From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
The way data practitioners write, debug, and ship dbt code is changing fast — and you'll be the person shaping what that experience looks like at the frontier of AI-assisted development.
As the Product Manager for Developer Experience, you will own the end-to-end developer workflow in dbt Cloud: the
Studio IDE
,
Developer Agent
(our AI coding assistant), the
Cloud CLI
, and the
dbt VS Code Extension
. Together, these surfaces are the primary daily touchpoint for tens of thousands of data practitioners worldwide — from seasoned analytics engineers writing complex SQL to newer practitioners who rely on AI to help them move faster and with more confidence.
This role sits at the intersection of developer tooling and leading-edge AI. You will work in close partnership with the
Fusion team
— the engine powering dbt's next-generation compilation, intelligence, and platform capabilities — to ensure that our developer surfaces fully leverage Fusion's capabilities and that developer needs are represented in the Fusion roadmap. The tight feedback loop between Developer Experience and Fusion is core to how dbt Cloud will evolve, and you'll be a key architect of that relationship.
This is a role for someone who has thought deeply about what makes IDEs and developer tools great, and who is excited to reimagine those workflows in an era where AI can lower the floor for new practitioners while raising the ceiling for experts.
This is a full-time position based out of our Oakland office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
In This Role, You Will
Own the developer experience roadmap
across Studio IDE, Developer Agent, Cloud CLI, and the VS Code Extension — from near-term iteration to long-term vision.
Partner deeply with the Fusion team
to align on capabilities, surface Fusion-powered intelligence (SQL comprehension, compute, context) through developer-facing UX, and co-define the boundary between platform and product.
Lead AI-native product development
for Developer Agent — defining what a best-in-class AI coding assistant looks like for the full spectrum of dbt users, from expert analytics engineers to practitioners who are newer to code. This includes agentic workflows, context-aware suggestions, natural language interactions, and guided development experiences that meet users where they are.
Drive IDE and tooling strategy
informed by a deep understanding of modern development environments — think about what VS Code, Cursor, and other leading IDEs get right, and translate those instincts to the dbt Cloud context.
Define and execute cross-functional collaboration
with engineering, design, and GTM teams to ship high-quality developer experiences on a predictable cadence.
Build tight feedback loops
with the dbt community and enterprise customers to continuously improve developer tools, with particular attention to power users and technical practitioners.
Conduct market and user research
to understand the competitive landscape for developer tooling and AI-assisted development, and bring sharp external perspective into the roadmap.
Align developer experience investments
to broader company goals, product-led growth metrics, and the Fusion platform strategy.
What Success Looks Like
Developer satisfaction and engagement metrics (activation, session depth, feature adoption) trending up across Studio, Canvas, CLI, and Developer Agent.
Developer Agent is a differentiated, well-regarded AI coding experience for data practitioners — not just a feature, but a product.
The Studio IDE and Canvas deliver a cohesive, fast, and intelligent development workflow powered by Fusion capabilities.
Strong, trust-based execution partnership with the Fusion team: shared roadmap visibility, clear API contracts, and coordinated shipping.
The Cloud CLI is a first-class product that developers actively choose, not a fallback.
You're a Good Fit If You Have
5+ years of product management experience
, with meaningful time spent on developer tools, IDEs, or technical platforms.
Direct experience managing IDE or developer environment products
— you have an informed point of view on what makes development tools excellent and where modern IDEs fall short.
Demonstrated engagement with AI-powered development tools
— you've used, studied, and formed strong opinions about AI coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor, Devin, etc.) and how they change the development experience.
A strong technical foundation that allows you to work fluently with engineering partners, reason about system architecture, and contribute meaningfully to technical decisions.
Experience conducting user research and translating developer feedback into prioritized, scoped product work.
Excellent written and verbal communication — you can write a crisp spec, give a compelling demo, and synthesize complex tradeoffs for diverse audiences.
Comfort working asynchronously as part of a distributed, remote team.
You'll Have an Edge If You Have
Hands-on experience with dbt or similar SQL-first transformation frameworks.
Prior experience building or shipping AI agent features (agentic UX, multi-step LLM workflows, context management).
Familiarity with LSP (Language Server Protocol), tree-sitter, or other IDE infrastructure primitives.
Experience with CLI tooling and developer workflow automation.
Background in open source software development or strong engagement with developer communities.
Knowledge of modern data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, etc.) and the analytics engineering ecosystem.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Head of Brand to set the direction for how Ramp shows up in the world.
