Requirements Demonstrated experience as a data scientist embedded with a product or growth team, ideally at a product-led company. - Strong SQL and Python, with hands-on experience in experimentation (A/B testing) and product analytics. - Ability to translate ambiguous product questions into clear, reusable analysis and defensible metrics. - Comfort working directly with Product and Growth stakeholders, and pushing back on ill-defined asks. - Structured thinker who can move fast without sacrificing rigour. Bonus - Experience with activation / retention modelling or lifecycle analytics at a consumer or prosumer product. - Experience with dbt or a modern warehouse, partnering directly with analytics engineers. - Experience using AI tools or agents to speed up analysis or enable self-serve data access.
