About Improvado
Improvado is an AI-powered marketing data platform built for mid-market and enterprise teams. We help companies automate complex marketing data workflows, unify data at scale, and surface insights through BI and AI. Brands like Genentech, T-Mobile, Activision, and H&R Block rely on us to simplify analytics and improve marketing performance.
We’re a fast-growing Series A startup backed by $34M in funding and driven by a team that moves fast, stays curious, and cares about high-quality execution.
About the Role
We are looking for a technical specialist who owns the performance of the Improvado website end to end: how it is found (SEO and GEO), how fast and healthy it is, and how well it converts visitors into pipeline. This is an analytics-driven, hands-on role for someone who is as comfortable in Google Search Console, GA4, and the browser dev tools as in a keyword report. Because the website is our main product-facing marketing surface, you will also shape how the product is presented on it. In practice, the role covers part of what product marketing would otherwise do.
What You Will Do
Technical SEO and GEO
Own the technical health of the site: crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, page speed, structured data and schema, rendering, redirects, internal linking, and site architecture.
Optimize the site for AI search (generative engine optimization): make Improvado understandable, citable, and recommended in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and similar engines.
Monitor visibility in both classic and AI search, and turn the findings into prioritized fixes.
Website optimization and conversion
Continuously improve page performance, UX, templates, and key conversion paths (demo requests, sign-ups, high-intent pages).
Plan and run experiments (A/B tests, template and layout changes, messaging tests) and measure their impact on conversions and pipeline.
Work with engineering, design, and external contractors to ship improvements to the website stack (CMS, CDN, caching, tracking).
Analytics and measurement
Build and maintain dashboards that connect organic and on-site behavior to leads, pipeline, and revenue.
Own tracking quality: events, attribution, and data accuracy across GA4, Search Console, and related tools.
Analyze data to find growth opportunities, and report findings in clear, decision-ready form.
Product and messaging input
Use search demand, AI-visibility, and on-site behavior data to guide positioning, messaging, and landing page strategy.
Work with stakeholders so website content reflects ICP needs and the product’s value propositions.
What We Are Looking For
Must have
3+ years in SEO and/or website optimization, with measurable results in organic growth or conversion.
Strong technical SEO skills and a good understanding of how websites are built, served, and rendered.
Ability and willingness to work in the Eastern Time (EST) time zone, with working hours aligned to the US East Coast.
Hands-on experience with GEO or AI search optimization, or a clear, demonstrable track record of working on it.
Strong analytics experience: GA4, Google Search Console, and BI or dashboard tools (Looker Studio, Superset, or similar). You build your own reports and draw conclusions from the data.
Proficiency with SEO tooling (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalents).
Ability to work effectively with developers, designers, and marketers in a distributed team.
Nice to have
B2B SaaS or marketing technology background.
Experience with Webflow or a similar CMS, plus basic HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
SQL or advanced spreadsheet skills; experience with AI-assisted or automated workflows.
Experience with CRO and experimentation platforms.
Exposure to product marketing, positioning, or messaging.
You are
Analytical, curious, and driven by measurable outcomes.
Self-directed and comfortable owning a channel without heavy supervision.
A clear communicator across time zones.
What We Offer
Remote-first environment
Strong product/market fit: marketing data product for US-based enterprises
20 working days of PTO per year
US holidays and additional days off
Professional development reimbursement

ABM Specialist / Assistant Manager
Account-Based Marketing · Healthcare SaaS · Senior Associate / AM band
FUNCTION
Marketing
EXPERIENCE
3–5 Years
LOCATION
Gurugram (Onsite)
SHIFT
UK (1:30–10:30)
Role Overview
Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare BPO/KPO serving 280+ healthcare organizations across RCM, Credentialing & Provider Enrollment, Medical Coding, Virtual Medical Assistants, and Payer Analytics, with delivery centers in Gurugram and Manila — including our proprietary InCredibly credentialing platform. We are transitioning from a services company to a Services-as-Software model.
The ABM Specialist / Assistant Manager owns Neolytix’s account-based marketing motion across 1:1 (strategic named accounts), 1:few (ICP segment clusters, e.g., rural hospital RCM), and 1:many (programmatic, intent-gated) tiers. You’ll build and run intent-driven account scoring, tiered engagement playbooks, and enrichment workflows in close partnership with Sales, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing — turning signal data into prioritized, sales-ready accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Account Segmentation & Tiering
Define and maintain target-account universes across all three ABM tiers — 1:1 strategic, 1:few ICP clusters, and 1:many programmatic segments.
