Clinical Psychologist/Counsellor - Kazakhstan

Responsibilities Provide 1-on-1 telehealth and/or onsite clinical support Provide Critical Incident Stress Management/Support (CISM/CISP) to individuals or groups affected by critical incidents, traumatic events, or high-stress situations Support clients experiencing a broad range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, schizophrenia, and more Apply evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches to assessment, intervention, and psychological support Partner with our internal clinical team to improve programs and platform outcomes Provide timely documentation and case notes in accordance with clinical and platform requirements Requirements Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field Minimum 3 years of post-Master’s clinical experience Must be registered with the Kazakhstan Psychological Society Fluency in Kazakh and/or Russian Experience providing psychological counselling or clinical support Experience facilitating group sessions CISP (Critical Incident Stress Management/Support) experience is preferred Comfortable providing remote and occasional onsite sessions
