced and tested. They’re looking for a Meta Media Buyer who can turn that creative engine into predictable, scalable customer acquisition.
About the Role
Paid acquisition is a major growth channel for our client, and we need a dedicated owner of our Meta advertising.
This is not a general digital marketing position, and it is not a role for someone who simply launches campaigns and checks Ads Manager once a day. You will own Meta campaign execution and optimization end to end: campaign structure,
budgets, testing, creative performance, audiences, tracking, lead quality, and scaling. You’ll work closely with our organic and creative teams. When content breaks out organically, you should know how to test it as paid creative. When an ad works, you should understand why it works and be able to tell the creative team what we need more of. Ultimately, your job is not to generate cheap clicks or leads. Your job is to help us acquire qualified prospects and customers at economics that allow us to scale.
Responsibilities
1. Meta Campaign Management
Own day-to-day execution across Facebook and Instagram advertising through Meta Ads Manager.
Build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across the customer acquisition funnel.
Manage campaign structure, budgets, bidding, audiences, placements, optimization events, and spend allocation.
Monitor account performance consistently and make informed adjustments rather than allowing declining campaigns to run unchecked.
Maintain clean campaign structures and naming conventions so the account remains organized, understandable, and scalable.
2. Performance & Budget Optimization
Own the numbers behind paid acquisition.
Monitor and analyze the metrics that matter, including CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, cost per booked call, CAC, conversion rates, lead quality, spend, and revenue performance.
Understand where performance is breaking down. A rising CAC does not automatically mean the audience is the problem, and a low CPL does not automatically mean the campaign is successful.
Follow the lead beyond Meta. Work with our sales team to understand whether campaigns are generating qualified applications, booked calls, show-ups, and customers — not simply form submissions.
Identify where additional budget can be deployed profitably and where spend needs to be reduced or redirected.
3. Creative Testing & Analysis
Develop and maintain a structured testing system for hooks, angles, messaging, formats, offers, CTAs, and creative concepts.
Analyze creative performance and identify patterns across winning and losing ads.
Be able to explain more than “this ad has the lowest CPL.” We want someone who can identify why an angle is resonating, which hooks are producing qualified prospects, what is losing effectiveness, and what should be created next.
Give the creative team specific, actionable briefs and feedback based on performance data.
Work closely with our Social Media Manager to identify organic winners that should be tested as paid creative, including reusing organic post IDs where appropriate to carry existing social proof.
4. Testing & Scaling
Build a disciplined testing process rather than making random changes inside the ad account.
Know how to determine whether a test has enough data to make a decision and distinguish meaningful performance changes from normal fluctuations.
Identify winners, iterate on them, and scale them intelligently.
Know when to increase spend, when to consolidate, when to introduce new creative, when to let a campaign stabilize, and when something genuinely needs intervention.
Balance growth with efficiency. We don’t want someone afraid to spend money when the economics support scaling — or someone who increases budgets simply because Meta is reporting good numbers.
5. Tracking & Attribution
Ensure Meta Pixel, Conversions API, conversion events, UTMs, landing-page tracking, and relevant CRM attribution are functioning correctly.
Identify tracking discrepancies and work with the appropriate team members to resolve them.
Understand the limitations of platform attribution and use available business data to develop a more complete picture of campaign performance.
Paid acquisition doesn’t end when someone submits a lead form. You should be able to connect ad → lead → appointment → sales outcome → customer acquisition cost.
6. Reporting & Communication
Own clear and consistent reporting on paid acquisition performance.
Communicate what happened, why it happened, what was learned, and what you’re doing next.
Report on spend, lead volume, CPL, qualified leads, booked calls, CAC, creative performance, testing results, and relevant funnel metrics.
Flag meaningful performance changes quickly rather than waiting for someone else to notice them.
Requirements
You have experience working with U.S.-based DTC e-commerce businesses generating seven- to eight-figure annual revenues.
3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
Strong proficiency with Meta Ads Manager.
Demonstrated experience managing and scaling meaningful paid advertising budgets.
Strong understanding of direct-response and performance marketing.
Experience with lead-generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
Strong understanding of campaign structure, audiences, bidding, budgeting, optimization, and scaling.
Strong creative analysis and ad-testing skills.
Ability to interpret advertising and funnel data and translate it into specific actions.
Understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversions API, conversion events, UTMs, and attribution.
