About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, or willing to relocate.
The role
We're looking for a scrappy, resourceful Developer Advocate who understands inference to help developers run open models in production on Token Factory, Nebius' high-performance inference platform.
Every agent, copilot and AI product runs on an inference layer, and the developers choosing that layer have hard questions: Which open model should I run for this step? What does this cost per million tokens at my traffic? Why is my p99 latency spiking? Why does my multi-turn agent get slower and more expensive as the context grows? When do I move from a serverless endpoint to a dedicated one, and when does fine-tuning beat a longer prompt? Your job is to have credible, hands-on answers to those questions, and to show the work in public.
You'll be embedded with the Token Factory product and engineering team in San Francisco. You'll be in their standups and bug bashes, you'll carry customer stories back to them, and you'll fix the docs gap yourself when you find one. You'll be equally at home in the Bay Area's AI-native community: the meetups our customers and partners host, and the open-source inference projects developers actually use.
This is a hands-on, builder-first role. The content that matters here is less "how to call the API" and more "here's how a production inference stack is put together, and here are the tradeoffs." If you have strong opinions about serving open models and want a platform to prove them on, this role is for you.
This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Token Factory team's center of gravity is in San Francisco and we expect this person to be part of the local community in person.
Your responsibilities will include:
Help developers and teams discover, evaluate and adopt Token Factory for production inference workloads, from a first API call on a serverless endpoint to dedicated endpoints and fine-tuned models.
Build demos, benchmarks and reference architectures that make real tradeoffs concrete: which open model to use for which step, latency against cost per token, how context growth affects multi-turn agents, reliability of tool calling and structured outputs, and when fine-tuning or a custom speculator pays off versus a bigger model or a longer prompt.
Show how Token Factory fits into the stack developers already use: OpenAI-compatible SDKs, agent frameworks, MCP and tool use, evals, embeddings and retrieval, and post-training.
Be embedded with Token Factory product and engineering: join standups and bug bashes, test new models and features before launch, and make sure the right samples and docs exist on day zero of every release.
Own the developer feedback loop. Gather what's breaking for builders, bring it back as concrete product input, and follow through until it ships or is explicitly declined.
Represent Nebius in the Bay Area inference and open-model community: meetups, partner and customer events, open-source communities such as vLLM, SGLang and Ray, and developer conferences.
Publish technical content and give talks that take developers from first hearing about Token Factory to running something on it, and partner with marketing to turn real builder stories into case studies.
Work closely with the DevRel team and the Token Factory product marketing team on launches, community programs and content strategy.
We expect you to have:
Hands-on experience running open models in production or at scale through an inference provider or a serving stack, with a clear point of view on how you chose it and what broke. If you haven't tried Token Factory yet, we'll expect you to have done so before we talk.
A working understanding of what happens under the hood of a serving engine like vLLM or SGLang: continuous batching, KV and prefix caching, quantization, speculative decoding, and how each shows up in latency and cost. You won't be tuning these on Token Factory, but you need to hold your own with the engineers who do.
Current, first-hand knowledge of the open model ecosystem, including which models are worth recommending for which workloads and why.
Comfort writing and reviewing code, reproducing issues, and shipping fixes to docs and samples yourself.
A track record of building and explaining in public: talks, open-source contributions, writing, or an active technical presence on GitHub, X or LinkedIn. A DevRel title is not required.
The ability to explain complex systems clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, and to be a credible technical partner to engineers, product managers and customers.
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, or willing to relocate.
Candidates who come from forward-deployed engineering, solutions architecture, ML engineering or technical product roles are strongly encouraged to apply.
It's a plus if you have:
Hands-on experience with supervised fine-tuning, distillation or RL post-training of open models, and a view on when it beats a longer prompt or a bigger model.
Contributions to open-source inference or distributed-compute projects such as vLLM, SGLang or Ray.
Experience at an inference or GPU cloud provider, or as a heavy user of several.
An existing audience that trusts your takes on models and infrastructure.

Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom.
OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.
Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
About the Role
We're looking for a technical lead who can own the frontend across OKX's core crypto business verticals. You'll be deeply involved in the full frontend delivery lifecycle across Trading, Web3, Payment, and beyond — not just writing code, but helping teams and products find the right direction, make the right calls, and execute with speed and precision.
This role demands the rigor of an engineer, the strategic thinking of a product manager, and the market instincts of a crypto practitioner. You don't need to carry a full-stack title, but you must genuinely understand frontend, have enough backend fluency to hold your own in architecture discussions, and — above all — understand the business.
Core Responsibilities
Business & Team Leadership
Own the overall frontend team across core business verticals including Trading and Payment, covering hiring, development, and pipeline building. Partner effectively with Product, Backend, Security, and Compliance — driving cross-functional outcomes through technical judgment, not just execution.
Product Delivery & Technical Execution
Lead technical design and delivery for core business features including trading system frontend experience, wallet and asset management, AI-powered trading products, payment gateway integrations, and KYC/AML frontend implementation. Stay deeply sensitive to business metrics and user experience, making sound trade-offs between speed and quality.
