What You Will Do Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with existing business clients. Help onboard new strategic clients and guide them through campaign setup and activation. Own campaign performance across our advertising platforms. Conduct account audits, analyze performance data, and deliver actionable optimization recommendations. Provide strategic guidance based on analytics, market trends, and business objectives. Identify opportunities to upsell and scale campaigns. Serve as a subject matter expert in search and performance advertising. Deliver regular performance reporting and proactive insights. Resolve client issues efficiently and implement solutions that prevent them from recurring. Contribute to scalable account management processes and operational excellence. Work cross-functionally with product, operations, and performance teams. Maintain continuous product and industry knowledge. What We Are Looking For 3-4 years of experience in digital advertising, client success, or performance marketing. A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations. Familiarity with tracking and attribution. Experience conducting campaign audits and driving optimization strategies. A proven ability to identify growth opportunities and support revenue expansion. Solid knowledge of online advertising, analytics, and digital performance metrics. A structured, detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects. Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal. Serbian is an advantage. A positive, proactive, solutions-oriented attitude. Preferred: hands-on experience managing and optimizing advertising campaigns, and experience working in or with advertising agencies. Advantage: exposure to B2B marketing strategies.
