EveryMatrix is a leading B2B SaaS provider delivering iGaming software, content and services. We provide casino, sports betting, platform and payments, and affiliate management to 300 customers worldwide.
But that's not all! We're not just about numbers, we're about people. With a team of over 1400 passionate individuals spread across twelve countries in Europe and Asia, we're all united by our love for innovation and teamwork.
Join us on this exciting journey as we continue to redefine the iGaming landscape, one groundbreaking solution at a time.
We are looking for a dedicated Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Armenia!
About the role:
We are looking for a senior generalist engineer. You will work across PHP, AngularJS, Go, Node, and SQL. Strong in PHP, able to pick up Go and Node as needed, able to work in a system you did not write.
You own features from design to production, write short design docs before non-trivial work, and work directly with product and QA. You already use agentic coding tools daily.
Senior here is not about years of experience. It is about how you operate, technically and with people:
Takes the hard tasks.
Picks up the unclear, risky, or unpopular problem and drives it until it is working in production for real users. Done means live, not a ticket status.
Flexible in solutions.
Has more than one way to solve a problem and chooses based on constraints, not habit.
Moves fast when it matters.
Knows when to ship quickly and when to slow down, and can tell the difference.
Communicates.
Explains decisions clearly, keeps people informed, raises problems early instead of late.
Gives and takes feedback.
Direct, specific, constructive. Not defensive when the feedback comes back.
Owns outcomes.
Not just the code, but whether the thing actually works for the people using it.
What you'll get to do:
Build and ship features across the stack: data model, API, UI.
Help split the monolith into services: define service boundaries, plan data migrations, roll out changes step by step without downtime.
Modernize legacy code where it pays off.
Write short design docs for non-trivial changes.
Own what you ship: monitoring, alerts, fixes.
Design schemas, write efficient queries, build reports operators depend on.
Review code and mentor.
What we're looking for:
Solid experience building and running production software at a senior level.
Strong in PHP; able to pick up Go and Node as needed.
Solid with relational databases: schema design, query performance, migrations on live data.
Experience improving a large legacy codebase incrementally.
Usage of agentic AI coding tools daily. You can show us how you plan work for an agent, where you trust it, and where you don't.
Writing tests and treating correctness especially seriously where money, commissions, and reporting are involved.
Writing clear design docs, tickets, and PR descriptions.
Communicating directly with product, QA, and non-technical stakeholders.
Working English, spoken and written.
Nice to have
Splitting a monolith into services in production.
Kubernetes and Cloudflare in daily operations.
LLM-backed features: pipelines, evaluation, self-hosted open-weight models, MCP servers.
Applied ML in production (recommendation or scoring).
Payments, fintech, or iGaming.
Web scraping at scale, anti-bot handling, proxies.
Here's what we offer:
Start with 24 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 34 days by your fifth year with us.
Benefit from two Free Fridays each year, limited to one per quarter.
Access online learning platform like Udemy for Business, and a budget for external training.
Daily catered lunch or monthly lunch allowance.
Private Medical Subscription.
Gym allowance.
Parking
Team-building activities in various locations.

ABOUT US
Since 2013, we’ve been building a CRM that gets out of your way and helps your team sell more, faster. Now we’re building AI into every part of it, so Close does the busywork and your team does the selling. No manual data entry, no 10-click workflows. Just communication-first, AI-powered sales software designed to help you succeed and scale.
We're bootstrapped and profitable which means we answer to our customers and play by our rules. We're proud of our 130-person, 100% remote team, focused on building Close so that no small, scaling business fails because it can't figure out sales.
ABOUT THE ROLE
One of our values is “Build a house you want to live in.” In this metaphor, Close.com http://Close.com is the front door. Our website is where people learn about who we are, what we do and, even more importantly, it’s a critical touch point on their journey to becoming a Close customer. We’re dedicated to making it best-in-class. We’ve recently migrated from Webflow to our own codebase (Astro, Sanity, Vercel) so a new and improved foundation is in place. We believe building in-house gives us the flexibility, creativity, and speed to make our website a competitive advantage - this is where our first Sr. Frontend Engineer - Marketing comes in. As the technical owner of the website, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and instrumenting Close.com http://Close.com. You’ll work closely with Marketing, including a Marketing Designer, but report up through Engineering.