Set tier-specific playbooks: bespoke for 1:1, shared with light personalization for 1:few, and rules-based programmatic for 1:many.
Intent Signal Monitoring & Scoring
Own recurring intent-signal ingestion (ZoomInfo intent, Apollo, Definitive Healthcare) and convert raw signals into scored account briefs (HOT/WARM/WATCH).
Track signal trends (warming/cooling accounts) and flag ICP-fit exceptions before accounts are actioned.
Maintain the state/tracking files and cadence that keep signal briefs current and non-duplicative day over day.
Enrichment & Data Hygiene
Run account and contact enrichment (Apollo, ZoomInfo) once accounts clear a signal threshold — firmographic and contact data complete before handoff.
Maintain clean handoff protocols to Sales — CRM record checks, email verification, title confirmation, and sequence-conflict checks — before enrollment.
Sales Alignment & Handoff
Deliver prioritized, tiered action lists to assigned AEs on a regular cadence; run structured syncs to confirm status, resolve ICP flags, and align on next-best-actions.
Maintain campaign-tagging discipline in HubSpot (lead source, ICP tier, campaign name) for attribution.
Campaign Design, Reporting & Collaboration
Build multi-channel engagement per tier — email, LinkedIn/paid social, direct mail, webinars, events — matched to 1:1, 1:few, or 1:many treatment; partner with Product Marketing on persona-specific messaging (CMO/COO).
Report pipeline influenced, account engagement, and signal-to-pipeline conversion to leadership monthly; run post-campaign reviews and a testing roadmap.
Act as the connective layer between Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation for all account-based activity.
What You Bring
Must-Have
3–5 years of B2B marketing, with at least 2 years running ABM programs across 1:1, 1:few, and/or 1:many models.
Hands-on with intent data platforms and translating signals into sales-ready account lists.
A track record of partnering directly with Sales/AE teams on account strategy and handoff — not just campaign delivery.
Hands-on with intent/ABM platforms (ZoomInfo, Definitive Healthcare, Warmly, 6sense, Demandbase, or similar), enrichment (Apollo), and CRM/marketing automation (HubSpot).
Strong grasp of account scoring, tiering, and multi-touch campaign design; comfortable building signal-to-pipeline dashboards.
Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Preferred
B2B SaaS or healthcare-technology marketing background.
Familiarity with the US healthcare provider landscape (hospitals, rural health systems, specialty practices, behavioral health); working knowledge of RCM, credentialing, or practice-management categories.
Familiarity with project-management tools (Asana, Notion, or Jira).
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or a related field) is mandatory and must be completed — candidates currently pursuing or with an incomplete graduation are not eligible.
Communication:
Strong written and verbal English — able to run structured syncs with Sales stakeholders and present ABM performance to leadership.
Work mode & shift:
Onsite at Gurugram, full-time, UK shift (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST) & Should be flexible.
Notice period:
Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice preferred.

REPORTS INTO
CEO & COO
⚠ US Shift: This role operates on a US-aligned shift, onsite at our Gurugram delivery centre. Consistent availability during US business hours is non-negotiable. Apply only if you can commit to this fully.
⚠ Non-Negotiable: A minimum of 15 years of hands-on US healthcare AR and RCM experience is required. Profiles without this depth of domain experience will not be considered regardless of seniority or education.
About the Role
Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare managed services organization serving 270+ provider organizations across the United States, with delivery operations in Gurugram, Manila, and Chicago. Our RCM practice runs medical coding, charge entry, payment posting, and AR and denials management for physician groups and health systems across multiple specialties and payer environments.
The Senior Manager, AR RCM is the most senior AR delivery leader in the India operations. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, this role carries full accountability for AR performance across the Neolytix client portfolio: net collection rates, AR aging, denial resolution, follow-up compliance, and the teams that execute this work every day.
This is not a monitoring role and not a reporting role. You own the outcome. If AR aging is trending in the wrong direction, you know why before leadership asks. If a client's net collection rate is below benchmark, you have a recovery plan before the QBR. You lead a multi-tier AR team, hold SLAs before they breach, and bring strategic clarity to the CEO and COO on the financial health of every account. If that describes the way you have built your career, this role is built for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. AR Delivery Ownership & SLA Accountability
Own end-to-end AR performance across the full Neolytix client portfolio: follow-up compliance, AR aging distribution, denial resolution timelines, and net collection rates.
