is a technology company building large-scale entertainment products for a global audience. Our platforms serve millions of users worldwide and rank among the top-50 most visited websites globally. For more than 10 years, we've been creating reliable, high-performance solutions at the intersection of product, engineering, and entertainment.
We are looking for a
Senior SEO Specialist
to own product-related SEO tasks from idea through release. You will turn search opportunities into initiatives and tasks for product and engineering, and confirm that what is delivered works as intended.
Job Responsibilities
Identify technical and on-page SEO issues (crawling, indexing, site structure, redirects, canonicals, internal linking, templates, structured data) and initiate product-related tasks when they block organic performance;
Prepare implementation-ready tasks and recommendations: problem, solution, affected templates or URLs, risks, and acceptance criteria;
Validate proposed work with the Team Lead and SEO team before it reaches product or engineering;
Consult product and development on SEO implications of planned features, template changes, and site architecture;
Participate in estimations and groomings so work is sized, sequenced, and specified well enough to build;
Analyze search intent, SERP structure, and competitor behavior when it affects product or template decisions;
Optimize existing page types and templates for rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversions, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, page structure, and content;
Support content planning with SEO briefs, keyword maps, and optimization guidelines when work touches product surfaces;
Plan information architecture and landing-page structure for new product or content surfaces;
Specify and, where appropriate, implement structured data;
Test implementations after release against agreed acceptance criteria;
Monitor performance in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and in-house reporting tools. Track rankings, traffic, indexing, and trends tied to shipped work, not only site-wide averages;
Prepare concise updates: what moved, what did not, and recommended next product or content steps;
Stay current with SEO practices and search-engine updates that affect product implementation.
You’ll thrive here if you have
4+ years of hands-on SEO across on-page, content, and technical work;
Experience working with high-traffic international and multilingual websites;
Proven experience turning SEO findings into tickets or requirements that engineering or product teams can implement;
Comfort participating in agile delivery: grooming, estimation, clarification, and post-release checks;
Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, SERP analysis, and competitor research;
Working knowledge of technical SEO: crawling, indexing, redirects, canonicals, internal linking, site architecture, and template-level changes;
Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, crawlers, and other SEO tools;
Ability to analyze SEO data and turn it into a clear recommendation, with an expected effect and a way to verify the release;
Clear written communication: tickets, briefs, and short performance notes that non-SEO teams can act on;
Ability to work independently, manage several workstreams, and raise issues early rather than waiting for a fully specified brief.
Nice to have:
Experience with programmatic SEO or large-scale template optimization;
Familiarity with Looker Studio, BigQuery, SQL, or another reporting stack;
Basic scripting (Python or similar) for crawls, log samples, or bulk URL analysis;
Familiarity with common CMS or front-end delivery setups;
Awareness of generative search / AI results as a measurement context;
Experience in SaaS, marketplace, media, or other product-led digital businesses.
Conditions
We know that great talent deserves great conditions, so here's what you can expect when joining us:
EU-based employment contract and a 3-year Cyprus work visa with full support for your relocation and visa processes, including assistance for your family.
EU passport. Opportunity to obtain an EU passport after 4 years of residence

Kiwitaxi is an international transfer service working in 100+ countries.
We're growing our strategic partnerships team, and we're looking for someone who can do more than run a B2B sales pipeline. We want a person who can take a big partnership from the very first conversation all the way to launch. This isn't about sending hundreds of cold emails, and it isn't a classic account manager job. You'll figure out which companies are worth partnering with, find the people who actually make decisions there, and get to know how their business works. Then you'll shape an offer that makes sense for them and guide it through every stage: negotiations, a pilot, the contract, and the launch. We are looking for a hunter mindset: someone who is motivated by difficult markets, complex deals, and the challenge of opening doors that are not already open.
Задачи:
— Build new strategic partnerships with travel companies, agency networks, airlines, OTAs, travel platforms, loyalty programs, fintech companies, travel-tech players, and other distribution channels.
— Identify the right decision-makers and find ways to reach them through your network, LinkedIn, industry events, associations, mutual contacts, and other channels.
— Build a specific partnership hypothesis for each account rather than sending a generic company presentation.
— Lead discovery calls and meetings.
— Negotiate with senior decision-makers and functional leaders.
— Discuss and structure commercial models including commission, net rates, revenue share, white label, API integrations, and pilot programs.
