ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Getting paid is still one of the most manual parts of running a business. Finance teams chase invoices over email, match payments to invoices by hand in spreadsheets, and close the books late because cash data is scattered across banks, payment processors, and ERPs.
Ramp's Accounts Receivable team is building the system that automates all of it, from the moment an invoice is sent to the moment cash is reconciled in the general ledger. We own the full receivables lifecycle: invoicing, collections, payments, cash application, and accounting sync.
We're looking for a senior backend engineer to own core pieces of that system. The work sits where hard engineering problems meet real money: matching messy payment data to the right invoices, keeping ledgers correct to the cent, and syncing reliably with the accounting systems our customers depend on. You'll own projects end to end, from design through production, and work closely with product and design to turn complex finance workflows into software that just works.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build the payment-matching systems that automatically apply incoming ACH, wire, card, and check payments to the right invoices, even when payment details are incomplete or inconsistent
- Design accurate data models where every dollar is traceable from invoice to payment to general ledger
- Build two-way integrations with ERPs like NetSuite and QuickBooks that stay consistent through retries, partial failures, and edits on either side
- Build collections workflows that help businesses get paid faster without hurting their customer relationships
- Own projects from problem definition and technical design through launch, monitoring, and iteration
- Raise the engineering bar through design reviews, code reviews, and mentorship
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Product sense: you care about the customer problem, not just the ticket, and you push back when the spec is wrong
- Experience designing and operating production backend systems, including APIs, data models, and asynchronous workflows
- Strong system design judgment and the ability to balance speed, correctness, reliability, and simplicity
- A track record of independently owning complex projects and shipping high-quality software
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to technical decisions
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with invoicing, billing, payments, accounting, or other financial workflows
- Experience building integrations that keep data consistent across systems
- Experience improving reliability and operational visibility in a growing product
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend
UNITED STATES
- 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents
- One Medical annual membership
- 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp
- Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay
- Pet insurance
- In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more
- Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed)
CANADA
- Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life
- Life, AD&D, and disability coverage
- Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime)
- Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay
- Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health
UNITED KINGDOM
- Private medical insurance through Freedom Elite
- Virtual GP and at-home care via eMed x Livi
- Workplace pension through Penfold, with salary sacrifice option
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay with additional time available at reduced pay

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
AI is changing what security teams can do. Claude can find and help fix vulnerabilities in code at a pace that wasn't possible a year ago, and we want defenders to have that advantage first.
As Manager, Cybersecurity Sales Specialists, you'll build and lead the team of cybersecurity specialists who sell to security teams across our Americas business units, including financial services, healthcare and life sciences, and technology. Your team partners with the Account Executives in each industry to lead the security strategy and the security deal with CISOs.
You'll help shape how Anthropic sells security: how your team covers the business units, how it works with the Account Executive and Applied AI organizations, and how what we learn from customers shapes what we build. The work matters to our mission: a safe transition through transformative AI depends on the people who defend critical systems being able to use it well, and this team is how we get it into their hands.
