Fintech Partnership Manager

Задачи: — Identify, develop and manage strategic partnerships with banks, payment providers, fintechs and other financial services organisations. — Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders. — Identify new partnership opportunities to drive revenue growth, market expansion and customer acquisition. — Negotiate commercial agreements and structure mutually beneficial partnerships. — Work cross-functionally with sales, product, compliance and marketing teams to deliver partnership objectives. — Monitor partnership performance, identify growth opportunities and deliver against commercial targets. — Stay informed about fintech trends, emerging payment solutions and developments across the UAE and wider GCC markets. Требования: — Proven experience in partnerships, business development or strategic alliances within fintech, payments or financial services. — Strong understanding of the fintech ecosystem, ideally including banks, payment gateways, digital payments or embedded finance. — Demonstrated ability to develop senior-level relationships and negotiate commercial agreements. — Commercially minded, with a track record of delivering measurable business results. — Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. — Existing relationships within the UAE or GCC fintech ecosystem would be an advantage.