YOU ARE
- A marketing website engineer. You’ve built beautiful, conversion-focused websites for a while now - probably 5+ years. You may have worked in an agency, but you’ve also had to build, own, and collaborate on websites long-term - seeing your work through impact and likely many iterations. Motion, ambitious CSS, and rich media are second nature, and you sweat page speed and how the site reads to both search engines and AI agents as much as how cool it looks. A modern stack like Astro paired with a headless CMS (Sanity is ours) is familiar territory to you.
- Fluent in measurement. The sites you build aren’t only beautiful, but they’re well-measured too. You understand cookies, conversion events, analytics, and experimentation tooling, and you've worked with tools like Segment, Amplitude, or Customer.io http://Customer.io.
- Focused on conversion and fueled by impact. We’re primarily a self-service SMB business and that means that Close.com http://Close.com isn’t just a brand experience. It’s a critical part of our acquisition funnel. This means that your work will have a direct effect on some of our most important business metrics - traffic, conversion, revenue. You’re the type who finds this motivating and is eager to partner with Marketing and Growth to move these numbers.
- Energized by empowering non-technical team members. You’ve built systems that allow Marketers or Designers to self-serve and solve problems quickly and independently. You’re comfortable thinking through guardrails, automations, and tooling.
- Already building with AI. You use AI to move faster and empower your team but are equally discerning about which moments require craftsmanship and taste.
- Resourceful and collaborative. You’ll bridge two teams (Marketing and Engineering) and will need to easily work with folks across departments and levels. No tweak or task is too small (or too big) for you to tackle.
YOU WILL
- Build and continuously improve a world-class marketing website. We want close.com http://close.com to be responsive, highly interactive, and polished. The kind of site that brings the product to life through animation and interactivity. You'll ship new pages and continue raising the bar on core site functionality.
- Make the site fast and findable. You’ll own performance, technical SEO, and how the site shows up to search engines and AI agents.
- Manage the infrastructure behind the site. The platform (Sanity), components, integrations, and deployment are for you to maintain and evolve.
- Own the technical integrity of site measurement and partner on experiments. Make sure tracking, attribution, conversion events, and funnel data are implemented correctly and reliably flow into our marketing and data systems.
- Build tools that let Marketing self-serve...and help the site self-improve. You’ll build automations and flows to help the team ship pages, campaigns, and experiments, but you’ll also help the website be a partner in its own development - be it catching regressions or flagging performance problems and SEO issues. The website of the future is a surface for collaboration between you, the marketing team, and AI agents.
- Stretch beyond the site and act as an engineering resource to marketing. The website is your focus, but there’s a lot of work to be done! You’ll be a resource for solving tricky problems, across the website and in other areas of marketing - sometimes that means hopping in yourself, or just knowing when to loop in the right person.
BENEFITS
- Compensation: Competitive pay plus an organization-wide goal-based bonus
- Paid Time Off: ~5 weeks of PTO to start. Plus a 1-week all-company Winter Holiday Break and paid US holidays. You'll earn 2 extra days for every year you're with Close.
- 80% Work Option: Work with your manager to choose between a standard 5-day week or a 4-day week at 80% pay
- Parental Leave: Paid leave for primary and secondary caregivers
- Sabbatical: A 1-month paid sabbatical every 5 years with the team
- Healthcare (US residents): Two medical plans with Close covering the majority of your premium, plus Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, and company-paid Long-Term Disability
- 401k (US residents): We match your contributions up to 6%, vested immediately
OUR VALUES
Build a house you want to live in - Examine long-term thinking and action
No BS - Practice transparency and honesty, especially when it’s hard
Invest in each other - Build successful relationships with your coworkers and customers
Discipline equals freedom - Keep your word to yourself and others
Strive for greatness - Constantly challenge yourself and others

OUR HIRING PROCESS
We ask a few role-specific questions as part of our application process. These questions are designed to help us learn more about you from the start, so please answer each one thoughtfully. We see this as an opportunity to get to know you beyond your resume.
We use AI tools daily at Close and expect candidates to do the same. In evaluating your application, we aim to get a sense for you - the way you think, how you communicate, the work you've done. Applications that read as fully AI-generated will not be considered.
Regardless of fit, you can expect to hear back from our team with an update on the status of your candidacy.
If you progress to the interview process, you'll receive a full outline of the role-specific steps in your first touchpoint with us. We do our best to make the hiring process clear and human.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Partner Marketing Manager for Global and Regional System Integrators at Anthropic, you'll own marketing for our highest-performing services partners. You'll build a joint marketing plan with each partner and run executive programs and joint announcements. You'll also turn partner deliveries into the customer proof our field needs. Partners are now attached to a large and fast-growing share of Anthropic's biggest enterprise deals. Your job is to make those partnerships deliver more every quarter.
