ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
As Staff AI Deployment Strategist, you will shape how some of the most ambitious enterprises in the DACH region adopt frontier AI at scale.
This is a senior, high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution. You will work directly on Mistral’s most strategic opportunities and largest deliveries, helping customers move from ambition to measurable business outcomes. You will frame complex AI transformation programs, turn executive priorities into actionable roadmaps, and ensure that Mistral delivers systems that are valuable, scalable, and trusted.
You will also act as a senior sponsor on our most critical customer programs, bringing judgment, structure, and delivery excellence to high-stakes engagements. Your mandate is to raise the ambition and quality of AI adoption: helping customers identify where AI can create step-change value, making the right trade-offs, and ensuring that execution matches the strategic promise.
This role is ideal for an experienced strategy consultant, transformation leader, or senior operator who wants to move from advising on change to building it directly with frontier AI technology.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Shape high-impact AI transformations
- Partner closely with Mistral’s Sales leadership in DACH to qualify opportunities, align on account strategy, and drive executive engagement.
- Work with senior customer stakeholders to identify where frontier AI can create material business value.
- Structure complex opportunities into clear, credible, and executable transformation programs.
- Translate strategic ambition into delivery roadmaps, success metrics, and operating plans.
- Help customers make the right trade-offs between ambition, feasibility, speed, and long-term scalability.
- Sponsor Mistral’s most strategic deliveries
- Act as a senior sponsor on the largest and most complex customer programs, primarily in DACH and potentially cross-region as priorities evolve.
- Ensure delivery quality, executive alignment, and measurable business impact.
- Anticipate risks, unblock decisions, and help teams navigate ambiguity in high-stakes environments.
- Bring senior judgment to moments where scope, resources, timelines, or expected value need to be clarified.
- Build repeatable deployment excellence
- Turn lessons from strategic engagements into reusable approaches, playbooks, and patterns.
- Raise the bar for how AI programs are qualified, framed, delivered, and scaled.
- Act as a senior relay for the Solutions organization in the region, helping teams adopt shared best practices, adapt them thoughtfully to local market specificities when needed, and strengthen the quality of execution.
- Work hand in hand with Solutions leadership to connect customer realities, delivery patterns, and field feedback into practical ways of improving how Mistral deploys AI.
- Help codify what great enterprise AI deployment looks like across industries and use cases.
- Contribute to a Solutions culture that combines strategic clarity, technical depth, and strong execution.
- Develop and multiply senior DS impact
- Coach Deployment Strategists on strategic problem-solving, executive communication, and delivery leadership.
- Help teams raise the quality of their work on the highest-impact opportunities.
- Identify capability gaps and contribute to hiring, staffing, and development priorities.
- Act as a force multiplier across accounts, teams, and regions where your experience can have the highest leverage.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You are a senior, highly capable professional with strong executive presence, excellent business judgment, and a track record of leading complex strategic or transformation work.
Typical indicators we’re looking for include:
- 8 to 10+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting, digital transformation, AI, enterprise technology, or a similarly demanding environment.
- Experience operating at Partner, Principal, Engagement Manager, Director, or equivalent level in a top-tier strategy consulting or transformation context.
- A strong ability to structure ambiguous problems, identify value, and turn strategy into execution.
- Experience leading large accounts, complex programs, or senior customer relationships.
- The credibility to engage with executives and C-level stakeholders on business priorities, trade-offs, and impact.
- Strong analytical and commercial judgment, with the ability to challenge assumptions constructively.
- Comfort working at the frontier of technology, even when solutions are evolving quickly and the path is not fully defined.
- A low-ego, high-ownership mindset and a desire to build with customers and teams, not just advise from a distance.
- Fluency in English; German is a strong plus.
We are looking for adaptable, low-ego team players who are passionate about turning AI vision into reality and delivering transformative impact for our customers.

- Ability to communicate technical ideas to the wider team and influence how other engineers build and operate their services.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary of £105,000 to £125,000
- Equity in an early-stage tech company on an incredible trajectory
- 25 days holiday plus local public holidays
- Apple hardware
- Private medical insurance through AXA
- Pension contribution through Hargreaves Lansdown

About the role:
Provectus is a
Premier AWS partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner
at the forefront of applied AI, helping enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable business outcomes through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory engagements. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide and are obsessed with reimagining how they operate and compete.
