SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT | LATAM
Our Solutions Architecture team connects business priorities with practical technical solutions, helping customers understand how Chainalysis can support their most important objectives.
In this role, you will provide technical leadership throughout the customer journey. You will turn complex requirements into clear recommendations, help customers envision how our products fit into their operating environment, and guide them toward measurable business outcomes.
As a Solutions Architect, you'll develop a deep understanding of Chainalysis solutions and the problems our customers are trying to solve. You'll explain complex concepts in a clear, compelling way to technical practitioners, business leaders, and executive stakeholders. You'll also build practical, customer-specific solutions that support deployment, integration, adoption, and long-term value.
In this role, you'll:
- Serve as a core member of the account team, partnering closely with Sales, Services, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
- Take ownership of customer outcomes across the full lifecycle, from initial discovery and solution design through investigation support, compliance program delivery, deployment, enablement, adoption, and expansion.
- Lead discovery conversations that uncover customer objectives, operational pain points, use cases, technical constraints, and success criteria.
- Translate business and operational needs into clear technical requirements, solution designs, and implementation paths.
- Articulate Chainalysis capabilities in a way that is relevant to each customer's compliance, risk, fraud, investigations, or security environment.
- Create tailored demonstrations, proof-of-value experiences, and technical narratives that show how Chainalysis can address customer priorities.
- Conduct blockchain investigations, deliver compliance and regulatory guidance, and build technical solutions such as notebooks, dashboards, automation workflows, data integrations, reference architectures, and agentic workflows.
- Develop AI-assisted workflows that accelerate and automate investigations, analysis, and customer processes, adapted to each customer's operating model, data, controls, and risk framework.
- Design automation that fits into existing compliance, risk, fraud, investigations, or security operations rather than requiring customers to redesign how they work.
- Help customers access and operationalize Chainalysis data through APIs, integrations, and fit-for-purpose technical patterns.
- Provide guidance on solution architecture, API implementation, workflow design, data movement, and integration considerations.
- Drive platform adoption by connecting customer workflows to Chainalysis capabilities and identifying new use cases.
- Identify creative, responsible approaches to difficult customer problems, while balancing speed, scalability, security, maintainability, and measurable impact.
- Build trust through sound technical judgment, clear communication, reliable execution, and a strong understanding of the customer's business.
- Assemble the technical evidence base, including outcome data, consumption metrics, adoption analysis, and expansion signals, that supports quarterly impact reporting and renewal conversations.
- Build customer capability and self-sufficiency rather than creating ongoing dependence on the Solutions Architecture team.
- Own the feedback loop between customers and Product/Engineering, translating field insights and feature requirements into product improvements and bringing those improvements back to customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, meeting them at their current level of crypto-maturity and partnering with them to advance their understanding, processes, and outcomes.
- Represent Chainalysis at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences.
- Contribute to the wider Solutions Architecture team through reusable assets, knowledge sharing, internal initiatives, and better ways of working.
We're looking for candidates who have:
- Several years of experience in one or more relevant areas, such as financial services, compliance, investigations, fraud, cybersecurity, digital assets, transaction monitoring, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise product management.
- Experience making complex technical or operational concepts understandable to different audiences.
- Strong storytelling, presentation, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- A creative, structured, and investigative approach to solving challenging customer problems.
- Comfort working with technical tools and learning new technologies quickly. Experience with Python or another programming language, SQL, data analysis, notebooks, workflow automation, APIs, integrations, or AI tools is valuable.
- The curiosity and initiative to develop technical depth over time; you do not need to arrive with a complete technical stack, but you should enjoy investigating how things work and building the skills to solve new problems.
- The ability to operate effectively when requirements are ambiguous, information is incomplete, or the best path forward has not yet been defined.

AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

About us
Aave Labs began with a simple question: how do we make financial services like borrowing, saving, and earning more accessible globally?
We built the Aave Protocol, now the world’s largest and most trusted onchain lending market, connecting decentralized finance with individuals, traditional finance, and fintech.
Today, we build trusted, high-quality products that expand access to lending, credit, and savings globally
Our culture
We build trusted products that help people access and discover economic opportunities.
We hold a high bar for quality and craftsmanship. No detail is too small. Trust depends on it.
We’re a global team building products people can actually use, turning complex technology into something simple and reliable.
We stay aligned, move quickly, and think long term, while keeping teams lean and focused on impact.
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior React Native Engineer to build Aave App's Android and web experiences. You'll deliver secure, intuitive consumer savings journeys across platforms while working closely with design, product, backend, iOS, and protocol engineers.
This role is focused on hands-on delivery and independent ownership of defined product areas. You'll take features from technical design through release, contribute to the shared application architecture, and ensure the experience remains polished, accessible, performant, and reliable across different devices and browsers.
How you can make an impact:
Develop and ship customer-facing features across the Android and web builds of Aave App using React Native, TypeScript, and React
Build responsive, accessible interfaces and reusable components that behave consistently across devices, form factors and web surfaces
Integrate consumer blockchain functionality such as wallet connectivity, transaction preparation and signing interfaces, onchain data reads, gas estimation, and transaction-status updates
Work with backend and protocol engineers to integrate onchain and offchain data, savings and withdrawal flows, funding options, notifications, and analytics
Write well-tested, maintainable code and contribute useful reviews that improve consistency without slowing delivery.
Partner closely with design to deliver precise UI, refined interactions, and a cohesive cross-platform design system
Let's connect if you have:
4+ years building consumer mobile or cross-platform applications, including strong production experience with React Native and TypeScript
Deep React fundamentals with a strong focus on performance, including render cost and re-render behaviour, with experience using profiling and data-driven approaches to identify and resolve performance issues
Hands-on experience with Reanimated and Gesture Handler, with fluency across the React Native toolchain, including Metro, Hermes, EAS, and native module integration and debugging
A track record of shipping polished consumer experiences with close attention to UX, accessibility, and design detail
Experience with secure storage, authentication, encryption, permissions, and sensitive user data on mobile devices
Strong testing and debugging skills across unit, integration, end-to-end, device, and browser environments
Haven’t quite met all the criteria? Let’s not miss out on the chance to speak. Whilst you might not meet every single requirement, you might bring other, more exciting skills to the companies!
Equal opportunities statement:
Aave Labs celebrates diversity and views each and every team member as a separate individual with their own unique identity. No matter your race, religion, gender, ethnicity, age, disability, sexual orientation or even the wallet you use, we welcome you at Aave Labs. As an equal opportunities employer, we take accountability and believe in everyone's potential to build, create and inspire changes. With a mission to build a diverse workforce, we are proud to foster a working environment in which everyone can feel safe and valued for who they are.

🚀 THE ADVENTURE AHEAD
As our Technical Product Manager for Platform & Integrations, you are the architect of Docebo’s extensibility, transforming our ecosystem into a developer’s playground. Your mission is to bridge the gap between complex engineering infrastructure and tangible business value, ensuring our REST APIs, webhooks, and Connect tools are world-class. By scanning the horizon for emerging standards and defining opinionated interoperability patterns, you will empower global enterprises to build seamless, high-impact integrations that define the future of learning technology.
🛠️ THE DAY-TO-DAY
- API and Platform Strategy: Own Docebo’s external API roadmap, from schema design principles and versioning policies to championing patterns that ensure long-term, scalable extensibility.
- Connect and Integration Tooling: Lead the Docebo Connect (Workato IPaaS OEM) product vision by managing the low-code workflow builder and blueprint library, while evaluating high-value partner contribution programs.
- Developer Experience: Obsess over the end-to-end developer journey, tracking DX metrics and conducting deep-dive research to eliminate friction before it ever turns into churn.
- Measure the Impact: Define the "North Star" for platform success by building dashboards that track API adoption, integration attach rates, and direct revenue contribution for executive stakeholders.
- Navigate the Tech: Conduct high-level technical research on iPaaS and integration standards to make "build-buy-partner" recommendations that keep us ahead of the competition.
- Field Enablement and GTM: Partner with Marketing and Sales to translate technical capabilities into winning GTM strategies, acting as the technical authority in high-stakes enterprise deal cycles.
- Govern the Ecosystem: Establish the gold standard for how partners build on Docebo, publishing comprehensive integration guides that ensure security, reliability, and commercial viability.
⚡ YOUR SUPERPOWERS
- Speak Fluent API: You can design a REST API and write an OpenAPI spec in your sleep, confidently debating webhook reliability and event-driven sync with our engineering leads.
- Decode the Codebase: You are comfortable diving into production code to trace API calls or review pull requests, understanding exactly how implementation choices impact the product's future.
- Think Like a Platform: You possess strong, well-reasoned opinions on what "good" design looks like and aren't afraid to defend your vision to both developers and the C-suite.
- Data-Driven Intuition: You define success metrics before a single line of code is written, using platform health data to influence high-level prioritization and investment.
- Developer Empathy: Having built with APIs yourself, you view documentation gaps as personal challenges and treat developer friction points as high-priority product bugs.
- Proven Experience: You bring 4+ years of B2B SaaS Product Management experience, specifically focused on APIs, SDKs, or iPaaS, ideally with a background in software engineering or solutions architecture.
- Integration Expertise: You have a deep mastery of OAuth 2.0, SAML, SCIM, and middleware categories, with a proven track record of connecting platform health to commercial outcomes.
