At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
The Platform Hiring Team (PHT) is building a centralized, technology-enabled hiring engine for repeatable, high-volume roles across supported DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt businesses.
You'll join Platform Hiring Operations, PHT's business-facing team. The team acts as a strategic partner to the business, owning demand, market context, and pipeline health. We translate business priorities into effective hiring plans, advise stakeholders on hiring decisions, anticipate risks, and remove blockers to ensure hiring supports business needs.
About the Role
As a Platform Business Partner, you'll be the primary business-facing partner for Wolt Market across the North region, translating business priorities and workforce needs into effective hiring plans. You'll own business readiness, attraction, and pipeline health, ensuring hiring demand is aligned with business strategy, timing, and cost expectations.
You'll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, using hiring data and talent-market insights to guide decisions on hiring strategy, attraction, location, timing, quality, and delivery trade-offs. You'll proactively identify risks, recommend interventions, and coordinate cross-functional partners to resolve blockers and keep hiring plans on track.
You'll also identify opportunities to improve how we work, partnering with the Platform Hiring Manager and PM Team on scalable improvements, automation, and AI adoption. You'll balance local business needs with the centralised platform model, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility and the right support to achieve their hiring goals.
You're excited about this opportunity because
Own the business partnership for Wolt Market hiring across the North region.
Translate business needs into validated hiring demand, aligned with workforce strategy, timing, and cost expectations.
Advise business stakeholders on hiring priorities, readiness, and trade-offs.
Ensure approved headcount and role requirements are accurately set up in the active hiring platform.
Own relationships with Marketing, Employer Brand, and sourcing partners for top-of-funnel strategy.
Use historical funnel performance and talent-market insights to establish required sourcing and application volumes.
Coordinate role activation with the Platform Hiring team, ensuring clear handoffs, service expectations, and priorities.
Monitor pipeline health, conversion, drop-off, and hiring dates, providing proactive insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
Advise business leaders on hiring strategy, attraction, market conditions, location, timing, quality, and delivery trade-offs.
Identify pipeline risks and coordinate targeted sourcing interventions or specialist sourcing support.
Partner with low-volume recruiting teams and business leaders where work crosses operating-model boundaries.
Coordinate blockers across onboarding, background checks, training capacity, HR, and local operations.
Own market and business exceptions that require context beyond the standard platform workflow.
Support approved candidate-facing exceptions, including local-language communication, offer delivery, or low-volume work, while maintaining the standard platform workflow wherever possible.
Identify recurring business challenges and escalate friction with evidence, volume, impact, and recommended solutions.
Identify automation and AI use cases, adopt approved solutions, and track their impact on manual work and decision speed.
Maintain accurate portfolio documentation, decisions, risks, and source-of-truth reporting.
Represent the voice of the business and contribute to continuous improvement of the Platform Hiring operating model.
We're excited about you because
You have 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, high-volume hiring, recruiting operations, or a consultative program role.
You have 3+ years of experience working with, managing, and influencing stakeholders across functions.
You have experience translating hiring demand into practical hiring plans and coordinating sourcing, conversion, offers, and onboarding dependencies.
You are comfortable owning a defined business portfolio and proactively managing its hiring risks and priorities.
You have confidence using hiring data and funnel performance to challenge assumptions and recommend action.
You communicate clearly and proactively, with strong business judgment and a focus on candidate experience.
You can coordinate effectively across Operations, HR, Workforce Planning, Marketing, Employer Brand, and Learning and Development.
You're comfortable with Fountain, Greenhouse, dashboards, workflow automation, continuous improvement, and light program management.
How success is measured
Wolt Market hiring demand is validated and activated with complete, accurate information and alignment with business priorities.
Pipeline volume and conversion remain sufficient to support agreed hiring dates and business needs.
Business stakeholders have a trusted partner who proactively advises them on hiring progress, market conditions, risks, and required decisions.
Business updates surface blockers early, assign clear owners, and preserve lead time to act.
Sourcing interventions are targeted and supported by funnel evidence.
Business stakeholders have clear visibility into hiring progress, risks, and required actions.
Manual work declines through documented improvements, automation, AI adoption, and effective platform usage.
The Wolt Market North portfolio operates with a predictable, healthy hiring pipeline, clear stakeholder ownership, and strong alignment between business needs and hiring delivery.

You'll build strong working relationships across these teams, acting as the connector between business priorities and the centralized Platform Hiring operating model: Platform Hiring Manager; Platform Hiring Team Leads and Specialists; Courier business leaders; Workforce Planning; Marketing and Employer Brand; HR and Learning and Development; onboarding; Operations; sourcing partners; and low-volume recruiting teams.