— Manage long sales cycles and consistently move opportunities forward.
— Initiate and launch pilot partnerships.
— Attend travel industry events and conferences with a clear target list and pre-arranged meetings.
— Bring in Product and Development teams when an opportunity requires technical integration or product changes.
— Hand over signed partners into implementation and make sure partnerships actually go live and start generating business.
Требования:
— 4–7+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.
— Experience in travel, mobility, OTA, airlines, hospitality, travel tech, TMC, tour operating, or a closely related industry.
— Experience with complex B2B deals and multi-month sales cycles.
— A proven track record of partnerships you personally initiated and helped take through signing or launch.
— Ability to independently identify decision-makers and create access to them.
— Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
— Ability to quickly understand the other side’s priorities and adapt the proposition accordingly.
— Experience creating tailored commercial proposals and business cases.
— Understanding of common B2B partnership models: commission, net rates, revenue share, affiliate etc.
— Basic understanding of APIs and integrations.
— Comfortable discussing integrations, implementation timelines, constraints, and requirements with Product and Development teams.
— English at C1–C2 level, both spoken and written.
— Conversational Russian for communication.
— Willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events.
— High level of independence and ownership.
— Strong pipeline discipline and follow-up skills.
— Ability to work through objections, existing supplier relationships, slow-moving deals, and long periods without immediate results.
— Preferably based in the European Union or Asia, with flexibility to travel internationally and obtain visas when needed.
Преимущества:
— An existing professional network in travel, mobility, airlines, OTA, hospitality, or travel tech.
— Experience working with agency networks, host agencies, consortia, cruise, loyalty.
— Experience launching API, white-label, or co-branded partnerships.
— Experience entering new markets or building a new B2B channel from scratch.
Не подходит, если:
— Most of your experience is in high-volume cold outreach;
— You are used to working mainly with inbound leads;
— Your background is primarily in managing existing accounts;
— You expect to receive a ready-made lead list and detailed instructions on whom to contact;
— You are uncomfortable starting from a blank page and figuring out how to create an opportunity yourself.
Условия:
— A high-impact role with significant growth potential.
— You will join at a stage where our strategic partnerships function is being actively reshaped, with the opportunity to grow together with it and take on broader responsibility over time.
— Work with international travel companies and strategic partners.
— The ability to influence not only sales, but also the B2B product itself.
— Participation in international travel industry events and conferences.
— Significant room for your own ideas, hypotheses, and initiatives.
— Remote format.
— A competitive fixed salary, reflecting the seniority and impact of the role, plus a performance-based bonus.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
You'll own the operational backbone that connects what we sell to what we bill: turning executed contracts and agent usage into accurate bookings and reports, and turning the data behind both into critical insights the business acts on. This role sits at the center of the company’s business model and works across Sales, Finance, Legal, Pricing, GTM Systems, and Agent Development.
Own order management across the customer lifecycle
- Own the path from signature to booking: build, verify, and book quotes across the customer lifecycle, capturing all critical commercial terms
- Collaborate across GTM Operations, Finance, and Sales Compensation to ensure bookings flow accurately into all downstream systems and reporting
- Leverage and spearhead order management guides and best practices, influencing policies and processes as new terms and products emerge
Accelerate usage tracking and reporting
- Partner with Agent Development to set up, verify, and maintain outcome-based usage tracking across agents
- Run the monthly consumption reporting and billing cycle for our growing customer base, delivering key reports to the company and to the Customer
- Serve as the owner for usage questions from customers, Sales, and Agent Development
Support our deal operations and velocity
- Draft, review, and execute order forms, working with our Pricing team to align on commercial negotiation, deal forecast, and downstream operability
- Partner with Sales, Legal, Pricing, and Finance across the deal lifecycle to execute deals cleanly and drive scalability over time
Build the operational machine with us
- Continuously identify repetitive processes across the order management lifecycle and collaborate across the Go-to-Market Operations team to automate and scale them
- Work with Revenue Operations and GTM systems to define billing processes and policies for new products and pricing models
- Ramp from running standard processes to owning complex and ambiguous scenarios
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 2–4 years in deal desk, order management, billing operations, or revenue operations at a B2B SaaS company
- Experience owning an operational booking and/or billing queue end-to-end with high accuracy against monthly deadlines
- Experience with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) and a CPQ or billing system; comfortable reading a contract and translating terms into system fields
- Strong attention to detail and clear written communication skills to collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and customers
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and build solutions using AI tooling
- Based in San Francisco and able to work in-office with the team
EVEN BETTER…
- Experience with usage-based billing (commitments, overages, credits, true-ups)
- Familiarity with Quoting and Contract Lifecycle Management tools
- SQL or spreadsheet modeling skills
- Exposure to sales compensation, revenue recognition, or partner and reseller billing
- Experience at a high-growth company where you helped stand up a process from scratch

GoMining runs a portfolio, not a single product: Digital Miners, the GOMINING token, GoMining Card, Simple Earn, Wallet, Miner Wars, Academy, Travel, Launchpad and the VIP programme. Each of them ships, launches and promotes on its own rhythm — and today those messages reach the same user through the same channels without a single owner making sure they add up to one coherent story.