Responsibilities
Hire, onboard and develop a high-performing team of cybersecurity sales specialists
Own your team's forecast, pipeline health and results across the business units you cover
Set your team's coverage model, and agree on clear rules of engagement with the sales leaders who own each industry and with Applied AI leadership on discovery, proofs of concept and architecture
Build a pipeline engine with the Account Executives, across their existing accounts and through outbound to security leaders, events and partners
Coach your team through complex deals that lead with the customer's problem (finding and fixing vulnerabilities, application security, security operations, and deploying AI agents securely), and act as executive sponsor with CISOs on the most important ones
Make security reviews, verification for security use cases, and procurement a repeatable path rather than a deal-by-deal effort
Scale enablement so Account Executives across every business unit can spot and qualify security opportunities
Bring what your team hears from security customers to sales leadership and to our product, safeguards and marketing teams, and turn it into input on the roadmap
Run a healthy team: clear expectations, regular feedback, and performance and development conversations
Minimum Qualifications
Experience building and leading a cybersecurity sales team that carried a number, whether direct, specialist or overlay, including hiring, coaching and managing performance
Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals where the security organization was the buyer or the deciding approver, and of coaching others to do the same
Fluency in how security teams work, built by selling directly to CISOs, application security leads and security engineers
Depth in at least one security domain, such as application security, vulnerability management, security operations, cloud, data, identity or endpoint security
History of building a business before there was an established approach, through outbound and partners rather than inherited accounts
Ability to lead through influence as well as authority, so that Account Executives and their leaders bring your team in because it helps them win
Consultative approach to selling and coaching: understanding the problem before proposing anything, and being honest about what a product can't do
Commitment to making AI systems safe and beneficial
Preferred Qualifications
Background selling security in one of the industries we cover, and an understanding of how security is bought and regulated there
Experience managing managers and individual contributors, or scaling a sales team through fast growth
Experience leading teams selling AI, developer or data platform products to technical buyers
Time spent as a security practitioner or sales engineer before moving into sales leadership
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$450,000
—
$550,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Kit https://kit.com/ is the email marketing platform experts choose to grow their audience, deepen their relationships, and build a business around the work they love. For coaches, YouTubers, authors, podcasters, and other creatives, there isn't a better marketing hub to rely on to grow audiences, automate email marketing, and sell digital products — all within one platform.
More importantly, there isn't a team more committed to helping creators earn a living. We're on a mission to help creators earn $1 billion using our creator marketing platform. We have always been 100% independent and 100% remote.
We are proud to have built a product that our customers love, and we look for people who have enthusiasm and belief in our mission, vision, and values to join our team. We're also embracing AI thoughtfully — both in how we build and how we hire to ensure our team is adaptable, innovative, and ready for what's next.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer II to take ownership of a large share of Kit's core infrastructure: databases, Kubernetes, version upgrades, platform tooling, and day-to-day support. You'll also build the paved paths that let engineers, non-engineers, and AI agents test and ship changes safely.
The infrastructure supports creators who depend on Kit to reach their audiences and earn a living. When it's healthy, nobody notices. That's the job.
This is a full-time Individual Contributor role for an experienced infrastructure engineer who likes owning production systems end to end, takes on-call seriously, leans into automation and enjoys making other people's work easier.
YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM
You'll report to Mojtaba Hosseini https://www.linkedin.com/in/mojtaba-hosseini-7a6666/, VP of Engineering at Kit. Day to day, you'll work most closely with Kris Hamoud https://www.linkedin.com/in/kristopher-hamoud-17b34665/ and Ivan Mora Perez https://www.linkedin.com/in/ivan-mora-p%C3%A9rez-ab460b45/.
You'll also partner with product engineers across Kit, and with teams outside engineering who rely on infrastructure to get their work done. Once you're ramped up, you'll join a three-person on-call rotation, which works out to roughly one week in three.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- First Week: Get access to our AWS accounts, Kubernetes clusters, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines. Read through our runbooks and architecture docs. Take part in Get To Know Yous (GTKYs) with Kris, Ivan, and the engineering teams you'll support.
- First Month: Pick up day-to-day infrastructure support requests and start working through them with Kris and Ivan as backup. Ship your first improvement, such as a version upgrade or a fix to a gap in monitoring. Shadow on-call shifts. Write down what you learn along the way, especially the parts that only lived in someone's head or those that can be automated or improved.
- First Six Months: Own core infrastructure areas end to end: databases, Kubernetes, version upgrades, and platform tooling. Take your full share of on-call, which you'll start by the end of your first quarter. Become the go-to person for day-to-day infrastructure questions. Find one recurring source of pages and make it go away. Ship a first paved path, such as a sandbox environment where AI agents or non-engineers can safely build and test changes.
- First Year: You're the primary owner of a large part of Kit's core infrastructure, and you lead projects in it without needing direction. Uptime stays at 99.9% or better, page volume is down, and you've found real cost savings. Your paved paths are in regular use by engineers, non-engineers, and AI agents. You've built observability good enough for AI agents to handle some on-call load. You've documented your decisions so others can build on your work.
