What You’ll Bring: - Experience managing a multi-person creative or content marketing team. - Exceptional persuasive writing skills for capturing attention. - A fast-shipping, non-perfectionist, experimental mindset: you’d rather post five times today and learn what works than spend a week polishing one announcement. - High taste as a curator, with the ability to quickly sort good content from bad and give clear, direct feedback. - A voracious appetite for learning the latest channels, algorithmic hacks, and content strategies. - A data-driven approach, using metrics to iterate on content strategy. - Chronically online instincts for spotting opportunities for rapid messaging.
