RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Head of Sales to build and lead the commercial system that converts RevenueCat's market position, product signals, and customer demand into dependable revenue, regardless of that revenue coming in the form of an immediate contract, a self-serve credit-swipe, or long-term expansion.
In the ‘app monetization platform’ category, RevenueCat currently has about a 90% marketshare, ranging from the biggest apps in the world (ChatGPT, Ladder, VSCO) to a long tail of 100,000+ indies and startups vying to make it big. We only power roughly 25% of in-app revenue, though: The majority of apps still tries to build this themselves. Your job will be to show them the error of their ways. Not (just) to close a deal, but because we truly, deeply believe we will help them make more money.
As the Head of Sales, you’ll lead the AE and Sales Engineering teams, bringing both teams together in a single, well-oiled machine. You’ll set the functional strategy, develop talent, own forecasting and results, and you’ll personally help move important opportunities forward without becoming the required manager or closer on every deal.
WHY WE ARE HIRING FOR THIS ROLE NOW
We have more opportunities than the current team can consistently identify, prioritize and pursue.
Our reputation and market position produce consistent touch points with the majority of potential prospects, without those touch points turning into economic opportunities. At the same time, we’re rapidly expanding into new markets and product areas that need more proactive sales support than we can deliver.
We need a leader who can make several motions work together without forcing them into one generic process:
- Complex evaluations involving technical, business, security, legal, and procurement stakeholders.
- Faster mid-market opportunities that require strong qualification and commercial momentum.
- Self-exploration where customer behavior reveals an opportunity before a formal handraise.
- Carefully researched outbound engagement with app businesses where RevenueCat has a specific reason to be useful.
- Partner-sourced and selected regional motions whose economics must be demonstrated before they are scaled.
The foundations exist: Account Executives, Sales Engineers, product and usage data, a respected brand, Growth Marketing, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, Product, Finance, and Customer Growth. This role will turn those ingredients into a successful Sales function.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Own the function. Set goals, metrics, operating cadences, headcount plans, budget, organization design, executive communication, and the performance bar across Sales.
- Build a multi-motion Sales system. Define how strategic, mid-market, product-led, outbound, partner, and regional opportunities are identified, qualified, staffed, and advanced, across a growing product portfolio.
- Create qualified pipeline beyond inbound. Develop focused account and outbound programs grounded in customer evidence, specific use cases, market events, and product signals rather than undifferentiated prospecting.
- Close the coverage gap. Ensure high-potential product usage, sign-ups, inbound requests, support interactions, and target-account signals quickly result in a named owner and an intentional next action.
- Build the team. We have good building blocks in place but the team needs to be significantly expanded to take on our current scale. Hire and developer exception talent, and define what makes a great sales team member at RevenueCat.
- Remain close to customers. Participate in customer conversations every week and personally lead or support opportunities with unusual economic, technical, or organizational complexity.
- Make the forecast useful. Establish definitions and inspection habits that distinguish real, qualified opportunity value from incomplete records, existing usage conversions, renewals, total contract value, or loosely influenced demand.
- Help shape pricing and packaging. Bring a clear Sales point of view to cross-functional pricing and packaging decisions, using customer evidence to advocate for structures that support value, adoption, and durable growth.
- Get cross-functional collaboration right. Define how Sales works with Customer Growth, Partnerships, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations, Product, Engineering, TAM, and Support without creating duplicate account ownership or executive rescue as the default operating model.
- Create learning from every deal. Turn repeated discovery patterns, objections, migrations, wins, and losses into better playbooks, reusable assets, Product evidence, and team training.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
We help even more apps make even more money, without turning Sales into the standard SaaS “spray and pray” factory
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- 5+ Year of experience leading Sales in a technically complex B2B environment, including responsibility for managers or senior team leads as well as individual contributors.
- Success across multiple distinct motions such as strategic enterprise, mid-market, product-led Sales assistance, focused outbound, channel, or regional selling.
- Experience creating qualified pipeline rather than depending entirely on inbound demand or a large SDR organization.
- Enough product and technical fluency to talk to Engineering about a possible migration without relying on Sales Engineering for every conversation.
- Fluency with pipeline inspection, forecasting, conversion data, capacity planning, and performance management.
- Evidence of hiring, coaching, developing leaders, raising standards, and making difficult talent decisions.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Partnerships, and post-sale teams.
- A desire to stay personally engaged with customers and live commercial work as the organization grows (and an understanding of why this matters).
IDEALLY, YOU
- Have worked in a product-led or usage-based business where self-service remains an important customer path.
- Understand app infrastructure, payments, monetization, developer platforms, or another domain with meaningful implementation complexity.