WHAT WILL S.E.T. YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
Skills
- Running production infrastructure on AWS at scale, including managed relational databases, networking, and load balancing
- Operating Kubernetes in production: upgrades, capacity planning, and troubleshooting
- Managing infrastructure as code and maintaining CI/CD pipelines that engineers trust
- Building monitoring and alerting that catches real problems early and doesn't page people for noise
- Diagnosing complex, multi-service incidents calmly, then fixing the underlying cause
- Cutting cloud costs through right-sizing and reserved capacity without hurting reliability
- Writing clear runbooks, docs, and decision write-ups
- Nice to have: experience with Cloudflare, ephemeral or sandbox environments, or email sending infrastructure
Experiences
- Around 7 or more years in infrastructure, platform, DevOps, or SRE roles
- Owning production infrastructure for a product where downtime costs customers money
- Carrying a pager for systems you owned, and making that on-call rotation quieter over time
- Leading a major upgrade or migration, such as a database or Kubernetes version upgrade, with little or no customer impact
- Building self-service tooling or paved paths that other engineers actually adopted
- Working on a small infrastructure team where you couldn't hand problems off to a specialist
Traits
- You own what you run. You spot infrastructure debt and fix it without waiting to be asked, and you follow through until it's done.
- You build quality into the work. Upgrades have rollback plans, maintenance windows are planned around customers, and "good enough" is a decision, not a default.
- You leverage AI effectively. AI helps you increase quality and velocity where it matters most. You know when to delegate and when to dive in, while holding accountability.
- You make work easier for everyone else. You'd rather build a tool or write a guide once than answer the same question ten times.
- You teach what you know. You write things down so the next person, or the next AI agent, can build on your work.
- You work in public. You share context and tradeoffs openly, including during incidents and when things go wrong.
- You use AI thoughtfully. It's part of how you work, and you help others adopt it without creating new risks.
- You remember who's on the other end. An outage means a creator's launch email doesn't go out, and that shapes how you prioritize.
WHAT WON'T SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
- Wanting a well-defined backlog handed to you each week. Here, you'll find much of the work yourself and set priorities with Kris.
- Preferring not to be on call. On-call is a core part of this role, shared across a team of three.
- You are skeptical of AI’s capabilities, or conversely use AI without good judgement and accountability.
- Wanting mostly greenfield architecture. A lot of this work is running, upgrading, and improving systems that already exist.
- Needing layers of approval before acting.
WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION
We're 100% remote with team members across the globe. We work mostly on East Coast time—so if you're based on the West Coast of the United States, Europe, or Asia, you might have a few early mornings or late evenings. We do our best to keep things reasonable, but a little time zone juggling comes with the territory.
This role is part of a three-person on-call rotation, so during your on-call week you'll need to be able to respond to pages outside your usual working hours.
We believe PTO should always take priority over on-call. We schedule on-call around people's lives, not the other way around. On-call is a shared responsibility, but taking time off should never be a challenge

Location: London, United Kingdom
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat. DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt now operate as one global company. Behind the AI experiences millions of people use every day, from shopping assistants to customer support agents, sits one shared Generative AI platform. Our team builds it.
We're looking for a Staff Product Manager in London to own major parts of that platform. Your customers are the engineers and ML researchers across all three brands who build AI products and agents. You'll work with engineering and product leaders in Europe and the US, and your decisions will shape how AI gets built across every market we operate in.
What You'll Be Doing
Set the strategy and roadmap
for core parts of our GenAI platform: model access and routing, agent infrastructure, and evaluation and observability.
Build one platform for three brands.
Spot the patterns across Deliveroo, Wolt and DoorDash teams and turn them into shared building blocks, so a capability built once reaches every market.
Shape our model portfolio
across frontier and open-weight models. Decide where we build, buy or partner in an ecosystem that changes month to month.
Make agents production-ready.
Give teams safe access to company knowledge, tools and systems, with the quality, latency and cost controls needed to run agents at scale.
Own the evaluation strategy
so teams can prove quality before launch and keep improving it after.
Stay close to your customers.
Work with the teams shipping AI experiences, measure adoption and time-to-production, and let real production use drive the roadmap.
Lead at a senior level,
presenting to senior technical leadership and influence strategy beyond your own roadmap.
