Transformation & Change Manager

Location: Prague, Czechia We are looking for a Transformation & Change Manager to join our IT organization and support initiatives that help us continuously improve how we work, collaborate and deliver value. This is a multidisciplinary role for someone who enjoys working across project management, organizational change, communication and continuous improvement rather than focusing on only one area. You will work with different teams and stakeholders to turn ideas into structured initiatives, support organizational and operational change, improve ways of working, and help make transformation understandable and engaging for the people affected by it. We are looking for someone who combines structure with creativity : a person who can organize an initiative, facilitate collaboration, communicate clearly, challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities to simplify or automate them. Key Responsibilities: Depending on the initiative, you may work across several areas: Project & Initiative Management Coordinate and support transformation, improvement and internal IT initiatives from idea through implementation. Help define objectives, scope, activities, milestones, dependencies and expected outcomes. Coordinate stakeholders and ensure actions, decisions, risks and dependencies are followed up. Facilitate workshops, working sessions and cross-functional collaboration. Create appropriate project documentation, presentations and management updates. Support the development and continuous improvement of project and transformation methodologies. Organizational Change Support organizational and operational changes, helping teams successfully transition to new processes, structures, tools or ways of working. Identify stakeholders and assess how changes may affect different groups. Support change readiness, engagement and adoption activities. Work closely with leaders, subject matter experts and employees to turn transformation goals into practical actions. Help identify resistance, risks or adoption gaps and coordinate appropriate responses. Communication & Engagement Translate complex initiatives into clear, engaging and understandable communication . Develop presentations, announcements, guides, campaigns and other communication materials. Support communication planning for transformation initiatives. Help create compelling stories around change, improvement and new ways of working. Bring creativity into how information and ideas are communicated to different audiences. Process Improvement, Automation & AI Analyze existing ways of working and identify opportunities for simplification, standardization and optimization . Challenge unnecessary complexity and help teams design more efficient processes. Identify opportunities where automation can reduce manual or repetitive work. Explore practical opportunities to use AI and Generative AI to support productivity, communication, knowledge management, analysis or process improvement. Support small improvement experiments or proofs of concept and help translate successful ideas into scalable ways of working. Requirements We are interested in people with experience in one or several of the following areas: Project Management, PMO or project coordination Organizational Change Management Service Delivery or operational coordination Business or IT transformation Communication, engagement or content development Process improvement and optimization You will probably enjoy this role if you: Are highly organized but comfortable working in changing environments. Can bring structure to topics that are not yet fully defined. Enjoy working with people across different teams, functions and seniority levels. Have strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills. Communicate clearly and can adapt information to different audiences. Are comfortable creating presentations, documentation and communication materials. Like improving how things work instead of simply following existing processes. Are curious about new technologies and how they can improve everyday work. Combine an analytical mindset with creativity . Can work independently while actively collaborating with others. Feel comfortable working in an international environment.