That owner is this role.
You'll sit at the centre of marketing as the connective layer between product go-to-market, brand, performance, content, CRM, community, design and PR. Half the job is orchestration: owning the communications calendar and running launches end to end, on time, across every channel. The other half is the message: making sure what we say about any product is clear, consistent, on-brand and worth a user's attention.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role with company-wide visibility. You will not manage a team — you will manage the flow of work between several of them.
What you’ll do
Orchestration: own how communication gets made and shipped
Own a single, company-wide marketing communications calendar: every product launch, feature release, campaign, promo and announcement in one place, with owners and dates.
Build and fix the communications planning process so marketing can absorb a dense flow of product launches without things getting lost between teams.
Run launches end to end, covering both product and brand comms. Take the go-to-market input from product marketing leads and turn it into a channel plan: CRM (email, push, in-app inbox), in-product surfaces, community, social, website and blog, app stores, paid support assets, PR, out-of-home. Then drive it to delivery.
Write the briefs. Translate business goals into creative and content briefs that designers, motion designers and copywriters can actually execute against, with clear deliverables and deadlines.
Be the single window into the design and production team. Prioritise, sequence and unblock requests instead of letting every stakeholder queue separately.
Hold the timeline. Chase dependencies across product, legal, compliance and finance so assets are approved and live on the date we committed to.
Close the loop: pull post-campaign results with the analytics and CRM teams, run the retro, and turn what you learn into the next brief.
Campaigns and partnerships: take the brand beyond its usual channels
Plan and run integrated 360 campaigns: one message, the right channels, launched together, on time and to a high standard.
Drive special projects and integrations, from concept and partner selection through to production and results.
Coordinate ambassador, celebrity, influencer and KOL partnerships, including long-term ambassador programmes with a series of activations, not just one-off placements.
Manage the production side: external agencies, creative studios and production houses, timelines, budgets, contracts and usage rights.
Coordinate joint communications with partners, collaborations and sponsorships.
Support the Brand Director in rolling out the brand refresh across every touchpoint.
Message: own what we say and how it sounds
Build and maintain the messaging architecture across the portfolio: what each product promises, to whom, in what words, and how the products connect into one proposition.
Turn technical and financial mechanics such as mining rewards, tokenomics, cashback, yields and VIP tiers into copy a first-time user understands without a glossary.
Own tone of voice and message consistency in practice, not just in a deck: review outgoing communications against brand and messaging guidelines before they ship.
Maintain the shared toolkit (messaging docs, key-message one-pagers, FAQ and objection handling, launch templates) so other teams stop reinventing product copy.
Write and edit the high-stakes pieces yourself: launch announcements, product pages, campaign concepts, executive and partner-facing materials.
Work closely with legal and compliance within the advertising and financial-promotion constraints of each channel and jurisdiction, so approved copy is also compliant copy.
Track how competitors and the wider crypto and fintech market communicate, and bring back what’s worth noting.
What success looks like
First month:
the calendar exists and is trusted; every product’s messaging is documented in one place; the brief-to-delivery process is running without you being chased.
First 3 months:
launches ship on schedule with a full channel set as the default, not the exception; message consistency across channels is visibly better; each launch produces a documented result and a next-step recommendation; the first integrated campaign or partnership project beyond our core channels is live or in production.
Requirements
4+ years in marketing communications, integrated campaigns, brand communications or product marketing, either in-house at a tech, fintech, marketplace, consumer app or scale-up, or agency-side with comparable clients.
Hands-on experience running integrated 360 campaigns at national or regional scale.