What You'll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate brings deep expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
Significant product management experience (typically 8+ years, or equivalent), including owning a technical platform, developer product, or ML or data infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with LLM-based products or platforms in production, such as assistants, agents, evaluation or inference. GenAI platforms are a young field, so we care more about depth than years.
A platform mindset. You notice the problem five teams keep solving and turn it into one capability everyone can use.
The ability to go deep with engineers and ML researchers, then explain the trade-off in plain language to a senior leader.
A track record of leading large, ambiguous areas on your own and aligning stakeholders across companies, countries and time zones.
Comfort with regular overlap with US time zones, including some late-afternoon and evening calls.
What Success Looks Like
A team in any of our three brands can go from idea to a reliable AI product dramatically faster. That happens because the hard parts (models, inference, evaluation, tooling, observability, governance and agent infrastructure) are solved once at the platform layer and get better for everyone.
Why Join Us?
Real scale from day one.
Your platform powers AI used by millions of consumers, merchants and couriers across three brands.
Frontier work, real constraints.
You'll work with the latest models and agent patterns, then make them reliable, affordable and compliant in production.
Visible impact.
Platform decisions here get reviewed by senior leadership and adopted across the company.
We’re food lovers, problem solvers, community builders and more, brought together by a shared drive to make things better. Working here you can expect to:
🔧 Solve meaningful problems at real scale Work on a complex, always-on marketplace that impacts millions every day.
🌱 See your impact, fast Ship, test and improve ideas quickly in a low-hierarchy, high-ownership environment.

Requirements
We're looking for a Senio/Staff-level engineer with an open mind and a builder's instinct - someone who goes beyond executing tasks and is ready to own the High-Performance practice end-to-end: establish engineering processes, drive R&D, evaluate and champion new technologies, and lead their adoption in production.
The ideal candidate can bridge the gap between business requirements for low latency and high throughput and the realities of existing infrastructure - translating "we need to be faster" into an actionable technical roadmap. You bring a fresh perspective, know how to organize the work, and are equally comfortable optimizing a hardware parameter and presenting a strategy to stakeholders.
We expect 5+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps/SRE/Systems Engineer in performance-critical environments - and the maturity to grow yourself and grow a team around you.
Linux:
Advanced administration and OS-level tuning — real-time OS configurations, cgroups, CPU isolation, memory management, and low-level network stack configuration.
Hardware Internals:
Deep understanding of CPU power and performance states (C/P-states), Hyper-Threading / SMT trade-offs, TX/RX ring configuration, and the full data path from NIC through PCIe to memory and CPU. Ability to reason about and tune each stage of that path under production load.
Networking & TCP Internals:
Deep knowledge of TCP/IP — congestion control, ACK behavior, buffer tuning, and protocol-level latency sources. Strong Linux networking fundamentals: low-latency NIC configuration, bypass networking technologies (DPDK, RDMA), and market connectivity (multicast feeds, co-location networks, VPNs).
Performance Engineering:
Practical experience profiling latency-sensitive systems; familiarity with tools such as perf, flamegraph, strace, tcpdump, eBPF, and hardware performance counters.
Containerization:
Deep knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, including low-overhead deployment patterns and performance trade-offs of containerized workloads.
IaC:
Proven track record with Ansible, Terraform, and Helm in production environments.
Monitoring:
Hands-on experience with the Prometheus / Grafana stack; ability to build latency-aware dashboards and alerting (P99, jitter, throughput KPIs).
Scripting:
Solid scripting in Bash and Python; Golang is a strong plus given its role in systems tooling.
CI/CD & Secret Management:
Strong grasp of CI/CD pipelines with experience integrating performance validation stages; familiarity with Vault for secrets management.
Security:
Understanding of DevSecOps principles and Kubernetes security policies.
Key Performance Metrics You'll Work With
Latency Distribution
- P99 / P99.9 across the tick-to-trade path, using hardware-level timestamps (NIC/PTP).
Jitter
- variance between min/max latency, measured over large sample sets in live market conditions.
Throughput
- messages per second (orders + cancels) under exchange burst scenarios.
