Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
Aleph is seeking a strategic, high-energy Programmatic Specialist to represent Spotify across the LATAM region. You don't need to be a hands-on trafficker or optimizer, but you do need to speak the language of DSPs, SSPs, and Ad Exchanges fluently enough to sell with real credibility, handle objections, and guide agencies through the offering.
What you'll do
Own revenue targets and pipeline growth for Spotify's programmatic solutions (self-serve, PMPs, always-on activations) across LATAM markets.
Proactively prospect and identify new opportunities, and unblock stalled ones within agencies and brands — finding the right internal contact, the right angle, and the right moment to move a deal forward.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agency programmatic desks, buying, strategy, and digital teams across multiple markets — know how agencies are structured internally and how to navigate them.
Evangelize Spotify's programmatic offering to agencies and clients, driving upsell and always-on activations, and supporting partners with any questions along the way.
Translate campaign performance data into insights and business narratives that resonate with clients at a strategic level.
Train and mentor sales team members on programmatic positioning and talking points.
Stay current on programmatic trends, self-serve platform dynamics, and industry best practices to keep pitches sharp and relevant.
Represent Spotify/Aleph at industry events, building market presence across the region.
Work with third-party vendors and partners to strengthen the offering, and coordinate with internal specialist/operations teams to ensure smooth execution once a deal is won.
What you need for this role
5+ years of experience in advertising sales, business development, or account management within programmatic/digital advertising.
Solid working knowledge of programmatic fundamentals: DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, and self-serve platforms — enough to sell and defend the offering with authority, even if you're not the one operating it day to day.
Proven track record building agency/client relationships and driving revenue growth across LATAM markets (regional exposure strongly preferred).
Strong understanding of agency internal structures and dynamics — you know who to talk to and how to get in the door.
Comfort with data at a consumption level: able to read dashboards and performance reports and turn them into a compelling client story (Salesforce, Sheets/Slides, Excel).
A genuinely commercial mindset — you love prospecting, relationship-building, and closing; programmatic is your specialty, not just a technical checkbox.
Exceptional storytelling, negotiation, and presentation skills; comfortable holding a room at C-suite level.
Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
What will make us really love you
Commercial Drive — You love the chase: prospecting, unblocking, closing.
Enough Data Fluency to Sell — You can read a dashboard and turn it into a story, even if you're not the one building it.
Adaptability — Comfortable moving between a strategic C-suite pitch and a technical programmatic conversation in the same day.
AI-Curious by Default — When a new tool shows up, you test it and fold it into how you sell — briefs, pipeline signals, prospecting — rather than just tolerating it.
Passion for music, audio culture, or the creator economy — You get why audio matters to brands and to people, and that shows up in how you pitch.
Why Join Us?
Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents. We support each other, creating an environment of giving and receiving. We value partnership and communication because we believe it takes a group of people to achieve great things. We are energized by our ever-changing industry, our curiosity keeps us learning and seeking out new opportunities.

About LaunchDarkly:
Modern software delivery was supposed to be the foundation for a thriving digital business but reality has proven otherwise. Slow, inefficient development cycles, costly outages, and fragmented customer experiences are preventing developers from building their best software. The LaunchDarkly platform helps developers innovate on new features faster while protecting them with a safety valve to instantly rewind when things go wrong. Developers can target product experiences to any customer segment and maximize the business impact of every feature. And by gradually rolling out new application components, they escape nightmare "big-bang" technology migrations.
The LaunchDarkly platform was built to guide engineers to the next frontier of DevOps by:
Improving the velocity and stability of software releases, without the fear of end customer outages
Delivering targeted experiences by easily personalizing features to customer cohorts

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a passionate Product Designer to join our team and help shape the tools of the future. You should be a motivated self-starter with experience partnering with engineering teams and shipping real products. In this role, you'll work closely with product, engineering, and research to have a meaningful impact on Runway's design direction and future.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Produce, iterate, and prototype concepts for creative workflows
- Collaborate closely with the engineering and product teams to suggest product and process improvements
- Contribute to maintaining visual and user experience consistency across our products
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Experience designing flows, prototypes and high-fidelity UI's for web products and strong visual design skills
- Understanding of modern web technologies, web interactions, and usability standards
- Experience delivering and iterating fast in close collaboration with engineering, product, and data teams
- Ability and flexibility to iterate fast and often
- Comfortable picking up unfamiliar parts of the product rather than waiting to be assigned only what you already know
- Knowledge and understanding of the creative tool space
- Bonus points if you have experience with creating functional prototypes using AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.)
- At Runway, it’s always a bonus if you have artistic and creative potential (particularly skills with video/audio editing, icon/typography design, Illustration, etc.)
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