Our work centers on two verticals —
Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences
— where we deploy five pre-built AI Blueprints: Submission Flow, Portfolio Lens, Asset Flow, Revenue Flow, and Evidence Lens. Each Blueprint rebuilds a critical business process front to back, shipped from working code and tuned to a client's specific book, regulators, and operating posture.
We embed engineers and leaders inside client operations as Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE) and Forward Deployed Executives (FDX) — people who learn the work, ship the system, and own the outcome. Our team holds 100+ AWS certifications, is Claude Code certified, and co-delivers Anthropic's Agentic SDLC program, Cowork Activation, and AI Bluprints.
You will do the customer’s job before you automate it.
Most AI engagements fail the same way: someone gathers requirements, someone writes a PRD, and a team ships a workflow nobody uses. We think the requirements-gathering step is the bug. So we remove it.
A Forward Deployed AI Engineer at Provectus spends the first weeks of an engagement
in the operator’s seat
— as the underwriter, the analyst, the RCM specialist, the claims clinician, whoever actually does the work we’ve been asked to change. You do the job. You learn the constraints from the inside, the ones nobody writes down. Then you sit at a table with that operator and a Forward Deployed Executive and
rebuild the function from first principles
— and you are the one who builds it.
Three things define how you work:
Embedded, not engaged
. You are part of the customer’s team and inside their process — not a vendor running a project alongside it.
Real tasks, not scope
. You are not fenced into a siloed deliverable. You go where the operating problem is.
Autonomous
. Embedded is not staff-augmented. You own the method; nobody hands you a ticket.
You won’t start from zero.
Provectus builds industry blueprints
— working systems that have already shipped for a customer in your industry. Your engagement starts from that baseline, and what you learn in the field goes back into it. That loop is the difference between an outcome and an invoice.
You’ll be measured on whether the Business Unit’s number moved — not on hours, not on scope delivered.
This is a role for engineers who have led before — as a founder, a CTO, a staff engineer — and who want to stay in the code while owning the outcome. On most days you’ll be the most senior technical person in the room, and you’ll still be the one shipping.
Requirements:
8+ years building software
, a substantial share of it writing production code you were accountable for. You are hands-on today and intend to stay that way.
You will take the operator’s seat.
You are genuinely willing to spend weeks doing someone else’s job — claims processing, underwriting, revenue-cycle work — before you write a line of code. Engineers who need to stay in the IDE should not apply.
You learn domains fast.
Demonstrated ability to become conversant in an unfamiliar business function quickly enough to argue with the people who do it for a living.
Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production
— not demos, not notebooks. You’ve handled the parts that get hard after the prototype works.
You evaluate.
You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured and why.
Strong engineering fundamentals
— dropped into an unfamiliar codebase or language, you’re productive. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack.
Cloud-native delivery on AWS
(GCP/Azure a plus): containers, Kubernetes/ECS, IaC, CI/CD, and the operational reality of a system someone else inherits.
Credible with senior stakeholders
— you can hold a redesign conversation with a BU head and a scoping conversation with a CTO without losing either room.
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership.
Engagements start underspecified by design. Closing that gap is the job.
Solid AI/ML foundations
— you understand what the models do well enough to reason about failure modes, not just call the API.
Strong hands-on prodcution experience with
Claude Code/Cowork.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Nice to have:
Prior experience as a
founder, CTO, or engineering leader
who has chosen to return to individual contribution.
Real depth in one of our blueprint industries:
financial services, insurance, healthcare, asset management
.
Consulting, professional services, or other embedded customer-facing delivery.
Data platform depth: data lakes, warehouses, streaming and real-time analytics, data mesh and data contracts, governance and data quality.
MLOps and classical ML: PyTorch, SageMaker, MLflow.
Fine-tuning, distillation, or inference/serving optimization.
Graph databases (Neo4j, AWS Neptune).
IaC depth: AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform.
Open-source contributions or public writing on applied AI.
What you’ll do:
Take the seat
Do the operator’s job for two to four weeks at the start of an engagement. Learn the function from inside, not from a requirements doc.
Reach working fluency in a new domain — insurance underwriting, healthcare revenue cycle, asset flow — in weeks, not quarters.
Sit with the operator and the Forward Deployed Executive and redesign the function from first principles. Discovery, user research, and PRD-writing collapse into one team that re-imagines its own job. You are all three roles.