- Have built a productive Account Executive and Sales Engineering partnership.
- Have experience with partner-sourced, international, or regional programs.
- Have sold to buying groups spanning engineering, product, growth, finance, security, legal, and procurement.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?
Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Senior Finance Data Governance Consultant (Contract)
*This is a 12 month temporary assignment
Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking an experienced, hands-on Finance Data Governance consultant to help establish and operationalize SIE’s Finance Data Governance capability. The role will partner across Finance and Technology to define governance standards, document critical Finance data and lineage, establish data quality controls, govern master data and hierarchies, and support priority Finance data products.
The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in data governance, Finance transformation, or Finance data management, with strong knowledge of financial processes and systems. Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Snowflake, data catalog/governance platforms such as Atlan or Collibra, and enterprise reporting tools is preferred. The candidate should be comfortable working independently in a greenfield environment and translating complex Finance and technical requirements into practical, sustainable governance processes.
Responsibilities:
Establish the Finance Data Governance Foundation
Assess the current maturity of Finance data governance, documentation, ownership, controls, and data management practices.
Design and implement a practical Finance Data Governance operating model, including roles, decision rights, governance forums, workflows, escalation paths, and operating cadences.
Create governance standards, procedures, templates, decision logs, issue-management routines, and approval processes that Finance and Technology teams can use in practice.
Build the Finance Data Inventory and Business Glossary
Identify and inventory priority Finance data domains, systems, tables, reports, interfaces, data products, calculations, mappings, and critical data elements.
Document business definitions, ownership, stewardship, approved usage, security classification, refresh frequency, and downstream dependencies.
Resolve conflicting definitions across Accounting, FP&A, management reporting, statutory reporting, and regional Finance teams.
Prepare metadata for publication in an enterprise data catalog and establish workflows for maintaining, reviewing, approving, and retiring governance documentation.
Document Data Lineage and Finance Transformation Logic
Map data from source systems through integration, transformation, consolidation, reporting, and analytical consumption.
Document business rules, transformation logic, mappings, allocations, eliminations, adjustments, currency translation, and reconciliation points.
Identify manual transformations, uncontrolled spreadsheets, duplicated logic, missing ownership, and lineage gaps, and support impact assessments for upstream changes.
Partner with technical teams to distinguish business lineage from physical and technical lineage.
Establish Data Quality and Financial Data Controls
Define practical Finance data quality standards, rules, thresholds, monitoring requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Build a data quality rule inventory and support issue identification, triage, root-cause analysis, ownership, remediation, escalation, and closure.
Develop data quality scorecards and maintain traceable and auditable evidence for approvals, exceptions, reconciliations, and remediation activities.
Govern Finance Master Data and Hierarchies
Document and govern Finance master data, reference data, mappings, and hierarchies, including accounts, cost centers, profit centers, entities, products, regions, currencies, scenarios, and reporting periods.
Define ownership, approval, versioning, effective dating, and change-control requirements.
Partner with master-data and technology teams on future hierarchy-management and Master Data Management initiatives, including business requirements, process design, testing, and downstream-impact assessment.
Support Priority Finance Data Products
Apply governance standards to priority Finance data products and procedures.
Support documentation and validation of SAP financial and consolidation data, including ACDOCA and ACDOCU where applicable.
Help document data flows and reconciliation requirements across SAP, consolidation and reporting platforms, Snowflake, Domo, planning tools, and downstream reports.·
Support the development of governed enterprise context and semantic layers for reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled Finance use cases.
Drive Adoption and Manage Delivery
Facilitate workshops, prepare executive-ready updates, develop training materials, and coach data owners and stewards on their responsibilities.
Translate complex Finance and technical concepts into clear documentation and decisions.
Establish a repeatable onboarding approach for new data domains and data products.
Promote governance as an enabler of faster, more reliable reporting and analytics rather than as an administrative exercise.
Develop and maintain a prioritized governance backlog with defined owners, deliverables, dependencies, and completion criteria.
Work independently, identify missing requirements, and move ambiguous work toward resolution.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in data governance, Finance data management, Finance transformation, financial systems, data quality, metadata management, or related consulting roles.
Demonstrated experience establishing or materially improving a data governance and data strategy capability in a complex enterprise.
Strong understanding of Finance processes, including general ledger, management reporting, financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, close, and reconciliation.
Experience documenting financial data definitions, business rules, mappings, hierarchies, lineage, controls, and data quality requirements.
Experience partnering with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, data engineering, business intelligence, security, and enterprise technology teams.
Ability to distinguish business ownership and governance responsibilities from technical platform and engineering responsibilities.
Strong facilitation skills and the ability to drive decisions across stakeholders with different priorities.
