Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
As a member of the Capacity Strategy & Operations team, you will sit at the intersection of supply intelligence, demand forecasting, and cross-functional execution, turning a complex, fast-moving hardware market into a predictable, reliable foundation for our customers and internal engineering teams.
This is not a purely analytical role. You will own the end-to-end capacity planning process: from translating customer commitments and growth forecasts into concrete supply requirements, to coordinating fulfillment across vendors, finance, and the infrastructure team, to building the systems that make all of this repeatable and scalable. When supply is constrained and tradeoffs are unavoidable, you are the person in the room who can model the options, make a clear recommendation, and drive alignment fast.
You are a strong fit if you have operated at the intersection of strategy and execution before — someone who is equally comfortable building a capacity model in a spreadsheet and running a cross-functional war room when a customer deployment is at risk.
EXAMPLE INITIATIVES
- Demand-Supply Alignment Framework: Build and own the process that translates customer pipeline, signed commitments, and growth projections into a forward-looking GPU demand signal — so the team is never caught flat-footed when a customer scales faster than expected.
- Constrained Allocation Playbook: Define the decision framework for how Baseten allocates scarce GPU supply across competing customers and regions, including escalation paths and tradeoff criteria for leadership.
- Capacity War Room Ownership: Lead cross-functional response when a high-stakes capacity situation arises — coordinating across Sales, SRE, Finance, and Vendor relationships to resolve it with minimal customer disruption.
- Strategic Briefings for Leadership: Produce clear, concise capacity health reports and scenario analyses for senior leadership, enabling confident decisions on customer commitments, vendor negotiations, and CapEx allocation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the capacity planning process end to end: intake, triage, prioritization, fulfillment tracking, and post-mortem learnings
- Translate customer commitments, sales pipeline, and infrastructure growth targets into concrete GPU demand forecasts across regions, GPU types, and timelines
- Partner with Finance to model capacity scenarios, evaluate new supply opportunities, and support CapEx decision-making
- Work closely with the Capacity Acquisition team to align supply procurement with forward demand, flagging gaps and risks early
- Coordinate cross-functionally across Sales, SRE, and Infrastructure teams to resolve capacity conflicts and ensure customer commitments are honored
- Build and maintain the operational cadence that keeps capacity planning structured, visible, and free of ad-hoc Slack chaos
- Develop reporting and dashboards that give leadership a real-time view of capacity health, utilization trends, and risk exposure
- Identify recurring operational gaps in the capacity lifecycle and drive process improvements that reduce toil and improve reliability
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, finance, or a similarly analytical and execution-oriented role
- Demonstrated ability to own complex, cross-functional processes with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Strong quantitative and modeling skills — comfortable building demand forecasts, scenario analyses, and capacity models from scratch
- Excellent communication skills, with a track record of distilling ambiguous situations into clear recommendations for senior leadership
- High ownership mindset: you identify what is broken, build the fix, and follow through until it is working
- Operates well under pressure and in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where the playbook does not yet exist
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with GPU infrastructure, cloud platforms, or AI/ML ecosystem
- Experience in a high-growth startup or Series B+ environment where operational processes were being built from scratch
- Exposure to vendor or partner management, particularly in hardware, cloud, or infrastructure contexts
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Senior NPI Mechanical Engineer to help establish our mechanical New Product Introduction (NPI) practices from the ground up, guiding hardware programs from concept through early production readiness. In this role, you will be the technical authority on manufacturability, working closely with design, quality, and supply chain teams to build the frameworks, processes, and discipline that let us scale from prototype and beta builds toward repeatable, larger-volume production. You will stand up quality processes and defect-reduction practices sized to where we are today, and own supplier relationships from sourcing through qualification and issue resolution. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role at the intersection of design, manufacturing, and quality, for an experienced mechanical engineer who thrives on creating structure out of ambiguity as much as executing within it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Lead mechanical NPI activities across the full product lifecycle, from concept and early prototyping through pilot builds, ramp, and sustained production.
- Partner with design engineering to review designs for manufacturability, assembly, and testability (DFM/DFA/DFT), influencing decisions early enough to avoid costly late-stage changes.
- Help define and stand up a lightweight, right-sized gate process (EVT/DVT/PVT-equivalent) for our stage, then own the mechanical engineering deliverables (build plans, test protocols, readiness criteria) at each gate as it matures.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with electrical engineering, industrial design, quality, supply chain, and program management to keep NPI programs on schedule and within budget.
Manufacturing Scalability
- Evaluate and select manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixturing appropriate for our current build volumes, with an eye toward what will and won't scale as we grow from beta to production
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in prototype and early pilot builds, laying the groundwork for the throughput and yield improvements we'll need as volume increases.
- Develop and validate assembly processes, work instructions, and line layouts in partnership with contract manufacturers and internal operations teams- largely from scratch, not by inheriting existing documentation.
