The WHOOP legal team plays a critical role in supporting that mission by enabling the business to move quickly and responsibly around the world. We are rigorous but pragmatic, risk-aware rather than risk-averse, calm under pressure, excellent communicators, and deeply committed to being trusted partners to the business.
WHOOP is hiring an Assistant General Counsel, Litigation to oversee and manage litigation and regulatory enforcement matters. In this role, you will report to the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and, in conjunction with the CLO, be responsible for developing and implementing litigation and regulatory enforcement strategy. Accordingly, this role will be engaged with an extraordinarily broad array of legal areas. The successful candidate will be a seasoned litigator who possesses the first-hand experience and judgment necessary to assess litigation and regulatory risks and opportunities, hire and manage the outside counsel representing WHOOP, and ensure WHOOP receives the highest quality representation from its law firm partners.
In addition to managing the litigation docket, you will serve as a strategic counselor to all business and corporate functions regarding legal risk and opportunity. The successful candidate will be more than an experienced litigator. They will be a business-minded litigation leader who knows when to fight, when to settle, and when litigation risk should drive changes in the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide senior leadership with clear and actionable assessments of litigation risk, including exposure, ranges of potential outcomes, strategic alternatives, costs, business implications, and recommended courses of action.
- Select, retain, and manage outside counsel, establishing clear expectations regarding strategy, staffing, budgets, work product, responsiveness, and outcomes, and independently pressure-testing outside counsel’s strategic recommendations throughout the entire litigation life-cycle.
- Exercise rigorous oversight of litigation spending, including reviewing budgets and forecasts, scrutinizing staffing and billing practices, identifying opportunities for alternative fee arrangements, and ensuring that legal spending is proportionate to the Company's exposure and strategic objectives.
- Develop settlement strategies and lead significant settlement negotiations, balancing legal exposure, litigation costs, business considerations, precedent risk, reputational considerations, and operational impacts.
- Partner closely with Finance and Accounting regarding litigation reserves, contingent liabilities, insurance recoveries, settlement accounting, budgeting and forecasting, and other financial implications of litigation.
- Partner closely with the People Team regarding employment disputes.
- Manage litigation-related insurance matters, including providing timely notice of claims, coordinating with insurers and brokers, pursuing available coverage, and managing coverage disputes where necessary.

- Conduct and oversee sensitive internal investigations where appropriate and coordinate with employment, compliance, privacy, security, or other specialists depending on the subject matter.
- Establish and continuously improve litigation playbooks, processes, and technology, enabling the Legal team to manage a growing litigation portfolio efficiently and consistently as the Company scales.
- Promote appropriate use of data and technology in litigation management, including e-discovery tools, matter-management systems, litigation analytics, and emerging AI-enabled legal technologies.

- Experience in building and improving legal processes, playbooks, and operational infrastructure to support a scaling business.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

