ABOUT YOU
Xsolla Ads connects advertisers with players across Xsolla's games and commerce surfaces. Every dollar that moves through it depends on two kinds of integration working correctly: the oRTB connections to the DSPs and SSPs that buy and sell our inventory, and the MMP and event integrations that tell advertisers whether a player installed, registered, or made a purchase.
You'll be the technical owner of those integrations for our strategic partners. That means you're the person a DSP calls when their bid rate falls off a cliff, the person an MMP works with to get postbacks mapped correctly, and the person who tells an advertiser exactly why their dashboard and ours disagree. You'll work with Partnerships, Product, Engineering, and Data, and you'll bring what partners need back into the roadmap in a form engineers can act on.
ABOUT US
Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. From indie to AAA, companies partner with Xsolla to help them fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games. Grounded in the belief in the future of video games, Xsolla is resolute in the mission to bring opportunities together, and continually make new resources available to creators. Headquartered and incorporated in Los Angeles, California, Xsolla operates as the merchant of record and has helped over 1,500+ game developers to reach more players and grow their businesses around the world. With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game.
Responsibilites:
oRTB integrations (supply and demand)
Own technical onboarding for DSPs and SSPs, from spec review and test traffic through to production.
Map bid requests and responses against oRTB 2.5/2.6, including partner-specific extensions, and catch mismatches before they cost money.
Set up and maintain seats, deal IDs, and floors, and keep ads.txt, app-ads.txt, sellers.json, and SupplyChain object data accurate.
Troubleshoot bid rate, win rate, timeouts, creative rejections, and revenue discrepancies down to root cause.
MMP
and event integrations
Run integrations with MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, and Singular, plus direct advertiser postback setups.
Configure install and in-app event postbacks: macros and parameter mapping, click IDs, event names and values, attribution windows, and postback authentication.
Work with advertisers to define which in-app events matter for their campaigns and confirm they fire correctly before launch.
Reconcile conversion discrepancies between Xsolla, MMPs, and advertisers, and explain the cause in plain terms.
Strategic partner ownership
Be the technical point of contact on partner calls, and answer hard integration questions in real time.
Build integration plans and launch checklists, and stay close to partners through go-live.
Bring technical health and integration status into partner business reviews.
Voice of the partner
Turn partner requests and defects into well-scoped tickets with reproduction steps, logs, and expected behavior.
Give Product and Engineering early feedback on specs, so integration problems get caught on paper.
Write and maintain partner-facing integration guides and internal runbooks.
Data and reporting
Use SQL and logs to investigate discrepancies, monitor integration health, and spot problems before partners do.
Build simple dashboards and reports that show partner and integration performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
5–8 years in ad tech in a technical account management, solutions engineering, integration engineering, or partner support role.
Fluent in oRTB. You can read a bid request and response, explain what each object does, and spot what's wrong.
Hands-on experience setting up
MMP
integrations and debugging install and in-app event postbacks with at least one major
MMP
.
Working knowledge of the supply chain transparency stack: ads.txt, app-ads.txt, sellers.json, and SupplyChain object.
Strong with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and server logs. Comfortable writing SQL to answer your own questions.
Experience as the technical owner for strategic partners such as DSPs, SSPs, MMPs, ad networks, or large advertisers.
Clear communication with both engineers and non-technical partners, and calm under pressure when revenue is on the line.
Ownership: you take a problem through to resolution rather than logging it and handing it off.
Based in North America and able to work across North American time zones.
Nice to Have:
Hands-on experience with Prebid: Prebid.js, Prebid Server, or Prebid Mobile.
Familiarity with the Ad Context Protocol (
AdCP
) or other agent-to-agent advertising standards.
A track record of using Claude or other AI tools to get more done: writing integration test scripts, analyzing logs, drafting partner docs, or automating repeat work. Come ready to show us a real example.
Experience in mobile gaming, app monetization, rewarded ads, or offerwalls.
Familiarity with privacy-safe measurement such as SKAdNetwork and Privacy Sandbox.
What Your Week Looks Like:
A
DSP
's bid rate drops 40% overnight. You pull sample bid requests, find a field that changed format in the last release, and coordinate the fix with Engineering.