The Brand team — ~10 designers, writers, motion designers, illustrators, and producers today — defines Ramp's identity across every surface our customers see: product launches, integrated campaigns, customer marketing, web, events, social, sales materials, and the product itself. We help the rest of the company move fast and ship beautifully by building the principles, systems, and standards that let us scale.
You'll lead this team. You'll set the visual identity and the voice. You'll build the AI pipelines that turn everyone else at Ramp into a good Brand Designer. You'll report to our VP of Design and work directly with our Co-CEOs to shape the future of the company. You'll also partner closely with leaders across Marketing, Product, Growth, and Recruiting to define strategy and execute against key business priorities.
We're looking for someone who's obsessed with five things:
- Story. How we show up in the world. How we change the conversation around finance. Keeping our why and our customers at the center of everything we do.
- AI. The systems that bake AI into every production capacity, until 90% of the cross-functional brand work is self-serve.
- Operations. Predictable rails for a creative org that ships fast, cherishes feedback, and holds itself accountable — to designers and to partners.
- Craft. Lead by making. Facilitate decisions. Evolve the brand.
- People. Two jobs: build the system that develops and motivates the team we have, and partner with our people team to land the best designers in the world.
Please note that this role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at our NYC HQ (located near Madison Square Park) at least 3 days/week.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Set the direction for Ramp's brand—its identity, voice, and narrative—across product, marketing, recruiting, and every customer touchpoint.
- Lead and grow the team. Recruit exceptional designers and help every member of the team do the best work of their career.
- Build the AI layer for Brand. Create systems and tools that automate production work at scale and empower non-designers to create on-brand assets.
- Build the operating system for Brand: briefs, intake, reviews, decision-making, and production. Make work move fast without sacrificing quality.
- Partner with the Creative Directors across Growth, Demand Generation, and Customer Marketing to set strategy and uphold a high bar for execution.
- Lead by making when it matters—concept development, art direction, brand identity, and creative direction.
- Deliver 2–3 brand-defining initiatives each year that strengthen Ramp's reputation and attract world-class talent.
- Partner closely with Design, Marketing, Product, and executive leadership to ensure the Ramp brand is cohesive across every experience.
- Manage agencies, freelancers, and production partners to extend the team's capacity as needed.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 10+ years of experience in brand design and creative leadership, including at least 3 years leading a brand team at a high-growth technology company or top-tier agency.
- A portfolio of brand work that shaped a company's reputation through identity systems, campaigns, or brand evolutions you led end-to-end.
- A clear point of view on AI in creative production. You've shipped AI-assisted brand work, not just prototypes, and know what should be automated versus where human creativity matters most.
- A track record of building and leading high-performing creative teams. You've hired exceptional designers, developed talent, and built teams that consistently deliver outstanding work.
- Strong operational instincts. You've built scalable creative processes and can describe them clearly.
- Exceptional craft across typography, color, layout, motion, and visual identity, with the ability to elevate the work of others.
- A strategic mindset and strong creative judgment. You can give clear direction, make difficult decisions, and balance speed with quality.
- Comfortable partnering with Marketing, Product, Recruiting, and executive leadership. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable giving and receiving thoughtful, constructive feedback.
- Kind, curious, generous, low ego, and a great sense of humor!

During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the role
The Global Alliance Lead is one of the most strategically important roles in our Ecosystem. You will own our relationship with one of the world's leading technology and transformation partners end-to-end — from C-suite engagement through to practitioner enablement and joint pipeline creation. You will be the architect of how the GSI and NewCo go to market together, ensuring our platform becomes the trusted data foundation inside the GSI’s agentic AI delivery practice globally.
This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the Global Head of GSI Relationships. You will orchestrate across sales, partner solution architecture, marketing, and partner operations — bringing the full weight of the organisation to bear on one of our highest-leverage commercial relationships.
What You'll Do
Relationship strategy and executive engagement
Own the global GSI relationship at partner and C-suite level, building trusted relationships with Client, practice and delivery team leads.
Define and execute a multi-year joint strategy that positions dbt + Fivetran as the default open data infrastructure layer within the GSI’s enterprise AI and agentic workflow delivery
Represent NewCo at GSI’s internal forums, client briefings, and industry events — articulating a compelling narrative around open data infrastructure and its relevance to the GSI’s strategy.