THE ADVENTURE AHEAD 🚀
As a Senior Product Engineer II, you bring deep expertise in either backend or frontend engineering alongside strong working competency across the full stack. You own complex features and technical initiatives end to end, working across customer facing applications, services, APIs, and integration boundaries to deliver complete solutions.
Your primary strength may be building cloud native backend systems and event driven architectures, or architecting complex frontend applications and customer experiences. In either case, you understand how the broader system fits together and can confidently work across boundaries when needed.
Beyond your individual technical output, you function as a technical anchor within your squad. You help drive technical direction, mentor peers, coordinate dependencies, and ensure the team can consistently deliver high quality software without creating unnecessary knowledge silos.
THE DAY-TO-DAY ⚒️
- Own complex initiatives end to end Drive multi sprint technical initiatives from architecture through implementation, production deployment, and ongoing evolution.
- Build across the stack Navigate frontend applications, APIs, backend services, data layers, and platform integrations to deliver complete outcomes.
- Set technical direction Bring deep expertise in your primary discipline while shaping architecture decisions and engineering patterns across the broader system.
- Make durable technical decisions Evaluate complex tradeoffs, manage technical risk, and balance immediate delivery with long term scalability and maintainability.
- Anchor the squad Break down complex work, coordinate technical dependencies, unblock others, and help the team maintain delivery momentum.
- Drive engineering excellence Raise the bar for testing, CI/CD, observability, architecture, code quality, and pragmatic technical debt management.
- Partner across functions Work with Product, Design, QA, SRE, platform teams, and engineering groups to translate customer problems into reliable solutions.
- Level up the team Mentor engineers through architecture discussions, design reviews, code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing.
YOUR SUPERPOWERS⚡️
- Engineering depth and breadth Six or more years of software engineering experience, with deep expertise in either backend or frontend engineering and strong working competency across the broader stack.
- End to end ownership A proven record of owning complex technical initiatives from architecture through production deployment and operation.
- System design expertise Strong understanding of scalable application architecture, APIs, distributed systems, cloud services, and maintainable production software.
- Technical leadership The ability to guide engineers through uncertainty, establish effective architecture patterns, and raise engineering standards.
- Integration fluency Comfort navigating unfamiliar systems and safely changing frontend, backend, and integration boundaries.
- Engineering excellence Strong experience with automated testing, CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and pragmatic technical debt management.
- Collaborative communication The ability to explain tradeoffs, challenge assumptions constructively, and align Engineering, Product, Design, QA, and platform stakeholders.
BONUS POINTS 🌟
- Cloud and event driven systems Cloud native AWS applications using serverless services, asynchronous workflows, distributed systems, or event driven architecture.
- Infrastructure and delivery Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, or production operations.
- Frontend architecture Angular, React, or comparable frameworks, including application architecture, state management, design systems, performance, or accessibility.
- Backend breadth Node.js and TypeScript services or polyglot environments that include Go, Python, PHP, or other backend technologies.
- Production observability Monitoring, tracing, logging, metrics, incident diagnosis, and production operation.
- Technical growth Experience acting as a technical lead or clear progression toward broader Staff level leadership.
OUR STACK 🛠️
Our product teams work primarily with TypeScript across frontend and backend development. Frontend applications include Angular and modern web technologies. Backend and platform systems span Node.js, TypeScript, Go, PHP, Python, AWS, REST APIs, event driven architectures, relational and NoSQL databases, CI/CD, and modern observability tooling.
You do not need deep expertise in every technology we use. We are looking for deep expertise in a primary discipline, strong software engineering fundamentals, and confidence working across frontend, backend, and integration boundaries.