Product & Engineering Thinking in the AI Era
Demonstrate deep understanding of how AI is reshaping product paradigms — changing user expectations, product form factors, and R&D efficiency. Integrate AI into product decisions and design, not merely as a productivity tool.
Technical Judgment & Standard-Setting
Drive tech stack alignment and evolution. Proactively identify and address technical risk. Establish high engineering quality standards in complex crypto security contexts — private key security, frontend attack prevention, compliance auditing, and more.
Cross-Team Influence
Build dual technical and business influence at the company level. Communicate technical value and business judgment clearly to engineers, product managers, and senior leadership alike. Participate in industry engagements to attract high-potential talent who are genuinely passionate about crypto.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in CS or related field; 10+ years of engineering experience including 5+ years managing technical teams; solid full-stack capabilities with frontend depth
Deep command of core frontend technologies (React/Vue internals, engineering toolchains, performance optimization, cross-platform solutions), with enough backend and API fluency to drive substantive technical discussions
Proven track record leading frontend for products with DAU 1M+ in high-concurrency, high-availability environments
Demonstrated experience driving cross-team collaboration and standard adoption through technical influence rather than organizational authority
Industry Background (Partial Core)
(Core)
Genuine understanding of and enthusiasm for crypto — familiar with CEX/DEX trading mechanics, Web3 wallet and signing mechanisms, and mainstream payment gateway ecosystems
Experience owning frontend delivery for trading, fintech, payments, or crypto products; comfortable navigating the tensions between compliance, security, and user experience
Familiarity with the Web3 frontend ecosystem (ethers.js / wagmi / viem, WalletConnect, EVM contract interactions, etc.)
Global product experience — understands the complexity of multi-language, multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction compliance requirements
Engineering Competencies for the AI Era (Core)
Deep understanding of how AI is reshaping product design; can integrate AI into product decisions rather than treating it purely as a development accelerator
Strong ability to model and frame complex problems; defines the right problem boundaries and system abstractions before reaching for solutions
Proven ability to constrain, guide, and evaluate AI outputs — decomposing complex engineering requirements into AI-executable task sequences
Experience establishing team-level AI working patterns; familiar with and having practiced AI Spec-Driven Development
Maintains high standards for code quality and system design integrity alongside — not despite — AI-assisted development
Soft Skills (Core)
Strong ownership: treats team goals as personal goals — proactive, accountable, clears obstacles without being asked
Sound judgment: makes high-quality decisions under incomplete information — decisive and accountable
Execution muscle: makes things actually land, not just live in decks and proposals
Fast learner: thrives in a fast-moving industry; rapidly absorbs new technologies, business dynamics, and regulatory shifts and converts them into team action
Bilingual: fluent English for technical discussions, documentation, and international collaboration (written and verbal at working proficiency)

About the role
🤓
We have an exciting opening for a
Senior Software Engineer
who is able to see the big picture and balance the search for software quality with a pragmatic approach to help us scale the company. If you're a proactive, creative, and hands-on person who wants to help improve SeQura's product, having ownership and exposure to work hand in hand with seasoned professionals in a collaborative environment, this is the perfect place for you.
We have different projects to carry out our amazing product’s development, you’ll have the possibility to join us to help us grow by contributing to technical and architectural decisions and even creating new teams.
How we build at seQura
🤖
AI-assisted development is how our engineers work every day. We use AI agents to think through problems, write, review and iterate on code, and we're looking for engineers who already work this way, or are actively making the shift.
What matters to us isn't whether you know the syntax and idioms of your preferred programming language or tech stack by heart. It's whether you understand the problem you're solving, can explain the business logic behind it, and own every line you ship, no matter who (or what) wrote it first.
AI helps you move faster, challenge assumptions, explore different approaches and improve your solutions. But knowing which questions to ask, making sound technical and product decisions, and taking responsibility for the outcome is always up to you.
Our technical interviews reflect this approach: you'll use your own AI tools, and we'll ask you to walk us through your solution, both the business reasoning and the code.
If you're only interested in technical challenges without engaging in the product decisions behind them, or you'd rather not work with AI, this probably isn't the right role for you.
What challenges you'll be solving 🚀

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role:
Anthropic is looking for experienced, product-minded engineers to own the backend systems that power user experiences across our API, Claude Code, and Claude.ai. You'll independently scope complex, multi-month projects through ambiguous problem spaces and lead peers through technical and product decisions; you'll drive alignment with product, peer engineering teams, and research to identify capability gaps and translate frontier model improvements into shipped products. You'll make architectural decisions that affect the reliability and scalability of systems serving hundreds of thousands of global users (including internal teams), and design processes that help your team operate effectively and never fail the same way twice - all while staying hands-on with the code and our models.