Platform integration and practitioner adoption
Drive adoption of the dbt + Fivetran platform within GSI delivery teams — ensuring practitioners, solution architects and practice leads are certified, confident, and actively recommending the platform in client engagements
Work with GSI's practice leadership to embed NewCo's platform into their business groups, standard delivery architectures, RFP responses and client proposals — with particular focus on GSI's Data & AI practices
Enablement and go-to-market
Design and execute a frictionless enablement programme for GSI practitioners globally — certifications, reference architectures, use case playbooks, and joint delivery assets
Partner with GSI's marketing and alliances teams to develop joint go-to-market campaigns anchored to open data infrastructure, trusted AI delivery, and closing the gap between AI POC and production
Support GSI in building and positioning client-facing agentic AI value accelerators — with NewCo platform as the foundational data layer — the "NewCo inside" model
Pipeline and opportunity development
Source and develop new pipeline opportunities through the GSI relationship — identifying client situations where open data infrastructure creates measurable value.
Drive co-sell motions alongside GSI account teams, ensuring NewCo is present and influential at the point of client opportunity
Maintain a rigorous view of GSI-engaged pipeline — tracking opportunity sourcing, progression, and closed business attributed to the alliance
Telemetry and performance
Define and track the signals that indicate a healthy, high-performing GSI relationship: certifications, sourced opportunities, platform deployments, practitioner engagement, and joint wins
Report regularly to the Global Head of GSI Relationships on alliance health, pipeline contribution, and strategic progress
Identify risks and gaps in the relationship early and mobilise internal resources to address them
What you will bring
15+ years of experience in strategic alliances, enterprise sales, or partner management within the data, cloud, or enterprise software industry
Demonstrated experience managing complex, global relationships with major consulting firms or global system integrators at a senior level
Deep understanding of the modern data stack and the business value of open data infrastructure — dbt, Fivetran, or equivalent experience strongly preferred
Ability to engage credibly at C-suite and partner level within a global consulting organisation — understanding how GSIs make decisions, build practices, and go to market
Strong commercial instincts — able to identify, thoroughly qualify and develop joint pipeline opportunities, not just manage existing relationships
Track record of operating as a cross-functional orchestrator — influencing without direct authority across sales, engineering, marketing, and operations
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — able to translate technical platform capabilities into compelling business narratives for consulting and enterprise audiences
Familiarity with AI, agentic workflows, and the data governance landscape is a strong advantage + strong knowledge of GSI's operating model and contacts within.
Willingness to travel globally to engage GSI leadership and teams across regions
What Success Looks Like in Year One
A clearly defined joint strategy with GSI signed off at partner Executive level and on track to primary Global Strategic Practice.
Material increase in GSI practitioner certifications and active platform deployments across Data & AI and Insights & Data practices
GSI-sourced pipeline contributing measurably to NewCo's revenue
At least two joint go-to-market campaigns live in the market delivering pipeline — anchored to GSI's agentic AI and trusted data agenda
First client-facing agentic value accelerators built on NewCo platform delivered with GSI — positioning NewCo as the trusted data infrastructure inside GSI's AI delivery
A telemetry framework in place tracking alliance health and pipeline influence
Why This Role
This is a rare opportunity to own a marquee relationship at a defining moment for both companies. GSI’s are publicly committing to capturing the full value of the agentic AI revolution for customers — and the merged dbt + Fivetran platform is the trusted data infrastructure that makes AI production-ready. The person who builds this alliance well will sit at the intersection of the two most important forces in enterprise technology right now: the scale of a global systems integrator and the open infrastructure that makes AI trustworthy enough to deploy at scale.
This position qualifies for Fivetran’s incentive plan, and it’s common for employees in this role to achieve the total on-target earnings.

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE TEAM & ROLE
Ramp's procurement product is changing how companies buy. We've built the fastest intake-to-pay platform on the market — 3x faster than traditional P2P workflows, with AI that automates sourcing, contract extraction, approval routing, and invoice matching in one place. Customers save an average of 16% on vendor spend annually and eliminate 46+ hours of manual purchasing work every month.
As Manager of Procurement Activation, you're the person who makes that real at scale. You'll lead a team of Procurement Activation Specialists working with Mid-Market customers, typically 100 to 999 employees, $50M to $100M in revenue, from discovery and configuration through go-live. Where your ICs work directly with CFOs and controllers to redesign how individual companies buy, you're building the system that makes those implementations excellent, repeatable, and fast.