Demonstrated ability to create detailed, usable deliverables with limited existing documentation or structure.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce both detailed working documentation and executive-level summaries.
Experience working in a consulting, transformation, or contractor environment where measurable deliverables and knowledge transfer are required.
Ability to operate independently in an ambiguous, fast-moving, greenfield environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and related financial data structures, consolidation, or group reporting (e.g., ACDOCA, ACDOCU).
Experience with cloud data platforms, enterprise analytics/reporting tools, and data governance/catalog platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, Domo, Atlan, Collibra, Purview, or similar).
Strong understanding of data quality and architecture, including SQL, data profiling/reconciliation, dimensional modeling, semantic layers, hierarchies, and modern data architectures.
Experience working with Finance data in SOX-controlled or audit-sensitive environments, including data supporting automation and AI; consulting, Finance transformation, or enterprise data advisory experience preferred.

At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock and inspire performance for life.
WHOOP is seeking a Director, Security Engineering & Operations to lead the teams responsible for enterprise security engineering and security operations. Reporting directly to the CISO and serving as a senior member of the Security leadership team, this leader will shape strategy, lead a growing team of managers, engineers, and analysts, and drive measurable security outcomes across a fast-moving technology environment.
This is a leadership role for someone who has successfully scaled security operations in complex, high-growth environments and brings strong security engineering experience. The right leader combines strategic judgment with strong technical depth, staying close enough to the work to set a high bar for engineering quality, guide critical technical decisions, and lead effectively through significant security events.
This leader will play a significant role in shaping the team, operating model, and technical roadmap as WHOOP scales, advancing capabilities across security engineering, detection and response, incident management, security automation, identity, cloud, endpoint, SaaS, data protection, and other enterprise security domains.
As WHOOP expands its use of AI across member-facing products, internal technology, and engineering, and continues to evolve its capabilities in health, this leader will help ensure security scales alongside the company's technology, data, regulatory, and threat landscape.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Security Engineering and Security Operations, defining strategy, priorities, technical standards, performance expectations, and measurable outcomes across both functions.
- Advance a risk and threat-informed detection and response program that connects priority threat scenarios to the telemetry, detections, investigation capabilities, response procedures, and operational controls required to address them, including identity-centric, data protection, and insider risk scenarios.
- Lead security incident readiness and response, including escalation, incident command for significant events, cross-functional coordination, post-incident review, and accountability for follow-up actions.
- Guide the engineering and operationalization of preventive and detective security controls across identity, endpoint, cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, data, AI-enabled systems, and other high-value enterprise environments, while setting a high bar for technical design, testing, documentation, maintainability, and lifecycle management.
- Lead the security strategy and engineering approach for AI-enabled products and enterprise AI adoption, including access controls, sensitive data handling, model and application security, third-party integrations, tool and agent permissions, monitoring, auditability, and secure use of AI across the company.
- Drive an outcome-oriented approach to security technology and managed services, maximizing the effectiveness of existing capabilities, making disciplined decisions about when to automate, build, buy, or use external partners, and holding security partners accountable to measurable outcomes.
- Drive disciplined execution across the security engineering and operations portfolio through effective prioritization, roadmap and backlog management, capacity planning, metrics, ownership, and operating cadence.
- Lead, coach, and develop managers, engineers, and analysts, setting clear expectations for technical quality, judgment, ownership, execution, and professional growth.
- Strengthen collaboration across Product Security, Security Architecture, Platform, Fraud, Engineering, IT, GRC, Legal, Privacy, and other business functions, creating clear ownership and effective operating relationships across organizational boundaries.
- Partner with the CISO on organizational design, workforce planning, hiring, and development of the capabilities required as the Security organization evolves, while providing clear, data-driven communication on security posture, operational performance, significant risks, and strategic priorities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of experience in information security, with deep experience in Security Operations and meaningful experience across Security Engineering in complex technology environments.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience, including multiple years managing managers and senior technical individual contributors. This is not a first-time people leadership role. Demonstrated strength in hiring, coaching, performance management, organizational design, and raising the bar for team quality and execution.
- Deep technical expertise in detection engineering, SIEM and telemetry strategy, incident response, and modern security operations, including experience leading significant security incidents.
- Proven ability to drive disciplined execution across priorities, roadmaps, backlogs, metrics, and ownership, while maximizing existing capabilities before introducing additional technology.
- Experience managing MDR, MSSP, or similar security partners and holding them accountable to measurable operational outcomes.
- Experience securing AI-enabled products, enterprise AI adoption, or AI development environments, including risks related to sensitive data, models, agents, third-party services, access, and monitoring.
- Strong judgment and relationship-building skills, with a track record of working effectively across technical, product, risk, legal, and senior leadership teams.
- Experience in health technology or another sensitive-data environment is a plus.
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! At WHOOP, we believe there is much more to a candidate than what is written on paper, and we value character as much as experience. As we continue to build a diverse and inclusive environment, we encourage anyone who is interested in this role to apply.
WHOOP is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-verify https://www.e-verify.gov/to determine employment eligibility
The WHOOP compensation philosophy is designed to attract, motivate, and retain exceptional talent by offering competitive base salaries, meaningful equity, and consistent pay practices that reflect our mission and core values.
At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $220,000-$245,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. Build recruiting management capability through coaching, clear expectations, structured operating cadences, and development plans for managers and individual contributors.
Own GitLab’s most senior and executive-level technical searches in the region, including Vice President and C-suite-adjacent leadership roles.

Advise senior Engineering and IT leaders on organization design, workforce planning, compensation considerations, talent availability, and hiring priorities.

Partner with People Business Partners, Compensation, Finance, and other recruiting leaders on headcount strategy, process improvements, tooling decisions, and company-wide talent priorities.
Champion diversity, inclusion, and belonging, strengthen candidate and hiring team experiences, and build an effective operating model for all-remote collaboration across regions and time zones.

Experience leading recruiting in high-growth technology companies, including enterprise-scale or similarly complex hiring environments.
Experience managing recruiting managers or leading a multi-layered recruiting organization with accountability for team performance and development.
Deep experience recruiting Engineering and IT talent, from individual contributor roles through senior and executive leadership positions.
A record of sourcing, engaging, and closing passive candidates for senior technical and leadership roles in competitive markets.
Deep knowledge of India’s technology talent market and experience setting hiring strategy across India and the broader Asia-Pacific region.
Experience leading distributed teams and large, multi-portfolio hiring plans while advising senior leaders through growth and organizational change.
Clear written and verbal communication when advising senior leaders on recruiting strategy and priorities.
A data-informed approach to recruiting, including experience with hiring metrics, dashboards, market intelligence, applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools. Experience with Greenhouse is helpful.
We welcome candidates with different backgrounds and transferable experience. If you’re excited about this role, please apply even if your experience doesn’t match every item listed.

ABOUT MATTER LABS
Matter Labs builds private settlement infrastructure that lets regulated institutions settle directly with each other without exposing data, ceding control, or waiting days. Global finance moves $4 quadrillion a year on systems designed for paper and telex. The institutions that built them - from clearing houses to exchanges to the world's largest banks, institutions are now actively replacing them. We're building what comes next.
Our core product, Prividium, gives each institution its own private settlement environment (a Prividium Zone) with independent governance and built-in interoperability across counterparties, asset classes, and jurisdictions. Settlement happens through zero-knowledge proofs: one party proves a transaction is valid without revealing any underlying data to the counterparty. The only private settlement infrastructure built on zero-knowledge cryptography.
Founded in 2018. Backed by a16z and Union Square Ventures. A fully remote team of around 90 with eight years of production zero-knowledge infrastructure behind us, now pointed at the biggest problem in institutional finance.
THE ROLE
You will be the technical partner to Matter Labs' institutional sales team. Your work turns customer requirements into credible Prividium architectures and moves opportunities from discovery through evaluation into a deployment plan the customer trusts. The role owns technical discovery, solution design, evaluations and proofs of concept, and the technical response to security and due-diligence reviews. It is a hands-on presales role at the intersection of enterprise architecture, financial markets, and zero-knowledge infrastructure.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead technical discovery. Map customer architecture, data privacy, identity and permissions, interoperability, performance, resilience, custody, and compliance constraints.
- Design solutions. Translate customer workflows into target architectures for Prividium, including integration boundaries, APIs, deployment models, and the route from pilot to production.
- Deliver demos and workshops. Build and run tailored demonstrations and technical workshops for audiences from engineering teams to senior business leaders.
- Run evaluations. Define success criteria, scope proofs of concept, coordinate internal specialists, and keep pilots tied to a commercial decision.
- Own technical diligence. Lead responses to RFPs, RFIs, security reviews, and architecture assessments, with support from Engineering, Security, Product, and Legal.
- Prepare implementation. Produce solution documentation with explicit assumptions, dependencies, owners, and acceptance criteria, and hand over cleanly into delivery.
- Feed the roadmap. Bring structured customer evidence into Product and Engineering, and separate repeatable market needs from one-off requests.
Over time, the reference architectures and playbooks you build become the foundation of the solutions-engineering function.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Each of these is a demonstrated capability, shown through work you have done:
- 7+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering, enterprise architecture, or technical consulting in a customer-facing setting.
- Working with banks, capital-markets firms, market infrastructure, payments businesses, or other regulated institutions.
- Deep grounding in APIs, distributed systems, cloud and on-premise deployment, security, identity and access, and data privacy.
- Leading complex technical evaluations or proofs of concept and converting them into production decisions.
- Explaining complex systems to technical and non-technical audiences, with precise writing and disciplined expectation management.
- Aligning sales, product, engineering, security, and customer teams without formal authority.
NICE TO HAVE
Working knowledge of Ethereum, smart contracts, tokenisation, or zero-knowledge proofs. Deep enterprise and financial-services experience can compensate for a lighter crypto background.
WORK MODEL & PAY
- Competitive base salary
- Performance-based variable compensation and a long-term token incentive are additional. Both are paid in ZK tokens. New-hire token grants vest over four years with a one-year cliff.
- Freedom & ownership culture: no time tracking, minimum bureaucracy-only results matter.

THE ROLE
You will build Prividium's business across the United States. The pipeline you create and the strategic agreements you close will set the pace at which the US institutional market opens for us. The role owns target-account strategy, pipeline creation, deal execution, and closed agreements with US banks, asset managers, market-infrastructure providers, and payment firms. It is a hands-on individual contributor role with no people-management responsibility.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own US revenue. Deliver agreed pipeline, bookings, and revenue outcomes across the US institutional market, from first engagement through negotiation and close.
- Set the account strategy. Build a clear view of where Prividium can win: which institutions, use cases, and stakeholders to pursue, and in what order.
- Create pipeline. Originate opportunities through executive relationships, direct prospecting, and market knowledge. Inbound demand exists but will not carry the number.
- Run deep discovery. Understand customer workflows, constraints, and economics across tokenised deposits, payments, settlement, collateral, funds, and asset issuance.
- Navigate institutional buying. Coordinate long processes spanning business leadership, product, technology, architecture, security, risk, compliance, procurement, and legal.
- Close strategic agreements. Build mutual action plans, keep deal discipline, and lead commercial and contractual negotiation with support from Legal and the executive team.
- Feed the company. Bring structured customer, competitor, and regulatory evidence into product, positioning, and go-to-market decisions.
Over time, the role can grow into leadership of a US team as the market proves out.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Each of these is a demonstrated capability, shown through work you have done:
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales or strategic-account work, with closed six- or seven-figure agreements.
- Selling software, data, SaaS, or infrastructure into banks, capital-markets firms, or other regulated financial institutions.
- Originating pipeline through executive relationships and direct prospecting, with named examples of accounts you opened.
- Leading multi-stakeholder buying processes across security, risk, compliance, procurement, legal, and executive approval.
- Discussing enterprise architecture, APIs, integration, deployment models, and data privacy credibly with senior technology stakeholders.
- Selling an emerging or category-defining product while the sales motion was still being refined.
NICE TO HAVE
Working knowledge of blockchain, tokenisation, or institutional digital assets. Proven institutional-sales performance matters more.

Making videos is easy. Making them work for your business? That is where Wistia shines. Our end-to-end platform gives businesses the tools to create, host, share, and analyze videos and webinars, all in one place.
Our mission? To be the go-to video and webinar platform for businesses. And we know that mission starts with a team that feels valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Our Head of Sales will play a critical role in accelerating Wistia's revenue growth. You will build and manage a top-notch sales team, strengthen our inbound sales motion, stand up a brand-new outbound sales strategy, help us gain ground in the mid-market, and turn our comparatively new webinar product into a commercial success story. Working alongside Growth, Marketing, and Commercial Leadership, you'll sharpen our acquisition strategy and dial in the relationship between self-serve and sales ensuring the two motions compound rather than compete. You’ll also collaborate with GTM leaders to deliver a seamless customer experience and become a leading voice of the customer, shaping what we build
Who You'll Work With: You will lead a team of Account Executives and partner closely with Marketing, GTM Operations, Customer Success, Product, Finance, Growth, and our People team.
What It's Like Working on This Team: This is a hands-on, in-the-work leadership role. You will spend real time coaching reps, reviewing calls and outreach, and building the playbooks and systems that help the team perform consistently. The team values operational rigor paired with sales instinct, and collaborates closely with Marketing and GTM Operations rather than working in a silo. In addition to ensure top notch sales execution, you will also be crafting new sales strategies, as we move into the mid-market and focus on growing our webinar business.