About the Project
Project Hydrus is a scripted and conversational audio data collection project. We're looking for native-level speakers who can deliver natural, everyday-sounding speech — recordings that hold up whether you're reading a script or speaking spontaneously.
Please note: the recordings you produce may be used to create synthesized, AI-generated voices for conversational AI products. Full details on how your data is collected, used, shared, and retained are set out in a Consent Form, which you'll review and sign before any paid session recording begins.
What You'll Do If Selected:
- Two supervised sessions of approximately 4 hours each, guided in real time by a Session Director on a separate recording platform.
- Record scripted material in a natural, conversational tone — faithfully, without a polished, performed, or “announcer” delivery.
- Record unscripted, spontaneous speech on a given topic, matching the same warmth and pace as your scripted takes.
- Set up and manage your own recording space and equipment for session recording.
- Deliver all recordings entirely in the required language (with specific dialect), without code-switching into other languages or dialects.
What We're Looking For
Required
- Experience as a voice actor, actor, or theater performer, or a comparable performance background.
- Native or native-equivalent fluency in the required language (with specific dialect).
- Access to a quiet recording space, free of echo and background noise (acoustically treated for session recording, if selected).
- Owns or will acquire a dedicated, professional-grade microphone for the audition (e.g. RODE NT-USB Mini, Blue Yeti), upgrading to a qualifying USB condenser or XLR mic + audio interface for session recording if selected. Built-in laptop mics, AirPods, earbuds, and headsets are not accepted at any stage.
- Owns closed-back monitoring headphones (required for session recording if selected).
Comfortable both self-directing for the audition and taking live direction from a Session Director in guided sessions.
Preferred (nice to have, not required)
- Professional voice-over experience (dubbing/ADR, audiobook, podcasting) in a conversational rather than commercial/announcer register.
- Baseline audio hygiene: comfortable setting mic distance and catching noise, clipping, or distortion yourself.
- An existing home recording setup already treated for sound.
Commitment & Compensation
- Estimated time: Approximately 8 hours calibration, plus supervision across two recording sessions of ~4 hours each per participant
- Work Type - Freelance Remote
- Rate: $20.00 USD per hour
Your Data & Privacy
Before any session recording, you'll be asked to review and sign a Consent Form covering how your voice recordings are collected, used (including to train synthesized/AI voice models), shared with approved partners, retained, and how to exercise your data rights (access, correction, deletion, and more, depending on where you live). If you'd like to review these terms before applying, contact us and we'll share a copy in advance.

Strong cross-cultural interpersonal skills; comfortable working across markets with differing languages and business norms
Willingness and ability to undertake frequent travel across APAC

EveryMatrix is a leading B2B SaaS provider delivering iGaming software, content and services. We provide casino, sports betting, platform and payments, and affiliate management to 300 customers worldwide.
But that's not all! We're not just about numbers, we're about people. With a team of over 1400 passionate individuals spread across twelve countries in Europe and Asia, we're all united by our love for innovation and teamwork.
Join us on this exciting journey as we continue to redefine the iGaming landscape, one groundbreaking solution at a time.
We are looking for a dedicated Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Armenia!
About the role:
We are looking for a senior generalist engineer. You will work across PHP, AngularJS, Go, Node, and SQL. Strong in PHP, able to pick up Go and Node as needed, able to work in a system you did not write.
You own features from design to production, write short design docs before non-trivial work, and work directly with product and QA. You already use agentic coding tools daily.
Senior here is not about years of experience. It is about how you operate, technically and with people:
Takes the hard tasks.
Picks up the unclear, risky, or unpopular problem and drives it until it is working in production for real users. Done means live, not a ticket status.
Flexible in solutions.
Has more than one way to solve a problem and chooses based on constraints, not habit.
Moves fast when it matters.
Knows when to ship quickly and when to slow down, and can tell the difference.
Communicates.
Explains decisions clearly, keeps people informed, raises problems early instead of late.
Gives and takes feedback.
Direct, specific, constructive. Not defensive when the feedback comes back.
Owns outcomes.
Not just the code, but whether the thing actually works for the people using it.
What you'll get to do:
Build and ship features across the stack: data model, API, UI.
Help split the monolith into services: define service boundaries, plan data migrations, roll out changes step by step without downtime.
Modernize legacy code where it pays off.
Write short design docs for non-trivial changes.
Own what you ship: monitoring, alerts, fixes.
Design schemas, write efficient queries, build reports operators depend on.
Review code and mentor.
What we're looking for:
Solid experience building and running production software at a senior level.
Strong in PHP; able to pick up Go and Node as needed.
Solid with relational databases: schema design, query performance, migrations on live data.
Experience improving a large legacy codebase incrementally.
Usage of agentic AI coding tools daily. You can show us how you plan work for an agent, where you trust it, and where you don't.
Writing tests and treating correctness especially seriously where money, commissions, and reporting are involved.
Writing clear design docs, tickets, and PR descriptions.
Communicating directly with product, QA, and non-technical stakeholders.
Working English, spoken and written.
Nice to have
Splitting a monolith into services in production.
Kubernetes and Cloudflare in daily operations.
LLM-backed features: pipelines, evaluation, self-hosted open-weight models, MCP servers.
Applied ML in production (recommendation or scoring).
Payments, fintech, or iGaming.
Web scraping at scale, anti-bot handling, proxies.
Here's what we offer:
Start with 24 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 34 days by your fifth year with us.
Benefit from two Free Fridays each year, limited to one per quarter.
Access online learning platform like Udemy for Business, and a budget for external training.
Daily catered lunch or monthly lunch allowance.
Private Medical Subscription.
Gym allowance.
Parking