🎯 WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead & Develop the Team
- Hire, onboard, and develop Procurement Activation Specialists; own their ramp from week one to full independence
- Run structured 1:1s and coaching that moves ICs from reactive to proactive, and from execution to insight
- Build a team culture where CSMs, AMs, and AEs don't just loop you in on escalations — they come to your team first, before things get complicated
Define & Lead Strategy
- Build the Procurement Activation playbook from the ground up: define what excellent looks like at every stage — discovery, configuration, customer education, go-live — and codify it so the team can execute it consistently and independently
- Turn implementation patterns into structured product feedback Engineering and Product can act on. You're the bridge between what customers experience in the field and how the product gets better.
- Partner with Sales, AM, and CSM leadership to define how procurement deals get handed off, scoped, and resourced — and own those standards across the organization
Operationalize & Scale
- Build the implementation process to survive growth: as Ramp's procurement product ships new capabilities and the customer base expands, you're ahead of what needs to change
- Spot systemic blockers across implementations, drive resolution across functions. Product gaps, handoff failures, coverage issues.
- Represent procurement activation in GTM planning, headcount conversations, and roadmap discussions. This team has a seat at the table because you've earned it!
🧠 WHAT YOU BRING
- Procurement depth that earns the room: you understand procure-to-pay workflows, approval structures, ERP integrations, and vendor management well enough that a Controller or VP of Finance trusts your judgment on the first call.
- Real people development experience: you've managed or closely mentored ICs and can point to specific moments where someone's skills or confidence visibly changed because of how you worked with them. Formal management tenure matters less than the quality of those examples.
- Cross-functional influence without authority: you get alignment from people who don't report to you, communicate clearly at every level — AE, CSM, AM, VP — and hold your position when priorities compete
- You've built something people actually use: a playbook, a training program, an escalation framework — something you created from scratch that outlasted your direct involvement and others adopted as their own
- Writes and speaks with precision: you can walk a Controller through a procurement workflow and brief a VP on why an implementation is stalling, on the same day, in the same register of credibility
🌟 NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in a customer-facing implementation or success role at a procurement software company (Coupa, Zip, Procurify, Stampli, Ivalua, or similar) or working in Procurement at a previous company.
- Familiarity with AP automation, ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks), or invoice-to-payment workflows
- Background in CS, implementation, or solutions consulting in B2B SaaS
🏆 WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
At 6 months: You're onboarding new hires on your own, making customer escalation calls without day-to-day guidance, and you've built a real reputation as the procurement authority inside Ramp.
At 12 months: You're running independently and generating ideas that move procurement forward, not just executing what you inherited. You've influenced product direction based on patterns you spotted in the field. You have genuine relationships across CS, Sales, AM, and Product leadership — not just working ones. And the team you've built has changed how Ramp thinks about what a specialist program can do, with a clear path to doing the same in other product areas.

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE TEAM & ROLE
Ramp's procurement product is changing how companies buy. We've built the fastest intake-to-pay platform on the market. 3x faster than traditional P2P workflows, with AI that automates sourcing, contract extraction, approval routing, and invoice matching in one place. Customers save an average of 16% on vendor spend annually and eliminate 46+ hours of manual purchasing work every month.
As a Procurement Product Activation Manager, you're the person who makes that real for our customers. You'll work directly with CFOs, controllers, and finance operations teams to design, configure, and launch Ramp's procurement product — helping them go from broken, manual buying processes to a streamlined system that their entire company actually uses.
This is not a "follow the playbook" implementation role. You'll be redesigning how companies buy things, which requires equal parts process consulting, product expertise, and relationship management.
🎯 WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own procurement implementation for Commercial and upper Mid-Market accounts from close-won through go-live
- Partner with CFOs, finance ops, IT, and legal stakeholders to map existing procurement workflows and design their future-state on Ramp through a change management process
- When procurement and Bill Pay are both part of the deal, cover both — procurement is the priority, but you carry Bill Pay activation when it's bundled
- Provide structured product feedback to Ramp's Engineering and Product teams based on what you see across implementations — this is a core part of the role
- Partner with AEs and AMs when procurement configuration questions come up pre-close or during expansion
🧠 WHAT YOU BRING
- Real procurement depth: you've lived inside procure-to-pay — whether at a company managing purchasing or at a platform like Coupa, Zip, Procurify, Stampli, or Ivalua. PO creation, approval routing, invoice matching, and ERP sync aren't concepts you read about; they're things you've configured or managed.