- Why is this role exciting? You will be responsible for leading our Sales organization as we work to accelerate our revenue growth, by growing our mid-market business, gaining share in the webinar market, and launching new Creation products. You will get to build something from scratch. Our outbound motion does not exist yet, so you will design the playbook, the targeting, and the messaging, and then build the team's skills to execute it well.
- How does it directly support Wistia's mission? Wistia's mission is to be the go-to video platform for businesses, and this role directly drives the new business acquisition that fuels that growth, including helping our webinar product become a bigger part of our story.
- What interesting challenges will candidates tackle? You will uplevel our team's strategic selling skills, build outbound sales from the ground up, figure out where AI can genuinely make the team more effective, and help shape which customer segments we go after next.
Work Environment: Hybrid with In-Office Requirement: This role is based in the Boston area, with an expectation of being in our Cambridge office at least one to two days per week.
Preferred Time Zones: Eastern Time
Travel Requirements: 1-2 days/week in our Cambridge, MA office. Team and company gatherings 3-4 times per year.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and grow a team of Account Executives selling into small and mid-market companies, coaching performance and holding a high bar.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Strengthen our existing sales funnel through coaching, sharper playbooks, and operational rigor across the full sales cycle, with a particular focus on discovery and value-based selling.
- Evaluate sales performance and diagnose where the biggest opportunities / challenges are.
- Build a brand-new outbound sales strategy from the ground up: define who we target, build the playbook, and develop the team's outbound skills.
- Partner with Marketing and our Commercial Leadership Team to sharpen our acquisition strategy, including lead sources, target segments, and messaging.
- Bring AI into the sales motion in ways that make the team more effective and more efficient, from prospect research to personalized outreach.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A proven B2B SaaS sales leader with a track record of selling to mid-market companies through both inbound and outbound motions.
- A strong coach and manager who has not just led a high-performing team, but has measurably improved one, through coaching, performance management, and the systems that make results repeatable.
- Deep fluency in value-based, strategic selling methodologies (think SPIN, Sandler, Challenger, MEDDICC), with a track record of instilling those approaches in a team.
- A customer-centric leader who genuinely understands buyers' needs and buying processes, and builds that mindset into the team's culture.
- Bonus: experience selling MarTech or a broader GTM tech stack, and experience building an outbound motion from scratch.
WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING AT WISTIA
At Wistia, we are building the leading video platform for small and medium B2B businesses, and we know that starts with our team. We support, challenge, and celebrate one another, and we invest deeply in connection. Why? Because strong relationships drive better outcomes, and because work is more meaningful when we genuinely care about the people we do it with.
We care a lot, so our benefits are actually benefits, not just the fun stuff like swag and snacks in the office (though we have lots of those too!). We know the biggest investment we can make is in our employees, so we provide:
- A competitive compensation package that includes employee stock options
- 401k with 3% company contribution, regardless of whether you contribute (Roth 401k available)
- Fully paid healthcare, dental, and vision insurance premiums (family plans included)
- Pre-tax FSA and Dependent Care Account
- 16 weeks of paid parental leave
- Flexible Time Off. Everyone should get out of their office to recharge and reboot.
- Annual professional development stipend (courses, conferences, and more)
- New hire bonus to enhance your home office setup
- Pet insurance discount

We believe in being transparent about compensation, which is why we share salary ranges in our job postings. We also recognize that every candidate brings a unique set of experiences and expectations. If you're excited about this opportunity but the range gives you pause, we'd still love to hear from you.

Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
About the role:
Higgsfield AI is looking for a hands-on Member of Technical Staff, GRC Engineering to build and scale the technical infrastructure supporting our security, risk, and compliance programs.
As we scale globally, you'll translate compliance requirements into automated technical controls, continuous monitoring systems, and preventative security measures that evolve alongside our business.
Working closely with Security, Engineering, IT, and cross-functional teams, you'll design and implement controls that proactively prevent compliance gaps rather than simply identifying them during audits. This is a technical engineering role focused on building scalable GRC infrastructure, not traditional policy management or audit coordination.
We're looking for someone who combines strong knowledge of compliance frameworks with technical problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to build systems that support a rapidly growing organization.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
COMPLIANCE ENGINEERING & CONTROL AUTOMATION
- Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into actionable technical controls across corporate and product infrastructure.
- Design and implement automated controls for access management, system configurations, security monitoring, and compliance validation.
- Build preventative controls and release gates that identify and block noncompliant changes before deployment.
- Evaluate which controls should be automated and where human review remains necessary.
GRC INFRASTRUCTURE & CONTINUOUS MONITORING
- Build and maintain scalable GRC infrastructure that supports continuous compliance monitoring and evidence collection.
- Develop automated workflows to validate control effectiveness and identify compliance gaps in real time.
- Design controls that remain effective as employees, systems, vendors, locations, and products evolve.
- Integrate compliance checks into existing engineering workflows, infrastructure, and security tooling.
RISK MANAGEMENT & SECURITY CONTROLS
- Translate frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other applicable standards into practical engineering requirements.
- Partner with Security and Engineering to identify control gaps, prioritize risks, and implement sustainable remediation.
- Establish technical standards and preventative guardrails that reduce reliance on manual compliance processes.
- Evaluate emerging security and compliance requirements and incorporate them into scalable control designs.
TECHNICAL OWNERSHIP & COLLABORATION
- Own GRC engineering initiatives from control design through implementation, validation, and ongoing operations.
- Build automation through scripts, APIs, integrations, and engineering workflows.
- Partner with technical teams to embed compliance requirements into system architecture and development processes.
- Help define the long-term GRC infrastructure roadmap to support the company's growth over the next several years.
Requirements:
- 6+ years spanning security, GRC, software engineering, automation engineering, or related technical roles.
- Demonstrated experience translating framework, regulatory, or policy requirements into technical implementations.
- Hands-on experience personally building or automating security and compliance controls.
- Production-grade scripting or programming experience, such as Python, including working with APIs and integrations.
- Strong understanding of frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001 and what constitutes credible control evidence.
- Ability to distinguish between a control that technically exists and one that is actually effective, enforced, and continuously monitored.
- Experience building in rapidly changing or 0→1 environments without relying on mature infrastructure or large teams.
- Strong judgment around automation, risk, exceptions, enforcement, and engineering velocity.
- Ability to communicate technical controls and evidence clearly to auditors, customer security teams, engineers, and nontechnical stakeholders.
Compensation & Benefits
- We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.
- Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $200,000 - $300,000, depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.
- Bonus: This role is Bonus eligible and may participate in the Company's discretionary annual bonus program.
- Equity: In addition to cash compensation, employees are eligible to participate in the company’s stock option program and share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees professionally and personally, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and additional benefits and perks.
- The opportunity to work on ambitious AI products alongside a highly experienced, fast-moving, and international team.
- Significant ownership, direct impact, and opportunities for professional growth as the company scales.
This is a hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Team members are expected to work from our San Francisco office three full days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely and are expected to be available during agreed working hours and to maintain sufficient overlap with the relevant team’s time zone. We value in-person collaboration, active communication, responsiveness, and close partnership across teams.
Higgsfield AI is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE RISK & INTERNAL CONTROL ROLE ⭐️
Alan's Corporate team brings together Risk, Internal Control, Legal, Compliance, Corporate Governance and Security around a shared mission: building the infrastructure that lets Alan operate at scale, safely and responsibly. Internal Control helps design, implement and monitor controls within the business so operations run in line with members' interests, the strategy, our objectives and the law.
We are looking for a high-potential risk and internal control professional who can identify and manage risks, define and own control activities end-to-end, and grow into ownership of more complex control scopes over time.
This is not a traditional, box-checking control role. We build solutions and act as genuine business partners on risks. This is an opportunity to be part of the next generation of risk professionals: developing automated controls, documentation and using AI to detect emerging risks early.
⭐️ YOUR MISSIONS ⭐️
- Risk Management
- You will help strengthening our system for identifying and monitoring risks on an international scope
- You will co-build the next generation of risk tooling
- Internal Control
- You will define and implement control frameworks on processes, leveraging Alan’s culture of transparency and distributed ownership, and pushing for reliability and scalability: AI and automation, smart processes
- You will perform second-level reviews on high-risk areas
- You will drive efforts to ensure proper controls documentation and communicability to third parties partners
- You will support the management of audits from commercial partners and supervisors
- Team growth
- You will help expand risk management reflexes throughout the company, and assist teams such as Insurance, Operations, Security and Legal to design and implement action plans to mitigate our risks
- You will create resources to raise awareness and empower the team for risk management, internal control and regulatory compliance;
- You will support the identification and hiring of new talents for the team.
⭐️ IS IT WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR? ⭐️
You may be a great fit if you have:
- At least two years of experience in internal control or a risk function - in insurance, a Big Four, or a regulated / fast-growing environment
- Fluent in both French and English
- A solid understanding of Solvency II and domain expertise (e.g. insurance operations, reserving, underwriting, reporting frameworks)
- Comfort with AI and automation tools to scale controls, as well as anticipation of how AI reshapes controls
- A builder's mindset: you're excited to build something differentiated, you don't thrive solely on established processes
- A business-partner attitude: you act as a true partner to product teams, helping solve their control issues and risks rather than acting only as a controller
- A written-first and rigorous working style: you’re structured, precise and at ease with Alan's async communication culture
As a plus:
- Multi-jurisdiction exposure (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada/OSFI)
- Exposure to the DORA framework
- Exposure to HDS and ISO 27001
For this role, we are looking to hire within the C0 to C1 level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

⭐️ THE SENIOR INTERNAL AUDITOR ROLE ⭐️
Internal audit sits with Alan's Corporate team which brings together control functions: Risk, Corporate Governance & Internal Control, Legal, Compliance and Security around a shared mission: building the infrastructure that lets Alan operate at scale, safely and responsibly.
