About Magic Eden and Dicey
Magic Eden reached unicorn status in just 9 months after launch, one of the fastest in history. They built a category-defining NFT marketplace from scratch and are now developing Dicey, a crypto casino and sportsbook platform targeting the $180B+ iGaming and sports betting markets. The team is small and fully remote, focusing on fast shipping, data-driven decisions, and rebuilding growth operations around AI.
The role
The position focuses on personalized retention in the iGaming industry, owning the full post-signup journey. Responsibilities include expanding the player segmentation framework, designing and running targeted offers and campaigns, and managing the associated P&L lever. The role is explicitly AI-native, involving building workflows, agents, and pipelines to run lifecycle campaigns efficiently. Half the job is problem identification, the other half is running experiments to find solutions.
What you'll do
— Own retention and monetization as a growth loop, setting targets, finding leverage, and driving post-signup metrics
— Own and evolve the player segmentation framework, deciding signals and company usage
— Build the AI-native growth stack including analysis, agents, and automated pipelines for segment surfacing, offer generation, and campaign execution
— Design and ship targeted offers such as reload bonuses, lossback, wager bounties, challenges, and win-back sequences; size, specify, ship, and measure them
— Analyze data warehouse and on-chain data to find patterns and create campaigns proactively
— Expand player signals including on-chain activity, status-match programs, social account linking, and others
— Run campaigns across channels like email, in-app, Telegram, with AI handling heavy lifting
— Collaborate with engineering and design to create product surfaces that enable repeatable processes
What they're looking for
— Strong intuition for player psychology and incentive design; experience in gambling, gaming, fintech, or consumer marketplaces is helpful
— Deep analytical skills, able to independently perform cohort analyses without waiting for data scientists
— AI-native mindset, already using AI to write queries, build analyses, and automate work, with desire to advance further
— High output with good judgment, generating many ideas and prioritizing tests effectively
— Bias to do it yourself, comfortable executing emails, queries, and specs personally
— Comfortable with ambiguity and building new playbooks
Backgrounds that tend to fit
— Growth PM at data-heavy consumer companies
— MBB consultants transitioning to product ownership
— Product-minded data scientists or analysts focused on shipping rather than reporting
Why this is interesting
— Competitive, top-of-market compensation
— Defining the role of a growth PM in an AI-native company without existing playbooks
— Early involvement in personalized retention, a key industry trend
— Real ownership of segmentation framework, product surface, and P&L lever with direct access to founders

— Работать с UI на Jetpack Compose и внутренней дизайн-системой: экраны, состояния, reusable-компоненты, accessibility.
— Реализовывать presentation/domain/data слои: ViewModel, UI state/effects, use cases, repositories, mappers, интеграции с backend-клиентами.

About the Role
Enterprise deals aren't won by a single email or a single seller. They're won by a coordinated push that reaches every stakeholder in the room, at the right moment, with the right message. As our Account-Based Marketing Manager, you'll own the programs that turn our highest-value Enterprise and Strategic accounts into pipeline. You'll work directly with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Partnerships to build 1:1 and 1:few plays that engage buying groups and move complex, multi-stakeholder deals forward. This is a role for someone who's comfortable building from limited precedent and translating account strategy into campaigns that actually change how a deal moves.
What you'll do
Own and execute ABM programs for a defined portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic accounts, from strategy through campaign delivery.
Design 1:1 and 1:few ABM plays that engage decision-makers and full buying groups, not just single contacts.
Partner with Sales on account plans, opportunity progression, and executive engagement, acting as the marketing counterpart to their account strategy.
Build personalized messaging and content experiences tailored to enterprise stakeholders, translating account priorities into a value narrative.
Run multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email, paid media, content hubs, direct mail, and events, sequencing channels to match where each account is in the funnel.
Lead high-touch executive engagement initiatives, including curated dinners, events, and account-specific experiences that build senior-level relationships.
Drive account research to surface buying group members, whitespace, and engagement signals that inform where to focus next.
Track account engagement, campaign performance, and pipeline impact across the portfolio, and use those signals to reallocate effort toward what's working.
Test new ABM tactics and engagement approaches, treating each program as a hypothesis to validate rather than a template to repeat.
At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool, not an experimental one. We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve.
Skills and Qualifications
4-7 years of B2B marketing experience with strong exposure to enterprise demand generation, ABM, or strategic account marketing.
Demonstrated experience executing multi-channel ABM programs targeting complex buying groups.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate account engagement and pipeline signals and adjust programs accordingly.
Experience partnering closely with Sales to support account strategies and opportunity progression.
Ability to independently plan and execute marketing initiatives aligned with broader strategic objectives.
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and ABM or intent tools.
Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and plans need to adapt in real time.
Nice to Have
Experience running executive-level engagement programs (dinners, curated events, VIP experiences).
Background in SaaS or fintech, where enterprise sales cycles involve multiple senior stakeholders.
You'll Thrive Here If
You Treat a stalled enterprise deal as a puzzle to solve, not someone else's problem.
Can build a program from scratch when there's no playbook to follow.
Read pipeline and engagement data as a starting point for the next test, not a to file away.
Move comfortably between big-picture account strategy and the details of a single campaign asset.
Build real working relationships with sellers instead of treating Sales as a stakeholder to manage.
Hold a high bar for personalization. Generic ABM doesn't move enterprise buying groups.
Take ownership of outcomes, not just activity. Pipeline impact is the scoreboard.
Give and take direct feedback easily, and adjust fast when a play isn't landing.
Compensation
The compensation range for this role is $98,000 - $106,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, alignment with the role’s requirements and location.
Perks & Benefits
Health, Dental, and Vision insurance covered at 100% for employees, 80% for employee plus dependents, and 70% for employees plus family.
FSA and HSA Spending Account.
20 days of vacation, 5 sick days, 11 company holidays plus an additional 1 floating holiday.
401(k) plan with company match.
100% Company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, basic life insurance and AD&D.
Paid parental leave (12 weeks for primary caregivers / 6 weeks for secondary caregivers).
Generous home office stipend to support your remote workspace.
Annual professional development stipend to support your growth (e.g., workshops, courses, and seminars).
Charitable giving program and paid volunteer time off with registered non-profits.