An
MMP
reports 18% fewer purchase events than we do. You trace it to event-value mapping and a deduplication rule, then agree the fix with both sides.
An
SSP
's sellers.json entry doesn't match our app-ads.txt, and buyers are filtering the inventory. You find the mismatch and get both files corrected.
A new advertiser wants to pay on day-7 retention. You work out which in-app events their
MMP
can send, map them, and test the postbacks end to end before the campaign goes live.
You notice three partners hitting the same integration problem, and you write it up for Product with a proposed fix.
How Success Is Measured:
New partners go from signed to live on schedule, without integration surprises in production.
Discrepancies get explained and closed, not left open as a standing argument.
Partners come to you first and resolve issues with you rather than escalating around you.
Engineering receives well-scoped tickets and spends less time on back-and-forth.
We catch integration health problems before partners report them.
Benefits:
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision plans, unlimited Flexible Time Off, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. About the role
Perplexity's fraud prevention team protects our products, users, and infrastructure from fraud and abuse across the whole lifecycle: sign-up, authentication, payments, API usage, and product features. We build and operate a real-time decisioning platform together with the surrounding systems: data pipelines for detection and model training, integrations with product and payment systems, and internal tooling for investigation and response. As a software engineer on the team, you will own services end to end, from design to production operations, and work closely with fraud analysts, ML engineers, and product teams to make abuse expensive and legitimate usage frictionless.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate high-throughput, low-latency backend services for fraud detection and prevention
- Build data pipelines and real-time feature computation that power detections and ML models
- Collect and process trust signals
- Integrate fraud decisions into product, auth, and payment flows across Perplexity
- Own reliability of production services: observability, alerting, safe rollouts, incident response
- Build internal tooling for investigation, enforcement, and auditability
- Partner with fraud analysts to turn new abuse patterns into production detections quickly
Qualifications
- 5+ years building and operating high-throughput, latency-sensitive backend systems in production
- Strong systems programming skills; Rust, Go, or C++ experience preferred (we write Rust)
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform and cloud infrastructure
- Solid data fundamentals: stream/batch computations, caching and storage trade-offs
- Pragmatic, ownership-driven approach: ship incrementally, measure, and make failures degrade safely
Nice to have
- Fraud prevention, anti-abuse, or payments-risk domain experience
- Experience serving ML models in production
- Client-side experience (web or mobile) for signal collection

But what really sets OnePay apart is how we move. Our customers don’t have time to wait… and neither do we. This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are:
- Ready to run
- Hungry and driven by urgency
- Exceptional at what they do, with low ego
- Comfortable operating in motion
THE ROLE
As a Security and Threat Operations Engineer at OnePay, your work will have a direct impact on protecting our fast-moving fintech environment. You will turn production signals into actionable detection, response, and hardening initiatives, partnering closely with Product Security, Platform Security, and Engineering teams. Your efforts will enable us to proactively identify, monitor, and stop compromised behaviors across OnePay's products and infrastructure, ensuring the continued safety and trust of our business and customers. You will:
- Build and tune detections, alerts, and monitoring workflows across cloud, application, identity, and edge environments.
- Review traffic patterns across APIs, authentication flows, and WAF telemetry to identify malicious activity, abuse patterns, and anomalous behavior.
- Use AI responsibly as a force multiplier for triage, analysis, and workflow automation, while helping define guardrails for AI-enabled systems.
- Help operate OnePay's vulnerability management program by triaging, prioritizing, and driving remediation for findings from Wiz, vulnerability scanning, and related workflows.
- Develop Python-based tooling and automation to improve investigations, enrichment, response, and operational scale.
- Partner with Product Security to translate threat models, security reviews, and product risks into production detections and response playbooks.
- Investigate security events end to end, including triage, scoping, containment support, and follow-through on remediation.
- Support vulnerability management and operational security practices in ways that align with PCI and SOC 2 expectations.
- Participate in proactive threat hunting, detection improvement, and a 24x7 security incident response on-call rotation.