Proven end-to-end ownership of multi-channel launches: you can walk us through campaigns you ran from brief to results, and say honestly what worked and what didn’t.
Solid understanding of how production works: timelines, external contractors, budgets, approvals and rights clearance.
Experience coordinating external agencies, creative studios or production houses.
Genuine project management ability: prioritisation, dependency tracking, and working to deadlines and budget across teams you don’t manage.
The ability to hold a high creative bar while saying no, moving a date, or telling a senior stakeholder their request is out of scope.
Comfort with complex products: you enjoy the work of understanding a mechanic properly before writing about it.
Data literacy: you read campaign performance and use it to change the next brief.
Strong writing and editing in English (C1+). You’ll be assessed on real copy, not on adjectives in a CV.
Fluent Russian.
A portfolio or case studies of campaigns and projects you’ve led.
Would be a plus
Both agency and in-house tech experience.
Experience with ambassador, celebrity or influencer partnerships, especially long-term contracts with a series of activations.
Special projects, brand integrations, sponsorships or out-of-home campaigns.
Experience with a rebrand, or building brand or messaging systems from scratch rather than inheriting a finished one.
Experience in crypto, Web3, mining, trading, neobanking, payments or investment products.
Familiarity with advertising restrictions on financial and crypto products across ad platforms and jurisdictions.
Additional languages.
Benefits
Professional growth: support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage).
Work-life fit: remote or hybrid format with flexible hours across international teams.
Paid leave: up to 20 vacation days + 8 company holidays + 5 personal days per year.
Recognition programs: structured performance reviews and team awards.
Team culture: retreats in international locations (for example, company apartments in Cyprus).

THE ADVENTURE AHEAD
This is a partner marketing role built for pipeline. You'll turn a small number of high-potential partnerships (think AWS, Deloitte, and Carahsoft) into real, measurable revenue channels. You'll also be our enterprise marketing lead for regulated industries, specifically life sciences and government, where trust, compliance, and the right partner relationships decide who wins.
The objective is clear, but the playbook is yours to define. Some weeks you'll build an account plan with an AWS demand gen partner. Other weeks you'll plan a field event for healthcare or federal buyers, or work with sales on a named account list. The goal is to leverage partner channels to generate Enterprise, public sector and life sciences pipeline.
🗓️ THE DAY-TO-DAY
Partner Marketing That Generates Pipeline (the core of the job)
- Run joint programs with a small number of select partners (AWS, Deloitte, Carahsoft, and others as we prove what works) that move Enterprise and Gov pipeline.
- Make AWS work harder. Partner with our AWS demand gen resource by supplying what's been missing: target account selection, strong assets, account intelligence, seller engagement, tracking, and a packaged pitch AWS sellers can use.
- Use partner relationships to open doors at named ABM accounts, through formal partner workflows and one-off introductions, and build a repeatable process around both.
- Work closely with the Partnerships team on joint planning, co-funded activity, and accountability on timelines and lead commitments.
- Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced attribution with RevOps so we know what's working and where to invest.
Field Events
- Plan and run field events that put us in front of enterprise buyers, including Supper Clubs and partner co-hosted dinners, roundtables, and executive gatherings.
- Work with partners to co-fund and co-host events, with registrant targets and clear roles agreed up front.
- Partner with AEs, BDRs, and partner managers before and after every event so meetings, follow-up, and pipeline actually happen.
- Support our presence at industry events (for example, HR Tech, Unleash, DevLearn, and GovLoop) and turn them into pipeline.
Regulated Industries: Healthcare and Government
- Own the enterprise marketing approach for healthcare and public-sector buyers, where long cycles, compliance requirements, and buying committees shape everything.
- Build account-based programs for healthcare systems and government agencies using intent data and buying signals.
- Support federal campaigns alongside product marketing and the gov sales team: content syndication, event execution, targeted account lists, and partner-led plays (such as Carahsoft).
- Develop messaging and programs that speak to the real concerns of regulated buyers, like security, compliance, procurement paths, and contract vehicles.
Account-Based Execution and Sales Partnership
- Build account-based programs that reach full buying committees, including expansion into new teams inside existing accounts.
- Partner with enterprise AMs, AEs, and BDRs through structured cadences on targeting, messaging, and pipeline reviews.
Measurement & Iteration
- Use AI to scale what works.
