Senior Accountant

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager with a strong background in the construction industry to oversee accounting operations and ensure accurate financial management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. Manage general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations. Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditures. Prepare and review financial statements and management reports. Monitor construction project financial performance and cost control. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes. Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Support financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Previous experience in a Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager role. Proven experience in the construction industry is required. Strong knowledge of project accounting, cost control, and financial reporting. Good knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
