Revit is one of the brands in the Belkins group of companies. In 3 years, we’ve grown to a team of 25+ people located all over the world, and so far we’ve made a positive impact on more than 150 clients who trusted our team with their growth and outbound (emails, LinkedIn, cold calling).
At Revit, we show up every day because we love selling ideas, creating new business relationships, solving challenges that might seem impossible, and getting results where others couldn’t — so that like-minded clients who trust us with their outbound and growth can become our years-long partners.
With more extensive support from the other companies in the Belkins group, our 2027 goal is to grow 2x in size and find a way to keep scaling while keeping quality high across the board — from having the best people on the team to onboarding the right clients who match our values and value proposition.
Back in 2017, Belkins started as an appointment-setting agency with just one service offering. Fast forward to today, and we’ve transformed into Belkins Group — a vibrant ecosystem of services and products that define the cutting-edge landscape of the SalesTech and MarTech industries. Among our successes are ambitious start-ups like Revit, which have evolved into standalone powerhouses, as well as innovative products such as Folderly.
This is not a place for everyone, but if you’re looking for a world-class culture and an opportunity to grow, build your career, and make an impact, you’re likely to enjoy being part of Revit and building the future together with us!
What you’ll do:
Making 3 AEs better every week.
You’ll do call reviews, give feedback, sit in on deals, and jump in to close when it matters.
Owning the number.
You’ll handle MRR, forecasts, and monthly plans, and know where we stand and why before anyone asks.
Building the system.
You’ll build a sales process that’s clear enough for a new AE to follow, with data that shows exactly where deals get stuck.
Growing the close rate.
You’ll find where we lose deals between the first call and the signature, and fix it.
Designing KPIs and incentives
that reward the results we actually want.
Being marketing’s closest partner.
You’ll shape ICPs and messaging together, so a bigger pipeline turns into revenue, not just a fuller calendar.
Scaling the team
as we grow, including bringing in fractional AEs when it makes sense.
What you bring:
A sales leader who wants to own our growth. You’re still hands-on and still on calls, and you can build a team and a process around you.
Sales leadership:
1–2+ years leading a team of 3–4+ people, with numbers that show what changed while you led it.
Digital marketing services:
agency-side experience, not a SaaS/product or software development company.
US market:
you’ve sold to US clients and know how they buy.
Close rate:
ideally 15%+, or a clear story behind your numbers.
Revenue ownership:
planning, forecasting, and explaining MRR.
Sales process:
you’ve built or run a structured process and improved it with data.
High pace:
you get things done and are driven by results.
Good communicator:
you listen well, give specific answers, and build relationships quickly.
Curious:
you ask a lot of questions about the buyer, the market, and the product.
Proactive:
you spot patterns and problems, and suggest ideas without being told what to do.
English:
C1/C2.
Bonus points:
Experience with or inside an outbound / lead generation agency.
You’ve led 2x growth before.
At Belkins Group, we care deeply about our team members, and we prove it through:
Competitive Pay: Your dedication deserves more than recognition; it deserves compensation that matches your expertise.
Remote-First Flexibility: We’ve transitioned to a fully remote environment so you can work where you’re most productive. Our flexible hours help you stay agile and focused.
Professional Growth: We’re a launchpad for your career. Through regular feedback, 1:1s, internal mobility, and knowledge-sharing, your growth is enabled and celebrated. We also maintain an internal wiki for insights and a library of the latest business books to keep you sharp.
Well-being focus: Your mental health is a priority. We offer mental health lectures and support for your overall well-being.
Recharge Time: We prioritize your rest with 20 paid vacation days, parental leave, fully covered sick days, and unlimited days off for unexpected needs.
Global Sync: We align with U.S. holidays to keep our global teams in sync.
Memorable Team Experiences: Work hard, play hard — even from a distance. Our online team-building events and all-hands gatherings bring humor, memes, and a lively atmosphere that makes teamwork genuinely fun.

Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Cloud Infrastructure to help make Webflow a trusted home for business-critical websites and a foundation for the next generation of AI-built and AI-operated sites. You’ll own the strategy and roadmap for a core area of our cloud infrastructure, spanning capabilities such as hosting, serverless and edge compute, and global delivery. Working closely with Engineering, Design, and Data, you’ll turn customer needs into measurable improvements in performance, reliability, security, and scale—helping businesses of every size run confidently on Webflow as the needs of marketing teams, developers, and AI agents evolve.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Location: Remote-first (Argentina)
- Permanent, full-time employee (this is not a contractor position)
- Application Information:
Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
This posting is for an existing vacancy
- Reporting to the Director of Product.
As a Senior Product Manager, Cloud Infrastructure, you’ll:
- Own the strategy and roadmap for a core area of Webflow and Source infrastructure. Translate customer needs and company priorities into a clear plan across hosting, compute, global delivery, storage, or deployment. Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data to define outcomes, sequence investments, and deliver improvements customers can measure.
- Make performance and reliability measurable product commitments. Partner with Engineering to define SLOs, observability requirements, and incident practices. Prioritize improvements to caching, content freshness, logging, and platform visibility based on customer impact, and help ensure consistent service as both human-built and AI-generated sites scale.
- Make the path from code to production safe and predictable. Improve the deployment lifecycle, from shareable preview environments to promotion and rollback. Define requirements for deploy protection, release controls, and automation hooks so developers and enterprise teams can ship confidently within their governance requirements.
- Build shared capabilities that help product teams move faster. Work with teams across Webflow and Source to identify common infrastructure needs and turn them into reusable platform capabilities. Help prioritize framework and runtime support, scheduled functions, data access, and storage, with consistent experiences across Webflow Cloud, the API, and the CLI.
- Turn customer infrastructure needs into clear priorities. Work directly with Enterprise customers, agencies, and customer-facing teams to understand what blocks adoption and growth. Translate needs around performance, resiliency, compliance, secure connectivity, and regional availability into actionable requirements, with a clear view of competitive gaps and opportunities to differentiate.
- Balance customer value with platform economics. Partner with Engineering, Data, Finance, and Pricing to shape usage models, cost visibility, and pricing inputs for compute, storage, and hosting. Use adoption, consumption, and cost data to evaluate investments and help customers understand and manage their usage.
- Stay close to the work from discovery through launch. Write clear briefs, define success metrics, make scope decisions, and resolve tradeoffs throughout delivery. Prototype ideas, query product data, and contribute directly where useful to help the team learn faster and ship better products.
- Plan beyond the next release. Identify how changes in runtimes, edge infrastructure, and AI-driven development affect your product area. Turn those insights into grounded, multi-quarter proposals, validate assumptions early, and adapt the roadmap as customer needs and evidence evolve.
ABOUT YOU:
Requirements:
- BS / BA college degree or relevant experience
- Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in English
You’ll thrive as a Senior Product Manager, Cloud Infrastructure if you:
- Have shipped cloud infrastructure or developer platform products. You’ve owned a meaningful product area from customer discovery through launch and adoption. You understand hosting, compute, deployment, and storage well enough to make informed product decisions and engage engineers on tradeoffs involving performance, reliability, security, and cost.
- Treat reliability as part of the product. You’ve partnered with Engineering to establish SLOs, observability, and incident practices for a platform customers depend on. You translate operational issues into customer impact and make deliberate roadmap choices about reliability, technical debt, and new capabilities.
- Have built platforms other teams ship on. You treat internal teams as customers, uncover shared needs, and distinguish reusable platform capabilities from product-specific requirements. You balance immediate delivery needs with durable foundations and measure success through adoption, developer productivity, and customer outcomes.
- Make complex infrastructure approachable. You turn technical capabilities into clear workflows, useful defaults, and appropriate controls. You can serve developers who need flexibility and less technical customers, including marketers, who need to get something live with confidence.
- Understand how AI changes platform requirements. You’ve used code generation or agent tools hands-on and have a perspective on what they change about building, deploying, and operating software. You can turn emerging needs—such as rapid deployment cycles, bursty provisioning, and untrusted code—into concrete product priorities.
