ABOUT THE TEAM
The OpenAI Brand & Reputation team builds positive perceptions of the company by making AI’s benefits and OpenAI’s contribution clear. Our work brings together positive-impact storytelling, community programs and visible company action to give people a reason to believe in what we’re building.
We tell real people’s stories, work with partners to expand opportunities for communities to learn and apply AI, and develop campaigns around research breakthroughs, product improvements and meaningful company progress on the issues people care about. We bring audience insight into close collaboration with teams across the company, grounding our work in tangible outcomes and measuring how it strengthens belief in our positive societal impact and favorability toward the company.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Program Manager to help our brand team deliver integrated creative programs. You’ll work closely with our brand marketing lead, initially supporting partner-led programs and other brand initiatives, with potential to support storytelling programs over time.
You’ll turn direction into an executable plan, connect the people involved and keep work moving through creative development, reviews and launch. You’ll bring structure and accountability while leaving room for ideas to develop.
We need someone who understands the creative process and can balance quality, timing and changing priorities. You’ll partner with marketers who own strategy and with Creative and Production leads who own their respective disciplines.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Build and maintain program plans covering deliverables, milestones, dependencies, owners and approvals.
- Coordinate work across Marketing, Creative, Production, Communications and external partners.
- Organize creative reviews so teams have the right context, clear feedback and actionable decisions.
- Track scope changes and delivery risks, explain their implications and recommend practical options.
- Coordinate partner inputs and approvals so teams can progress against an agreed plan.
- Maintain clear working documents, decision records and status updates.
- Support launch readiness and capture lessons that improve the next program.
YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU:
- Have managed integrated creative campaigns or brand programs across multiple teams and channels.
- Understand how work moves from brief and concept through production, approval and rollout.
- Can build useful structure when the scope or direction is still developing.
- Anticipate dependencies, surface problems early and keep teams accountable for agreed actions.
- Can balance creative ambition with delivery constraints without losing sight of quality.
- Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders, creative teams and external partners.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a creative program management role at a technology company or advertising agency.
- Experience coordinating partnerships, storytelling or campaigns with multiple approval groups.
- A background in integrated production with responsibility across the full campaign process.
WORKPLACE & CONTRACT DETAILS
- Location and working arrangement: Remote.
- Proposed contract duration: 6 months.
- Anticipated start date: To be confirmed

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are looking for an experienced accountant to own Equity Accounting and Reporting at Anthropic, based in San Francisco. You will be the one owner of equity accounting numbers across US GAAP, IFRS and local GAAP in every jurisdiction where we have employees holding equity: expense booking by entity, intercompany recharge booking, current and deferred tax on equity, and the equity footnote and local statutory disclosures, prepared once and reused. You will own equity reporting data from Shareworks, our equity administration platform, through to the ledgers, while staying hands-on: preparing and reviewing close materials, owning your own accounts, and serving as the first escalation point for the judgment calls in your domain.
Share-based compensation (SBC) is one of the most cross-functional areas of our reporting. Grants, vesting, exercises and the events that follow each carry requirements for US GAAP, IFRS and local GAAP expense, pushdown and recharge postings, tax provisioning, payroll withholding, transfer pricing and statutory disclosure, and those needs are met across Equity Administration, Equity Reporting, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Transfer Pricing and Global Payroll from a single set of award-level records. This is a build role: you will take the open workstreams from manual to automated, work with Finance Systems and Shareworks to build the reports each stage needs, finalize the policies and agreements that sit behind recharges, and bring the end-to-end process to a scalable, efficient and fully compliant close. We are looking for someone who has owned equity accounting in a growing global organization before and wants to do it again at one of the most important companies in the world.
Key responsibilities
Close ownership
Own the equity portfolio through month-end and quarter-end close: US GAAP, IFRS and local GAAP equity expense, pushed down and booked by entity, including reconciliations, journal entries and variance commentary
Own intercompany recharge booking: invoicing, settlement, Treasury communication and the foreign exchange (FX) that follows
Own current and deferred tax on equity by entity and in local currency, including the IFRS deferred tax mark to the share price and windfalls or shortfalls through the tax provision
Ensure every close deliverable is audit-ready, with clear documentation of positions and supporting evidence
Technical accounting and policy
Write, own and maintain the accounting policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equity across US GAAP, IFRS and local GAAP: grant-date fair value and expense schedules, recharge basis by entity, mobility apportionment, and the treatment of cancellations, modifications and one-off events
Partner closely with Tax to close every open policy position and execute the recharge agreements that depend on them
Research the tax and accounting rules for each new jurisdiction entered and categorize it under our framework before the first grant lands there
Own the equity footnote and local statutory disclosures for all entities, including the award rollforward for each period with internal transfers, and the external audit responses that support them
Controls
Design and operate Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls across equity expense, recharges and deferred tax; review control evidence and own timely remediation of any gaps
Establish completeness and cut-off controls so that the same award, the same entity, the same event dates and the same FX rate flow from Shareworks to every ledger, report and return
Systems and automation
Anticipate changes in reporting needs and work with Finance Systems and Shareworks to build them: IFRS expense and deferred tax reports in local currency at Workday rates, mobility snapshots driving expense apportionment, corporate tax apportionment rules, and exercise and disclosure reports with mobility detail
Automate the monthly pushdown and recharge postings and the reconciliation of deferred tax to expense reports, replacing manual work
Document workflows and controls in a way that supports knowledge transfer, audit evidence and scale
Cross-functional partnership
Partner with Equity Administration, Equity Reporting, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Transfer Pricing and Global Payroll so each stage of an award is handled from every statutory and reporting perspective and every stakeholder has the data they need
Record in the local books (secondary ledgers) the local SBC expense and recharges that feed the cost base for transfer pricing
Translate complex equity accounting into plain language for non-finance stakeholders
Equity events
Lead the cross-functional, cross-jurisdictional review of one-off equity events such as tender offers and share repurchases, covering the accounting, the deduction, payroll withholding, Treasury and the resulting disclosures
Coordinate with Tax and advisers on open conclusions, such as the apportionment logic for corporation tax versus payroll tax, so report configurations are right before they are built, manual rework is minimized and the data serves every purpose it is built for
Minimum qualifications
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional accounting qualification
Deep, hands-on experience with stock-based compensation under Accounting Standards Codification Topic 718 (ASC 718), IFRS 2 and local GAAP, including equity roll-forwards and reconciliation to an equity administration platform
Experience with the tax accounting for equity: current and deferred tax by entity, mobility apportionment, and windfalls and shortfalls through the provision
Experience owning a portfolio of accounts through close in a public company or pre-initial public offering (IPO) environment, including designing and operating SOX controls
Experience writing and maintaining accounting policies and SOPs, and being accountable for how they are applied
Ability to structure ambiguous problems, reach defensible conclusions and document them clearly
Clear written and verbal communication with non-accounting partners
Preferred qualifications
Progressive accounting experience that combines Big 4 audit with time at a high-growth or startup company
A clear point of view on how artificial intelligence (AI) tools can eliminate low-value accounting work, and a track record of putting it into practice
A project management qualification or experience running cross-functional workstreams
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