This role is hands-on. You'll think strategically about each partner relationship while running the campaigns, events and enablement yourself. Our scaled programs team supports the rest of the partner network. You'll focus on the partners where hands-on marketing moves the most business, and use those scaled programs where they fit.
Key responsibilities
Partner Marketing Strategy & Execution
Own joint marketing plans for an assigned group of high-performing GSI and RSI partners, including quarterly planning, campaign calendars, and success metrics tied to target accounts and pipeline goals

Build joint value propositions, messaging, and enablement materials (pitch decks, solution briefs, case studies) that help partners position Claude with their enterprise clients
Turn partner deliveries into proof: capture wins for sellers, and work with Customer Marketing to produce partner-led customer stories that meet each partner's tier requirements
Get your partners carrying Anthropic's priority messages and launches, and build them into Anthropic's own campaigns with the Campaigns team
Put the team's co-marketing guidelines, campaign kits and self-serve assets to work across your partners
Program Management & Measurement
Lead end-to-end execution with your partners, coordinating across product marketing, demand generation, field marketing, events and agencies
Manage partner funding (MDF/co-op) for your partners and track ROI on joint investments
Track and report partner-sourced and influenced pipeline, story output, and campaign ROI, with 30/60/90-day pipeline tracking on every activation
Represent Anthropic at partner events, executive briefings, and industry conferences as needed
Feed what works back into playbooks the scaled programs team can run across the wider partner network
Minimum qualifications
Have built and run partner marketing programs with Global System Integrators, major consulting firms, or regional systems integrators, and can shift between large firms and smaller, faster-moving ones
Understand enterprise buyer journeys and can create marketing programs that resonate with C-level executives
Are skilled at developing joint value propositions that articulate clear business outcomes for enterprise customers

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Director, Partner Growth & Strategy
Reports to:
Chief Business Officer
Role Summary
inKind is looking for a Director of Partner Growth & Strategy to build the strategy, systems, technology, and playbooks that power our Account Management organization.
Our Account Managers own relationships with inKind's restaurant partners and play a critical commercial role—helping partners maximize their relationship with inKind, secure additional funding, add locations, renew, and grow over time. Account Managers report directly to our Regional Sales Managers, giving them strong day-to-day sales leadership, coaching, and support.
This role is designed to complement that structure.
The Director of Partner Growth & Strategy will not directly manage the Account Management team. Instead, this person will own
how Account Management works
: developing the processes, sales methodologies, technology, data, training, product improvements, and partner experiences that allow our Account Managers to become more effective and our restaurant partnerships to become more valuable over time.
This is a highly cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of
Sales, Account Management, Product, Operations, and Technology
.
The right person will approach Account Management not simply as a relationship-management function, but as a scalable growth engine. They will constantly ask:
What are our best Account Managers doing differently? How do we turn that into a repeatable process? What should we automate? What should we build? What data should trigger action? And how do we make every Account Manager better?
What You'll Own
Build the Account Management Operating System
Develop and continuously improve the processes, tools, and methodologies used across the Account Management organization.
Create repeatable playbooks for key partner growth motions, including:
Renewals
Additional funding
New and sister-location expansion
Partner referrals
Slow-redemption intervention
High-performing partner expansion
At-risk partner recovery
Adoption of new inKind products and offerings
Define the triggers, data, messaging, collateral, objection handling, workflows, and expected outcomes associated with each motion.
Identify what our highest-performing Account Managers do differently and turn those behaviors into repeatable practices across the organization.
Own the Partner Lifecycle
Design the ideal restaurant partner journey from initial funding through onboarding, activation, growth, additional funding, renewal, and expansion.
Determine which partner interactions should be relationship-driven, technology-enabled, or fully automated.
Build proactive, data-driven engagement strategies so Account Managers know
which partners need attention, why they need attention, and the highest-value action to take next.
Partner with Sales and Operations leadership to continuously reduce friction throughout the partner lifecycle.
Improve Account Management Sales Effectiveness
Build the sales methodology used by Account Managers to sell renewals, additional funding, additional locations, and other products.
Develop pitch frameworks, business reviews, partner-facing materials, objection-handling guides, and other tools that increase conversion.
Partner with Regional Sales Managers to identify coaching opportunities and translate successful field tactics into organization-wide best practices.
Design training and certification programs that continually improve Account Manager commercial capabilities.
Develop structured experiments to test new messaging, offers, processes, and sales techniques—and scale what works.