TOOLS WE USE
We use Node and TypeScript on the server, leveraging the NestJS framework within a microservice-oriented architecture running on Kubernetes and AWS. On the client side, we build and ship product features for iOS, Android, and web platforms using React Native. We also embrace AI-assisted development, so engineers have their choice of Claude Code or Cursor to fit their workflow. While you don't need experience with our exact stack, familiarity with modern software engineering practices will help you ramp up quickly.
YOU BRING
- 5+ years of experience in information security, threat detection, security operations, detection engineering, or incident response, ideally in a cloud-native or product-focused environment.
- Strong experience investigating suspicious activity in web, API, authentication, and infrastructure telemetry, with the ability to distinguish attacker behavior from normal production noise.
- Demonstrated ability to review traffic and event patterns for signs of malicious activity, fraud, account abuse, credential attacks, reconnaissance, and exploitation attempts.
- Strong Python programming skills and the ability to write maintainable code for automation, enrichment, analysis, and security operations tooling.
- Experience building and tuning detections in a SIEM or detection platform and working with observability and logging systems such as CloudWatch, Datadog, or similar platforms.
- Experience operating or supporting a vulnerability management program, including triage, prioritization, remediation tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
- Familiarity with cloud and application security findings from platforms such as Wiz, including CNAPP, runtime, code, and vulnerability scanning use cases.
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider, preferably AWS.
- Working knowledge of identity and access systems, modern authentication flows, and the security implications of internet-facing applications and APIs.
- Strong understanding of threat modeling, risk prioritization, and practical security controls across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
- Practical experience using AI tools in security workflows, along with sound judgment about AI-specific risks such as prompt injection, data leakage, excessive tool access, and weak auditability.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, especially in environments where security needs to move quickly with product and engineering teams.
- Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary, stock options, and benefits from Day 1
- Comprehensive health insurance coverage (health insurance, accident and disability insurance, term life insurance), including mental health support and wellness programs

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

ABOUT THE ROLE
ElevenLabs operates a complex and fast-evolving revenue model – enterprise contracts, self-serve API subscriptions, usage-based billing, and expanding international markets. As a Revenue Accountant, you will play a key role in ElevenLabs’ revenue accounting function.
You will own significant portions of the monthly revenue close, support the application of ASC 606 to customer arrangements, and help build scalable processes and controls as ElevenLabs grows toward IPO readiness.
You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Billing Operations, Engineering, and FP&A to support contract review, usage and billing completeness, new product launches, and accurate and timely revenue recognition. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a lean Finance team – the right person will independently run recurring workstreams, identify issues early, and help scale the revenue accounting operating model as the business grows.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Execute significant portions of the monthly revenue close, including journal entries, deferred and unbilled revenue schedules, reconciliations, and flux analysis
- Perform recurring usage / consumption completeness and billing-to-GL reconciliations; investigate exceptions and drive resolution with cross-functional partners
- Review customer contracts and apply established ASC 606 guidance to standard arrangements; escalate novel, high-judgment, or precedent-setting matters
- Support accounting for credits, refunds, contract modifications, cutoff, and variable consideration, with clear and audit-ready documentation
- Prepare revenue workpapers, audit support, and control evidence; support external audit, walkthroughs, and SOX readiness activities
- Support accounting readiness and UAT for new products, pricing structures, billing models, and partner / channel launches
- Improve and automate recurring revenue processes, reconciliations, documentation, and exception reporting as the business scales
REQUIREMENTS
- Deep expertise in ASC 606, including multi-element arrangements, SSP evaluation, variable consideration, contract modifications, and principal vs. agent analysis
- Experience leading the revenue close: deferred revenue management, unbilled receivables, journal entry review, and month-end flux analysis
- Track record of partnering with Sales and Legal on contract review and revenue impact assessments
- Experience operating in a pre-IPO or public company environment, with direct exposure to external audit, controls build-out, and revenue accounting documentation
- CPA, ACA, or ACCA qualification (active); Big 4 or public accounting background a strong plus
- Strong systems proficiency; Stripe, Metronome, HubiFi or a comparable revenue recognition tool preferred
BONUS:
- Experience with consumption/usage-based and subscription billing models
- Familiarity with ASC 326 (CECL) and AR accounting in a high-volume SaaS context
- Multi-entity or international revenue accounting background