Build
Ship production GenAI systems into the customer’s environment — LLM applications, agentic workflows, retrieval and structured-extraction pipelines, and the services around them. Running software, not recommendations.
Build the evaluation harness before you build the feature.
When the engagement is bound to a business KPI, “it looked good in testing” is not an answer. Define what working means, instrument it, and let the evals drive the design.
Write production code across the stack — backend services, data pipelines, and the AI layer. Python and TypeScript are our centre of gravity; we choose tools to fit the customer, not the résumé.
Take systems to production on AWS (GCP/Azure where the customer requires it): containerized, observable, and maintainable after we leave.
Start from the blueprint, and
feed the blueprint.
What you learn in the field becomes the baseline the next engagement starts from.
Own the outcome
Work in a pair with a Forward Deployed Executive who carries the Business Unit’s KPIs. Your work is measured against the same number.
Drive adoption. A system the BU routes around has not shipped. Change management is part of the engineering job here, not a phase after it.
Be credible with the customer’s engineers, their operators, and their executives — and be willing to disagree with all three.
Shape what we commit to before we commit to it. You’ll have the standing to do it, because you’re the one who will build it.
What We Offer:
Frontier delivery work across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare
The chance to shape how leading enterprises adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment
A forward-deployed model working in small, senior teams alongside Principal Architects and Forward Deployed Engineers
A growing AI delivery practice where you help build the tooling and frameworks, not just use them
Remote-friendly culture
High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership.
Strong earning potential with performance-based bonuses.
Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI and cloud solutions.
B2B contract model or full-time model.
Unlimited Vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance.
401(K) matching plan.
OTE range: up to $250k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.
How we hire:
Intro conversation
— the role, your background, what you want to be doing.
Two live engineering sessions.
Real problems, your own editor.
You may use an LLM assistant
(ChatGPT, Claude) — how you work now includes these tools.
Autocomplete/agentic coding tools are off
for these sessions.
The redesign session.
We hand you an unfamiliar business function and the constraints of the person who performs it. You have to understand the job well enough to rebuild it — then say what you’d build and how you’d know it worked. No LLMs for this one.
Team and practice conversation.

Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel, M&A to join our corporate legal team. As Anthropic continues to scale, we need an M&A attorney who can drive strategic transactions, including acquisitions, acquihires, minority investments, joint ventures, and other structured deals, from initial diligence through execution and post-closing integration, and help us build the playbooks and processes to do it repeatably.
You will work closely with our Legal, Corporate Development, Finance, Accounting, and executive teams to execute transactions that support Anthropic's mission and growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
Lead legal workstreams on M&A transactions — acquisitions, acquihires, minority investments, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions — from due diligence through closing and post-closing integration
Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents including letters of intent, purchase agreements, ancillary agreements, and related closing documentation
Manage and coordinate due diligence, including oversight of cross-functional workstreams and third-party advisors
Provide practical counsel on deal structuring, risk allocation, purchase price mechanics, indemnification, and other key transaction terms
Prepare materials for executive leadership (and, as needed, the Board) on transaction matters
Manage outside counsel relationships on transactions, including staffing, budgets, and work-product quality
Represent Legal on post-closing integration, working cross-functionally to ensure smooth transitions
Develop and maintain standardized processes, playbooks, and template documents that drive efficiency and best practices across M&A transactions
Support other corporate matters as needed

Hold a law degree (JD, LLB, or equivalent) and meet the local licensing requirements to work as in-house counsel where you'll be based
Experience drafting and negotiating M&A transaction documents, including letters of intent, purchase agreements, and ancillary closing documentation
A deep understanding of transaction structures, including stock purchases, asset purchases, mergers, acquihires, minority investments, and joint ventures
Experience with both domestic and cross-border transactions
Experience advising technology companies and startups on the unique legal issues they present
Preferred qualifications
At least 5-8 years of M&A legal experience at a nationally recognized law firm and/or in-house at a high-growth technology company
Experience with public company securities law compliance and SEC reporting
Experience with equity compensation matters in the deal context
Experience with AI, machine learning, or other emerging technology companies
Experience building M&A playbooks, templates, or processes on a lean team
Exceptional analytical, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal issues into clear, practical advice
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple transactions and priorities simultaneously
An independent self-starter who can drive projects forward with minimal supervision, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Role-specific policy:
For this role, we expect all staff to be able to work from our San Francisco, New York, or Seattle office at least 3 days a week, though we encourage you to apply even if you might need some flexibility for an interim period of time.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

Annual Salary:
$265,000
—
$335,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
For roles performing work in California:
We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records or criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, and the California Fair Chance Act.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is building a new AI business, and you’ll be one of its first technical sellers. Your job is to turn technically complex AI products into closed revenue.