System Reliability
- сontinuous monitoring of uptime
Extra Credit / Big Pluses
Hands-on experience with kernel-level optimization: syscall reduction, network stack bypass (DPDK, RDMA, Solarflare OpenOnload).
Background in HFT, algorithmic trading, or other ultra-low-latency production environments.
Experience with hardware timestamping, PTP/IEEE 1588, and precision time synchronization.
Familiarity with colocation operations and exchange connectivity (cross-connects, proximity hosting).
Proven SRE track record with formal SLO/error budget frameworks in latency-sensitive contexts.
DevSecOps: vulnerability scanning, Zero Trust, RBAC, and secure delivery pipelines.
Understanding of business processes in FinTech, crypto, or electronic trading.
Responsibilities
Low-Latency Infrastructure Ownership:
Design, deploy, and continuously optimize infrastructure for latency-sensitive trading systems — market data handlers, order/deal gateways, and risk check engines. Own the full stack from bare metal to application delivery. Define and maintain a reference architecture for low-latency connectivity when onboarding new trading venues, including reproducible configuration baselines, validation procedures, and performance acceptance criteria — so every new venue goes live on a proven, optimized stack.
Cloud & Hybrid Network Connectivity:
Design, implement, and maintain complex low-latency network solutions for cloud provider interconnects - including cross-connects and Direct Connect / ExpressRoute links between cloud regions, hybrid on-premise/cloud topologies, and high-throughput inter-server fabrics. Ensure both latency minimization and fault tolerance at every layer: physical redundancy, failover routing, and path diversity across providers and regions.
Hardware & OS Stack Tuning:
Go deep on the full hardware and OS stack - CPU pinning, C/P-states, HT/SMT configuration, NUMA topology, IRQ affinity, TX/RX ring sizing, NIC offloading, and network stack bypass (DPDK/RDMA where applicable). Understand the complete data path from NIC through PCIe to memory and CPU - and optimize every hop.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
Automate provisioning and configuration of high-performance environments using Ansible, Terraform, and Helm - with performance reproducibility as a first-class requirement.
Latency Profiling & Benchmarking:
Systematically profile and debug latency hotspots across the full execution path. Establish and maintain SLA/SLO targets; track P99/P99.9 distributions, jitter, and throughput - not just averages.
CI/CD for Performance:
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that include automated latency regression testing, so performance degradations are caught before they hit production.
Monitoring & Observability:
Design and operate comprehensive latency monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana) - including hardware timestamping (NIC/PTP) and fine-grained performance telemetry.
Colocation & Network Placement:
Research, evaluate, and manage optimal server placements - colocations, cross-connects, proximity hosting. Work closely with network and infrastructure teams to minimize physical and logical distance to exchanges.
High Availability & DRP:
Design systems that maintain stability and reliability under peak load while continuously pushing latency lower - zero regressions, always.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work alongside algo developers, quant teams, and network engineers to ensure trading strategies execute with minimal infrastructure overhead.

Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The Role
We're looking for an
Engineering Manager
for Network Infrastructure to own delivery of network infrastructure initiatives in APAC. This is not a role for someone who only coordinates tickets and status. It is a role for someone with an engineering skeleton: a person who has built, operated, broken and recovered things, and can earn the trust of SREs, SWEs, network engineers, and security and platform teams. We are at the early stage of our APAC expansion, so at first you will be hands-on: reviewing designs, stepping into incidents, and writing code or automation when the team needs it, with a high degree of independence from the European teams. As the organisation grows, the scope of the role will grow with it.
You own delivery.
You will make important cross-team initiatives land: defining scope, aligning owners, exposing risks, driving decisions, tracking dependencies, and making sure we ship useful outcomes instead of half-finished initiatives. The job is not done when the technical pieces exist. It is done when engineers trust the tool, the NOC actually uses the workflow, alerts are actionable, runbooks are real, and the new way becomes the default way.
You stay technical.
