At Linear, we're building the product development system for teams and agents. AI is fundamentally changing how software gets built, and we’re shaping the tools this new era requires.
Founded in 2019, Linear has become the platform of choice for more than 40,000 companies (including OpenAI, Coinbase, and Ramp) to plan, build, and ship their products. Today, our team is distributed across North America, Europe, and Australia, and we’re continuing to grow internationally. What unites us is relentless focus, fast execution, and a deep care for software craftsmanship.
Linear is becoming a much broader product than people realize. With agents, mobile workflows, and new modalities, there’s a growing gap between what Linear can do and what people think it can do. This role exists to close that gap.
We’re looking for someone who will live inside the product, discover what’s possible, and show the world. That means figuring out the most compelling use cases for Linear’s AI agent, demonstrating real workflows that teams can adopt, and getting those stories out through whatever format works best, whether that’s a tweet, a video, a blog post, or a live demo at a conference. The goal is to help people understand what they can actually do with Linear and make that feel concrete and exciting.
Think of it as a product-obsessed marketer who is genuinely technical and knows how to communicate with depth.
Location & work mode
Linear is a remote-first company, with optional co-working offices in San Francisco, New York, and London. This role is open to candidates based in the US and Europe. You can work from anywhere within those regions. We value deep focus and async collaboration, with intentional moments to connect in person through team off-sites, optional co-working, and occasional travel.
What you’ll do
- Deeply understand Linear’s product, especially our AI agent and newer capabilities, and continuously discover productive, real-world use cases that teams would care about
- Create content that demonstrates those use cases, whether that’s short-form social, blog posts, video walkthroughs, or live demos. Format follows the story, not the other way around
- Build relationships with engineering and product-focused creators and collaborate on content that feels authentic rather than sponsored
- Work with our video team to produce technical product content that comes across with genuine depth
- Partner with support, sales, and product on developer-facing documentation and educational content
- Stay plugged into the conversations happening on X, in newsletters, and at events, and make sure Linear has a voice in the ones that matter
What we’re looking for
- Someone technical. You get code, understand how software gets built, and can talk about it credibly
- Deep product intuition. You’re the kind of person who picks up a tool and immediately starts exploring what’s possible. You think in workflows and use cases rather than features
- Comfortable on camera and on stage. You can demo a product, record a walkthrough, or speak at a conference without it feeling forced.
- Twitter/X smart. You know how to use the platform, you understand what’s interesting to the people we’re trying to reach, and you can participate in the conversation with credibility
- Curious and self-directed. You’re already finding the next interesting thing to talk about on your own, already following the right people and noticing the opportunities

- Able to create video content end to end. You should be able to script, record, and edit a product walkthrough or demo without needing to hand it off to someone else
What we offer

Today, our team is distributed across North America, Europe, and Australia, and we’re continuing to grow internationally. What unites us is relentless focus, fast execution, and a deep care for software craftsmanship.
Quality is our competitive advantage. Every member of our fully remote team is a maker at heart, caring deeply about the quality and feel of our work. While the industry optimizes for speed and metrics alone, we believe that craft and quality have lasting value. Quality creates gravity — it pulls people toward our team and product rather than requiring us to push. This philosophy drives everything we do, from product decisions to hiring choices.
For this role, we expect robust design skills, sharp product thinking, and the ability to engage in technical discussions. We work in small, autonomous project teams, where engineers are paired tightly with designers to explore ideas, build prototypes, deploy internal builds, and ultimately ship to customers. You will be a key element of projects from beginning to end.

What you'll do
- Pair closely with engineering and product to initiate and complete roadmap projects, no hand-offs
- Spot opportunities to redesign or refine key screens and flows, as well as smaller quality issues and “paper cuts” as you use Linear
- Create mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals to communicate ideas and describe their execution
- Guide and inspire fellow designers through collaborative critique of work-in-progress
- Use and improve our lightweight design system components
- Help with hiring new teammates that can elevate our team and product
What we’re looking for
- 7+ years experience designing software
- Courage to ask questions, experiment, and advocate for what you feel is right
- Humility to accept feedback, adapt your thinking, and iterate toward the best solution
- Experience with prototyping in Figma (and beyond with tools like AI, HTML/CSS, Origami)
- Ability to distill problems and feedback, then design clear, focused solutions
- Effective written and verbal communication skills — much of our work is async

Workplace: Hybrid
Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
ABOUT THIS ROLE:
Accelerate engineering velocity and reduce friction in the Replit development experience by stewarding our codebases, tooling, and developer workflows. You will directly impact every engineer who ships code at Replit. By focusing on developer experience, you will act as a force multiplier across all product development teams, enabling faster feature delivery, happier developers, and reduced operational overhead.
The role combines the technical depth needed to navigate a complex, polyglot codebase with the product mindset to understand how infrastructure decisions impact developer productivity and ultimately customer value delivery.
You will also partner closely with the AI team on our internal AI platform — which already generates more than 60% of all merged PRs at Replit — to improve the Agent's output and help shape strategy around the Agent's default stack.
This is an early hire in this area, so you will have agency and have an accelerated career path as the team undoubtedly grows.
YOU WILL:
- Maintain and evolve our codebase structure — a complex TypeScript monorepo, Go services, npm packages, and internal Agentic tooling.
- Own the build and test pipelines and optimize them to minimize build times and improve developer iteration speed.
- Drive code generation and type-safe interfaces across service boundaries (e.g., GraphQL, Protocol Buffers, gRPC, OpenAPI).
- Set the standards for code quality using automation tools such as TypeScript, ESLint, Prettier, and Go linters/formatters — building custom rules and plugins to enforce Replit-specific requirements.
- Streamline development setup and the onboarding experience.
- Work with platform teams to improve deployment processes, infrastructure integrations, and external tooling.
- Keep things fresh and modern in our codebase by adopting and leading migrations to better and faster tools.
- Partner with the AI team on our internal AI platform (which generates >60% of all merged PRs at Replit) to improve the Agent's output and shape strategy around its default stack.
- Help manage dependencies both internal (public and private) and external, including being the face of the company when interfacing with open-source libraries (e.g., sponsorships, upstream contributions).
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and/or Go and/or Nix.
- Expertise in modern build systems and toolchains (e.g., Vite, webpack, esbuild, Go's build/module system).
- Proficiency with linters, formatters, testing frameworks, and code generation tools.
- Experience managing monorepos or large-scale codebases.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience building self-service developer platforms (CI/CD, infra, or tooling) used by many engineering teams.
- Experience with AI-native development workflows — e.g., OpenCode, Claude Code, Cursor, custom agent skills.
- Open-source leadership or community contributions.
This is a full-time role that can be held from our Foster City, CA office. The hybrid role has an in-office requirement of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Full-Time Employee Benefits Include:

Overview
Welo Data is looking for sharp, curious, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Data Labeling Associate.
This is not a traditional annotation role.
You’ll be working directly with cutting-edge AI systems — evaluating outputs, identifying gaps, and helping improve how these systems behave in real-world scenarios. The work sits at the intersection of data quality, model evaluation, and human judgment, where your ability to think critically matters just as much as following guidelines.
We’re looking for people who are naturally curious about AI, comfortable forming opinions, and confident in contributing to conversations with teammates, leads, and stakeholders.