You’ll sell a growing portfolio spanning AI-powered applications and agents for finance teams, as well as infrastructure that helps companies deploy and manage AI with greater control, security, and cost efficiency. This is a product-focused, quota-carrying technical sales role. You’ll help customers evaluate and purchase Ramp’s AI products, translating complex capabilities into clear business value and guiding opportunities from discovery through close.
This is a high-velocity commercial role, not a traditional pre-sales position where success ends with a great demo. You’ll be accountable for turning technical evaluations into commercial wins from start to finish. You’ll lead discovery, shape deal strategy, build executive-level business cases, deliver tailored demonstrations, navigate technical and commercial objections, and create urgency around a clear path to purchase.
You’ll move comfortably between technical and executive conversations. In one meeting, you may discuss model routing, APIs, integrations, data governance, and security with Engineering and IT teams. In the next, you may help Finance and executive leaders understand the ROI, total cost of ownership, and operational impact of adopting Ramp’s AI products.
You’ll join at a formative moment for Ramp’s AI business. As one of the first dedicated sellers for these products, you’ll help identify the strongest use cases, refine how we position and sell the portfolio, influence the customer experience, and build the playbook the broader team will eventually scale. You’ll own the full customer lifecycle from discovery and evaluation through close, implementation, and adoption, helping customers translate their purchase into a successful deployment. This role combines Ramp’s resources and customer reach with the ownership, speed, and ambiguity of an early-stage team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Carry a revenue quota and own the progression of AI product opportunities from initial discovery through purchase, ensuring business value is clear, technical requirements are validated, and obstacles to a decision are resolved.
- Lead discovery with business and technical buyers to understand their goals, workflows, challenges, decision criteria, existing systems, and AI strategy.
- Translate Ramp’s AI applications and infrastructure into compelling solution narratives tied to measurable business outcomes.
- Build ROI and total cost of ownership analyses that quantify the value of Ramp’s AI products and create executive-level justification for investment.
- Help customers identify high-value use cases, set realistic expectations, and establish a credible path from evaluation to production.
- Deliver tailored demonstrations, technical workshops, and proofs of concept with clear success criteria that establish value and build confidence in a purchase decision.
- Build relationships with champions and decision-makers across Engineering, IT, Security, Finance, Operations, Procurement, and executive leadership.
- Navigate questions related to APIs, integrations, model capabilities and limitations, data flows, architecture, privacy, security, governance, implementation, and tradeoffs among quality, cost, latency, and control.
- Apply strong commercial judgment to qualify opportunities, create urgency, address objections, identify risk, and keep customers moving toward a decision.
- Lead customers through implementation after purchase, including deployment planning, stakeholder alignment, workflow design, technical coordination, enablement, and adoption.
- Partner with Account Executives and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, Marketing, and post-sales teams to remove deployment blockers and deliver a strong customer experience from evaluation through production.
- Bring structured customer and market feedback to internal teams to improve the products, positioning, sales execution, and customer experience.
- Turn early customer conversations into repeatable messaging, demonstrations, qualification criteria, value stories, and sales plays as we build this go-to-market motion from the ground up.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Consulting, technical sales, Solutions Architecture, enterprise software sales, or a related customer-facing role.
- Direct quota-carrying or deal-closing ownership of the pre-sale cycle—not only experience delivering demonstrations or supporting post-sale implementation.
- A track record of independently influencing and winning complex B2B sales opportunities with clear revenue accountability.
- Strong discovery and value-selling skills, with the ability to connect technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to build executive-level business cases, including ROI and total cost of ownership analyses; this capability will be central to success in the role.
- Commercial instincts and comfort taking meaningful ownership of deal strategy, momentum, and results.
- Technical fluency across modern AI systems, including applications and agents, model capabilities and limitations, APIs, integrations, data flows, security, governance, and tradeoffs among quality, cost, latency, and control.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, including the ability to make complex concepts clear and relevant to different audiences.