We have multiple teams that are currently hiring. Team placement occurs after the interview process, taking into account your interests and experience alongside organizational needs. This flexible approach allows us to match talented engineers with the backend product efforts where they'll have the greatest impact and growth potential:
Platform Intelligence:
You'll build and scale the foundation of the Claude API—the systems that deliver Claude's intelligence to every developer, from startups to enterprise. You'll own the performance, reliability, and efficiency of our core serving path, ensuring users get the most speed and value from our models. You'll partner closely with inference and safeguards to optimize the full stack.
Platform Ecosystem:
The Ecosystem team is empowering the next big industries beyond coding to build on our platform & creating the right commercial rails to let any business in our ecosystem profit from building on Claude. As an early member of this foundational effort, you'd identify and build for the next 10x markets starting with Life Sciences and Healthcare. We also build the commercial rails and controls that let the platform do business anywhere, with anyone, and turn Claude from a cost line into a revenue line.
We are hiring founding engineers for these two pillars. We are looking for engineers who have good product and business sense to drive strategy, dive into different stacks, and break through walls to drive these 0 -> 1 efforts. You'll be working closely with product, design, GTM, FDE, and other internal & external customers to build out and deliver on the strategy.
Platform Serving:
You'll focus on transforming Claude into a true knowledge worker by ensuring the model has access to and understanding of the right knowledge at the right time. You'll work on making it possible for developers to securely give Claude access to their data while automatically processing and retrieving relevant information. You'll partner directly with research to bring state-of-the-art retrieval advancements to developers.
Developer Experience:
You’ll focus on building products and tools to enable developers to harness the full power of LLMs to create successful, reliable, and groundbreaking applications with ease. You’ll build the tools to accelerate developers from idea to deployment. You'll help figure out how to leverage Claude to improve developer's usage of the API, such as generating and evaluating prompts while collaborating closely with the teams above to bring Claude's current and future capabilities to developers.
Agentic Systems:
You'll build the infrastructure and APIs that let developers create powerful agentic applications on the Claude API — including Claude Managed Agents, our managed platform for deploying and running agents in production. Your work spans the primitives agent developers depend on: tool use, multi-step reasoning, durable sessions and environments, and long-running task execution that lets Claude take actions and accomplish complex goals on a user's behalf. You'll make this platform ready for the largest enterprises to adopt, and partner with research to bring cutting-edge agent capabilities into production.
Auth & Identity:
We build and maintain the critical infrastructure and control interfaces that power identity and authentication across Anthropic's product suite. We work closely with product teams, security, support, and trust & safety as customers. We create scalable solutions for user authentication, authorization, role-based access control, and single sign-on that form the backbone of our company's identity management operations. We maintain a user-centric approach, building reliable systems that our users and company can depend on as we tackle complex challenges at the intersection of security, scalability, and user experience.
Platform Distribution:
The Claude API today is a rapidly growing platform serving developers and enterprises at scale—but reaching the next tier of enterprise customers requires transforming how and where we deploy it. The Distributability team owns that transformation: making the Claude API a cloud-native, managed product that runs wherever our customers need it, cross-cloud and on Anthropic's own infrastructure, with the enterprise-grade security, compliance, and operational capabilities to support it.
Enterprise Foundations:
We're looking for a software engineer to join our Enterprise Foundations team—the team that makes Claude enterprise-ready at scale. When a Fortune 500 company wants to roll out Claude to 100,000 employees, we're the team that makes it possible. You'll build the foundational systems that large organizations require before they can deploy AI at scale: user and permissions management, security and compliance features, and analytics infrastructure. This work directly converts product-market fit into revenue by removing the deployment blockers that prevent large organizations from adopting Claude broadly.
Platform Safety:
We're building the identity and verification product layer that enables safe model launches as Claude's capabilities expand. This critical effort partners with Safeguards, Auth & Identity, Policy, and Product teams across API,
Claude.ai
, and third-party platforms as customers, creating the systems for KYC/KYB, trust grant issuance and inheritance, and end-user verification that flow across every Anthropic surface. We sit at the intersection of trust, compliance, and product velocity, delivering the verification primitives that let Anthropic ship advanced model capabilities to the right users at massive scale.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You:
Have 8+ years of relevant experience as a backend or product engineer, with a track record of leading complex, multi-month projects or teams as a tech lead or equivalent
Have strong coding fundamentals and are comfortable working across backend systems, APIs, and integrations — and can reach into the frontend when needed to ship an effective solution
Have led the design and delivery of large-scale backend systems in production that power high-adoption B2B or consumer facing products
Are skilled at driving alignment across technical and non-technical teams; you communicate clearly, influence technical decisions beyond your immediate team, and help others ramp effectively on your systems
Take a product-focused approach to your work work and care about building solutions that are robust, scalable, and easy to use
Care deeply about investing in the mentorship and growth of your peers
Have experience with distributed systems, API design, and cloud infrastructure at scale
Thrive in fast-paced environments and can navigate ambiguity to find the highest-leverage path forward

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