You don't need to be the deepest expert in every area, but you should be technical enough to understand real trade-offs: why rollback is not optional, why "just automate it" can create a bigger blast radius, why SLOs without ownership are decoration, and why network device CI/CD is very different from deploying a stateless service. You can read a design doc, challenge missing assumptions, notice unclear failure modes, and help the team turn a vague but important problem into an executable plan.
This is a high-leverage role in an early-stage and fast-scaling network infrastructure organisation. Many important systems are being built now: automation, observability, reliability standards, provisioning flows, operational safety, and cross-site consistency. You won't be maintaining a mature machine from the sidelines. You'll help shape how the machine works.
Your responsibilities will include:
Set the engineering bar: code quality, design review, on-call and incident management practices, and operational standards
Own end-to-end delivery of cross-team network infrastructure initiatives in APAC, from a vague problem statement to an executable plan to adoption
Define scope and success criteria, align owners across SRE, SWE, network, security, platform and data center teams, and drive decisions to closure
Review designs and technical proposals, challenge missing assumptions, and surface failure modes, dependencies and risks early
Stay hands-on where it matters: step into incidents, write code or automation, and unblock the team
Drive adoption: make sure tools and workflows become the default way of working, with real documentation, runbooks and feedback loops
Keep stakeholders, including the European teams, informed with clear, honest status and coordinate across time zones
Turn operational pain and engineering input into a clear, prioritized backlog
We expect you to have:
7+ years of experience in software, SRE, network or infrastructure engineering, including experience leading cross-team technical initiatives
A real engineering background: you have built and operated production systems and can earn the trust of deeply technical teams
Ability to read design docs and technical proposals, understand trade-offs, and ask sharp questions about reliability, rollback, blast radius and failure modes
Strong understanding of infrastructure fundamentals (Linux, networking, automation, CI/CD) at the level needed to hold your own in technical discussions
Proven ability to drive decisions and create clarity in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
Excellent written and verbal communication, including documenting plans and decisions and influencing smart technical people
Ability to work independently in an early-stage environment and to build processes from scratch
Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written) and comfort working across time zones
It will be an added bonus if you have:
Experience with network infrastructure: network automation, observability, or network device lifecycle management
Experience with SLO/SLI frameworks, incident management, or production readiness processes
Experience with CI/CD or change management for network or other high-blast-radius infrastructure
Experience building a team from scratch or launching a new engineering hub
Experience with secrets and access management, firmware rollout or fleet-wide operational initiatives
Hands-on engineering contributions (code, tooling, automation) alongside management work
Knowledge of the APAC network landscape (carriers, IX, regional connectivity and regulatory specifics)
Examples of initiatives your team may own:
A user and secrets management system for network infrastructure, including robot-user lifecycle, safe key/password rotation, revocation, break-glass access, mixed agent/push-based device support, and integration with existing secrets backends
An SLO framework for network services and components, including SLIs, SLOs, dashboards, alerts, ownership, tiering, and a clear link between reliability targets and engineering investment
CI/CD for network devices, where configuration changes, validation, staged rollout, rollback, and blast-radius control become disciplined and repeatable instead of manual and risky
Fleet-wide operational initiatives such as firmware consistency, device lifecycle hygiene, observability coverage, monitoring quality, alert ownership, or production readiness for new network capabilities
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture
Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
International environment and talented teams

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Wolt is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Front-end-leaning) to join our Operations Foundations team. The team sits within the DoorDash Client and AI Development group and is responsible for the foundation that hundreds of engineers across Wolt, DoorDash, and Deliveroo rely on to build internal operations tools. Our platform hosts 250+ micro-frontends (MFEs) used to operate every part of the business.
Our team is focused on building a scalable, reliable, and high-quality internal tooling platform that supports Wolt, DoorDash, and Deliveroo’s operations and business.
The team plays an important role in improving how engineers build, test, and ship software across the organization, with a strong emphasis on reusable libraries, micro-frontend architecture, and agentic development: building the platform where AI agents can take changes from task to merged PR safely and reliably without lowering the quality bar.
Currently, we are focused on unifying our frontend platforms, evolving shared components and library development, improving developer productivity, and enabling teams to deliver more independently through better architecture and tooling.
It’s an exciting time to join because the team has strong ownership and a broad technical impact.
