About the Team
The Design System team owns Click UI - the open-source Design System of ClickHouse. It is the shared UI foundation for ClickHouse Cloud and several other projects. We operate the system as a service and as the clear entry point for all ClickHouse UI work. We focus on building React components that are accessible, performant, well-documented, token-driven, and capable of resolving challenging product requirements.
What You Will Do
- Research, build, and maintain accessible React components and their APIs on headless accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA) primitives. Keyboard interaction, focus management, and theming are part of each component from the start.
- Work on the library enhancements, focusing on consistent and intuitive components API and developer experience improvements. Enable complex migrations with codemods and semantic versioning.
- Maintain the shared reliable infrastructure: Storybook, unit, interaction E2E and visual regression tests, accessibility gates, and a reliable release process.
- Drive adoption: high quality documentation, usage guidelines, migration guides, issue intake and triage (including open-source issues), and code review with product teams.
- Build the AI-assisted layer: Figma-to-code, component scaffolding, and guardrails that keep AI-generated UI on-token, on-pattern, and accessible.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 6+ years of frontend engineering. You have built or maintained a production design system that multiple teams use, including its migrations and breaking changes.
- Core Stack: Deep knowledge of React, TypeScript, semantic HTML, and CSS architecture at scale (SASS, CSS Modules, CSS variables, CSS-in-JS). Experience with component API design (atomic design, composition, controlled and uncontrolled, polymorphic patterns) and headless primitives such as React Aria, Ark UI or Radix.
- Accessibility and Tokens: Working knowledge of WCAG 2.x and WAI-ARIA. You implement and test keyboard navigation, focus management, and screen-reader behavior yourself. Experience with design-token architecture and tools (Style Dictionary, Terrazzo, DTCG, or equivalent) and Figma variables sync.
- System Mindset: You treat the design system as a product with internal customers. You write clear documentation, review for consistency across the library, and mentor through code review. You measure success by adoption, not by component count. You are fluent in Figma and use AI coding tools (for example Claude Code or Cursor).
- Ideal Backgrounds: Design system or UI/UX platform teams at developer tools, B2B SaaS, or cloud platforms, or frontend platform roles with a shared UI library and multi-team consumers.

Partner closely with project managers and engagement managers by providing feedback and updates that improve delivery consistency, keep work on schedule, and reduce delivery issues across engagements.
Manage and deliver multiple customer projects at once, balancing customer outcomes with awareness of billable time and delivery priorities to meet utilization and delivery goals.
Mentor and assist other Professional Services Engineers by communicating expertise in specific technical areas and contributing to stronger, more repeatable delivery patterns.
Work closely with GitLab's product and engineering teams to remove blockers for customers and help improve GitLab features and delivery processes based on field insights, leading to faster issue resolution and more consistent delivery.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As we build out our internal accounting function, we are hiring an Accounting Manager to serve as its operational anchor - owning full-cycle accounting and establishing the processes and controls needed to support the company at scale.
Reporting to the Controller, the Accounting Manager will lead the monthly close, own the Order to Cash life cycle, and help carry the company through its first financial-statement audit toward audit-ready, repeatable operations. This is a high-ownership role for an experienced accountant who can operate hands-on while building for scale.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Month-end close: Own the end-to-end close, continuously improving cycle time and accuracy while reducing reliance on manual work and external support.
- Revenue recognition: Own revenue recognition under ASC 606, deferred revenue, and usage-based billing; reconcile billing systems to the general ledger and resolve variances.
- Accounts receivable & collections: Manage collections and DSO and develop the AR function, including coaching junior team members.
- Accounts payable: Oversee AP, vendor payments, and expense management, with disciplined approval workflows and clear vendor accountability.
- Payroll & equity: Review payroll and support equity and stock-based compensation accounting.
- Audit & compliance: Lead audit preparation and the PBC process for the financial-statement and 401(k) audits; support sales-tax and multi-state payroll compliance.
- Systems & process: Design scalable, well-documented processes and controls, support the company's ERP migration, and identify and implement automation.