- Own outcomes from discovery through iteration. You combine customer research, product data, and technical context to identify problems worth solving. You write clear requirements, define success measures, make scope decisions, and stay close to execution and post-launch results.
- Lead cross-functional work with clarity and sound judgment. You bring Engineering, Design, GTM, and leadership together around a clear problem and plan. You make tradeoffs explicit, challenge assumptions constructively, and move decisions forward independently, knowing when to seek input or escalate.
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.

You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a full-time remote opportunity. We are considering candidates based in the US and Canada only, within the Eastern or Central time zones.
The Opportunity:
As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer on the
Grafana Catalog
team, you will help grow the Grafana plugin ecosystem. Plugins are how Grafana connects to almost any data source, panel type or app, and the catalog has more than 300 of them from Grafana Labs, commercial partners and the open source community.
We own the full plugin lifecycle. Developers build plugins with our tooling, publish them to the catalog, and users discover, install and update them in Grafana and Grafana Cloud. We are also building the
Grafana Marketplace
, which lets partners and independent developers sell their plugins to Grafana users. It is in pilot today and you will help us take it from there.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Some of the things we own:
The Grafana Marketplace: paid plugins, publisher onboarding, and how customers buy and get access to them
The plugin catalog in grafana.com and inside Grafana, where users search, compare and discover plugins
Plugin installation and management in Grafana and Grafana Cloud
Plugin delivery: publishing, signing, validation and the CDN that serves plugins to every Grafana Cloud instance
Plugin review: every plugin published to the catalog goes through our review process before it reaches users
Developer tooling and
developer portal
that helps develop the plugins
A typical “day in the life” could include:
Building new Marketplace features across the Grafana frontend, our Go services and grafana.com
Improving how users find and install plugins, for both humans and agents like Grafana Assistant
Making it easier and faster for developers to build, test and publish plugins
Automating and improving the review process that every published plugin goes through
Supporting the operations and reliability of plugin installs and delivery in Grafana Cloud
Talking to plugin developers and partners and turning their feedback into roadmap items
Coming up with suggestions for process improvements
Working closely with the rest of the Grafana Division
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always with strong code review and quality standards. You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
You know how to transform ideas into working code, you are able to design a solution, get feedback and deliver large projects.
You are a self-driven individual who understands the power of feedback loops in making roadmap decisions and driving our product forward.
You are a motivated self starter with a bias towards action, and willing to take on any challenge
You are customer focused. We build everything with our users in mind. You have a passion for creating intuitive products that fit customers’ needs.
You are an excellent communicator and you enjoy collaboration
You are comfortable working in a remote-first company
Requirements:
Solid experience with Golang & Typescript
Experience with React and building user-facing web applications
Experience with Kubernetes & microservices
Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software that is easily maintained by others
Experience participating in an on-call rotation and performing operations/SRE tasks
Bonus Points For:
You have built or published a Grafana plugin
You have worked on a marketplace, app store or package registry, or on billing and licensing
You have built developer tooling such as CLIs, SDKs or CI pipelines used by other engineers
You have strong experience working with a Product Manager or external stakeholders

- Own the protocol for how we engage with supervisors, so colleagues know who speaks to whom and when.
- Spot emerging issues early and raise them with senior leadership.
RUN REGULATORY REQUESTS
- Own regulator information requests and thematic reviews from receipt to submission: scope, owners, deadlines, evidence, version control and quality checks.
- Act as a single front door for the business, so teams get one clear request instead of several.
- Challenge draft responses for gaps and inconsistencies before they go out.

- Hands-on experience running regulatory information requests and inspections end to end, ideally across more than one country.
- Time in a supervisory team at a major financial regulator, such as the FCA, ACPR, MAS or CBUAE, is a strong advantage.
- Strategic judgement. You can set a clear direction, explain it to executives and turn it into a plan.
- Excellent project management. You can run several deadlines with many contributors at once and keep every one of them on track.
- A track record of keeping calm under pressure.
