You'll work closely with clients, cybersecurity specialists, AML teams, product teams and engineers to help build the governance, compliance and control frameworks required to operate in regulated digital asset markets.

Responsibilities: — Collaborate closely with clients, cybersecurity specialists, AML teams, product teams, and engineers to develop governance, compliance, and control frameworks necessary for operating in regulated digital asset markets. — Support traditional financial institutions entering the crypto space by addressing complex regulatory challenges in a rapidly evolving environment. Requirements: — 2-4 years of experience in digital-asset regulatory compliance or financial-services licensing. — Experience with EU and UAE regulatory regimes, including MiCA, VARA, ADGM FSRA, or DFSA is highly desirable. — Background in regulatory gap analysis such as ISO 27001 or familiarity with frameworks like DORA is a plus. — Availability to work overlapping Central European working hours. Benefits: — Fully remote position with flexibility to be based anywhere in Europe or Dubai. — Competitive salary range of €75,000 to €100,000 per year.