- Team leadership: Mentor team members, coordinate with external accounting partners, and grow into leadership of the in-house accounting team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, including full-cycle ownership across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report.
- Strong command of US GAAP, including revenue recognition (ASC 606), with the ability to own the close independently.
- Experience at a high-growth technology or SaaS company, ideally with usage-based or consumption billing models.
- Proficiency with modern ERP and billing systems and advanced spreadsheet skills.
- Experience supporting or preparing for a financial-statement audit.
- A track record of building and documenting scalable processes and controls and of automating manual work.
- High ownership, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment.
- Based in the New York City area and able to work onsite 4 days a week.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Active CPA
- Big 4 or public accounting background
- ERP implementation experience
- Multi-entity or international accounting experience (the company is establishing an international entity)

Modeling conventions, version control, testing and release practices, code review; work with Data Business Partners, Data Science / ML and Data Platform on scope and ownership. Stay close to the code on critical builds.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Experience.
5+ years in analytics, data or BI engineering, including 2+ years leading a team or leading others technically.
Expert SQL and Python.
You set query and performance standards others follow, rewrite expensive queries and explain the trade-offs, handle incremental loads, deduplication and slowly changing dimensions, and own production Python components that other teams depend on.
Data modeling and pipelines.
You design warehouse and mart models that several teams build on, including a semantic layer, and choose the methodology (star schema, Data Vault or equivalent) to fit the queries it must serve. You optimize and troubleshoot pipelines on a cloud stack such as AWS (Athena, Redshift, Glue) and orchestration tools such as Airflow.
Engineering discipline.
You set branching and code review standards, require schema and data tests and CI before release, and lead risky changes with a clear rollout and rollback plan.
Data quality and data fluency.
You design validation that catches problems before stakeholders do, fix root causes rather than symptoms, set documentation standards, and investigate unfamiliar sources before trusting them.
Business impact.
You design solution options for complex problems, split cross-team work into pieces with a clear definition of done, build dashboards around the decision they support, and become a trusted partner to business leaders.
AI in everyday work.
You redesign team workflows around AI tools to drive adoption, and evaluate AI outputs for quality, privacy and bias.
Leadership and ownership.
You own complex team-level projects, make high-impact decisions from complex information, coach people by spotting skill gaps and giving regular feedback, set clear scope expectations, and turn change into actionable steps for the team.
Communication.
You clarify complex ideas, build consensus across teams and time zones, and communicate in fluent English.
Nice to have:
experience with dbt or a similar transformation framework (we may adopt one); web analytics and tracking (GTM, GA4); B2B SaaS or document-workflow / e-signature background.

About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
About the Role
As a RAM, you’ll own a book of accounts across European markets. This isn’t a passive renewal role. We want someone who treats their portfolio like a sales territory: proactively growing wallet share, spotting upsell and cross-sell moments, and building the kind of client relationships that make churn a non-starter. This role looks after customers for their first 90 days after activation (first subscription paid). Your main objective is to drive quick, thorough product adoption, with a focus on revenue and turning new customers into High Value Clients (HVCs).
Day to day, you’ll explore clients’ businesses and needs in depth, then position our products to address the opportunities you uncover.
You’ll be measured on what matters: expansion revenue, ARPA growth and voluntary churn. If you’re the type who reads their book every Monday morning and spots the opportunity before the client asks, this is your seat.
What you'll be doing
Own a portfolio of high-value SME clients across European markets and drive sustainable revenue growth from it.
Prioritise well: not all clients deliver the same value, so qualify quickly and accurately, then prioritise accordingly.
Proactively engage your book through outreach and check-ins, rather than just reacting to inbound requests.
Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Finom’s product suite (plans, card spend, invoicing, credit).
Build genuine relationships with decision-makers and be the person they call when something needs sorting.
Use account data, usage signals and portfolio trends to inform your outreach priorities and commercial conversations. Gut feel is a start, but data is what makes it repeatable.
Monitor account health signals and step in early on at-risk accounts before churn becomes likely.
Maintain a clean pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce – no black holes.