- Customer-facing confidence: you run structured discovery, manage calls with multiple decision-makers, and can guide a Controller or AP Manager through a configuration decision without losing their trust
- Strong follow-through: multiple implementations running at once, nothing falls through, customers don't have to chase you
- Moves fast independently: Ramp's product ships constantly. You don't wait for someone to brief you on a new feature — you find it, figure it out, and update your approach.
- Sharp product instincts: you can tell the difference between a user error, a training gap, and a real product limitation — and you say so directly to Engineering and Product, not just "the customer asked for X."
🌟 NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a procurement software company in an implementation, solutions, or customer success role
- Familiarity with NetSuite, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems and how they integrate with procurement tools
- Consulting background or experience at a company where structured discovery was a core skill. You know how to lead a call and leave with clear requirements
🏆 WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- You're carrying 50–60 active implementations per quarter and customers are hitting go-live on schedule
- Your CSM counterparts know what you're working on and why — handoffs are clean, nothing falls through the cracks between implementation and ongoing success
- You've built or meaningfully improved at least one internal process — a playbook, a feedback loop with Product, a configuration template — that the team uses after you

About the role

Define requirements for Fusion features that integrate seamlessly with the dbt platform and unlock enterprise value
Keep the Fusion engineering team aligned, unblocked, and executing on a predictable cadence
Contribute hands-on to the dbt Core / Fusion codebases, including code reviews, documentation, and small feature implementations
Collaborate with OSS strategy leads, platform PM peers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a unified roadmap
What success looks like
Shipping net-new features on a predictable quarterly cadence
Measurable contribution to Fusion PLG growth metrics, including identification and monetization of local dbt deployments
Hands-on contributions to dbt Core and Fusion code bases, including merged PRs and meaningful improvements to the open source codebase
Strong execution and alignment across the Fusion engineering team
You're a good fit if you have
5+ years of product management experience in technical domains such as developer tooling, data platforms, or open source software
Strong grasp of system architectures, particularly for local deployments and how they scale to enterprise use cases
Understanding of how open source investments drive PLG growth and product strategy
Ability to bridge technical delivery with business impact, translating features into revenue and growth metrics
Experience working with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and ship complex technical features
Strong communication skills with empathy for open source contributors and enterprise users alike
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with dbt or similar transformation frameworks
Background in plugin architectures, extensibility systems, or platform ecosystems
Understanding of PLG motions and freemium-to-paid conversion strategies
Experience with SQL engines, query optimization, or compute systems
Prior experience as an engineer whose worked with modern development frameworks (examples: React, Typescript, Python, etc.)

- Create and coordinate launch deliverables such as changelogs, demos, enablement materials, email, social copy, and go-to-market communications
- Equip Sales, CX, and other customer-facing teams with the context and materials they need to communicate new launches effectively
- Bring customer insight, product understanding, and market context back into product and launch decisions
What we’re looking for
- Exceptional writing and editorial judgment, with the ability to make complex ideas feel clear and compelling
- Strong positioning and messaging skills grounded in customer problems, product truth, and differentiation
- Great project management skills and ability to track large amounts of detail.
- Comfort going deep on product details and building credibility with Product, Engineering, and Design
- Strong judgment, ownership, and the ability to operate autonomously while maintaining a high quality bar
What we offer
We're a small, focused team that cares deeply about the quality of our work and the people we do it with. Here's what you can expect:

- Analyze financial statements, bank data, bureau information, and other risk signals to assess business health and repayment ability.
- Recommend the appropriate outcome, including approval, decline, a lower limit, or a request for additional information.
- Communicate clearly with customers when additional information or context is needed.
- Manage an underwriting queue while meeting quality and SLA expectations.
- Partner with teams across Risk, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Support to improve policies, tools, and workflows.
- Identify emerging risks and use AI and automation to improve decision quality and efficiency.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 4+ years of experience in underwriting, credit risk management, commercial lending, credit operations, or a related risk role.
- Experience in corporate cards, payments, fintech, banking, or related financial services.
- Strong financial analysis skills and experience reviewing financial statements, bank data, and transaction activity.
- Sound judgment and the ability to make defensible decisions with incomplete or conflicting information.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience operating independently and building or improving underwriting processes in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience underwriting European businesses or working with EU-based financial services customers.
- Experience using AI or automation to improve workflows.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a high-growth startup or on a scaling operations team.
