— Establish clear, objective grading criteria.
— Prepare supporting agreements, policies, and regulatory documents.
— Identify inconsistencies and tasks requiring professional judgment.
— Ensure assignments meet quality standards and deadlines.
Requirements:
— 5+ years of hands-on legal or compliance experience.
— Expertise in contract review, due diligence, regulatory compliance, or risk management.
— Experience with legal checklists, compliance frameworks, and review protocols.
— Strong document analysis and critical thinking skills.
— English proficiency at minimum B2 level; C1 preferred.
— Law degree, bar admission, or equivalent compliance qualification is advantageous.
— AI evaluation experience is beneficial but not required.
Benefits:
