At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Talent Operations Manager to own the systems, data, and operating rhythm behind how Render hires. You’ll architect our ATS, build the reporting that Talent and hiring teams rely on, and lead process changes that help us scale without losing quality.
You’ll work closely with recruiters, recruiting coordinators, hiring managers, People leaders, and external partners. You’ll make sure our hiring data can answer the questions teams need to make better decisions.
This is a high-leverage role for someone who likes turning messy, fast-moving work into clear operating systems. You’ll help us reduce process drift, improve candidate and interviewer experience, keep hiring data trustworthy, and give the team better visibility into what is working, what is blocked, and where we need to adjust.
We value people who are practical, systems-minded, and steady when the work gets complex. The right person can zoom out to design how the system should work, then zoom in to improve the field, report, access role, or automation that is slowing the team down.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Architect how our ATS works across custom fields, access roles, interview plans, feedback forms, automations, integrations, and reporting foundations
- Own the reporting layer for Talent leadership and hiring teams, including dashboards, ad hoc reporting, metric definitions, and visibility into hiring plan progress
- Keep hiring data accurate and reconciled across the ATS, the hiring plan, and downstream systems so decisions get made on numbers people trust
- Turn recurring Talent Operations requests into better systems: identify patterns, improve workflows, automate repeatable work, and make the right processes self-serve
- Evaluate, procure, implement, and manage tools for sourcing, scheduling, reporting, and recruiting operations
- Build the connective tissue between systems, including API-based reporting, integrations, and automations that reduce manual work for recruiters and coordinators
- Lead process rollouts with clear documentation, training, adoption checks, and follow-through so changes stick
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years in recruiting, recruiting operations, talent operations, people systems, or a similar systems and data role in a high-growth environment
- Deep ATS expertise, particularly Ashby. You can design how the system should work, not just maintain it, across custom fields, access roles, interview plans, automations, integrations, and reporting foundations
- Strong analytical skills. You can take a vague question, decide what data would answer it, and build the report yourself
- Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel. You can pull data together from multiple sources and turn the result into a case a cross-functional partner can follow
- Experience owning data integrity across an ATS and the systems around it, including reconciling against a hiring plan or another source of truth
- Strong program and change management skills. You can roll out a new process, teach it, measure adoption, and keep the team aligned
- Clear written communication, strong documentation habits, high attention to detail, and good judgment in a fast-moving environment
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience building or scaling a recruiting operations function at a post-Series B/C company
- Experience supporting technical recruiting teams or high-volume engineering hiring
- Hands-on experience with the Ashby API or ATS-based reporting
- Exposure to headcount planning or headcount management systems
- AI fluency, with good judgment about where AI helps, where it adds risk, and what checks are needed before others rely on the output
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.

⭐ The role, concretely
Are you excited about building, structuring and scaling HR operations in a company that's just getting started? You will join Prévenir at a very early stage and help build the foundations of our People and administrative operations as the company scales. This role is particularly suited to someone who has already experienced a fast-growth environment, whether in a start-up, scale-up or during a 0-to-100 journey.
We're in the early chapters: this isn't about running existing processes — it's about creating them from scratch so they hold up at much larger scale. The role brings a product mindset to People operations, where every key moment of the employee experience is carefully designed, with a constant focus on simplicity and automation. You'll work closely with Lucie, who makes the final calls depending on topic complexity and supports you as you grow into autonomy.
Your time is split between:
- Employee journey: onboarding, probation-period tracking, setting up and running performance reviews, feedback processes, and monitoring team engagement.
- Documentation & operational efficiency: writing clear, user-centric documentation, spotting friction, simplifying or automating recurring processes. You leverage AI to multiply the impact of your work.
- People admin: leave and absence management, payroll back-and-forth, contracting and employee administrative follow-up, onboarding formalities and affiliations (health/provident insurance, occupational health), GDPR compliance.
- Operational finance: expense reports, preparing and sending accounting documents to Impulsa, preparing routine filings (including VAT).
Over time, this person will take ownership of payroll management in coordination with our accounting partner, with training and support.
👤 The profile we're looking for
Essential:
- At least 5-6 years of experience in People Ops, very hands-on, and comfortable with admin topics (e.g., managing the relationship with an accounting firm)
- Previous experience in a fast-scaling company, start-up or scale-up, ideally having helped build or scale People processes during a period of significant growth.
- Business curiosity: genuinely interested in what's happening on the business side, and able to connect your work to where the company is heading
- Versatility across People and Corporate/Admin topics, with a strong People focus
- Rigour and rock-solid attention to detail
- Autonomy: you don't wait to be told there's a problem — you spot it, bring a solution, and know when to loop someone in on the tricky ones
- Demonstrated interest in automating and improving recurring processes, and genuine enthusiasm for AI
- Comfort interacting with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior profiles when needed
- Fluent English (written and spoken) to interact with the Alan team
- Based in Paris or the Île-de-France region, with the ability to work onsite regularly, ideally three days per week or more.
Ideally:
- Experience in MedTech or in a start-up / scale-up
- Sensitivity to the medical world (professional or personal)
- Note: a 100% Occupational Health background may not be the right cultural fit, but worth testing
🙏 What we offer
- Location: 117 Quai de Valmy, Paris 10th, in a brand-new centre designed to support high-quality practice
- Base salary: between €53,000 and €61,000 gross per year, depending on experience and level
- Profit-sharing scheme: 10%, in line with Prévenir’s framework
- Benefits: daily transport costs covered, company restaurant, RTT days and regular team events
Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina

Cross-check open positions in Workday against workforce planning data and flag discrepancies to the Regional HRBP
Coordinate with different HR teams globally to resolve data inconsistencies

- Experience in infrastructure, security, developer tools, or a similarly technical product environment required.
- Deep experience partnering with technical organizations such as Engineering and Product, and fluency with how R&D teams operate.

- A track record of developing senior-level leaders and above, and coaching managers to improve their effectiveness.
- Strength in org design, succession, change management, and measuring the effectiveness of the programs you run.
- The presence to influence senior leaders and offer a candid point of view, without formal authority.
- Sound judgment on when to act, when to bring in HR, and how to hold confidentiality, working primarily from aggregate team-health data.
HOW WE HIRE:
Our process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. We skip performative rounds and focus on what matters: understanding how you think and what you can do.