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who can take ownership of complex technical initiatives across both frontend and sometimes backend and infra domains. In this role, you’ll work primarily with TypeScript, React, Node.js, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Buildkite), and MFE architecture to build scalable, maintainable solutions that support multiple product teams and business areas.
Success in this role means becoming a trusted technical owner who consistently delivers reliable solutions and helps the team execute more effectively. Six months into the role, we’d expect you to be independently leading technical initiatives and contributing meaningfully to architecture and delivery planning.
This role offers the opportunity to solve challenging engineering problems with visible impact across the business. It’s especially exciting for someone who enjoys combining product engineering with platform thinking, improving developer workflows, and building systems that scale across teams and domains.

Long-Term Thinking:
Balance short-term feature unblockers with the long-term health, security, and maintainability of the platform.
Agentic Development:
Build the foundations that let AI agents work autonomously on our platform, including agent instructions, reusable skills, tool integrations, guardrails, and the automated checks that make agent-authored changes safe to ship.
AI Fluency:
Work agent-first in your own day-to-day: delegate implementation to agents, and focus your judgment on direction, architecture, and verifying outcomes.
📍This role can be based in our
Berlin
tech hub. Read more about our hybrid setup

We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in such a short time and look forward to sharing this journey with you. Join us as we continue to scale, diversify our portfolio, and grow with the evolving community of gamers.
ABOUT YOUR TEAM
Our Customer Support operation is scaling and becoming more automated. As our first dedicated Customer Support Data Analytics Engineer, you’ll sit in Operations and work hand in hand with the Customer Support team, the Head of Operations, Product, Engineering, Payments and Risk. You’ll explain why customers contact us, measure what self-service and automation actually resolve, and help the team decide what to fix first based on evidence.
You’ll work with Databricks (SQL), Kustomer, QuickSight, Mixpanel, Jira and Slack, on top of an internal data layer with Claude integrated. Current focus: AI and automation in support, and building and optimising our support metric stack.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reusable data models: Build and maintain dbt models on Databricks across bronze, silver and gold layers, with tests, column documentation and incremental logic, so the next person can build on them.
- Data mapping and feasibility: Know what data we have, what is missing and how it connects. Join sources that were never designed to be joined, audit contact tagging so reporting stays reliable, and judge early whether a requested metric is buildable. If it isn’t, say exactly which data is missing and what it would take to get it.
- Metric design: Turn vague requests from the Customer Support team into exact metric definitions, such as repeat contact, automated deflection rate and cost per contact, and prove each one against raw data before it ships.
- Dashboards and reporting: Build dashboards end to end in QuickSight and Omni (datasets, calculated fields, filters). Deliver weekly support performance packs with actionable insights and thresholds for ops managers and leadership.
- Daily operations pulse: Monitor volumes, backlog, SLAs and CSAT to flag spikes early. Investigate “this number looks wrong” cases by tracing a visual back through the model to the source table.
- Contact-driver and feedback analysis: Identify why customers contact us by product, spot growing issues, and analyse QA and customer feedback to surface coaching themes and process gaps.
- Automation and self-service: Measure how well AI, bots and help content resolve issues, including repeat contacts and CSAT.
- Root-cause partnership: Partner with Product, Payments and Risk to quantify the impact of issues and track fixes.
- Planning input: Help forecast contact volume and capacity needs.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analytics Engineer in Customer Support, contact-centre or CX environments.
- Strong SQL, dbt and hands-on experience with BI and reporting tools (we use QuickSight; Power BI, Looker or similar is fine).
- Solid knowledge of customer support metrics and contact-driver analysis: CSAT, FCR, handling time, repeat contact, deflection.
- Ability to turn insights into operational changes with non-technical stakeholders.
- Curiosity about why customers get in touch and what would stop the issue from happening again. You care more about changing outcomes than producing dashboards.
- Good written and spoken English (proficiency preferred).
NICE TO HAVE
- Python or text analytics on ticket data.
- Experience with a support CRM’s data
- Forecasting experience.
- Experience evaluating chatbots or AI agents.
- Background in digital goods or gaming.
