Задачи: — подготовка тестовых данных и выполнение тестирования разрабатываемого программного обеспечения; — разработка тестовых случаев, проведение тестирования и исследование результатов; — документирование дефектов разработанного и разрабатываемого программного обеспечения; — проверка устраненных дефектов программного обеспечения в порядке их приоритета; — выгрузка необходимых данных из базы данных; — консультационная поддержка клиентов по вопросам эксплуатации разработанного программного обеспечения. Требования: — высшее техническое образование в области информационных технологий; — опыт работы от 5 лет; — знание языка SQL (типы данных и их преобразование, составление запросов с вложенными запросами, использование JOIN, работа с хранимыми процедурами); — опыт работы с системами логирования, чтение логов (отчеты, алерты, дашборды); — умение работать с файловой системой и папками с помощью консольных команд; — ведение тестовой документации; — понимание принципов работы клиент-серверных приложений, REST API; — опыт работы с баг-трекинговыми системами (Jira или другие) и средствами управления тестами (TestLink или другие). Задачи: — Изучать текущее тестовое покрытие и помогать находить слабые места; — Учиться писать и поддерживать тестовую документацию (чек-листы, тест-кейсы); — Адаптировать тесты для удобства проверки сервисов внешними пользователями, включая локализацию; — Находить и аккуратно фиксировать баги в трекере, учиться правильно описывать шаги воспроизведения; — Проверять новую функциональность вместе с разработчиками и другими тестировщиками; — Участвовать в релизных процессах и понимать, как доводить продукт до пользователя. Требования: — Базовое понимание техник тест-дизайна, таких как классы эквивалентности и граничные значения; — Общее представление о различиях между чек-листом и тест-кейсом; — Интерес к процессам тестирования и разработки; — Желание учиться, задавать вопросы, не бояться ошибок и стремление улучшать продукт.