Ability to evaluate performance beyond platform metrics and connect advertising results to downstream sales outcomes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively identify and solve performance problems.
Nice to Have
Experience with high-ticket coaching, education, personal development, mental health/fitness, or information-product businesses.
Experience working with a setter/closer sales model and understanding what happens to paid leads after they enter a CRM.
Experience with application, booked-call, VSL, or similar high-ticket acquisition funnels.
Experience working with founder-led or personality-driven brands.
Experience turning organic content into successful paid creative.
Strong understanding of CRM attribution and the connection between ad-platform data and actual sales outcomes.
What We’d Like to See From Candidates
We’re much more interested in proof of work than media-buying buzzwords.
Be prepared to show accounts or case studies you’ve personally managed and explain your role in the results.
We want to understand the monthly Meta spend you’ve personally managed, the type of business and offer you advertised, your CPL/CAC or other relevant acquisition results, how you approached creative testing, what you successfully scaled, and an example of a campaign that stopped performing and how you diagnosed it.
You should be able to explain your decision-making, not simply show us a screenshot of a successful Ads Manager dashboard.
Out of Scope for This Role
This is specifically a Meta Media Buyer position.
You are not responsible for organic social media management, community management,
email/newsletter marketing, or managing Google, YouTube, TikTok, or other paid advertising platforms.
Our Social Media Manager owns organic social end to end and influences paid creative but does not run the ad accounts.

About the Client

About the Role
We’re looking for a technically strong, hands-on E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) business.
In this role, you’ll coordinate internal team members and external agencies across paid acquisition, retention marketing, and website operations, ensuring that projects are executed correctly, systems are working as expected, and nothing falls through the cracks.
This is not a traditional project management or high-level strategy role. We need someone who understands how e-commerce platforms and marketing channels work in practice, can confidently navigate tools like Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, and Klaviyo, and knows how to identify and troubleshoot issues when something goes wrong.
You won't necessarily be responsible for executing every marketing initiative yourself, but you'll need enough hands-on experience to evaluate the quality of execution, understand performance data, hold partners accountable, and occasionally step in to resolve operational issues.
You'll work directly with the business owner in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and keeping a growing e-commerce operation running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Coordinate internal team members and external agencies across paid acquisition, retention marketing, and website management, ensuring priorities are clear and deliverables are completed on time.
Monitor Meta and Google Ads execution, review campaign activity and performance data, and ensure agencies are implementing campaigns correctly.
Oversee email and SMS marketing operations through platforms such as Klaviyo, checking campaign schedules, flows, launches, and performance.
Regularly review the Shopify storefront to identify issues, verify updates, and ensure website changes and initiatives are implemented correctly.
Investigate problems such as missed email sends, campaign setup errors, platform access issues, or website operational issues, resolving them directly when appropriate or coordinating with the responsible team.
Gather and interpret data across acquisition, retention, and website operations to provide visibility into performance, identify issues, and support informed business decisions.
Follow up on deliverables, identify execution gaps, communicate expectations, and ensure outstanding tasks are resolved rather than simply reported.
Keep initiatives moving across multiple channels, coordinate dependencies, and ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into progress and priorities.
Identify operational inefficiencies, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve processes, execution quality, and overall e-commerce performance.
Requirements
3+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations, DTC marketing, e-commerce project management, or a similar hands-on role.
Experience working with a direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce brand, or at an agency supporting e-commerce businesses.
Practical familiarity with Shopify, including navigating the platform, reviewing storefront changes, and troubleshooting basic operational issues.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager and a working understanding of paid acquisition campaign setup, execution, and performance monitoring.
Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email and SMS marketing platforms, including campaign scheduling, launches, and basic troubleshooting.
Exposure to Google Ads and an understanding of how paid acquisition fits into the broader e-commerce operation.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to navigate dashboards, interpret performance data, identify inconsistencies, and communicate findings clearly.
Proven project and stakeholder management skills, including coordinating agencies, following up on deliverables, and ensuring accountability across teams.
A hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset. You're comfortable getting into the details, investigating problems, and taking action rather than simply escalating issues.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the confidence to communicate directly with U.S.-based leadership and external partners.
Comfortable with occasional urgent requests outside standard working hours when business-critical issues arise. These situations are not constant, but flexibility and responsiveness are important.