An Overview of this Role
As Director, Data Science, you'll lead GitLab's Product, Sales, and Finance Data Science teams and report to the VP of Data & Insights. You have two mandates:
Make Data Science a driver of growth.
Connect the team's work to GitLab's biggest priorities: supporting product innovation, making sure what we launch is improved and scaled with data, improving product adoption through our GTM motions, and growing the consumption business. Make sure the work changes decisions at the executive level.
Set the bar for great data science.
Define what makes a great Data Scientist at GitLab, from business partnership to technical rigor, and develop managers who build teams where everyone shows up to that standard.
You lead through your managers with an overall team size of 12 including data scientists and analysts, ensuring direction with the team across the data organization, and staying close enough to the work to pressure-test the analyses and models that matter most.
What you’ll do
Build trusted relationships with executives across Product, Finance, and GTM, and act as their thought partner, shaping the questions the business should be asking, not just answering them
Own investment and prioritization across teams: decide where Data Science spends its time, and make trade-offs visible to senior leaders
Lead high-impact, cross-functional programs, such as driving new product adoption and growing our consumption business, from strategy through measurable business impact
Coach and mentor managers and senior ICs to grow as leaders, building succession and a bench of future leaders
Hold a high talent bar, and make sure every teammate grows into a trusted thought partner in their area
Set org-wide standards for metric definition, causal inference, and predictive modeling, and the role of AI in each
Build a high-trust culture of urgency, accountability, and open communication, and act on engagement and feedback across teams
Partner with Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, and other data teams across the company to solve data opportunities together, aligned on a shared data and AI roadmap
What you’ll bring
12+ years in data science, product analytics, or a related field, including 6+ years leading teams and 3+ years managing managers in B2B SaaS or tech
Track record of building and scaling a data science or analytics organization that executives treat as a strategic partner
Strong business acumen across product and go-to-market, with experience connecting data work to revenue and growth outcomes
Executive presence: communicates complex findings and trade-offs clearly to the C-suite, and coaches managers to do the same
Deep expertise in statistics, experimentation, and causal inference, with enough technical depth in SQL, Python, and ML to guide and pressure-test the team's work
Clear point of view on how AI is reshaping data science and analytics, and experience leading teams through that shift
Able to use GitLab, thrive in an all-remote, asynchronous company, model and coach GitLab's remote working competencies, and work in line with GitLab's values
Nice to Have
Experience with developer tools, DevSecOps, or product-led growth products
Experience with usage-based or consumption pricing models
Experience merging or restructuring data science and analytics teams
Thought leadership in data science or analytics, internally and externally
Advanced degree in a quantitative field
About the Team
Data Science at GitLab brings Data Science and Analytics together into one function. Our Data Scientists are business partners first, pairing strong business judgment with analytical rigor and statistical expertise. We help leaders decide where to invest, measure what worked, and understand how customers get value from GitLab.
The opportunity is growing fast. AI is driving growth in GitLab's consumption business, creating new ways for data to drive growth. As routine reporting becomes self-serve, the team focuses on the hard problems: experimentation, causal inference, production models, and recommendations leaders act on.

