Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities: — Develop and lead the product strategy and vision for Cyberhaven’s endpoint sensor capabilities. — Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch endpoint capabilities addressing key data detection and response use cases. — Engage closely with current and prospective customers to understand their needs and the value of Cyberhaven's product. — Monitor industry trends in cybersecurity and adjacent markets to identify new market opportunities. — Research competitors to understand product functionality, pricing, positioning, and market perception. — Lead endpoint product development from conceptualization to deployment, integrating advanced AI technologies to combat insider threats. — Prioritize the product roadmap to align with the vision, ensuring ease of sale and supporting sales to meet revenue goals and customer satisfaction. — Communicate product requirements and vision clearly to the Engineering team. — Write, edit, and prioritize user stories; maintain constant communication with engineers to clarify and refine these stories. — Track development progress and enforce the Definition of Done. — Maintain clear requirements documentation to ensure team alignment on product goals. — Represent the company externally, maintain social media presence, and speak at conferences. — Partner with Marketing on product announcements and launches. Requirements: — Over 5 years of experience managing successful enterprise security products in fast-growing businesses. — Experience with cross-platform endpoint software, endpoint telemetry collection, and endpoint security areas such as EDR, EPP, and DLP. — Experience with large-scale endpoint software deployments, considering user and business impacts. — Proven track record managing enterprise products in early-stage startups, balancing limited engineering resources with high demands. — Strong communication skills with executives, customers, engineers, and internal teams including customer success, engineering, marketing, and sales. — Ability to build rapport with customers, prospects, analysts, and competitors, leveraging networks for market and product intelligence. — Deep technical understanding and intuition to estimate product feature complexity and communicate effectively with engineers. — Experience managing scalable enterprise software platforms with features like RBAC, Directory Integration, deployment, and performance management. — History of developing products that meet diverse large enterprise customer needs while being efficient to build. — Experience collaborating closely with UX designers, customers, and engineers to create modern, user-friendly interfaces. — Data-driven approach to product decision-making. — Availability to frequently communicate with distributed engineering teams across Central European and US time zones. — Located in Europe.
