Product Manager, Pricing

Location: Berlin, Germany About Wolt At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe. Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life. We're looking for a Product Manager to own Pricing within our Growth team across Deliveroo and Wolt! This role operates across 40+ markets in EMEA, and sits at the heart of our marketplace: Our fee strategy directly shapes consumer conversion, order frequency, PnL outcomes - and connects deeply to rider earnings and merchant economics across the Globe. You'll be responsible for building a pricing strategy and experimentation roadmap that grows revenue and profitability sustainably, without compromising the customer experience. This is a very high-visibility role. You'll partner closely with Leadership, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to design, launch, and iterate on pricing experiments across all markets, from delivery fee and service fee algorithms to 0-1 new ventures. You'll be expected to build a strong testing culture, translate ambiguous commercial questions into a rigorous experimentation agenda, and communicate results and trade-offs clearly to senior stakeholders. About the Team Our ambition is simple: make our platform an affordable, daily habit for all users. The Pricing team builds the systems and experiences that touch every single order — from delivery options to promotions, fees, and entirely new pricing models. Operating across 40+ markets, our work sits at the intersection of customer value, growth, and marketplace economics. Small changes at this scale can change how customers perceive us, how often they order, and the economics of the entire marketplace. We bring together consumer psychology, experimentation, data science, economics, and product craft to answer one deceptively difficult question: How do we make every order feel like great value while driving sustainable growth? What You’ll Do Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of global pricing products. Identify and launch major growth opportunities across affordability, conversion, frequency, revenue, and profitability. Drive 0 to 1 big bets through validation, launch, then scale them 100X. Partner deeply with Data Science and ML Engineering to design pricing algorithms, experiments, and scalable platform capabilities. Develop hypotheses, launch experiments, interpret results, and turn learnings into product strategy. Define the metrics and decision frameworks used to evaluate customer value, growth, and marketplace economics. Communicate strategy, results, and tradeoffs to senior leaders across DoorDash. What We’re Looking For You might be a great fit if you: Have significant product management experience building complex consumer, marketplace, growth, or monetization products. Are deeply analytical and comfortable using experimentation and data to make high-stakes product decisions. Are comfortable working closely with Data Science and ML Engineering on algorithmic or optimization problems. Can turn ambiguous commercial questions into clear and executable product hypotheses and roadmaps. Can operate as a “conductor” — aligning technical, operational, and business stakeholders and stitching together strategy, execution, and influence across teams. Why Join Us?