WORK SCHEDULE
This role will follow a schedule aligned with European customer needs, extending Ramp’s underwriting coverage beyond standard US business hours.

- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is looking for a Recruiting Program Manager to help design, build, and scale the systems and programs that power how we hire. This is a role for someone who moves fast, takes ownership, and doesn't wait to be told what to do — someone who operates with both strategic altitude and operational precision, and knows how to bring clarity and momentum to complex cross-functional work.
We're at an inflection point in how we think about recruiting at Notion, and this role sits at the center of it. You'll partner closely with Recruiters, Recruiting Operations, People Operations, and senior leadership to drive some of our highest-priority initiatives — building the programs and processes that define how Notion finds, evaluates, and brings in exceptional talent.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
The scope of this role will evolve with the team's highest priorities. Some examples of what you might work on:
- Interviewer systems and efficacy — design the systems, structures, and standards that make Notion's interviewing reliably great: how we train interviewers, how we measure their effectiveness, how we calibrate quality over time, and how we continuously raise the bar; this includes programs like Interviewer 101, Hiring Manager Training, and functional interviewer certifications tailored to specific teams
- Interviewer pool health — own the systems and strategy behind how we maintain a healthy, well-mapped interviewer pool, manage AI and experimental interview formats, and keep quality high at scale
- Recruiting team onboarding and enablement — build and run programs that get new recruiters up to speed quickly and keep the team operating at a high level
- Specialty hiring programs — provide program management support for specialized hiring motions like internal mobility, M&A integration, and other high-priority strategic initiatives
- Cross-functional playbooks and infrastructure — build the processes, communications, and coordination frameworks that help Recruiting run with more consistency, clarity, and scale
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- 5+ years of relevant experience in program management, recruiting operations, or a highly cross-functional role in a fast-moving environment
- High agency — you move fast, take ownership end-to-end, and don't wait for perfect information or explicit direction to get started. Ambiguity doesn't scare you.
- Builder mentality — you're most energized when creating something new or improving something that doesn't yet work well
- Strong AI skills — think beyond generative AI. We're looking for folks with hands-on experience building custom agents, skills, etc and have taught them to others. You're genuinely excited about using AI to change how a core business function works
- Strong project management skills — you can lead complex initiatives from scoping through execution, managing stakeholders, timelines, and competing priorities along the way; you're equally comfortable driving short-term sprints and stewarding long-range programs that evolve over months or years
- Proven ability to operate with discretion and high judgment on sensitive or high-profile work
- Strong analytical instincts — you use data to evaluate program health, spot patterns, and make informed decisions
- Outstanding written and verbal communication — you tailor your message to the audience and create clarity across all levels of the organization
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with recruiting program management workstreams through different stages of recruiting evolution
- You use Notion and love it — you get what we're building
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $195,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re hiring a strategic, data‑driven leader to shape the future of scaled customer success at Ramp. This role will design, operationalize, and lead programs that activate, retain, and grow 50% of Ramp’s micro‑SMB customers who don’t receive white‑glove 1:1 support, blending strategy, systems, and people leadership to drive impact at scale.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and evolve Ramp’s self‑service onboarding and activation strategy in partnership with Scaled CS leadership, Product, and Growth.
- Use data to diagnose activation bottlenecks, build dashboards, run metric reviews, and drive data‑backed recommendations.
- Partner with Product to improve activation features and automation that enhance self‑onboarding.
- Lead customer education programs at scale: group onboarding trainings, video content, chatbot optimization, and lifecycle communications.
- Continuously improve systems and team efficiency through automation, content, and applied AI initiatives.
- Design, launch, and iterate scaled CS programs that improve outcomes across thousands of customers.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 Scaled Customer Success Managers, each handling ~300 monthly new customers.
- Drive team performance across activation, expansion, and CSAT targets while fostering ownership and excellence.
- Hire, train, and enable team members on Ramp’s product, customer journey, and playbooks.