Money is moving onto the internet, and the shift has a name:
Open Money.
This is money that is open, portable, agentic, and owned by you. MetaMask spent the last ten years building it; with 100M+ downloads, users in ~190 countries, and trillions in cumulative transaction volume, it's the most trusted self-custodial financial platform on the internet. Now we're building the operating system for your money: one place to hold, move, grow, and use anything you own. Join a remote-first, global team rebuilding how money works: a problem that touches everyone, every day.
About the role
This role runs the internal posture engine — the risk register, critical control monitoring, evidence, audit operations and GRC tooling. It keeps risk state current so the Lead and the Risk Committee decide from accurate data in the Risk Dashboard and reporting. Drata is the register of record. Named owners close gaps; this role keeps the register, evidence and audit operations current.
Responsibilities
Planning
Operate the risk register from the Security Programme threat model: populate, track treatment, record acceptance decisions, follow up owners, and run the exceptions register.
Keep the ISMS and security policy library current as part of audit readiness. Draft security standards when commissioned by the Lead.
Run Drata as the control and evidence system — Statement of Applicability, framework crosswalk and automation.
Execution
Run critical control monitoring: health check-ins, drift flags and Drata automation. Route drift to the SOC. Maintain the evidence file for Lead assessments and independent internal audit.
Feed threat-assessment findings into the register and confidence ratings. Track which required assessments are current.
Lead audit coordination and preparation: ISO 27001 and SOC 2 logistics, ISMS readiness, team prep, management-review pack, and customer due-diligence questionnaires.
Coordinate the control register for external testing (red team, tabletop, pentest). Run security awareness and weekly alerts.
Tracking and evaluating performance
Track residual risk, exceptions and gap-closure against appetite. Exceptions expire and are reported; the underlying requirement stays in force.
Report register state and evidence health so the Lead and Risk Committee work from one view.
Achieving overall defined performance
Be accountable for a current, defensible posture engine — register, evidence and audit operations.
Ensure Drata collects evidence continuously, with automated evidence where coverage exists.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience running a risk register, control library and audit cycle (ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2).
Comfortable with GRC platforms (Drata or equivalent) and turning monitoring into evidence.
Proven ability to coordinate audits and customer questionnaires with named control owners.
Precise written work; register and Statement of Applicability quality matters.
Strong stakeholder management with control owners and auditors.
CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Auditor, or equivalent professional certification.
Don't meet all the requirements? Don't sweat it. We’re passionate about building a diverse team of humans and as such, if you think you've got what it takes for our chaotic-but-fun, remote-friendly, start-up environment—apply anyway, detailing your relevant transferable skills in your cover letter. While we have a pretty good idea of what we need, we're ready for you to challenge our thinking on who needs to be in this role

The salary range listed for this role applies to US-based candidates only. Compensation for candidates based outside the US (including Canada, EMEA, and LATAM) will be determined based on location, experience, and skills during the interview process, and may differ from the listed US range.

