1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $400M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As an Account Executive working remotely in the UK and focused on the UK region, you manage target-accounts and an existing book of business that has companies with 501 - 2,500 employees based in the United Kingdom. Your primary focus is hunting new business opportunities, building sales pipeline, and driving growth within the Commercial sector. You are also responsible for upselling into the existing account base, leveraging our Extended Access Management Identity.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
Expectations of this role
This is a hybrid role with a regular travel component. You will be expected to work from 1Password’s London office 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work from the office up to 5 days per week based on business needs.
You will also regularly engage in customer-facing activities, including in-person meetings, events, and other travel required to effectively support your territory. Travel within your assigned territory, and occasionally outside of it, will be a part of your job, and you are responsible for managing your schedule in a way that works for the company and you.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in security with a focus on Commercial accounts OR top performance in SMB and ready to step up.
- Demonstrated success in owning and growing a geographical territory or country within EMEA.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs, including consistent experience closing deals with $50k+ ARR and the ability to clearly articulate deal strategy, execution, and outcomes.
- Demonstrated success in upselling & cross-selling to both new customers and across a book of business, and in uncovering customer pain points beyond what's initially shared.
- Proven track record of leveraging executive stakeholders throughout deal cycles, effectively multi-threading opportunities, and securing in-person meetings with key decision-makers.
- Experience conducting regular in-person customer engagement multiple times per month, with a willingness and ability to travel within your region for client meetings and industry events.
- Proficient skills in:
- Outbound prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, value-based selling, and territory management, with meticulous operating rigor in pipeline management, forecasting, and pacing to target.
- Business acumen, relationship building, solution selling, negotiation, & presenting to C-Suite.
- Written and verbal communication skills across email and communication tools such as Slack and Zoom, with the demonstrated ability to make technical concepts accessible to non-technical parties.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, particularly in Identity and Access Management.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and committed to achieving targets while thriving in a remote and fast-paced environment where products and value propositions evolve rapidly, including comfort selling against future vision while products are still in development.
- Demonstrated success managing high workloads and competing priorities without sacrificing quality of execution.
- A proven team player, eager to collaborate and achieve shared goals rather than working in isolation.
- Curious and coachable, with a proven ability to apply feedback, adapt, and continuously improve.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with channel resellers (enabling, account mapping, relationship building).
- Experience with the MEDDPPICC sales methodology or other rigorous qualification frameworks preferred.
- Preferred: Proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Outreach.
- Willingness to travel within your region for client meetings and industry events.
What you can expect:
- Own Your Territory: Manage and grow your designated territory in the UK region, focusing on acquiring new Commercial clients and expanding existing accounts.

- Consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly sales quotas.
- Maintaining a high volume of outbound activity, including calls, emails, and meetings.
- Identifying and engaging key decision-makers within target accounts.

- Drive Organic Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell 1Password’s solutions within existing accounts, leveraging your understanding of Extended Access Management.
- Close Multi-Product Deals: Identify opportunities and close large value deals with multiple product SKUs.
- Engage the Industry: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent 1Password, build brand presence and build relationships with potential customers. Interact with CISOs, CIOs, and other VP level-contacts, demonstrating excellent executive presence and knowledge of the cybersecurity industry.
- Stay Informed: Stay up to date on cybersecurity trends and developments, particularly in Identity and Access Management, to provide valuable insights to clients and position 1Password as an industry leader.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
- Build collaborative relationships with internal teams (e.g. BDR, Solutions, Channels, Onboarding, Customer Success) to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive satisfaction, optimize client engagement, and identify growth opportunities.
- Cultivate multi-threaded relationships within client organizations to enhance overall account health and long-term success.
- Strategically leverage Partner, Alliance, and MSP relationships to create and close opportunities.
- Focus on Solution Selling:
- Implement selling strategies to align our solutions with client needs and objectives, focusing on their pain points and positioning our solutions as essential, strategic tools.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of client pain points and position our offerings as strategic solutions.
- Present and Negotiate:
- Confidently present to C-suite executives, using a consultative approach while articulating the value proposition of our products and services.
- Create mutual action plans to align the sales team and prospects on responsibilities, steps and timelines for closing deals.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations with a focus on driving mutually beneficial outcomes.