- Partner cross‑functionally with CS, Sales, Product, Growth, and Data to align scaled strategy with company goals.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 4+ years in consulting, CS operations, revenue or business operations, or strategy within high‑growth B2B SaaS
- 2+ years of people management experience leading high‑performing CS or operations teams
- Proven success building or optimizing scalable programs and processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into dashboards, operational insights, and measurable outcomes
- Skilled at cross‑functional leadership and influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Growth, Data, Sales, and CS
NICE TO HAVES
- Customer‑facing or quota‑carrying experience with a track record of exceeding goals
- Experience building education content, webinars, or scaled training programs
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In the first 6 months, this leader will have launched and iterated scaled activation programs that measurably increase self‑serve activation and early retention, established a recurring metrics review with dashboards that surface funnel bottlenecks, and lifted team efficiency and CSAT through process, automation, and content improvements while developing a high‑performing team of 6–8 sCSMs.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $400M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We are hiring a Principal Engineer to help define the technical direction for core product experiences at 1Password.
This is a senior individual contributor role for an engineer who can translate ambitious product strategy into systems that scale technically and operationally. You will drive architecture, engineering standards, and technical direction across the product ecosystem, working across client applications, distributed services, data platforms, and shared infrastructure to build experiences that are secure, reliable, performant, and maintainable. This is not a role scoped to a single team or subsystem. The expectation is organization-level technical leadership: shaping how Product Engineering approaches complex cross-cutting problems, guiding long-term architectural investments, and establishing the technical patterns and operational standards other teams build against.
You will operate across the full lifecycle of product engineering work, from architecture and system design through production operations and long-term evolution. Success in this role requires balancing product velocity with engineering durability, making pragmatic technical tradeoffs, and driving alignment across teams with different priorities and constraints.
You will help evolve the next generation of 1Password’s product architecture, including the responsible integration of AI capabilities into core product experiences. Security and privacy by default, cross-platform consistency, operational resilience, and enterprise-scale reliability are foundational requirements that must be reflected in every architectural decision.
If you want to build systems used daily by millions of individuals and hundreds of thousands of businesses, and solve engineering problems where distributed systems, reliability, usability, security, and intelligent automation all matter simultaneously, this is that role.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- You have designed and operated large-scale distributed systems where reliability, scalability, maintainability, and operational excellence matter.
- You have deep experience driving architecture and technical direction across multiple teams, organizations, or product domains.
- You have strong systems-thinking instincts and can reason effectively about platform boundaries, distributed systems constraints, developer ergonomics, and long-term technical sustainability.
- You have experience building customer-facing product systems across clients, APIs, distributed services, cloud infrastructure, and data platforms.
- You have experience building or scaling event-driven systems, microservices architectures, or shared platform infrastructure in production environments.
- You have practical experience integrating AI or ML capabilities into production applications and understand the engineering tradeoffs involved in introducing AI into trust-sensitive product experiences.

- You communicate clearly with engineers, executives, and cross-functional partners, and can explain complex technical tradeoffs in practical terms.
- You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping organizations make durable technical decisions before every variable is known.
Bonus points for:
- Experience in identity, authentication, authorization, secrets management, enterprise security, or trust-oriented product domains.
- Experience building large-scale event-driven or multi-region distributed systems in cloud environments.
- Experience building cross-platform applications or shared platform architectures at scale.
- Experience with developer platforms, internal engineering frameworks, CI/CD systems, or large-scale infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Experience integrating LLMs or AI-assisted workflows into customer-facing SaaS applications.
- Experience with endpoint trust, browser or extension security, enterprise administration workflows, or device posture systems.
- Experience mentoring engineers and raising the engineering bar across organizations through technical leadership and operational excellence.
What you can expect:
- Define architecture and technical direction for core product capabilities spanning clients, distributed services, data platforms, and shared infrastructure.
- Establish engineering standards and reusable architectural patterns for scalable, maintainable, and resilient product systems across Product Engineering.
- Drive long-term technical strategy across critical product areas, balancing immediate delivery needs with scalability, operational excellence, and platform sustainability.
- Partner closely with Product, Design, Security, Privacy, Infrastructure, and Data teams to ensure technical decisions support both customer outcomes and long-term operational durability.

- Define engineering expectations for AI-enabled product systems, including evaluation frameworks, rollout safety, telemetry, fallback behavior, auditability, and operational controls.
- Establish shared platform capabilities and infrastructure patterns that allow teams to build product features consistently across clients, services, APIs, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Influence and drive key architectural decisions around distributed systems design, event-driven architectures, synchronization models, scalability, performance, reliability, extensibility, and platform interoperability.
- Help teams navigate difficult technical tradeoffs, unblock large cross-functional initiatives, and reduce systemic engineering complexity across the organization.
- Raise the operational bar for production systems through stronger reliability practices, observability standards, incident readiness, performance analysis, and engineering discipline.
