HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
Disclaimer: We're open to hire Account Executives across our Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes and Biarritz offices.
⭐️ THE ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE JOB
We’re expanding our Sales team in France and are looking for a ‘full-stack’ Enterprise Sales to engage with prospects and turn them into happy Alan customers. You will join a team that mostly focuses on large companies from Tech, Syntec, HCR, and B2B services, interacting with everyone from HR executives to CEOs.
Why is this segment interesting?
- Diverse workforce: Mix of 60% cadres / 40% non-cadres, often with subsidiaries or multi-site operations, ranging from highly tech-savvy employees to those requiring digital adoption support.
- Critical challenges: Multi-stakeholder decision processes involving HRD, CFO, CEO, Payroll, CSE, Legal, Purchasing, Comp & Ben, Accounting, Brokers (creating multiple potential blockers), long sales cycles (multi-year conversations), RFP processes requiring deep audits and product customization, and strong influence from unions/CSE who can co-manage health insurance topics;
- Company profiles: Flagship companies (widely known brands), groups with standalone entities or subsidiaries, often with focus on employee wellbeing (QVT programs, Great Place to Work), modern company culture, and strategic communication about digitization or employer brand attractiveness;
- HR priorities: Increasing productivity, obtaining fair and competitive pricing, contributing to employee well-being through customized health plans, simplifying HR processes with digital platforms, and managing change management concerns when implementing new health insurance (biggest fear for large companies)
- Critical business characteristics: This segment requires breadth & depth of expertise to navigate complex organizations, account-based strategies with Key Account Management approach, early engagement in company roadmaps, face-to-face meetings, co-creation of insurance and digital products (tailored offers considering past results, specific regimes, demographics, payroll system integration), and ability to work through RFPs and with brokers. Sales cycles are volatile with high stakes: 1 deal = 50% of annual target for Enterprise AEs.
Our approach for Enterprise companies positions Alan as a strategic partner in health rather than just an insurance provider, emphasizing our digital platform for fluid UX, customized health plans at fair pricing, and health/well-being services. Success requires leveraging high-level connections, building professional materials, and potentially creating exclusive "Health Clubs" or labels for early adopters.
What will you do with us?
You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. In our Enterprise Sales team, you will deal with companies with more than 300 employees, including all CAC40 companies.
At Alan, Account Executives drive deals and close strategic opportunities with prospects. We sometimes handle some customer relationships to ensure the best possible onboarding. You’ll educate prospects, provide inspiring product demos, and onboard key stakeholders, making the transition from prospect to customer seamless.
We expect you to understand and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method https://alan.com/fr-fr/blog/tout-alan/a/nos-commerciaux-ne-vendent-pas. This method ensures the prospect experience is an integral part of the overall Alan customer experience—making it pleasant and delightful for everyone. We expect you to be instructive to prospects (Smart), as well as to define the best personalized high-touch strategy that suits best each prospect (Soft).
You’ll also help us grow and improve as a company, challenging us to enhance our product(s), methods, and strategy, and getting involved in initiatives to expand our customer base.

🚀 YOUR MISSION
As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for full sales cycles from prospection to onboarding.
Most of your meetings will be with Founders, or Heads of HR or Finance.
You’ll understand their pain with incumbent insurers and connect that to how a 100% digital solution can help close critical gaps in the health system.

You’ll share what you hear from prospects & customers so we adapt our product to best serve their needs.
You’ll work with marketing to build relevant campaigns, events, sponsorships and other initiatives.
You won’t wait for leads - you’ll go create them through action.
If you want to be handed a script & playbook on day one, Alan may not be the right fit for you. If you want to build with us, while we tackle these important challenges, you’re at the right place.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
DashOS is DoorDash’s restaurant growth platform, connecting Marketplace demand with the tools restaurants use to serve, understand and retain guests. Digital Ordering - white-label ordering, websites, apps and loyalty on a merchant’s own channels - is a core part of it. Our Global Strategy & Operations (S&O) team sets the commercial strategy and operating model for DashOS worldwide, working across Product, Sales, Finance, Legal and regional teams to take what works in one market and make it work in the next.
About the Role
You will help build Digital Ordering in EMEA, creating the playbook to succeed across the very different markets of the region. You will have real ownership of key parts of this build, from commercial strategy to market expansion to the processes that let it scale. You will be based in London.
What You’ll Be Doing
Shape the commercial strategy:
Help define the global Digital Ordering strategy and adapt it to EMEA, including segments, pricing and positioning.
Influence the product:
Be the voice of EMEA merchants and markets, build business cases, and partner with Product and Engineering to prioritise what the region needs.
Expand to new markets:
Assess and prioritise new markets, build launch plans, and drive go-live and early traction with local teams.
Scale how we work:
Build the processes, forecasting, reporting and enablement that let Digital Ordering grow efficiently across regions.
Support key deals:
Work with regional Sales and Account Management on strategic merchant partnerships and commercial terms.
Stay ahead of the market:
Track first-party ordering trends and competitors, and turn insights into recommendations for leadership.
Bridge product & Ops
: Help launch new features in the merchant partner base to help our partners grow.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Experience:
4+ years in strategy & operations, business development, commercial strategy, consulting or a similar role, ideally in SaaS, marketplaces, e-commerce or hospitality tech.
Building and scaling:
Experience launching or scaling a product, business line or programme, ideally in a new market.
Analytical and strategic thinking:
You use data to build business cases and drive decisions, and turn analysis into clear, executive-ready recommendations.
Commercial and product fluency:
You can translate merchant needs into product requirements and are comfortable with commercial negotiations.
Influence:
You build strong relationships and drive results across many teams without direct authority.
Operator mindset:
You are an owner by nature, who enjoys building processes and moving fast in ambiguity.
Why Join Us?
You’ll do work that matters and be a part of our next big bet that’s constantly evolving. Working here you can expect to:
Make a visible impact every day, directly improving experiences for merchants, customers and couriers.
Learn fast in an entrepreneurial environment, with autonomy, pace and real responsibility.
Build a career, not just a role, as the business evolves.
Deliver together in an inclusive, values-driven culture.

Proficiency using and writing REST APIs to integrate systems effectively.
Strong communication skills. You can comfortably discuss the same topics with engineers and non-technical audiences, adapting the depth and detail as needed.

Fin
, now part of Salesforce, is on a mission to help businesses provide perfect customer experiences.
Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market today, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across the customer journey, from service, to sales, to ecommerce. Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk, giving modern support teams one single system.
Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What's the opportunity?
As Fin becomes mission-critical for our most strategic customers, we’re growing our team of Forward Deployed Engineers to help bridge the gap between customer needs and product innovation.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll work hands-on with strategic customers, partnering closely with our R&D and Go-to-Market teams to design and deliver high-impact solutions. You’ll go beyond implementation - helping shape product direction, influence roadmap decisions and ensure Fin delivers real, measurable business outcomes in complex, real-world environments.
If you’re excited by ownership, creativity and solving ambiguous problems, and want to work at the frontier of applied AI while collaborating with Product, Engineering and Go-to-Market teams, this role offers a rare opportunity to combine technical excellence with real customer impact.
What will I be doing?
Drive adoption of Fin by helping customers unlock the power of our AI capabilities to automate and scale their support operations.
Embed deeply with strategic customers to understand their business challenges and technical requirements, and provide the insight needed to achieve outstanding results with Fin.
Work hands-on with customers’ technical teams as a trusted technical expert, coding side-by-side to drive projects through to completion.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Success and Product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences, successful project delivery and actionable product feedback.
Contribute to the evolution of Forward Deployed Engineering by codifying best practices and sharing insights from customer engagements to help the team scale and grow.
What skills do I need?
A strong engineering background and experience building software with real-world usage. Experience building a SaaS product is a plus, but not a requirement.
Interest in AI and machine learning, and the ability to quickly build an understanding of novel problems, capabilities and architectures - including their trade-offs and limitations.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate organisational boundaries and bring people together to achieve the best outcomes for our customers.
Deep knowledge of at least one high-level programming language, such as JavaScript, Python or Ruby. It doesn’t need to be a language we use today - great people learn quickly and can introduce us to better ways of working.
The ability to prototype and ship software quickly while maintaining a high bar for quality and a clear focus on business goals and outcomes.
Proficiency using and writing REST APIs to integrate systems effectively.
Strong communication skills. You can comfortably discuss the same topics with engineers and non-technical audiences, adapting the depth and detail as needed.
Willingness to travel and work on-site with customers to build strong relationships and deeply understand their needs.

An overview of this role
Support Engineering at GitLab believes that healthy teams deliver a healthy customer experience, and that command during a crisis shouldn't fall to whoever happens to be senior and available. GitLab's global Incident & Escalation Management (IM/EM) function coordinates critical incidents, complex multi-team engagements, and executive-level escalations for enterprise customers. As Escalation Manager, you'll own complex, executive, and commercial escalations where customer trust and the relationship are at stake, alongside or independently of a technical issue.
In this functional role, you'll advocate for customers inside GitLab, coordinate teams toward resolution, and lead relationship repair after the event.
What you'll do
Own complex, executive, and commercial escalations end-to-end, as defined in GitLab's IM/EM engagement model.
Advocate for customers internally and coordinate Engineering, Support, Product, Customer Success, and Sales toward resolution, tracking commitments and holding owning teams accountable to agreed dates and deliverables.
Maintain a written, customer-facing resolution plan from engagement through confirmed resolution, updating it at each communication milestone.
Coordinate with Incident Managers during concurrent technical incidents to maintain a single, coherent narrative for the customer.
Own external escalation communications using GitLab's approved templates and cadence, and represent GitLab in high-stakes customer conversations where clarity and ownership influence retention.
Engage Sales, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders as needed, including executive-to-executive communication for Severity 1 and 2 events. Brief GitLab leadership with concise summaries that distinguish what's known, what's unknown, and next steps.
Lead post-escalation reviews and relationship repair plans, contribute corrective actions with named owners and due dates to postmortems, and hand the relationship back to the account's Customer Success Manager at resolution.
Partner with the Head of IM/EM to develop playbooks, communication templates, and process improvements based on patterns from escalations.
What you'll bring
Experience in enterprise technical support, customer success, or incident and escalation management at a business-to-business software-as-a-service or enterprise software company.
A track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder escalations end-to-end, including executive customer engagements and structured resolution or account plans.
Executive-level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical detail into plain-language updates for customers and GitLab leadership.
The ability to coordinate Engineering, Support, Product, Customer Success, and Sales under pressure without formal authority over those teams.
Calm, structured decision-making with incomplete information and the ability to provide a steadying presence in high-stress customer situations.
Proficiency with support and coordination tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Slack, and PagerDuty, or equivalent platforms.
Availability for on-call coverage supporting executive escalations as part of a globally distributed team.
Nice to have:
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation or equivalent certification; customer-facing experience with GitLab, development, security, and operations (DevSecOps), continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), or cloud-native products; experience with formal escalation or incident command frameworks; or AI-assisted support tools for triage, sentiment analysis, or resolution drafting.
About the team
The Incident & Escalation Management function sits within Support Engineering in GitLab's Enterprise Technology & AI (ETA) division. We operate a follow-the-sun model anchored in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Asia-Pacific, providing year-round, 24-hour coverage for enterprise customers. Our Escalation Managers work globally rather than within a single region, partnering with Incident Managers, Communications Leads, and regional Support Engineering leadership. You'll help shape our playbooks, templates, and standards as we scale.

Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Customer Success Operations Specialist
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Customer Success, Missions Line of Business
- Reports to: Director, Customer Success, Missions
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As a Customer Success Operations Specialist, you’ll run the operating rhythm behind ICEYE’s Missions Customer Success model. Missions delivers sovereign SAR satellite programs to governments worldwide, and Customer Success stays with these customers from go-live through operations, renewal and expansion. Program Managers and Customer Success Managers in each market own the relationships; you own what keeps them running smoothly: the governance calendar, pre-reads, meeting minutes, action registers and follow-up.
You’ll make sure every internal review and customer meeting happens on time, is well prepared, ends with clear decisions, and that every action is closed. Within six months, you will independently drive the cadence across all target accounts. This ensures our customers stay satisfied, building the baseline for a long-lasting relationship.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the governance calendar for all Missions customer accounts, planned a quarter ahead and sized by account tier. Trigger extra reviews when something material changes, such as a major incident, a procurement shift or a renewal risk.
- Prepare, run and document the recurring forums: the monthly Customer Pulse review and Operational and Service Reviews, and the quarterly Internal Account Reviews, Executive Reviews (QBRs), Portfolio Reviews and Voice of Customer syncs with Product. Run the full QBR cycle end to end for strategic accounts.
- Feed Customer Success input into existing forums (PMO Steering Group, sales pipeline, go-live working groups and LoB leadership) and track the follow-ups.
- Coordinate customer reviews with local Program Managers, Customer Success Managers, local ICEYE CEOs and functional experts, covering agendas, invitations, pre-reads, logistics and customer visits to Espoo, including community formats.
- Own the action, risk and decision registers. Chase open actions, escalate overdue items early and close the loop with customers on every commitment.
- Keep the Customer Dashboard, one-page Account Briefs and portfolio reporting current.
- Support running CSAT pulses after major interactions and NPS around QBRs, track recovery plans for detractors, and capture and quantify customer requirements for the product roadmap.
- Turn the operating model into playbooks and templates, and automate reminders, reporting and dashboards in Jira, Slack and Salesforce, using AI tools where they save time.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Hands-on experience in business operations, PMO, customer success operations or program coordination, ideally in B2B or B2G technology
- Proven experience running a governance or operating rhythm across many stakeholders, functions and time zones
- Strong follow-through: you track actions to closure without being prompted, while keeping strong working relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent written English for agendas, pre-reads, minutes and executive summaries
- Confidence building and maintaining dashboards and reports in Google Sheets or Excel, Jira, Salesforce or similar tools
- Discretion with sensitive customer information
- A structured, calm way of working when priorities shift and several reviews run in parallel
- Hands-on use of automation or AI tools to cut manual reporting and follow-up
Nice to haves:
- Experience in space, defence, government or other regulated programs
- Familiarity with customer success practice: QBRs, health scores, CSAT and NPS, Voice of Customer
- Finnish or other languages