As a Commercial (Mid-Market) Account Executive, you will own a focused territory of strategic target accounts and existing customers with 500-2,500 employees, with an emphasis on Fortune 1000 and high growth organizations. Your mandate is to create new executive relationships, build qualified pipeline, win complex, six-figure, multi-product, platform opportunities, and expand 1Password’s strategic footprint across an existing book of business.
This is not a transactional or single-product sales role. You will lead an enterprise-wide security conversation, starting with a customer’s most urgent problem and building the strategic case for Unified Access across humans, AI agents, and machines.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
• 4+ years of closing experience in commercial, mid-market, or enterprise sales, including experience selling to organizations with 500+ employees.
- A consistent track record of exceeding annual quotas in the range of $1 million or more and closing complex, multi-product opportunities.
- Experience selling enterprise platforms or integrated solutions rather than only transactional or stand-alone products.
- Experience creating pipeline through account planning, territory prioritization, outbound prospecting, and consistent follow-up, with the persistence to build new opportunities.
- The ability to engage security, identity, information technology, DevOps, platform engineering, and executive stakeholders, connecting technical priorities to clear business outcomes.
- Strong account planning, opportunity management, forecasting, negotiation, and executive communication skills, with a track record of winning new customers and expanding existing relationships.
- Preferred: Experience with cybersecurity, identity and access management, privileged access, cloud security, endpoint security, developer security, software as a service (SaaS) governance, or related technologies; experience selling to technology companies is also valuable.
Bonus points for:
- You lead with curiosity and strong discovery, uncovering the broader security and business problem rather than stopping at the initial product request.
- You create a compelling platform narrative while keeping the customer’s priorities, maturity, and path to value at the center.
- You combine strategic thinking with operating rigor; your account plans, pipeline, forecasts, and close plans are current, specific, and dependable.
- You are resilient, accountable, collaborative, and motivated by ambitious targets and complex opportunities.
- You hunt daily for new opportunities and consistently hit pipeline generation targets.
- You leverage AI daily to expedite your administrative work and identify strategic opportunities across your book.
- You are coachable, apply feedback quickly, and continuously improve your craft.
- You thrive in a remote, field-based environment and prioritize meaningful in-person customer engagement.
What you can expect:
• Develop and execute account and territory plans for a focused portfolio of high-value prospects and customers.
• Build relationships with executive and technical stakeholders, including Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), Chief Information Officers (CIOs), identity leaders, security architects, and engineering teams.
• Create qualified pipeline by identifying whitespace, competitive displacement opportunities, compelling events, and new use cases across identity security, AI adoption, SaaS governance, developer workflows, and device security.
• Lead consultative sales conversations that connect an immediate customer need to a broader Unified Access strategy spanning people, AI agents, and machines.
• Orchestrate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving security, information technology, DevOps, engineering, finance, legal, procurement, and executive sponsors.
• Structure and negotiate multi-year, multi-product agreements while maintaining accurate opportunity data, forecasts, mutual action plans, and close plans.
• Partner with Business Development Representatives, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, channels, alliances, product, marketing, legal, and deal teams to win new customers and expand existing relationships through meaningful customer engagement.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
- Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room.
- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.
- Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.
- Fluency in Swedish or Norwegian.
We hire talented and passionate people from a variety of backgrounds because we want our global employee base to represent the wide diversity of our customers. If you're excited about a role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every bullet point listed in the job description, we still encourage you to apply. If you're a builder at heart, share our company values, and are enthusiastic about making software toolmaking ubiquitous, we want to hear from you.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

- Detail-oriented and very well organised to keep logistics tight and deadlines met
- Willing to travel to key events throughout the year (Primarily US, some EMEA)

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
You will serve as a founding Sales Development Representative for Ramp’s Strategic segment. You drive outbound prospecting and pipeline generation within a critical growth segment for Ramp.
You’ll partner with Account Executives, Leadership, Marketing, and Product to drive the Top-of-Funnel strategy and execute against business goals.
What You'll Do
- Help build the strategic account motion at Ramp — sourcing deals, bridging introductions, and progressing sales opportunities in the pipeline.
- Own a named book of Strategic Enterprise accounts (5,000+ employees), building durable coverage and pipeline across a smaller, higher-value set.
- Develop account plans with your AE: prioritize accounts, map the buying group, identify the "why now," and align on a path to engagement.
- Research and engage finance leaders through personalized, multi-channel outreach; qualify prospects through consultative discovery.
- Coordinate with AEs, Marketing, Partnerships, and Events to use warm introductions, executive programs, and customer stories effectively.
- Use AI tools thoughtfully to strengthen research, prioritization, and personalization — validating outputs before using them.
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in Salesforce; use performance data to improve outreach quality.
What You'll Need
- Proven SDR/BDR, closing, or equivalent quota-carrying experience, with measurable evidence of attainment or overachievement.
- Experience working a named-account or account-based motion — prioritizing accounts and tailoring outreach to senior or complex buyers.
- Proven ability to partner with Account Executives on account strategy, meeting prep, and deal progression.
- Strong discovery, objection-handling, and written/verbal communication skills.
- A builder mindset: diagnose results, form a point of view, adapt, and turn what works into repeatable practice.
- Ability to operate independently in an evolving motion — creating structure, managing ambiguity, and raising issues early.
- Interest in building a long-term sales career and taking on the scope of a Strategic SDR role.
Nice to Haves
- Experience selling into large, complex, or enterprise organizations with multiple stakeholders and longer buying cycles.
- Experience selling into finance, accounting, or operations teams, or familiarity with finance workflows (expense, AP, procurement, ERPs).
- Familiarity with Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, or account research/intent tools.
- Prior experience scaling a new team or motion, or working with partner ecosystems and field events.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend
