Baker - CDP Level - VIP Private Family

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; Dubai, United Arab Emirates We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker – CDP Level to join a VIP private family's culinary team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in bakery production, premium pastries, and high-quality baked goods, with the ability to maintain exceptional standards in a private luxury household. Key Responsibilities Prepare and produce a wide variety of breads, pastries, cakes, desserts, and other baked goods to premium standards. Manage daily bakery operations, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality. Plan and execute baking schedules according to the family's daily requirements and special occasions. Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness. Monitor ingredient stock, minimize wastage, and ensure proper storage of bakery products. Create customized baked goods and specialty items based on the family's preferences. Requirements Proven experience as a Baker, preferably at Chef de Partie (CDP) level or equivalent. Previous experience in luxury hotels, fine dining establishments, VIP households, or private family settings is an advantage. Strong knowledge of artisan breads, pastries, cakes, and modern baking techniques. Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Flexibility to meet the culinary needs of a VIP private family.
