Location: Remote Workplace: Remote At Adapty, we make it easy for mobile apps to manage in-app purchases and paywalls. We power 20K+ apps, process $3B+ in subscriptions every year, and have been growing fast for the last four years. Our mission is simple: make apps rich. We are a team of 210+ passionate, product-driven people who love solving big challenges. Backed by top investors like 500 Startups and Surface Ventures, we are building one of mobile's fastest-growing SaaS companies and aiming for number one worldwide. WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Adapty's Flow & Paywall Builder lets app teams generate onboarding flows and paywalls with AI, test them, and ship without an App Store release. It has its own go-to-market team, budget, and lead target, and content is how app founders and growth leads first hear about it: research built on Adapty data, lead magnets, webinars, case studies. You'll own that content. The first three months are hands-on: you write and ship every piece yourself, learn the product and the audience, and find out what brings leads. From month four, you run the content plan for the Builder and decide what to scale and what to cut. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Ship a data-led research piece every two weeks and turn it into a lead magnet: a gated report, an interactive tool, a Claude skill. You pull the data from our internal analytics and find the story - Repurpose every piece for LinkedIn through employee advocacy: posts for the product owner's personal account and the team's - Turn every webinar into a campaign, not a one-off: you set the angle, write the Luma page and promo, and afterwards cut it into a recap, LinkedIn clips and a follow-up that keep it working as a lead magnet - Interview customers and write case studies with real numbers - Track which content brings leads from target accounts and report it weekly - From month four, own the Builder content plan ABOUT YOU - 3+ years in B2B SaaS content, ideally for a technical or data-heavy product - You've published research or benchmark reports you drove yourself, and you know what they brought: downloads, leads, demos - You get numbers on your own: dashboards, SQL or AI tools, no waiting on an analyst - You've packaged a webinar or event from promo to follow-up, not only written the recap - You've written case studies from your own customer interviews - You use AI in your workflow, and your copy still doesn't read like AI - Strong written English for a technical audience NICE TO HAVE - Mobile apps, subscriptions, ad tech, MMP or dev tools background - You know paywalls, onboarding, and A/B testing from the inside - Worked in a pipeline-driven or ABM marketing team - SEO basics: keyword research, Google Search Console - Your own audience on LinkedIn, X, or Substack WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU - Strong product with industry-best metrics. Adapty is among the top 5% fastest-growing SaaS companies. - Exceptional compensation directly tied to your results. - Direct communication and ownership. No bureaucracy, no politics, just impact. - Flexible remote work. Join us from anywhere or work onsite in our Belgrade or London offices. - Professional support. Language learning, sports, health insurance, laptop coverage, and more.

ABOUT MOTHERDUCK Don’t let the quirky name fool you: At MotherDuck, we’re on a mission to make data warehousing fun, frictionless, and ducking awesome for developers and data practitioners building blazing fast internal and customer-facing analytics experiences. Unlike other databases, MotherDuck was architected to unify local development with cloud operations to bridge the gap between software and data engineering workflows. Our team is a mix of thoughtful, passionate, and empathetic data industry veterans. About the role We’re looking for a growth and performance marketer who goes after 10x, not 10%... someone who can dream up an unorthodox bet on Monday, ship the landing page by Wednesday, and tell us whether it worked by Friday. You’ll own the creative and demand gen side of growth, with support on strategy from your manager and full ownership of execution. Right now that means landing page and conversion testing, campaigns across paid, organic, and lifecycle, social, webinars, events, AEO, re-engagement, and creative bets to get more of the right people signing up. But that’s a starting point, not a queue... we expect you to bring your own ideas about where the next win is. What you’ll do Own campaigns from idea to results - Take plays from spec to live: audience, message, channel, landing page, conversion. - Work both motions: self-serve signups that need to activate, and accounts that need to become sales pipeline. - Build the demand gen assets that make campaigns go: landing pages, ad creative, emails, webinar promos, and whatever else the idea needs. Think big and be unorthodox - Run creative bets that a more cautious team wouldn’t try. Some will flop... that’s part of it, as long as you know why. - Spot what no one owns and treat it as an opening, not a blocker. Test a lot, and be honest about it - Run a real volume of tests: landing pages, signup flow, ad creative, email, audiences. A high test count is the job, not a sign you’re thrashing. - Decide what success looks like before something ships, and call out a loss out loud, even when it’s your own play. Sweat the details - Tracking, UTMs, audience setup, page QA... the unglamorous stuff that makes results trustworthy. Own social and nurture - Own social strategy end to end, including managing our social agency. - Own email nurture content and design, with your manager weighing in on strategy and voice. Scale what works, kill what doesn’t - Hand proven winners to marketing ops to productionize, then move on to the next unproven thing. - Flag plateaus early instead of keeping a play alive just because it’s yours. What we’re looking for - 5+ years in performance marketing, channel marketing, demand gen, or a scrappy generalist marketing role, or a track record of building growth things on your own that speaks for itself. - Creative and detail-oriented in equal measure. You come up with the idea and catch the broken UTM. - Real growth instincts. You think in funnels and conversion, not just impressions and reach. - A resume with real quantitative results: signups, conversion lifts, pipeline contribution, cost per lead or SQA, that kind of thing. - Hands-on with the tools of the trade: HubSpot, landing page builders, and AI tools you actually use to move faster. - Background at a high-growth company (data/AI space preferred, but a Ramp-equivalent is fine too). - Great writing, and credibility with a developer and data audience. - A bias toward shipping. - Experience with AEO: getting a brand to show up in answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and the like. - Hands-on paid experience across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, from audience setup through creative testing and optimization. - Experience building segments and audiences in Clay (or similar), especially ones that feed ad platforms or campaigns. What people should be saying if you’re doing ducking awesome - “I stopped worrying about whether the campaign was set up right months ago.” - “That campaign is why we booked that meeting.” - “I just productionized three of their plays this month and they’re already onto the next thing.” - “That play flopped, here’s exactly why, here’s what I’m testing next.” Our Interview Process We like to keep things transparent, so here’s what to expect if you apply... 1. Discovery call with our recruiting team to get acquainted and make sure we’re a mutual fit 2. A conversation with our Growth lead to learn about the campaigns you’ve run, the unorthodox bets you’ve taken, and how you think about turning attention into signups and pipeline 3. A deeper conversation with our Growth team covering landing page and conversion testing, how you’d measure a campaign, and a walkthrough of a campaign or test you’ve owned, including what flopped and why 4. A final conversation with our CEO focused on values and vision PLEASE APPLY Does this role sound appealing to you, but you’re missing some of the requirements or don’t quite think you’re qualified? Please apply anyway. Research has shown that underrepresented groups in technology often shy away from roles which aren’t a 100% match. We aim to build a diverse team and will strongly consider applicants who bring many of the requirements plus have other experiences which round out their qualifications. MotherDuck is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, status as a protected veteran, status as an individual with a disability, or other applicable legally protected characteristics. At Ledger, we’re proud to be the global platform for digital assets and Web3, with over 20% of the world’s crypto assets secured through our Ledger devices. With our headquarters in Paris, and offices in Vierzon, Grenoble, Montpellier, London, Portland, Geneva, Zurich and Central Singapore, we have a team of around 600 professionals developing a variety of products and services to enable individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow and manage crypto assets – including the Ledger hardware wallets line with more than 7.5 millions units already sold in 200 countries. The team: Amazon brings Ledger to a broader audience of crypto-curious buyers on every continent, making it a key growth driver for the business. The Marketplaces team owns the Amazon channel end to end, from catalogue and inventory management to ads campaign management. You’ll lead our ads performance and bring a builder’s mindset to the whole channel: using data and AI to scale what works and automate our Amazon processes, from ads to operations. What you’ll be doing: - Amazon advertising management: own and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and DSP campaigns across our markets, with one goal: prove and drive incremental revenue, not just efficient spend; use Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to understand our audiences and buyers and measure what our ads really bring. - Process automation: rebuild our largely manual Amazon workflows (bid management, reporting, budget pacing, promo checks) into automated, scalable processes, leveraging AI tools and scripting rather than spreadsheets. - Data & reporting: collaborate closely with the data team to build and maintain dashboards and trackers monitoring ads performance and promotional impact, turning raw data into clear recommendations for leadership. - Promotions: manage promotional calendars across marketplaces to maximize conversion and defend competitive position. - Tooling & partner evaluation: continuously benchmark and test third party tools, agencies and tech partners (audiences analytics, competitive intelligence, etc.) to identify the best stack for scale. - Cross functional collaboration: work closely with the operations/catalog team, brand, and finance teams to align ads strategy with inventory, listings, and budget realities. What we’re looking for: - 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or data analysis, or, with a strong analytical mindset (Amazon Ads experience is a plus, not a requirement) - Strong appetite for AI is a must, with dashboards, reportings or automated processes you’ve built using AI tools - Comfortable owning manual workflows and turning them into repeatable systems - Excellent organizational skills - Fluent in English; the role is based in Paris, and English is a prerequisite for both social and work life in our office Nice to have: - Hands on experience with Amazon Ads console / Seller Central / Vendor Central - Interest in Web3/crypto At Ledger, we are dedicated to continually investing in our employees which is why we offer more than just salaries; we provide comprehensive compensation packages that include a wide range of benefits.