Use Modjo, our AI call intelligence tool, to sharpen your performance and share learnings with the team.
Work closely with onboarding, product and support to make sure clients get what was promised.
What we're looking for
Languages: fluent English, plus German at Native Level
At least 2 years of account management experience in fintech or B2B SaaS.
At least 1 year of outbound or business development experience: you know how to open a conversation and create urgency without being pushy.
Hungry: you want to win, and you push for results without being chased.
Commercially sharp: you think in terms of revenue per account, expansion potential and portfolio mix, not just satisfaction scores.
Data-driven: you use data to make decisions, whether that’s spotting a usage drop before it becomes a churn risk or finding the right moment for a plan-upgrade conversation.
Comfortable in a fast-moving scale-up where the playbook is still being written in places.
Confident communicator: you can run a QBR, push back when needed and escalate the right things.
Proficient in Salesforce, Google Workspace and Slack. Experience with Modjo or a similar call tool is a bonus.

About airSlate
airSlate is a global SaaS technology company that develops no-code workflow automation, electronic signature, and document management solutions. Our award-winning products - SignNow, pdfFiller, DocHub, altaFlow, Instapage, and US Legal Forms - serve over hundreds of millions of users and more than one million customers worldwide, helping organizations of every size digitize processes, improve efficiency, and transform how they work.
We’re in an exciting phase of growth and transformation, with teammates in more than 20 countries across three continents and main hubs in the United States, Poland, Romania, Ukraine and Philippines.
At airSlate, we’re building value for customers and a culture where growth and innovation go hand in hand. We’re looking for people eager to shape products, scale a company, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
About Strategy Department:
The airSlate Strategy department leads monetization and product-led growth strategies and analytics across airSlate’s product suite. This includes owning the pricing strategy, the product-qualified leads upsell strategy, and key strategic monetization and go-to-market initiatives. The department also aims to provide product, marketing, and executive teams with useful insights, segmentation, user behavior, and North Star metrics to improve the performance and effectiveness of teams across the company.
And now, we are looking for a Corporate Strategy & BizOps Manager who is prepared to contribute to the next chapter of our company’s growth.
The person will join the Strategy team and take on the responsibility of assessing new opportunities across the airSlate product portfolio and owning the business case that leadership approves before a bet gets a team or a budget.
As Corporate Strategy & BizOps Manager, you will be in the room when bets are made, and you will run funded cross-portfolio initiatives from plan to result.
What you’ll be working on:
Size and assess new opportunities: build TAM/SAM/SOM bottom-up from users, pricing, and conversion, map the competition, and define the ICP sharply enough for product and marketing to act on
Own the business case that gates funding: write it, present it, and back it with a clear recommendation, the two or three assumptions it rests on, and what would change your mind
Stress-test business cases from product teams, including our own: challenge revenue, cost, and adoption assumptions, separate baseline from incremental impact, and flag where the numbers do not reconcile
Run one or two initiatives end to end, from the go-to-market plan and first budget to stakeholder alignment and results, starting with localization across our products
Partner with product, growth, finance, and AI Labs leads across several business units, often relying on input from people who do not report to you
What we expect from you:
5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or BizOps / strategy at a SaaS company
Modelling skills: you build clean, auditable models and can explain every driver in them
A track record of sizing markets and building business cases that were used to make real decisions (ideally, some were decided against because of your work)
Comfort with ambiguity: you can turn a vague question (“is there a business in X?”) into a plan and deliver an answer within days, not weeks
Clear, concise writing: you fit a recommendation, its rationale, and its risks on one page
The confidence to disagree with senior people, with evidence, and the judgment to know which disagreements matter
Experience owning something end to end, not only advising on it, with your own part in it clearly defined
A Bachelor’s degree
Professional working proficiency in English, for written analysis and presentations to executives
What helps you rock:
Knowledge of PLG / self-serve SaaS economics: funnels, conversion, LTV/CAC
Experience in the document, e-signature, or workflow-automation space
Hands-on use of AI tools in your own analysis work
Experience taking a product into new markets and languages
A post-MBA background