We don't do traditional audits, we are reinventing Internal Audit https://www.linkedin.com/posts/f%C3%A9licien-guilbaud-75b161b7_healthtech-internalaudit-insurance-ugcPost-7424754447500869632-PjHy/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop&rcm=ACoAABjC7PcBghrbT-Xu1F-DUgObH07qjLWZ9BA. We build things, challenge assumptions, and act as genuine partners to the business — without ever compromising our independence. The team is small, senior, and highly autonomous. And the internal audit role sits at the heart of it.
Alan is growing fast, across France, Belgium, Spain, Canada and new countries to be opened. As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will:
- Lead end-to-end audits autonomously across Finance, Insurance Operations, Compliance, IT, and Security — from scoping through to Audit Committee reporting
- Own and drive closure of a meaningful share of our open recommendation backlog (15 to 20 open items)
- Represent the Internal Audit function at Audit Committee level when needed
- Co-build the next generation of audit tooling and automation within the function and the broader Corporate community
- Act as a genuine business partner and challenger — working closely with Finance, Risk, Actuarial, Compliance, and Operations
By the end of your first year, you will have independently led at least 3 full audits, contributed to at least 2 automation or tooling initiatives, and built the trust to represent the function at governance level without oversight.
⭐️ IS IT WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR? ⭐️
You may be a great fit if you have:
- 5+ years of hands-on internal audit experience, spanning operational, compliance, and financial audits
- Deep expertise in risk management across Actuarial, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, and Security domains
- Fluent in both French and English — you operate confidently across geographies and in front of senior governance bodies
- Strong command of the insurance and financial services industry — you understand how the business works, not just how it's regulated
- Sharp legal and regulatory instincts — you can interpret complex frameworks and translate them into actionable audit findings
- Strong quantitative and data analysis skills — comfortable analyzing policies, claims, and financial data; autonomous in SQL and actively leverages AI tools in day-to-day work
- A builder at heart — excited to shape something differentiated, not looking for a conventional audit career path
- Written-first — structured, precise, and fully at ease with Alan's async communication culture
As a plus:
- Comfort auditing automated and data-driven processes (data quality, system controls, operational workflows)
- Exposure to IT, cybersecurity, or infrastructure audits
- Experience managing recommendation tracking at scale, including with engineering or product teams
For this role, we are looking to hire within the C to E level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
For roles performing work in California:
We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records or criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, and the California Fair Chance Act.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Produce detailed security findings reports and present them to both technical and management audiences, contributing to real-world attack prevention.
Collaborate with development teams to implement and champion secure coding practices across iOS and Android platforms.
Apply AI tools to accelerate security research, automate vulnerability detection workflows, and improve the efficiency of threat analysis.
Work alongside operations and compliance teams to ensure security is a consistent priority across the organisation.
Participate in incident response and management activities.
Stay current on the latest offensive security techniques, application security threats, and industry best practices.

5+ years of experience in mobile application security or offensive security, with hands-on expertise in iOS and/or Android platforms.
In-depth understanding of security risks, vulnerabilities, and concepts in mobile and web applications.
Proficient in code review across Kotlin, Swift, TypeScript, or JavaScript, with a strong grasp of application security threats.
Able to create proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate vulnerabilities, review patch code for adherence to standards, and collaborate with repository owners on remediation.
Actively uses AI tools in your security engineering workflow — including building AI-leveraged workflows and codifying repeatable agent skills so tools like Claude Code or Codex deliver reliably on real production work.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice-To-Haves
Prior experience developing mobile security SDKs at scale — products with a daily active user base of over ten million.
Experience in large-scale business risk control projects, or practical experience in threat intelligence, business risk prevention, and countermeasures against black and grey industries.
In-depth reverse engineering of major apps from first-tier vendors, or other projects that demonstrate strong reverse engineering capabilities.
Proficiency in ARM assembly, with the ability to implement deep-level countermeasures at the native and application layers.
Experience with device fingerprint recognition — including simulating new devices through methods such as flashing, modification, and application cloning.
Ability to work across multiple mobile platforms simultaneously.