- Sound judgement on when to bring in Legal or Compliance.
- Credibility with regulators and the trust of senior executives.
- Impeccable written communication.
- People management experience, or clear readiness to build and lead a team

ROLE PURPOSE
The Senior Analyst, Underwriting Quality Control (QC) will establish and continually improve a consistent, risk-based quality control framework for work completed by Underwriters. The role will build on existing QC practices and tools, tailoring them to the Underwriting lifecycle, products, risk decisions and operating model.
The role provides an objective, evidence-led check that underwriting assessments and outcomes are complete, consistent, appropriately documented and aligned with internal policy, procedures and applicable requirements. It will turn review results into clear management information, actionable feedback, targeted training and measurable improvements in underwriting quality.
This is a hands-on role. The Senior Analyst will conduct QC reviews, maintain the framework and reporting, follow findings through to verified remediation, and work with Underwriters and leaders to address recurring gaps. The role reports to the Director of Underwriting and influences quality across the function without replacing the Underwriter’s decision-making accountability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
BUILD AND OWN THE QC FRAMEWORK
- Assess existing QC materials, controls, data and workflows; identify what should be retained, improved or introduced for Underwriting.
- Design, document and implement an Underwriting-specific QC framework, including scope, risk-based sampling, review cadence, test scripts, scoring and severity definitions, evidence standards, escalation routes, dispute handling, calibration and remediation expectations.
- Tailor testing to the relevant underwriting stages, products, merchant and business models, risk tiers and applicable regional requirements.
- Define practical service levels and ownership for review, feedback, acknowledgement, remediation, re-review and closure, agreeing these with Underwriting leadership.
- Establish appropriate governance and records so that QC decisions and remediation are traceable and ready for internal or external review.
PERFORM AND CALIBRATE QC REVIEWS
- Review completed underwriting cases and test whether the case record is complete, and appropriately documented. Depending on case scope, this may include business model products, services and geographies; ownership, control and beneficial ownership; company and identity evidence; KYC/KYB and screening outcomes; licences and regulatory status; financial and operational evidence and accurate system records.
- Identify missing, inconsistent, stale or insufficient evidence, and opportunities to improve decision quality.
DRIVE REMEDIATION AND CONSTRUCTIVE CHALLENGE
- Communicate findings promptly, clearly and fairly to the relevant Underwriter and manager, with evidence and an actionable explanation of what needs to change.
- Track acknowledgement, corrective action and deadlines; proactively chase overdue responses and escalate unresolved or repeat issues.
- Work with Underwriters and leaders to understand root causes and ensure remediation addresses the underlying issue, not only the individual case.
REPORTING, INSIGHT AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Produce regular, accurate QC reporting for Underwriting leadership, with clear commentary on coverage, pass and defect rates, severity, recurring themes, remediation status, turnaround and trends by relevant team, workflow, product or risk segment.
- Support internal audit, Compliance, Risk and other assurance requests by providing accurate QC records and explaining methodology and outcomes.
BUILD UNDERWRITING CAPABILITY
- Identify capability gaps from QC findings and partner with Underwriting leaders and relevant subject-matter experts to design and deliver focused training, coaching and practical guidance.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
The ideal candidate is a rigorous and constructive quality professional who can build a practical control framework, apply it consistently and influence experienced Underwriters. They combine sound KYC/KYB judgement with strong analytical and reporting skills, confidence in following through on remediation, and the ability to turn case-level observations into improvements across a regional operation.
ESSENTIAL
- Significant experience in underwriting, merchant due diligence, AML/KYC/KYB, onboarding, financial crime operations, quality control, quality assurance or a related risk function within financial services, payments or fintech.
- Practical understanding of UK and EEA due diligence requirements, with familiarity across the US, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE, Australia and New Zealand; ability to recognise jurisdictional differences and escalate interpretation questions appropriately.
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement or materially improve a QC, QA, control testing or file review framework.
- Strong reporting and data skills, including spreadsheets, pivot tables and clear management reporting; experience with Looker dashboard or business intelligence tools is an advantage. Use of AI is a plus.
- Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills, including the persistence to chase remediation and escalate overdue or repeat issues appropriately.
- Experience delivering training or coaching based on quality control findings.
NICE TO HAVE
- Direct exposure to underwriting or due diligence in a merchant acquiring setting.
- Familiarity with case management and CRM tools, dashboard platforms.
- A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience; recognised AML, financial crime or compliance qualifications (for example ACAMS or ICA) are beneficial but not mandatory.

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll work alongside diverse, cross-border teams and supportive colleagues who share knowledge and want to see you succeed. Wrike is rapidly expanding its global partner ecosystem, and we are looking for a Partner Solutions Consultant (PSC) to serve as the technical authority and strategic solution lead for our resellers, system integrators (SIs), and consulting partners. In this role, you will scale Wrike’s footprint by empowering partners to independently identify, design, and close enterprise-grade work management opportunities. By bridging deep technical expertise with partner enablement and joint pre-sales execution, you will directly drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue growth across key global markets.
Your Impact:
Scale Partner Independence:
Design, build, and deliver structured technical enablement programs, certification boot camps, and hands-on demo training to upskill partner pre-sales and professional services teams.
Accelerate Joint Pre-Sales:
Partner on high-impact, strategic enterprise opportunities to conduct in-depth discovery, configure bespoke proof-of-concepts (POCs), lead hands-on workshops, and navigate technical evaluations, RFPs, and infosec reviews.
Build Repeatable Solution Plays:
Co-develop industry- and department-specific solution packages (e.g., Enterprise PMO, Marketing Operations, Professional Services, Creative Workflows) and integration blueprints that partners can repeatedly bring to market.
Drive Ecosystem Alignment:
Act as the primary technical conduit between partner teams and internal Wrike stakeholders (Direct Sales, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, and Product Management), ensuring direct visibility on roadmap requirements and partner-driven product feedback.
Measurable Value:
Directly influence partner pipeline velocity, quota achievement, productive utilization targets, and strategic Management by Objectives (MBOs).
Your Qualifications;
5+ years of B2B SaaS pre-sales experience
in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Architecture, including
2+ years specifically in a partner-, channel-, or alliance-facing capacity
.
Demonstrated Channel Enablement Track Record:
Proven ability to coach, upskill, and influence third-party partner teams without direct line authority.
Enterprise Discovery & Presentation Acumen:
Exceptional ability to translate complex technical architectures into compelling business value for audiences ranging from technical administrators to C-suite executives.
Technical Breadth:
Strong foundational knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, SaaS integration patterns, identity access management (SSO, SAML, SCIM), and enterprise data security/compliance standards.
Cross-Border Collaboration:
Experience supporting multi-region markets (e.g., ANZ, ASEAN, North America) with the flexibility to navigate varying time zones and regional/international travel as required.
Fluency:
Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills.
Standout Qualities:
Domain Expertise:
Prior hands-on experience with Collaborative Work Management (CWM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), or agile platforms (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project).
Partner Go-to-Market Literacy:
Practical understanding of channel sales operations, including deal registration mechanics, Market Development Funds (MDF), co-selling dynamics, and tier progression frameworks.
Consulting or SI Background:
Professional roots in management consulting, systems integration, or client-side professional services delivery.
Ecosystem Connectivity:
Deep familiarity with integrating work management solutions across core enterprise software suites (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud, ServiceNow).
Team Dynamics:
You will report directly to the
Manager, Solutions Consulting
, joining a high-caliber global team of pre-sales specialists, enterprise architects, and partner advocates. You will work in close daily alignment with Channel Account Managers, Regional Sales Directors, and Customer Success leads, serving as the connective tissue between third-party partner practices and Wrike’s core technical teams. Our culture is collaborative, self-directed, and performance-focused—rooted in shared technical excellence, mutual accountability, and celebrating joint ecosystem wins.
Our Work Style:
Methodology & Environment:
We operate in a collaborative hybrid model in Bangalore, balancing independent strategic initiative with deep cross-functional teamwork across global time zones.