- Mentor and influence engineers across the organization through technical leadership, architecture reviews, design guidance, and hands-on problem solving.
What success looks like:
Success in this role means Product Engineering can scale product development without sacrificing reliability, maintainability, security, or customer trust. That includes:
- Durable architectural patterns that enable teams to move faster with less duplication and lower operational overhead.
- Product systems that scale reliably across platforms, enterprise environments, and growing customer complexity.
- Engineering teams making more consistent technical decisions with clearer standards and stronger shared foundations.
- AI-powered product experiences that are useful, measurable, trustworthy, and operationally safe.
- Reduced systemic friction across development, delivery, observability, and cross-team coordination.
- Stronger operational resilience, including improved reliability, debuggability, rollout safety, and incident response readiness.
- Technical investments that improve long-term engineering velocity instead of creating organizational drag or platform fragmentation.

Ramp's Dev API team builds the programmatic surfaces that let developers and AI agents read from and write to Ramp. We are an AI-focused platform team making it trivially easy for any engineer at Ramp (or outside it) to ship new capabilities across all surfaces. Our ideal candidate thinks agent-first, has strong opinions on developer experience, and wants to define how software interacts with financial infrastructure at scale.
Check out our Engineering Blog https://engineering.ramp.com/ for more on our tech stack, mission, and values!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and operate Ramp's multi-surface platform with a high bar for reliability, correctness, and developer experience across tens of thousands of businesses.
- Serve thousands of builders and partners using our API, driving a large fraction of Ramp’s revenue, and deliver on a massive business opportunity to embed Ramp everywhere.
- Build software factories -- autonomous tooling and agents that accelerate endpoint creation, enabling teams across Ramp to ship their own API surfaces.
- Lead design and execution of complex backend projects end-to-end (architecture, implementation, rollout, monitoring) in Python, Temporal, and Postgres.
- Own user experience and platform robustness end-to-end -- harden and evolve the API with an emphasis on quality, reliability, and sustainability.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience
- Experience building APIs or developer-facing platforms
- Strong instinct for developer experience -- you've felt the pain of bad docs, bad error messages, and bad onboarding
- Strong ownership over delivering technical and business outcomes in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated hands-on, daily use of AI coding agents as the primary development driver.
- Comfort with agentic workflows, orchestration layers, and AI tooling broadly
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
Docker seeks a Principal Software Engineer to define the technical vision and architecture for our internal Developer Tools team. This is a rare opportunity to establish how software is designed, built, shipped, and operated at Docker. With the addition of AI we are modernizing our SDLC and building the mechanisms that make the right way the easy way for every engineer.
You'll own the technical strategy across four interconnected pillars:
Platform Engineering & Self-Service: Design and build the internal developer platform that empowers teams across Docker to unblock themselves, rapidly scaffolding, prototyping, deploying, and operating their own services and tools.
CI/CD & Build Systems: Define Docker's technical approach to continuous integration, delivery, and build infrastructure. Establish architectural standards for pipeline tooling, GitOps deployment patterns, build substrate, and release engineering.
As Principal Software Engineer, you'll partner with engineering leadership across Docker, principal engineers, Security, Infrastructure, and the service teams to author the SDLC tenets that underpin all of this work, and build the mechanisms those tenets run through.
Reporting to the Sr Manager of Developer Tools, you'll collaborate closely with engineering leadership across Docker, product engineering teams, platform teams, and ultimately customers as internal tools evolve into product offerings.
WHAT WOULD MAKE SOMEONE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
You're a technical leader who excels at the intersection of developer experience, platform engineering, and systems design. You think in platforms and golden paths, building once and enabling dozens of teams to move faster. You have strong opinions on what makes developer tools great: invisible by default, indispensable once adopted, and measurable in the workflows engineers already use.
You have deep experience across the breadth of the developer tooling stack, CI/CD, build systems, observability infrastructure, and developer platforms, and working knowledge of LLM integration and AI agent development. You understand the nuances of internal platforms: designing for adoption, not mandate; plugging into existing workflows before standing up new ones; and earning trust through data before expanding scope.
You have exceptional judgment on when to build custom solutions versus integrate existing tools, and you're comfortable navigating a rapidly evolving landscape across both AI and developer infrastructure. You balance technical excellence with pragmatism, shipping iteratively while maintaining high quality bars. Most importantly, you lead through influence and mentorship, elevating the entire engineering organization's technical capabilities.