Define and enforce SLA commitments by account: touch cadences, AR aging thresholds, payer follow-up windows, and escalation timelines.
Drive the operating cadence: daily floor reviews, weekly performance dashboards, and monthly executive reporting to the CEO and COO.
Serve as the senior escalation authority for all AR delivery issues, with direct accountability for resolution and root-cause documentation.
2. Revenue & Financial Performance
Own the financial metrics that matter: net collection rate, AR aging distribution (including AR >90), first-pass yield, denial rate, cost to collect, and payment variance.
Identify revenue optimization opportunities within the existing portfolio: payer mix trends, underpayment patterns, denial root causes, and write-off risk.
Present financial performance analysis and recovery plans to the CEO and COO with clarity and conviction. You do not describe the chart; you explain what it means and what you are doing about it.
3. Denial Management & Payer Strategy
Own the denial management function end to end: root cause categorization, appeal workflows, payer-specific escalation protocols, and first-pass improvement plans.
Stay current on payer policy changes, CMS billing updates, and coding guideline shifts that affect denial rates and collection timelines.
Develop payer-specific follow-up strategies and embed them into team workflows and SOPs.
4. Team Leadership & Talent Development
Lead a multi-tier AR team: Team Leads, Senior Associates, and Associates across the AR and denials function.
Own performance management, succession planning, and high-potential identification for the AR org.
Partner with Talent Management on hiring, onboarding, and retention of AR talent, including calibrating role requirements for the team as it scales.
Build a performance culture grounded in accountability, data fluency, and continuous improvement.
5. Client Engagement & Retention
Act as the senior operational partner for strategic AR accounts, maintaining relationships at the decision-maker level.
Lead and contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews, performance reporting, and service expansion conversations.
Surface delivery risks proactively and communicate resolution plans to clients before issues escalate.
6. Process Excellence & Compliance
Own SOPs for all AR workflows: initial follow-up, denial management, appeals, escalation, and write-off protocols.
Ensure operations remain compliant with HIPAA, CMS billing requirements, and payer-specific compliance standards.
Drive continuous improvement across AR workflows using structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
What You Bring
Must-Have
15 or more years of US healthcare AR and RCM experience, with senior leadership accountability over large multi-specialty AR portfolios.
Mastery of AR financial metrics: net collection rate, AR aging distribution, denial rate, first-pass yield, cost to collect. You can explain what moves each one and defend your analysis when challenged.
Deep denial management expertise: root cause categorization, payer-specific appeal strategies, and a track record of improving first-pass rates.
Experience leading multi-tier AR teams of 50 or more FTEs, including Team Leads and supervisors.
Commercial payer experience across BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, UHC, and regional payers, alongside Medicare and Medicaid.
Multi-specialty billing exposure: physician groups, hospital systems, or both.
Excellent client-facing communication: comfortable presenting to C-suite clients and internal senior leadership with equal confidence.
Commitment to the US shift, onsite in Gurugram.
Strong Preference
Prior experience in a BPO, MSO, or KPO environment delivering AR services for US healthcare clients, not in-house captive only.
Exposure to multiple billing and EHR platforms: AdvancedMD, Athenahealth, Epic, Kareo, Centricity, or similar.
Track record of building or restructuring an AR team and improving performance metrics within 12 months.
Power BI or advanced Excel for AR performance tracking and executive reporting.
Nice-to-Have
MBA or postgraduate degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related discipline.
Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process improvement methodology applied to an AR workflow.
CPAT (Certified Patient Account Technician) or equivalent AR or RCM certification.
Experience across multi-geography delivery: India and Philippines operating in parallel.
Who You Are
You treat AR aging as a story, not a spreadsheet. You know what each band means for revenue risk and you communicate it that way to leadership.
You hold SLAs before clients ask about them. Reactive escalation management is not something you do.
You can tell the CEO what a number means, not just what it is. Your analysis ends with a so-what and a plan, not a chart.
You hold your team to a high standard without losing them. Accountability and development are not in tension in the way you lead.
You see denial patterns before they become denial trends. Root cause is where you start, not where you finish.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate degree mandatory. Postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
Experience: 15 or more years in US healthcare AR and RCM. Non-negotiable.
Communication: Excellent spoken and written English. You will present to the CEO and COO regularly and manage senior client relationships. Communication below this standard will not progress.