Drive Technology & Automation
Partner with Product, Engineering, Salesforce, and Operations teams to make Account Management increasingly technology-enabled and scalable.
Identify manual activities that can be automated or moved into self-service experiences.
Help develop systems that proactively identify opportunities and risks across the restaurant portfolio, including:
Partners eligible for additional funding
Upcoming renewal opportunities
Newly opened or missing locations
Changes in redemption or sales pacing
At-risk accounts
Expansion opportunities
Partners requiring intervention
Help define the vision for an Account Management "cockpit" that allows each AM to quickly understand where to focus their time and what action to take.
Help Shape the Partner Product
Serve as a structured voice of the restaurant partner within inKind.
Develop systems for capturing and categorizing partner feedback, objections, product requests, and operational friction.
Partner closely with Product leadership to translate restaurant feedback and Account Manager insights into actionable product opportunities.
Play a key role in shaping the continued development of the inKind Partner Portal and other restaurant-facing technology.

Create visibility into performance across Account Managers, regions, partner segments, and lifecycle stages.
Use these insights to identify opportunities for improvement in people, process, product, and technology.
How You'll Work
This role will operate as the connective tissue between our Account Managers and the teams building the systems around them.
Regional Sales Managers will continue to own the day-to-day management, coaching, and commercial performance of Account Managers.
You will own the
system in which they operate
.
You will spend time with Account Managers understanding what happens in the field, with Sales leaders understanding what drives conversion, with Product understanding what we can build, with Operations understanding what we can automate, and with data identifying where the biggest opportunities exist.
Your job is to turn those insights into measurable improvements.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, we expect to see:
A clearly defined Account Management methodology and partner lifecycle
Repeatable playbooks for our major renewal and expansion motions
Better visibility into partner health and growth opportunities
Increased renewal and additional-funding conversion

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines the commercial instincts of a sales leader with the systems thinking of a product or operations leader.
The ideal candidate:
Has experience building or scaling Account Management, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, Partner Growth, or similar functions
Has a strong understanding of B2B sales and expansion motions
Is highly analytical and comfortable using data to diagnose problems and identify opportunities
Has experience developing sales processes, playbooks, and training
Understands CRM systems, sales automation, and workflow design
Has experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams
Can translate frontline customer feedback into scalable product and process improvements
Is comfortable designing and running experiments
Has exceptional cross-functional leadership skills
Is equally comfortable talking to an Account Manager about objection handling and a Product Manager about workflow automation
Has a strong bias toward action and measurable outcomes
Experience in restaurants, hospitality, fintech, payments, marketplaces, SaaS, or other multi-location businesses is a plus.
The Person Who Will Thrive Here
You are probably not someone who is satisfied simply managing an existing Account Management playbook.
You want to build a better one.
When one Account Manager significantly outperforms another, you want to understand
why
.
When Account Managers repeatedly perform the same manual task, you want to understand
why it isn't automated
.
When restaurant partners repeatedly raise the same objection, you want to understand whether we should
change the pitch, change the process, or change the product
.
And when something works, you want to figure out how to make it work across the entire organization.
This is an opportunity to build the infrastructure behind a rapidly growing restaurant partner network and help define how inKind manages, grows, and serves those partnerships at scale.

STAFF PLATFORM ENGINEER, AGENTIC ENGINEERING
Developer Productivity · AI Coding Agents · Developer Platform
Our ambition: an engineering organisation where humans and agents work as one continuously learning system, turning frontier AI capabilities and real-world feedback into more ambitious product development. We want n8n to be the reference for how this is done, without compromising quality, resilience or trust. Your main goal is to make that real.
This is a Staff individual contributor role in Developer Platform and the technical driving force behind ACDC (Agent-centric Development Cycle), our engineering-wide initiative for agentic development. Nobody has a playbook for this yet. You'll write ours.
You won't start from zero. Agents wired into Linear already automate around 80% of the development cycle on one of our developer platform projects, alongside pilots for insight, feature-flag and PR-review agents and a shared agent harness. Your job is to take this from promising experiments to the way n8n builds software.
This role is for someone who thinks about this problem constantly. You run agents all day, rebuild your own workflow every time the frontier moves, and have more ideas than time.
You'll stay hands-on, building the first versions yourself, and shape how the work grows beyond one person.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
SET DIRECTION AND OWN THE OUTCOME
- Identify where agentic development can make the greatest difference, using developer feedback, existing experiments and engineering performance data.
- Set the strategy and priorities across agent execution, repository readiness, CI, security and developer workflows.
- Make build, buy or pass decisions on tools and vendors, and own the cost and value trade-offs, including AI spend.
- Make decisions where requirements are incomplete and the trade-offs between autonomy, reliability, security and review effort are still emerging.
- Build alignment through technical proposals, clear decisions and working software, and report progress and impact to engineering leadership.
BUILD THE FOUNDATIONS
- Design and build isolated execution environments where agents can work with the right access to code, tools and context, without exposing secrets or sensitive systems.
- Own the safety model: which task categories agents may attempt, what they must never touch, and where human review is required, partnering with Security on sensitive areas like auth, billing, permissions and data handling.
- Make n8n's monorepo agent-ready, working with Architecture and senior engineers on repo structure, testability, boundaries and the context agents need.
INTEGRATE AGENTS INTO HOW WE WORK
- Build repeatable workflows that take Linear issues through agent execution, self-verification and review to merged PRs, across a growing range of task types.
- Integrate agentic workflows with GitHub, CI, test infrastructure and code review, so the agentic path becomes the easiest path for engineers.
- Extend the loop beyond coding: connect earlier signals like product research and customer requests, and later ones like production metrics, so agents contribute across the whole cycle.
- Open it up beyond engineering, so PMs, designers and others can turn a well-defined issue into a reviewed, mergeable change.
- Shape review practices, such as PR evidence that shows what changed, what ran, what risks remain and where human judgment is needed.
MEASURE WHAT WORKS
- Build benchmarks from real historical engineering tasks to evaluate output quality, failure modes, review burden and production risk.
- Define and track quality and adoption signals, such as reviewer acceptance rate, CI pass rate, rework rate and developer satisfaction.
- Use data and feedback to change course, retire what doesn't work, and build trust across engineering.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 🔥 Frontier obsession: You live at the frontier. You try new models and tools as they land, and you have strong, evidence-backed opinions on what's real and what's hype.
- 🧭 Staff-scope ownership: You’ve led complex platform, DevEx or engineering productivity initiatives across teams, from defining the problem to sustained adoption and measurable impact, where there was no established approach to follow.
- 🤖 Agentic depth: You use coding agents daily as a power user, and you've built infrastructure around them, such as repo context and instructions, tool or MCP integrations, sandboxed execution or agent workflows in CI, that other engineers rely on.
- 🎯 Product mindset for internal platforms: You treat engineers as your customers. You start from real friction, prioritise by impact, make build-vs-buy calls, weigh cost against value, and let adoption tell you whether something works.
- 🤝 Direction without authority: You've set technical direction that multiple teams followed, through proposals, design reviews and credibility with senior engineers across Platform, Product Engineering, AI, Security and Architecture.
- 🔐 Safety judgment: You've made real decisions on permissions, secrets, sandboxing, sensitive code paths and human-in-the-loop review, and can explain the trade-offs.
- 📊 Measurement that drives decisions: You've built evaluations, benchmarks or quality metrics and used them to change course or retire things that didn't work. You care about outcomes, not lines of AI-generated code.
- ✍️ Writing that changes decisions: Your technical proposals and documentation have shifted what teams did.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 📦 TypeScript monorepos: You have worked in a large TypeScript, Node.js or JavaScript monorepo.
- ⚙️ Developer platforms: You have experience with GitHub Actions, Linear, test infrastructure, preview environments or internal developer platforms.
- 🧑🤝🧑 Growing a team: You've mentored engineers or helped shape a new team as an initiative grew beyond one person.
- 🌍 Open-source communities: You have contributed to open-source or source-available projects with active developer communities.
- 🏢 B2B SaaS context: You understand environments where reliability, permissions, data handling and customer trust are central.
- 🔗 Workflow automation: You're familiar with workflow automation, integration platforms, AI orchestration or developer-facing products.
WHY JOIN US?
At n8n, you'll define how autonomous AI agents become a trusted part of engineering inside one of Europe's fastest-growing AI-native infrastructure companies. Your work will shape the platform foundations, safety model, evaluation framework and developer workflows that decide whether agents can contribute meaningfully to production engineering without lowering the quality bar.
You'll join a remote-first team with high autonomy, high visibility and a strong builder mindset. Because this is a first-of-its-kind role, you'll set direction, influence engineering culture, and create learnings that may inform both our internal engineering and n8n's product thinking.
Sound like a challenge you're excited to take on?
Apply now, and help us build the future of automation.
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work.
Our company language is English.

Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
Aleph is seeking a strategic, high-energy Programmatic Specialist to represent Spotify across the LATAM region. You don't need to be a hands-on trafficker or optimizer, but you do need to speak the language of DSPs, SSPs, and Ad Exchanges fluently enough to sell with real credibility, handle objections, and guide agencies through the offering.
What you'll do
Own revenue targets and pipeline growth for Spotify's programmatic solutions (self-serve, PMPs, always-on activations) across LATAM markets.
Proactively prospect and identify new opportunities, and unblock stalled ones within agencies and brands — finding the right internal contact, the right angle, and the right moment to move a deal forward.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agency programmatic desks, buying, strategy, and digital teams across multiple markets — know how agencies are structured internally and how to navigate them.
Evangelize Spotify's programmatic offering to agencies and clients, driving upsell and always-on activations, and supporting partners with any questions along the way.
Translate campaign performance data into insights and business narratives that resonate with clients at a strategic level.
Train and mentor sales team members on programmatic positioning and talking points.
Stay current on programmatic trends, self-serve platform dynamics, and industry best practices to keep pitches sharp and relevant.
Represent Spotify/Aleph at industry events, building market presence across the region.
Work with third-party vendors and partners to strengthen the offering, and coordinate with internal specialist/operations teams to ensure smooth execution once a deal is won.
What you need for this role
5+ years of experience in advertising sales, business development, or account management within programmatic/digital advertising.
Solid working knowledge of programmatic fundamentals: DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, and self-serve platforms — enough to sell and defend the offering with authority, even if you're not the one operating it day to day.
Proven track record building agency/client relationships and driving revenue growth across LATAM markets (regional exposure strongly preferred).
Strong understanding of agency internal structures and dynamics — you know who to talk to and how to get in the door.
Comfort with data at a consumption level: able to read dashboards and performance reports and turn them into a compelling client story (Salesforce, Sheets/Slides, Excel).
A genuinely commercial mindset — you love prospecting, relationship-building, and closing; programmatic is your specialty, not just a technical checkbox.
Exceptional storytelling, negotiation, and presentation skills; comfortable holding a room at C-suite level.
Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
What will make us really love you
Commercial Drive — You love the chase: prospecting, unblocking, closing.
Enough Data Fluency to Sell — You can read a dashboard and turn it into a story, even if you're not the one building it.
Adaptability — Comfortable moving between a strategic C-suite pitch and a technical programmatic conversation in the same day.
AI-Curious by Default — When a new tool shows up, you test it and fold it into how you sell — briefs, pipeline signals, prospecting — rather than just tolerating it.
Passion for music, audio culture, or the creator economy — You get why audio matters to brands and to people, and that shows up in how you pitch.
Why Join Us?
Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents. We support each other, creating an environment of giving and receiving. We value partnership and communication because we believe it takes a group of people to achieve great things. We are energized by our ever-changing industry, our curiosity keeps us learning and seeking out new opportunities.

It’s inconsistent, it's longer than it needs to be, it doesn't sound enough like us (which we’re still working out), it doesn't convert as well as we’d like, and errors make it through to publication.
That's the job. You'll own the voice, the style guide and the editorial review layer that makes top notch words systematic rather than accidental. You'll lead our copywriting team, develop them, and help them realise their potential. You'll do this by showing as well as telling: you'll show us what amazing looks like. And you'll set Finom's editorial AI strategy, deciding where generation, drafting and checking genuinely help, and where they don't belong at all.
You will own the English (not localisation, but you'll work closely with the people who do, because English is the source language), which means your standard becomes the ceiling for every market we operate in. Tighten the English and every language gets better.
This is a role for an exceptional editor. Not only a writer, though you'll need to be a strong one. The core of this job is taking someone else's draft and making it materially better, quickly, because you've established a strong standard that brings results. If you find that more satisfying than seeing your own byline, you'll enjoy this job a lot.
What You'll Be Doing
• Owning the words across the Finom experience: the standard, the voice and the final read
• Building and owning the style guide, and driving its adoption well beyond the Editorial team
• Establishing the editorial review layer: who reads what before it ships, against what criteria, and how nothing goes out with errors in it
• Leading and developing the copywriting team, giving direct and useful feedback, and hiring as the function grows
• Owning Finom's editorial AI strategy: where generation, drafting and checking are used, where they aren't, and what quality gates they have to pass
• Writing personally on key projects, campaigns and launches
• Coordinating across lifecycle, web, paid and social so that Finom's language is consistent everywhere a customer meets us
• Partnering with Product to make sure brand voice holds inside the product, not just in marketing
• Working closely with localisation partners so English source quality lifts every market
• Making copy work commercially: tightening, sharpening and testing so that writing converts rather than merely describes
• Building the intake and prioritisation model that lets a small team serve rising demand without the standard slipping
What Success Looks Like
In your first 30 days: you've read everything, you know where the worst copy is and why, you've properly assessed the team you've inherited, and you understand where demand actually comes from. You have a diagnosis, not yet a plan. By 45 days: a first version of the style guide is in use, an editorial review layer is running, and errors have stopped reaching publication. By 60 days: intake and prioritisation are agreed with the teams generating demand, the voice is documented and being adopted outside Editorial, and your first AI-assisted workflows are live with quality gates that hold. By 6 months: Finom sounds like one company everywhere. Copy is tighter and converting better, with evidence. The writers on your team are visibly better than when you arrived. Editorial runs as a function rather than a queue.
Who You Are
• An outstanding and fast editor. You improve other people's writing without taking it over. You do it under deadline, without agonising
• A precise writer. Your English is exceptional. You cut rather than decorate
• Direct about quality. You can tell someone their draft isn't working, explain exactly why, and leave them wanting to fix it
• A brilliant documentor. You've created style guides, review processes or editorial standards where none existed
• Commercially literate. You treat copy as a lever, not only as craft, and you can point to writing that moved a number
• Genuinely cross-functional. You get good work shipped through other teams' processes, not just your own
• Comfortable with ambiguity. There's no style guide, no review process and no documented voice yet. You find that energising
Must-Haves
• Evidence that you can lead the editorial standard, whether through direct people management, mentoring other writers, or operating as a senior individual contributor with strong stakeholder influence. Experience managing and developing writers is highly valued.
• Experience producing high-volume marketing and conversion copy in a fast-moving tech or digital environment. In-house experience is preferred, but strong agency backgrounds are equally relevant where you’ve worked at pace across multiple channels.
• English at native level. Exceptional command of written English, since your work sets the quality ceiling for every localised market
• Demonstrable AI fluency in an editorial context. Not tool familiarity: evidence that you've set policy in practice, defined where AI isn't used, built the checking layer, and held quality as volume rose
• A track record of building editorial standards, style guides or review processes from scratch
• Experience developing writers who measurably improved
• Ability to work across marketing and product surfaces
• Based in an eligible EU location, the UK or Ireland
We're deliberately open on background. Editorial and journalism, brand and advertising copywriting, and B2B content marketing are all valid routes into this role. We care about the work and the judgement, not the job titles.
Nice-to-Haves
• Fintech, financial services or another regulated industry where precision genuinely matters
• Experience owning voice across both marketing and in-product copy
• Experience running a source-language function feeding multi-market localisation
• Experience building or managing a freelance writer network
Why Finom
Finom is building the financial platform European entrepreneurs actually want to use, in a category where almost every brand looks and sounds the same. Our customers rate us 4.8 on Trustpilot, higher than any other B2B banking player in Europe, so the product is genuinely good; the job in Brand is to make sure the way Finom reads and sounds matches it. That means an editorial function you get to build rather than inherit, an editorial AI strategy designed from a clean sheet at a moment when very few companies have worked this out properly, and real appetite at senior level for quality as a way to win rather than a cost line. If you've spent time somewhere the writing was tolerated rather than cared about, this will feel different.
Compensation & Benefits
This role sits at Job Level 6, which includes equity options under Finom's Incentive Plan, eligibility for the High Performance Bonus Plan, and a salary positioned within Finom's range for your location, level and job family, benchmarked to the 50th–75th market percentile.
Our Process
A 30-minute screen, a conversation with the VP of Brand, a three-hour editorial task with a follow-up discussion, a short cross-functional panel, a conversation with the writers you'd be leading, and a final interview with our CMO. We aim to move quickly and we'll tell you where you stand at every stage.

Art Director, Brand & Marketing Design
About the Role
Finom is building a brand that European entrepreneurs recognise and trust, and right now the visual side of that brand needs an owner.
We are looking for an Art Director to lead our Marketing Design team and take ownership of Finom's visual identity end to end. Not marketing design in isolation: the brand system itself, the guidelines behind it, and how consistently it shows up everywhere Finom appears.
You are joining at a genuine inflection point. Finom is growing fast, helping entrepreneurs around Europe take their businesses to the next level. We have over 200k users with ambition for millions more. Meanwhile, our customers rate us 4.8 on Trustpilot, the only business banking app above 4.7.
Our ambition brings with it a unique set of challenges. Your job will be twofold: raise the creative bar, and build the system that lets a team deliver at volume without the quality dropping.
Your first months will be as much about diagnosis as creation: auditing the existing identity, understanding where the current team and workflows are working or falling short, and putting the foundations in place for what comes next. From there, you'll help determine and lead the next evolution of Finom's visual identity.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will direct and mentor, and you will also design, setting the visual benchmark yourself, not just reviewing other people's work against it. You will work in close partnership with our VP of Product Design, so that the brand reads as one across marketing, product, and the entire brand experience.
Finom is building an AI-native production pipeline, and we want a creative leader who is already fluent in it. Not someone curious about AI, someone who has shipped with it and can design the workflows, quality gates and brand guardrails that make AI output genuinely good rather than merely fast.
What You Will Be Doing
• Own Finom's visual identity (the brand system, guidelines, design systems and documentation) and drive consistent adoption across every team and touchpoint, including teams that produce assets outside your own
• Set and hold the creative bar. Shape visual direction across channels and make consistency and quality non-negotiable
• Lead and develop the existing Marketing Design team, assess its capabilities and future shape, and determine where additional permanent, freelance or AI-enabled capacity is needed
• Define the design requirements for intake, briefing, prioritisation, SLAs and review, working with Brand Operations and Marketing Operations to turn them into scalable processes
• Design and direct high-quality visual and motion assets that bring the brand to life, personally setting the benchmark for the wider team
• Build the AI-native production pipeline: define where AI accelerates the work, where it doesn't, and what quality and brand-integrity gates it has to pass. Create the templates, systems and tools that let both designers and AI workflows execute independently
• Provide creative direction at the front of significant projects (the creative kickoff, the concept, the narrative) rather than reviewing work once it's already been produced
• Direct the creation of mood boards, design references, scamps, storyboards and animatics to communicate creative intent
• Partner with Marketing, Product, copywriters and strategists to develop campaigns across digital-first channels (social, web, video), with the ability to stretch into ATL where the moment calls for it
• Own projects from concept through delivery, and run multiple parallel workstreams without letting standards slip
• Build and present creative work to senior stakeholders, articulating rationale clearly enough to guide decisions
• Manage a flexible pool of freelance and external creative partners to absorb peaks in demand
• Act as guardian of the visual identity while continuously pushing where the brand can be braver
Who You Are
• A genuinely strong designer. Other designers respect your work and want to learn from you; that's the bar, and it isn't optional for this role
• Strong design taste, and able to articulate how it impacts the business. You can tell excellent from generic and explain precisely why, in terms a non-designer can act on
• A builder of process as much as a maker of work. You believe high volume and high quality are compatible, and you have the systems thinking to prove it
• Customer-obsessed in how you approach brand: your creative decisions trace back to what the audience actually responds to, not to internal taste
• Comfortable with ambiguity. Finom is moving fast, the setup is being built as you go, and you find that energising rather than exhausting
• A generous leader who elevates people, gives direct feedback, and turns good work into exceptional work
• Confident with senior stakeholders without becoming a bottleneck for them
Must-Haves
• 8+ years as a graphic or brand designer, ideally in fast-moving, brand-led environments
• 4+ years as a design leader with direct responsibility for a team of three or more
• Experience building customer-facing technology brands or consumer digital products at scale. Your portfolio should show how strong visual craft works alongside usability, clarity and commercial objectives
• A track record of building and evolving brand systems across campaigns, products or businesses, including ownership of key visual directions
• A standout portfolio showing strategic thinking, creativity and polished execution across visual design, motion, editorial, digital and social formats
• Clear examples of work where you led or directed other creatives
• Demonstrated AI design fluency, with evidence of AI-native production rather than occasional AI assistance: workflows you built, quality standards you set, output you shipped
• Experience creating scalable brand systems, templates, tools and guidelines that let other teams execute independently
• Expertise across Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, with the ability to define efficient workflows and standards for a team
• A portfolio of shipped brand assets: campaign visuals, social graphics, presentation decks, event materials, marketing collateral
• Excellent communication skills and the judgement to influence at a senior level
• Fluent English
Nice-to-Haves
• Experience in fintech or financial services
• Experience with sponsorship, partnership or event-led brand work at scale
• Motion design depth, or experience directing motion specialists
• Experience partnering closely with a product design function on a shared brand system
• Experience building and managing a freelance or external creative network