Tools & Stack:
Daily work centers on Wrike for work orchestration and portfolio management, integrated with Salesforce CRM, Slack, Zoom, standard API testing tools (e.g., Postman), and modern enterprise productivity suites (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
What Makes This Role Different:
Unlike traditional direct-sales SC roles where you win deals one customer at a time, this position functions as a force multiplier. You will architect solutions, mentor external sales and delivery practices, and build sustainable enterprise capabilities that generate long-term recurring value through trusted global partners.
Benefits & Perks:

We’re a team of innovators and creators who solve the complex work problems of today and tomorrow.
Hybrid work mode
Wrike is our people, not a place. While flexibility looks different across teams and regions, employees located near certain hubs — particularly in Prague (CZ), Nicosia (CY), Bangalore (IN), and Rennes (FR) — are generally expected to collaborate in person around 2–3 days per week, balancing the flexibility of distributed work with opportunities for in-person collaboration and connection.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE CHALLENGE
100% of successful companies had an extraordinary team. To recruit this team, all Alaners can be involved, and at the center of this effort is the Talent Community.
As Alan enters the Armenian market, we need to build a strong team on the ground, fast, without lowering the bar. As our recruiter in Armenia, you will have a massive impact on Alan's talent density there.
⭐️ YOUR MISSION
You'll drive hiring streams end to end in Armenia, working with the Alaners (your colleagues!) who hire and interview, and teach them how to be great recruiters. You move fast, with a lot of ownership.
Practical examples
Build
- Build the hiring engine for Armenia: sourcing channels, candidate experience and the way we assess talent.
- Lead projects that improve how we hire at Alan, with full ownership of the outcome.
- Keep a high bar: say no when a profile isn't right, and offer a great experience to every candidate.
Run
- Run full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, outreach, screening, interviews, closing.
- Get your hands dirty with sourcing and outreach (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, creative channels).
- Monitor the progress of hiring campaigns with data (funnel, conversion, time to hire) and suggest solutions to unblock situations.
Grow
- Coach hiring managers and interviewers, so they become better recruiters.
- Share what you learn in Armenia with the global Talent Community.
WHAT'S EXPECTED IN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS
- Take ownership of several hiring streams in Armenia, [engineering as a priority].
- Build a repeatable process and a strong employer presence for Alan in the local market.
- Track the funnel, and improve it step by step.
⭐️ PROFILE & COMPETENCIES
What you bring
- Ideally 4+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth tech or startup environments, preferably as a tech recruiter. A generalist with a great brain is welcome too.
- A proven track record in full-cycle recruiting and expert sourcing skills
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate talent at scale
- A data-driven approach (metrics, funnel optimisation, A/B testing) and experience with modern ATS tools
- Project management skills to drive improvements in hiring processes
- Fluent English (required).
Who you are
- Grit: you love winning and hate losing, and you're tenacious on hard-to-fill roles.
- Curious: you have an immense curiosity, and mix with the Communities to deeply understand what they need.
- Humble: you question yourself constantly and are eager to learn.
- Service-oriented: you have a highly developed sense of service to candidates and hiring teams.
- Autonomous: you drive hiring streams independently while collaborating well.
- Adaptable: you're comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced, changing environment.
🌍 HOW WE WORK
Location: You must be based in Yerevan, or open to relocating there.
🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS
At Alan, we believe that being in good health is a basic need, and it starts with our employees. Alaners get a stimulating environment and perks that keep them happy and efficient:
- Fair rewards: equity package complement your base salary (permanent contracts only).
- Top equipment: MacBook Pro, keyboard, laptop stand, monitor and noise-cancelling headphones.
- Flexible vacation policy and working hours.
- Healthcare: extremely comprehensive health insurance (permanent contracts only).
- Learning & training: a flexible training policy, free books and a budget for conferences.
- Coaching: every Alaner is paired with a dedicated coach from day one.
🎯 Important note: we hire people, not roles.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success. This is a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application!