By making small business more efficient every day, connecting them with big business technology and empowering a community behind them, their potential is limitless. When that happens, we’re not only helping small business, we’ll be building a stronger economy that can change the world.
THE ROLE & TEAM
Product Data Science & Engineering is a portfolio team within Product & Technology. Partnering across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Commercial leadership, we set Xero’s data science strategy across broad product areas and operate in an AI-native way—using AI to transform how we work, not just what we ship.
The team co-own Xero's metrics stack, experimentation strategy, and enterprise data architecture and builds AI-powered customer experiences including the Jax chatbot and agentic workflows—in partnership with Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google. They also lead AI measurement and productionisation. We work in an AI-native way. That means AI changes how data science itself gets done here, not just what we ship.
This is a new strategic leadership role created to scale Xero's data science and AI capabilities. You will take full ownership of the data science, analytics, ML, and AI strategy and execution across Accounting & Bookkeeping, Small Business, and AI products.
This role combines strategic product vision (including Jax, agentic workflows, and AI-powered features) with platform thinking across the metrics stack, experimentation, data quality, and governance, driving enterprise-level impact across every product team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You will translate company-level objectives into strategic sub-objectives across analytics, ML, AI products, and experimentation, elevating both the quality of decisions and the leverage Xero gains from its data and AI investments.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data scientists, analytics engineers, ML engineers, and managers, scaling the function from ~12 to ~30.
- Design team structures and operating models that preserve high throughput across multiple locations and time zones.
- Operate as an AI-native leader, driving how AI changes how data science operates and ships value across Xero.
- Act as the primary data partner to Product & Technology, advising C-suite and SLT on data utilization, retention strategy, new data domains, and AI investment decisions.
- Represent data science in executive forums and partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Commercial, Legal, Privacy and Risk on strategy, prioritisation and governance.
- Own AI governance, model risk, data quality, privacy posture, and experimentation integrity across the portfolio, ensuring company-wide compliance and integrity.
- Drive behavioral, technical, and cultural standards across the vertical. Own and improve global hiring practices, build talent maps, and coach senior leaders and individual contributors to raise the bar across Xero.
- Proactively identify delivery and strategic risks, designing robust organizational processes that yield consistent, high-quality outcomes for Xero.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING WITH YOU
We welcome candidates from analyst, scientist, engineer, or AI/ML-focused backgrounds—a linear data science career is not required. What matters most is that you have operated, shipped, and led at scale within a fast-paced technology environment. As a self-starter and executive partner, you will shape and lead strategic agendas alongside C-suite and senior leadership, driving throughput across multi-location, global teams. You excel at bringing structure to complex cross-functional challenges, managing ambiguity, and maintaining a strong "Xero-first" mindset focused on delivering strategic value and accountable execution.
- Ability to act as a proactive self-starter and executive partner, shaping strategic agendas with C-suite and SLT, presenting to board-level leadership, and influencing key investment decisions.
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity, bring structure to complex cross-functional challenges, sustain throughput across multi-timezone teams, and hold stakeholders accountable to a "Xero-first" standard.
- Skilled in leading managers, coaching leaders into senior roles, developing high-performing teams, and constructively escalating strategic risks when necessary.
- Experienced in navigating teams through significant scale-ups, operating model transformations, and continuous evolution in fast-paced environments.
- Practical experience leveraging frontier-model platforms (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) to build agentic workflows, chatbots, and AI-powered products, as well as transforming team operating models using AI workflows.
- Substantial experience leading data science, ML, or analytics functions, with a proven track record of managing other people leaders across multi-team structures.
- Extensive experience building and running enterprise-scale data science functions, AI/ML productionisation, AI governance, model risk frameworks, and experimentation integrity.
- Deep technical fluency across applied ML, analytics engineering, instrumentation, eventing, and schema governance, with a strong engineering mindset focused on building scalable platforms and reusable architectures.
- Prior exposure to SaaS or small business segments, with a track record of driving scale, data quality, and privacy compliance.
- Technical bachelor's or master's degree (PhDs welcome for applied, high-impact organizational challenges), supported by public thought leadership or open-source contributions in data or AI.

Wormhole Labs builds Sunrise (sunrise.xyz http://sunrise.xyz), a platform that helps token issuers launch and list their tokens on Solana. To date, we've orchestrated the launch of 100+ assets on Solana, accounting for more than $10 billion in cumulative trading volume.
As a Trader, you'll develop and run strategies for tokenized equities, pricing and hedging risk across onchain markets and traditional brokerage venues. You'll be responsible for managing capital and writing the code that puts your strategies into production. This is a hybrid trading and engineering role.
What you will do
- Develop and run RFQ-based trading strategies for tokenized spot equities: set parameters such as buffers, spreads, and size limits, while optimizing for evolving business goals.
- Price instruments where reference prices are thin or stale, such as long-tail stocks and extended and overnight sessions.
- Measure execution quality: benchmark fills against references, analyze markouts, and turn what you find into strategy improvements.
- Monitor positions, inventory levels and P&L in real time; proactively flag risks, execute adjustments, and continuously improve tooling & monitoring.
- Integrate with traditional brokerage venues and onchain programs to fill trades and rebalance inventory.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years trading at a market maker, prop firm, DEX, or brokerage, with professional experience specifically trading spot equities.
- Experience developing RFQ systems.
- A rigorous approach to risk management: you track exposure, hedge thoughtfully, and escalate early when conditions shift.
- Self-directed and adaptable: you're comfortable operating with autonomy in a remote-first environment.
- Strong analytical and software engineering skills (e.g., Rust)
We provide
- Competitive salary and restricted token units, dependent on position type and location.
- Unlimited time off, healthcare premium reimbursement, and 401K.
- Top-of-the-line MacBook Pro laptop.
- Flexibility of working from wherever you have work authorization, as long as you can work 10-6PM US Eastern Time. We minimize unnecessary meetings, but building decentralized systems requires synchronous communication.