Shift: US-aligned shift, onsite in Gurugram. This is firm. Apply only if you can commit to this consistently.
Notice Period: 30 to 45 days preferred. Up to 60 days considered for the right profile.
Performance Expectations (KPIs)
In the first 12 months:
Net collection rate: sustained at or above agreed client benchmarks across the managed portfolio.
AR >90 days: percentage trending down or held within client SLA thresholds.
Denial rate and first-pass yield: measurable improvement within 90 days on priority accounts.
SLA achievement: 95% or above on committed follow-up and resolution timelines across the portfolio.
Client retention: no unplanned exits attributable to AR delivery performance.
Team performance: productivity and quality metrics for the AR team within benchmark, with clear improvement plans for underperforming sub-teams.
Executive reporting: weekly and monthly dashboards delivered accurately and on time, with actionable narratives, no follow-up questions from the COO needed.
Hiring Process
Stage 1: Talent Management screening and profile review. AR domain depth and tenure verified at this stage.
Stage 2: Functional interview with the COO covering AR delivery depth, financial metric fluency, denial management approach, and team leadership track record.
Stage 3: Conversation with the CEO covering strategic fit, client philosophy, and leadership approach.
Stage 4: Reference checks and offer.

CEO & COO
About the Role
The Associate Director, RCM Operations is Neolytix's senior-most delivery leader in India, accountable for the end-to-end performance of our RCM and Credentialing service lines. This is not a monitoring role. The AD owns the outcome: SLAs, quality, client satisfaction, team capability, and the P&L that sits behind every engagement.
Reporting to the COO and CEO, this seat carries direct authority over Operations Managers, Team Leads, and front-line specialists across both service lines. You will be the primary escalation authority for all delivery issues, the senior client-facing voice for operational matters, and the architect of how Neolytix's India delivery function scales.
If you have spent your career running large healthcare operations at a high standard, know what great RCM and Credentialing delivery looks like from the floor up, and are ready to own both the number and the team, this is the role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery & SLA Ownership
Own end-to-end SLA performance across RCM sub-functions: AR follow-up, billing, payment posting, charge posting, and denial management.
Own Credentialing operations in full: provider enrollment, re-credentialing, CAQH maintenance, expirable tracking, and payer-specific workflows.
Drive the operating cadence: daily floor reviews, weekly performance dashboards, monthly COO reporting, and escalation resolution.
Serve as the senior escalation authority for all delivery issues across both service lines, with direct accountability for resolution timelines.
2. Capacity Planning & P&L

About Neolytix
Neolytix is a healthcare management services organization supporting 270+ provider groups across revenue cycle management, credentialing & enrollment, patient access, and payer analytics. Our Chicago office is the US hub of a global delivery team spanning three countries.
The Role
You’ll be the operational backbone of our Chicago office — coordinating across provider enrollment, payer relations, and client service while keeping the day-to-day running smoothly. This is a high-touch role where you’ll work directly with company leadership and clients, so strong communication and a bias toward getting things done matter more than any single technical skill.
What You’ll Do
Support provider enrollment and credentialing workflows, including follow-ups with payers, tracking application status, and resolving issues to keep timelines on track.
Assist with payer contract communications — drafting correspondence, organizing documentation, and coordinating between internal teams and payer contacts.
Serve as a point of contact for local clients, including scheduling check-ins, preparing meeting materials, and occasionally visiting client sites in the Chicagoland area.
Handle office operations for our Chicago location: supplies, scheduling, travel coordination, expense tracking, employee coordination for US-based staff, and support for marketing events and industry conferences.
Maintain organized records across enrollment cases, payer interactions, and client communications so nothing falls through the cracks.
Prepare basic reports and dashboards to support team visibility into operational workflows (Power BI experience a plus; we’ll invest in building your skills here).
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field (MBA a plus).
1–3 years of experience in operations, client services, or administrative coordination — healthcare industry exposure preferred but not required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a significant plus.
Comfort working across multiple workstreams simultaneously in a small-team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Power BI or other reporting tools is a bonus.
Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable operating with minimal supervision.
What We Offer
Competitive hourly compensation commensurate with experience.
Direct mentorship from senior leadership across healthcare operations, payer strategy, and analytics.
A clear growth path — this role is designed to deepen into payer analytics and client strategy as you develop.
A small, high-impact team where your contributions are visible from day one