- The ability to explain probabilistic, rapidly evolving AI technology with credibility and precision without overpromising what the product can do.
- Experience building champions and navigating multi-threaded buying groups with competing priorities.
- High ownership, curiosity, sound judgment, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where you’ll build structure as you go rather than inherit it.
- Energy for zero-to-one work and the opportunity to build a sales motion rather than simply inherit one.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience selling AI infrastructure, AI applications or agents, developer tools, data platforms, security products, finance technology, or workflow automation software.
- Experience helping launch a new product or develop an early go-to-market motion.
- Familiarity with AI gateways, model routing, usage controls, data governance, or enterprise AI deployment.
- Experience selling to developers, IT, Security, Finance, Operations, Procurement, or executive stakeholders.
- Experience creating reusable sales assets, demonstrations, value frameworks, or enablement programs.

- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

About the Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Payments Team, based in the US. Payments is where OKX meets the real financial world. Our team has built and operates the infrastructure connecting OKX to dozens of payment channels across global markets, giving users deposit and withdrawal options that are fast, convenient, and — most importantly — trustworthy. That platform moves and safeguards user assets at institutional scale, continuously, across time zones and regulatory environments.
This is not a greenfield team looking for its footing. The team is established, the platform is in production at scale, and we are actively expanding — both in scope and in headcount. That combination is rare: you get the leverage of joining a growing team where your work visibly shifts the roadmap, along with the discipline that comes from a system already trusted with real money.
It's also an unusually good place to learn. Payments is a domain that's hard to pick up from the outside — every market has its own rails, its own settlement behavior, its own failure modes, its own compliance expectations. Here you'll work across a wide range of payment methods and channels, and you'll build the judgment that comes from operating financial systems where the stakes are real: how to design for correctness when money is on the line, how to reconcile, how to recover, how to keep a platform observable enough that you find problems before your users do.
You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and partner-facing teams, and you'll set the technical bar for the engineers around you — through design docs, code reviews, and the everyday habit of doing things properly when nobody's watching.
If you like the sound of a team where the problems are genuinely hard, the standard is high, and your opinion changes the outcome, we'd like to talk.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design and build the core. Develop high-scale, 24/7 APIs and distributed payment services across multiple cloud providers, using Java and Spring Boot as the primary stack. Own systems end to end — from design doc through production ownership.
Expand our global reach. Help integrate and scale new payment channels and methods across markets, each with its own technical, operational, and reliability characteristics.
Protect user assets. Build for correctness first: consistency, idempotency, reconciliation, failure recovery, and the operational tooling that lets us stand behind every transaction.
Set the technical bar. Participate actively in design and code reviews, giving and receiving direct, constructive feedback. Help evolve the standards a growing team builds on.
Solve the hard problems. Investigate complex distributed-systems challenges and drive them to resolution rather than handing them off.
Partner across functions. Work with product, design, and partner teams across regions to turn ambiguous requirements into shipped systems, and to unblock dependencies before they become delays.
Grow the team's capability. Mentor engineers and share what you learn. Seniority here is measured in leverage, not just output.
Stay curious. Keep pace with a fast-moving industry and bring the good ideas back.
What you'll take away from this role
Deep, practical fluency across a wide range of global payment methods and channels — knowledge that is genuinely hard to acquire anywhere else
Experience designing and operating systems entrusted with substantial user assets, where correctness and recoverability are non-negotiable
A track record of shipping in a regulated, high-stakes domain at real scale
What We Look For In You
5+ years of backend software development experience, with a proven track record of building and operating high-availability, large-scale applications.
Strong engineering fundamentals — data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and software design patterns — and the judgment to know when to reach for which.
Ownership instinct. You take responsibility for outcomes, not just tickets. When something's broken or unclear, you move toward it.
Ability to drive cross-team collaboration, managing complex dependencies and competing requirements without losing momentum.
Excellent problem-solving skills, and comfort operating with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication. You can explain a complex technical trade-off to an engineer and to a non-technical stakeholder, and land it with both.
Genuine interest in crypto or fintech, and in building things that make money move better.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!
The base salary range for this position is $178,888 to $268,333. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Applicants should apply via OKX internal or external careers site.
OKX is committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, genetic information, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, lawful alien status, national origin, age, marital status, and non-job related physical or mental disability, or protected veteran status.