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
Aleph is seeking a strategic, high-energy Client Partner to represent Spotify in Peru. We are not just looking for a sales professional — we are looking for a true music and culture enthusiast who understands how music, podcasts, and digital audio shape the way people feel, think, and buy.
In this role, you will be the bridge between Spotify's world-class advertising platform and the peruvian advertising ecosystem. You will drive revenue by showing brands how to authentically connect with millions of engaged listeners — people who choose to be there.
But we are also entering a new era of sales — one where individual productivity is amplified by AI in ways that were unthinkable two years ago. A great salesperson with the right mindset and tools will do the work of three. That is the profile we are building.
What you'll do
Revenue Growth:
Own and be accountable for quarterly and yearly revenue goals, pipeline management, and growth targets for the peruvian market.
Agency Relationships:
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key media agencies, positioning Spotify as an invaluable strategic partner — not just a vendor.
Multi-stakeholder Selling:
Work across agency departments — buying, strategy, comms planning, audio, digital, branded content, and innovation — to build holistic solutions.
Consultative Selling:
Understand clients' business objectives and challenges deeply. Respond with tailored advertising solutions that genuinely move their business forward.
Cultural Storytelling:
Create persuasive narratives that translate Spotify's audience data and audio formats into compelling business growth stories. Make clients feel the platform, not just see the numbers.
Portfolio Selling:
Sell the full Spotify ecosystem — audio, video, display, branded experiences, and programmatic — with fluency and confidence.
AI-Augmented Workflow:
Use AI tools to prepare client briefs, analyze pipeline signals, identify growth opportunities, and arrive to every client interaction more prepared than anyone else in the room.
Campaign Excellence:
Partner with internal teams to ensure flawless execution, delivering a top-tier service experience that keeps clients coming back.
Industry Presence:
Represent Spotify and Aleph at key industry events in Peru, building our profile and driving cultural relevance in the local market.
The profile we're building
🎯 Genuine Tech Curiosity:
When a new tool appears, you adopt it, test it, and integrate it into your workflow. You don't just tolerate it
📊 Analytical Thinking:
You read data, interpret pipeline signals, and make decisions based on evidence — not just gut feeling.
🤝 Orchestration Ability:
AI does the research, prepares the briefs, suggests next steps. You decide, personalize, and build the relationship.
⚡ Real Adaptability:
The process will keep changing. You don't just accept change — you anticipate it and move first.
Who you are
Required
4+ years of experience in advertising sales, business development, or client-facing roles within the digital media industry.
Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem: audio, display, video, and programmatic.
Proven track record of managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and exceeding sales targets in the Argentine or LATAM market.
Strong agency and brand relationships across the peruviann digital advertising community.
Comfort with data: you build reports, interpret dashboards, and translate performance into client-facing insights (Salesforce, Google Slides/Sheets).
Genuine curiosity about AI tools — and evidence you have already started integrating them into your daily workflow.
Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills; you can hold a room at C-suite level.
Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
Preferred
Experience with self-serve advertising platforms or programmatic auction dynamics.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted sales tools: CRM automation, brief generators, prospecting platforms.
Passion for music, audio culture, or the creator economy: you don’t just sell Spotify, you get it.
Why this role
Spotify reaches over 600 million users globally, with a deeply engaged audience across Latin America.
At Aleph, you will work at the intersection of one of the world’s most iconic brands and one of the most dynamic ad markets in the region. You will have the tools, the backing, and the mandate to build something meaningful.
And if you are someone who is excited about where AI is taking sales — you are going to like it here.
Why Join Us?
Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents. We support each other, creating an environment of giving and receiving. We value partnership and communication because we believe it takes a group of people to achieve great things. We are energized by our ever-changing industry, our curiosity keeps us learning and seeking out new opportunities.

Infrastructure Engineer (DevOps)
About the company
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries, and have since expanded into several other assets. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.
Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Team, we're backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue growing the firm. We're fully remote, with team members across many countries.
About the role
As an Infrastructure Engineer at Ondo, you'll help build and run the platform our financial products run on. Our team owns the cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, delivery pipelines, monitoring, and tooling that every engineering team at Ondo depends on, so you'll see a wide range of systems rather than one.
You won't do this alone. You'll work closely with a diverse team of infrastructure engineers and developers. Expect to debug real production problems, write code and configuration for user-facing applications, and see your changes running in production early. You'll start with well-scoped work and take on more ownership as you learn our systems.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with development teams to build reliable financial services for our customers.
* Help the team build and improve release processes, continuous integration, and deployment automation.
* Extend application monitoring and alerting.
* Participate in an on-call rotation together with infrastructure engineers and developers.
* Troubleshoot issues with user-facing and internal services, and debug production incidents.
Requirements
* Genuine curiosity and desire to learn new technologies and break things.
* Hands-on Kubernetes experience: you can deploy, inspect, and debug workloads, even if you've never run a cluster yourself.
* Understanding of operating systems, especially Linux internals.
* Experience with "infrastructure-as-code" or "infrastructure-as-data" approaches to infrastructure management.
* Understanding of the GitOps approach to application management.
* Experience with the Prometheus stack or another monitoring solution.
Nice to haves
* Experience building infrastructure in a major cloud provider (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
* Programming ability in Go, Python, or another modern, widely adopted language.
* Experience running stateful workloads in production, not only stateless services.
Our tech stack
AWS, GCP, Azure | Terraform | Kubernetes, Flux | Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog
What we offer
* Competitive compensation including salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — we're well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation
* Full benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and flexible vacation policy (PTO)
* Small remote-first team across many countries — you'll be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and design practices
* A+ colleagues — our team includes alumni from: Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, Pinterest, McKinsey, Circle, Uniswap, Phantom
* Best-in-class investors — we are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and VCs, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund and Coinbase Ventures

Windows, Linux.
• Опыт работы и развёртки вышеописанных классов СЗИ.
