Senior Success Lead, Public Sector

Responsibilities: — Manage engagement and value for a portfolio of up to 5 government accounts, focusing on accelerating value delivery. — Develop deep understanding of government and government channel partner accounts using data to achieve strategic objectives through various engagement methods such as meetings, workshops, and business reviews. — Innovate support ideas to help partners achieve their defined success. — Lead with curiosity to understand customer goals and how Datavant's solutions support them. — Excel in complex program management involving multiple partners and contractors, balancing analysis with execution speed and prioritization. — Drive long-term customer value by increasing product adoption, satisfaction, and building trusted relationships. — Thrive in a fast-paced environment, embracing ambiguity while driving clarity and scalability. — Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners to influence product and sales strategies. — Adopt a self-service-first approach to problem-solving internally and externally. — Communicate and present effectively, maintaining strong internal and external relationships. — Foster a company-wide culture of customer-centricity. Requirements: — Minimum 7 years experience in healthcare technology and customer-facing roles. — At least 4 years experience in federal government or with government contractors and adjacent organizations. — Proven strategic program and project management skills focused on client value. — Ability to build deep, trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders. — Skilled in expanding relationships beyond direct contacts. — Demonstrated ownership of complex, high-value customer accounts. — Strategic thinker connecting cross-customer trends to shape value propositions. — Effective and empathetic communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: — Experience in government agencies or government-adjacent organizations, RWD health analytics, CROs, or healthcare systems integrators. — Knowledge of clinical data, RWD/RWE, patient consent, and HIPAA privacy requirements. — Application of RWD and RWE in pharmaceutical and life sciences. — Understanding of drug development and clinical trials. — Experience with technology in multiple federal health agencies and departments. — Experience working with program officers, CORs, and senior government stakeholders, including agency leadership.