- Measure everything: pipeline created, influenced, and accelerated, with clear attribution across new business, expansion, and partner-sourced.
- If something isn't working, whether a channel, an event, or a partner, you say so and change course. No sunk-cost loyalty.
💪 YOUR SUPERPOWERS
- Pipeline-obsessed marketer: 4–6 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 1–2 years targeting enterprise buyers (5,000+ employees). You've driven measurable pipeline and revenue, not just lead volume.
- Partner builder: You've made partnerships produce pipeline, not just co-branded content. You know how to get a partner's sellers to care about your accounts.
- Field event operator: You've planned and executed events that turned into meetings and opportunities, and you know how to get sales and partners in the room.
- Buying-committee thinker: You're fluent in intent data, buying signals, and account engagement, and you use them to decide where to focus.
- Sales trust-builder: You win as a team with sales, through in-the-weeds collaboration and shared accountability.
- Ruthless about scope: You orient around what gets results and can stay focused on a few partners and programs without losing sight of the goal.
- "I can figure this out" mindset toward tools: UserGems, Influ2, ReachDesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Claude. Bonus points if you've used some, but curiosity matters more than a checklist.
- Active AI practitioner: You're already applying AI anywhere and everywhere.
🎁 BONUS POINTS
- Experience marketing to healthcare, government, or other regulated or public-sector buyers.
- Experience with hyperscalers (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), co-sell, or global systems-integrator partnerships (Deloitte-style) where you made the relationship produce pipeline.
- Experience with government channel partners or reseller/contract vehicle models (Carahsoft-style).
- Familiarity with compliance and procurement considerations in healthcare or federal sales.
- Experience in learning, HR tech, or skills-focused technology.

About Ledger
We’re a team of experts pushing the limits of what’s possible, united by our common goal to unlock true freedom through digital ownership, making technology accessible for all. We believe in a world where users, creators and enterprises manage their value with ownership and freedom. Our curiosity drives us to innovate, empowering individuals on a global scale. We believe change is constant and our team moves forward as one, with a culture of problem-solving where every employee is empowered and supported to challenge tradition and create solutions. Our mission is simple: to make self-custody accessible and give people the keys to their own financial futures. If you want to make a true impact, we want you to join us at Ledger.
At Ledger, we’re proud to be the global platform for digital assets and Web3, with over 20% of the world’s crypto assets secured through our Ledger devices. With our headquarters in Paris, and offices in Vierzon, Grenoble, Montpellier, London, Portland, Geneva, Zurich and Central Singapore, we have a team of around 600 professionals developing a variety of products and services to enable individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow and manage crypto assets – including the Ledger hardware wallets line with more than 7.5 millions units already sold in 200 countries.
The team:
Ledger has secured digital assets for millions of people. Ledger Enterprise brings the same security to institutions. Banks, exchanges, custodians and stablecoin issuers use our platform to hold, move and govern digital assets on infrastructure they control: Vault for self-custody, HSM On-Premises for institutions that need keys inside their own perimeter, TradeLink for off-exchange settlement, and Multisig for on-chain governance.
You’ll work closely with Business Development, Solutions Engineering, Product, Legal and Support, covering clients across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Join a young, international, driven team in one of Ledger’s fastest-growing areas.
What you’ll be doing:
You will own a portfolio of institutional clients from signature onward. That covers onboarding, integration, adoption, renewal and expansion. You will be their trusted advisor inside Ledger and their voice in our product roadmap.
- Own client relationships end to end. Be the primary contact for a portfolio of exchanges, banks, custodians and fintechs, and build relationships from operations teams up to C-level.
- Drive integration and adoption. Explain product features clearly, run workshops, and guide clients through technical integration together with our Solutions Engineers.
- Grow accounts. Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities such as new products, additional users, assets or entities. Own your expansion and retention targets.
- Negotiate renewals and contracts. Lead commercial discussions on renewals, amendments and pricing, working with Legal on terms.
- Shape the product. Turn client feedback into clear, prioritised input for Product and influence what we build next.
- Run the account rhythm. Lead QBRs, maintain account plans, keep the CRM accurate, and flag risks early.
- Represent Ledger. Meet clients on-site and at industry events across EMEA, with occasional travel.
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years in a similar account management or customer success role, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise infrastructure software.
- Proven experience managing financial institution clients such as banks, asset managers, custodians or payment providers.
- A track record of upselling and expanding accounts against targets.
