Please be informed that Foxelli Group hires exclusively in-house and doesn't work with any external recruitment agencies. Any company or individual claiming to recruit on behalf of Foxelli Group is not affiliated with us.
Foxelli brings together curious people who enjoy building brands, exploring AI and making ideas happen. Our D2C brands reach millions of customers and generate more than $20M a year. Behind them is a team that cares about the products we make and enjoys figuring things out together.
We like people who ask questions, try things and take responsibility for what happens next. If that sounds like how you work, keep reading.
WHY JOIN FOXELLI
You’ll create for our own e-commerce brands. Your ideas can go from a rough concept to a live ad, with real customer response to help you improve the next one.
We make room for experimentation and expect you to bring ideas to the table. AI is part of how we work, and we’re interested in how you use it to make better creative, learn faster and simplify production.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Performance Ad Creator who can take a product, understand why someone would want it and turn that insight into a video ad that sells.
You’ll own the idea as well as the execution: find the angle, write the hook and script, choose how to tell the story and produce the finished ad. You’ll work with our creative lead and media buyers to learn from results and decide what to create next.
If you enjoy:
- Looking through customer reviews and spotting a reason to buy that others have missed.
- Figuring out why an opening makes you stop scrolling, then creating your own.
- Writing copy that sounds like a real person and gives the viewer a clear reason to care.
- Experimenting with footage, AI and different ways to tell a product story.
- Seeing how your ads perform and coming back with a better idea.
We’d love to work with someone who brings that curiosity all the way through to a finished ad.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Customer research and creative concepts
- Get to know our products and customers. Read reviews, explore objections and study existing creative to find promising angles.
- Develop original ad concepts for paid social, especially Meta. Choose a clear selling idea and a format that suits the audience.
Copywriting and production
- Write hooks, scripts, on-screen copy and calls to action in English.
- Produce complete ads using product footage, creator content and AI-generated assets. Own the edit, voiceover, captions, sound and pacing.
- Use AI throughout your workflow where it improves the result. Check that the product stays accurate and the visuals and voice feel believable.
Testing and improvement
- Create different openings and concept variations to test new messages, motivations and storytelling approaches.
- Review results with media buyers and use what you learn to improve existing ads and develop new concepts.
- Review your own work before submitting it, apply feedback thoughtfully and communicate clearly about progress and deadlines.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Experience creating ads. You’ve made direct-response video ads for e-commerce, with responsibility for both the concept and production. Subscription experience is a plus.
- Customer understanding. You can turn a motivation, frustration or objection into a persuasive angle and clear English copy.
- Strong production skills. You’re confident editing video and know how to use visuals, pacing, sound and text to keep a viewer engaged.
- Practical AI skills. You use AI image, video or voice tools in real projects, can spot weak output and know how to improve it.
- Performance thinking. You understand how watch time, CTR, conversion rate and CPA inform creative decisions, and can turn feedback into something worth testing.
- Ownership and curiosity. You make decisions independently, care about the details and keep learning. You can take a product and a goal and move the work forward.
FIXED SERVICE FEE
Up to 2500 euros per month after taxes (depending on your skills, competencies, and experience we'd be happy to negotiate).
PERKS & BENEFITS
- Full flexibility with your schedule in a fully remote setting, while Apploye ensures transparency and fairness.
- Complimentary gym memberships and company-sponsored outdoor adventures for your strength and to keep your physical well-being in check.
- A personal development budget is at your disposal for your personal and professional growth to ensure you keep growing continuously.
- Generous paid time off, including parental leave and vacation days, to recharge and rejuvenate and ensure you’re well-rested.
- A budget for your home office setup so you’re comfortable working how you like and where you like.
- Strong company culture and a network of unique individuals that celebrate you.

Description
As a key member of our growing research team, the Market Intelligence Expert serves as the company's eyes and ears across the global iGaming landscape. This role is responsible for tracking industry movements, competitive dynamics, regulatory shifts, and market-level signals that inform Digitain's strategic direction across Sales and Product functions.
The Market Intelligence Expert occupies a critical position at the intersection of research and strategy. You will be responsible for monitoring and synthesizing information across competitors, emerging markets, regulatory bodies, and industry events — transforming raw intelligence into actionable insights that power Digitain's commercial and product teams.
Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze emerging trends in the iGaming industry — including regulatory changes, technological advancements, market shifts, and upcoming innovations
Track major players in the iGaming ecosystem by reviewing quarterly and annual reports, financial performance, revenue growth, and strategic announcements
Evaluate sales and market growth by region, assessing key growth indicators, player acquisition trends, and penetration in both regulated and emerging markets
Research product developments across the iGaming industry, including new tools, features, and integrations, and their potential market impact
Assess operational network expansion — tracking growth in B2C operator networks and B2B partnerships, including platform adoption rates
Monitor industry activity across public sources, including websites, conferences, press releases, and social media
Identify early signals of market expansion across the industry
Conduct competitive analyses of key iGaming players, including performance benchmarking and threat/opportunity identification
Prepare and deliver high-quality research outputs: detailed reports, trend summaries, competitive landscapes, and presentations for internal stakeholders
Source and validate data from industry reports, financial filings, news platforms, conferences, and proprietary tools
Collaborate with team members to translate research findings into strategic recommendations and contribute to BRD/PRD preparation
Proactively anticipate industry shifts (e.g., new regulations in Latin America, Asia, Africa) and alert relevant teams to emerging risks or opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, business analysis, or strategic research, with a strong preference for candidates from iGaming, fintech and e-commerce
Proven track record of owning market intelligence or competitive analysis functions and reporting insights as market conditions change
Deep, demonstrable knowledge of the global iGaming ecosystem: sportsbook and casino platforms, B2B/B2C business models, payment solutions, and regulatory frameworks across key regions is preferable
Experience analyzing financial/annual reports, investor disclosures, industry publications and market data to assess and validate competitor performance and strategic direction. Strong strategic and critical thinking skills — able to identify and connect non obvious signals (regulatory shifts, hiring trends, product launches, social/media activity) into them into early-warning insights
Ability to turn complex research into clear, decision-ready reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership
Experience with competitive intelligence platforms (e.g., Similarweb, H2gc, LinkedIn Talent Insights) is a strong plus
Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of the market intelligence function, setting priorities with minimal oversight
Strong stakeholder management skills — able to balance competing requests from Sales and Product teams and prioritize based on strategic impact
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent research streams under tight timelines in a fast-moving, competitive industry
Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages (Russian, Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus

Role Overview
You own a shift. Not a zone of it, not a function within it — the whole thing. Roughly 140 operators, 13 Cell Leads, and 3 Operations Supervisors collecting robot demonstration data, and you are the single person accountable for what that shift produces, how good it is, and whether everyone goes home safe.
The shift you own runs whether or not the Production Manager is in the building. That's the job: your shift should be indistinguishable in output and quality from the one before it and the one after it.
What You Will Do
Own your shift's production plan end to end — accepted episodes, first-pass acceptance, utilization, and labor efficiency against target.
Manage 2–3 Operations Supervisors; own their performance, their development, and the quality of the Cell Lead bench underneath them.
Run shift start-up, mid-shift review, and a documented handoff — you receive the shift before yours and hand off cleanly to the shift after.
Make the real-time calls: redeploying staff when a cell goes down, resequencing work when a task type stalls, flexing coverage when attendance comes in short.
Own safety on your shift — daily walks, protocol enforcement, incident response, and the expectation that your supervisors use: their stop-work authority.
Partner with Data Quality on your shift's acceptance rate; drive root cause into retraining and process rather than into a rework queue.
Escalate equipment and rig issues to Lab Engineering and keep staffed-but-idle hours visible.
Handle performance management and employee relations escalations from your supervisors, partnering with HR.
Hold California meal, rest, and overtime compliance across every non-exempt employee on your shift.
Report your shift's performance and variance daily, with the explanation and the fix, not just the number.
What Good Looks Like
Your shift hits plan without overtime surprises or last-minute heroics.
Handoffs are clean enough that the next shift starts producing immediately.
Your supervisors make decisions without calling you, and your Cell Leads are being prepared for supervision.
Quality on your shift doesn't vary from the other shifts — consistency is the whole point of this layer.
Problems reach the Production Manager as "here's what happened and here's what I did," not as an open question.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years in production, manufacturing, warehouse, or lab operations, including 2+ years managing supervisors or team leads.
Experience with full accountability for a shift or a production area of 75+ hourly employees.
Track record owning daily output and quality targets, and explaining variance credibly.
Experience with performance management, attendance, and employee relations for a non-exempt workforce.
Working knowledge of California wage and hourly requirements for non-exempt employees.
Available to own an assigned shift (day, swing, or night) onsite in Santa Clara.
Preferred Qualifications
Robotics, hardware, AI data collection, advanced manufacturing, or technical lab background.
Experience in a quality-gated operation where output is inspected before it counts.
Promoted from a supervisor role, or has promoted supervisors from their own team.
Comfort pulling and interpreting your own shift data from dashboards or spreadsheets.
Continuous improvement background — Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent practical experience.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
Onsite robotics lab and warehouse environment; the majority of your shift is spent on the floor.
Assigned shift, with occasional cross-shift coverage during ramps, launches, and handoff issues.
Must be able to stand and walk the floor for extended periods.
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
Why This Role Matters
Consistency across shifts is what turns a lab into an operation. This role is the reason the third shift produces like the first one, and the reason problems get solved on the floor instead of escalating.