These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own all compensation communications to the field: plan launches, plan documents, policy updates, and payout notices. Every message should be clear, accurate, and on time.
- Respond to rep questions quickly and within a defined SLA, and track each request through to resolution so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Keep the internal sales compensation team aligned on every plan and policy change, and confirm each change is put into practice in calculations, systems, and processes.
- Make sure every rep understands how they are paid through plan training, new-hire onboarding, office hours, and enablement tools (earnings calculators, plan summaries, FAQs, and training decks).
- Model the cost, payout, and behavior impact of proposed plan designs and changes, and present tradeoffs that help leaders make decisions.
- Support the team on the monthly payroll process, including validating payouts, reconciling against plan terms, and preparing the payroll handoff.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years in sales compensation, commissions operations or a closely related finance/RevOps role, with hands-on involvement in at least one full annual plan design cycle.
- Experience with plan architecture and pay mix, including target incentives, measures and weightings, accelerators, and how plan design drives seller behavior.
- Strong modeling skills: building plan cost models, payout curves, and scenario analyses that leaders can act on.
- A track record of rolling out comp plans and changes to sales teams, including writing plan documents, running trainings, and building self-service enablement tools.
- Experience supporting a monthly commission payroll cycle, including payout validation, reconciliation, and payroll handoff.
- Experience using Salesforce and sales compensation tools to report on attainment and payouts.
EVEN BETTER…
- Experience designing compensation for new roles or go-to-market motions at a high-growth company.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.

- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

If you're curious, bold, and excited to help shape a borderless financial future, we'd love to talk.
Our Ethos
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
About the Team
Events are an essential piece of Rain's growth strategy, as they're where we meet new partners and deepen relationships with the ones we already have.
The events team sits within Marketing and Communications and is led by our Events Manager, who runs Rain's events globally. Our calendar covers major industry conferences like Money20/20, where we run booths and side events, along with events we host ourselves, such as workshops at our New York office and dinners co-hosted with partners in cities ranging from Singapore to Mexico City. That calendar keeps growing as Rain expands into new markets. You'll help make sure every event on it is well run and worth the investment.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate logistics for several events at once, from conference booths and sponsorships to the dinners and side events we host. You'll source venues and manage vendor contracts, and you'll make sure booth materials and swag arrive where they need to be.
- Book hotels and travel for the Rain team at each event, and keep everyone's plans organized in one place.
- Build the Know Before You Go (KBYG) decks that prepare our team for each event, covering the agenda, booth staffing, planned meetings, and the people we want to connect with there.
- Track timelines and spend for each event, including vendor invoices, so nothing slips between planning and wrap-up.
- Keep comms moving while our Events Manager is onsite. You'll field questions from internal teams and vendors and flag anything that needs a quick decision.
- Work with our sales and partnerships teams to understand which partners and prospects matter most for each event, and help shape guest lists and invitations around them.
- Travel to support events onsite, from booth setup to running check-in at a hosted dinner.
- Pitch ideas for events and formats we should try, and help report on results like attendance and meetings booked so each event informs the next one.
- Jump in wherever the work needs you, whether that's packing gift bags the night before a conference or rebooking hotels when plans change.
You are likely to succeed if you have:
- 1+ years of hands-on event experience, ideally at a startup, fintech, crypto/web3 company, or agency. You've worked conference booths, sponsorships, or hosted events and have seen at least one through from start to finish.
- A track record of hard work and organization. You can juggle several events at once and keep contracts, venues, hotel bookings, KBYG decks, swag, and shipping on schedule without losing track of the details.
- The ability to stay calm under pressure. When plans change on the day of an event, you solve the problem quickly and keep partners and teammates in the loop.
- Curiosity about stablecoins and payments, or excitement to learn fast. You can hold a good conversation with fintech, crypto, and enterprise partners at a co-hosted dinner or side event, and you understand why who's in the room matters.
- Creative instincts grounded in the business. You want to understand what each event needs to achieve for Rain, and you bring ideas that help it get there.
- A low-ego, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. One day you're stuffing gift bags and the next you're pitching an event we should host. You're proactive and you like working somewhere that moves fast.
- Strong working relationships with internal teams and outside vendors. You communicate clearly and represent Rain professionally with everyone you work with.
- Willingness to travel regularly, both domestically and internationally, and flexibility around event schedules.
Bonus attributes:
- Experience working major fintech or crypto conferences such as Money20/20, and a feel for how that circuit runs.
- Experience shipping booth materials and swag internationally, including customs paperwork.
- Familiarity with event registration and CRM tools like Luma or HubSpot.
- An eye for design that shows up in booth layouts and swag choices.