- Experience negotiating contracts and renewals with enterprise clients.
- Comfort with technical conversations: you can explain APIs, integration flows and security concepts without needing an engineer in every meeting.
- Hands-on experience with digital assets, or a clear and demonstrable interest in the space.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English. You can adapt your message for a CISO, a head of operations or a CFO.
- A structured, self-driven way of working. You manage a portfolio without being chased.
Nice to have:
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to EMEA clients, such as MiCAR, DORA, the Travel Rule, the Basel crypto-asset standards, FINMA requirements, or Middle East regimes like VARA (Dubai) and ADGM.
- Familiarity with custody and key management concepts like MPC, HSMs and cold/warm/hot wallet setups.
- Additional languages, especially German, French or Arabic.
- Experience at a crypto-native firm, a bank’s digital asset desk or a custody provider.
At Ledger, we are dedicated to continually investing in our employees which is why we offer more than just salaries; we provide comprehensive compensation packages that include a wide range of benefits. Here are some of the benefits you can look forward to:
- Flexible work options - Our hybrid policy allows employees to work from home up to 3 times per week
- Health & Wellness support - Health and Life Insurance.
- Financial growth opportunities - Employees can become shareholders in Ledger as well as other financial benefits depending on your country of work.
- Commuter allowance - Ledger offers a commuter allowance to contribute to your preferred means of transportation.
- Learning & Development - A comprehensive suite of training solutions providing a personalised learning experience for every employee.
For regionally specific benefits, your Talent Acquisition contact will be able to provide you with more information.
We’re committed to building an inclusive hiring process. If you need any adjustments or accommodations, just let us know, we’ll do our best to support you.

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a Legal Operations Lead to join us as the first dedicated legal operations hire at Modal. You’ll own the systems, records, and workflows that let a small legal team keep pace with a high-growth tech company, and you’ll have an opportunity to build most of them from scratch.
This is a great fit for a highly organized, systems-oriented operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build operational foundations, not just maintain them. You’ll report to our General Counsel and collaborate closely with the Finance, BizOps, GTM, and People teams.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Build and maintain contract operations, including designing the contract lifecycle management workflows and approval logic, and continuing to iterate and improve those processes
- Design a legal intake process to support and route legal requests from internal stakeholders
- Make the legal function faster with AI, and build and configure tooling to make us more efficient
- Manage corporate administration and record-keeping, including Board and stockholder matters, signature coordination, and building a knowledge management system and database
- Be the point person for corporate compliance, including entity management, foreign and domestic qualifications and filings, and coordination with registered agents
- Support stock administration and cap table hygiene
- Manage outside counsel and legal spend
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You have 5+ years in legal operations, contract operations, or a corporate paralegal role, preferably at a high-growth technology company
- You’ve built and documented processes from the ground up, not just executed existing ones
- You have experience configuring workflows and templates within Ironclad or a similar CLM
- You have experience with AI tools and good instincts about where they help and where they quietly introduce risk
- You have sound judgment about what to handle and what to escalate
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Exposure to corporate and equity administration
- Familiarity with Carta or a similar equity administration platform

You’ll report to our General Counsel and collaborate closely with the Sales, BizOps, Finance, and Engineering teams and help build the foundation for a small but growing legal team.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Own customer contracting, including MSAs, service orders, NDAs, DPAs, and BAAs, negotiating directly with customers and partnering with the Sales team throughout the full deal cycle
- Lead vendor-side contracting, including capex procurement, SaaS tools, and consulting arrangements, among others
- Build and maintain contract repositories, template libraries, and contract playbooks
- Partner with Legal Operations on our CLM, including approval workflows and escalation logic
- Review and revise operational policies (terms of service, privacy policy, acceptable use, and website terms) and customer-facing marketing materials
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You have approximately 5-10 years of combined law firm and in-house experience negotiating commercial technology agreements, with meaningful time supporting an enterprise sales motion
- You have a JD and active bar membership in good standing in New York or California
- You’re deeply familiar with SaaS contracting
- You’ve worked extensively within Ironclad or a similar CLM
- You can build templates and playbooks from scratch
- You have working knowledge of privacy and regulatory data protection frameworks, such as GDPR and HIPAA
- You have sound commercial judgment and know how to balance risk with the business needs of a high-growth tech company
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Experience with infrastructure, compute, or datacenter supply agreements