- Lead design-for-scale reviews to anticipate and mitigate risks before they impact volume production.
Quality & Defect Reduction
- Lead defect triage and containment efforts during prototype and pilot builds, partnering with quality engineering — or building that partnership where it doesn't yet exist — to close the loop on recurring issues.
- Define and begin tracking foundational quality metrics appropriate to our build volumes (e.g., first-pass yield, defect rate per build, open issues by severity), evolving toward more statistically rigorous measures like DPPM and field return rates as volumes grow.
- Establish and drive quality processes across the NPI lifecycle, including FMEA, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) programs.
- Champion a culture of proactive quality, embedding lessons learned from prior programs into new product designs.
Supplier Management
- Lead supplier sourcing, qualification, and onboarding for mechanical components, subassemblies, and tooling.
- Conduct supplier audits and capability assessments to ensure suppliers can meet cost, quality, and volume requirements.
- Manage ongoing supplier relationships, including performance reviews, issue resolution, and escalation management.
- Negotiate and align on technical requirements, specifications, and quality agreements with suppliers and contract manufacturers.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience, including significant time in NPI roles- ideally including experience both scaling hardware through high-volume manufacturing and standing up NPI processes from scratch in an early-stage or low-volume environment.
- Demonstrated track record of taking products from concept through mass production, ideally in robotics, consumer electronics, or complex electromechanical systems.
- Strong working knowledge of DFM/DFA/DFT principles, GD&T, and manufacturing processes (injection molding, sheet metal, machining, casting, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with quality methodologies such as FMEA, 8D, root cause analysis, and SPC.
- Proven experience managing supplier relationships, including sourcing, qualification, and issue resolution.
- Experience standing up or scaling manufacturing lines at contract manufacturers.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence design decisions and align diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to supplier and manufacturing sites as needed (domestic and/or international).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in robotics, automation, or other complex mechatronic products.
- Familiarity with PLM/ERP systems and NPI program management tools.
- Six Sigma or equivalent quality certification.
- Experience with regulatory and safety compliance requirements relevant to robotics hardware (e.g., UL, CE, ISO).
WHAT WE OFFER
- Comprehensive health coverage for US‑based employees, including fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, with virtual care and employee assistance resources.
- Meaningful time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of PTO (accrued), separate sick leave, and paid company holidays.
- 401(k) retirement plan with 4% employer match.
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- Free daily catered lunch, snacks, and drinks in‑office.
- Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics.
- Freedom to influence the product and own key initiatives.
For this role in Massachusetts, the expected base salary range is $150K–$190K USD per year; your placement in that range depends on how your experience maps to our internal leveling.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Control Engineer to join our Controls Team in Vancouver, focusing on SW control development and integration of robotic actuators and sensors.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and validating joint- and actuator-level controllers that deliver high precision, responsiveness, and safety for complex robotic mechanisms.
The ideal candidate has a solid background in control theory, strong software engineering skills in C++, and comfort working across the full stack from real-time embedded control up through networking, kinematics/dynamics, and browser-based debugging tooling. You will work closely with other control and hardware engineers to model, tune, and optimize the behavior of real robots and their subsystems (i.e. limbs and end-effectors).
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Low-Level Control Development
- Tune and validate actuator - and joint-space control loops (PID, feedforward, impedance/admittance, observers, state feedback) for multi-DoF systems in ROS2.
- Work across EtherCAT/CAN and Linux networking (TCP/IP, DDS discovery, time sync) to ensure deterministic, safe real-time operation.
- Implement safety and fault-handling mechanisms for dynamic conditions.
Modeling, Kinematics & System Identification
- Build and identify models of actuators, transmissions, and mechanisms — including parallel mechanisms like differential wrists/ankles — for control design and simulation.
- Apply rigid body kinematics/dynamics and numerical IK/FK methods; work from URDF/Xacro and MJCF, interpreting mechanical drawings and geometry.
Software & Systems Integration
- Write real-time-safe, object-oriented C++ (lock-free structures, thread safety) for control and diagnostics.
- Design and debug multi-layer control architectures.
- Maintain CMake build/dependency tooling and Python test harnesses; build lightweight browser-based tools (HTML/JS/WebSocket) for hardware debugging.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ THE ENGINEERING TEAM ⭐
In our engineering team, we build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first-class service to our members, health professionals, and even ourselves!
Being an engineer at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate engineers, with a lot of interactions.
We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems!
Our process is very simple: those who make product decisions are the same ones who build them.

🛠️ THE STACK
Python/Flask, Typescript, React, React Native on the coding side. AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Redis, Terraform/Terramate, Datadog, Cloudflare, GitHub Actions on the platform side, all in a monorepo. We deploy daily and believe in distributed ownership - you build it, you own it.
🤖 THE INFRA CREW - WITHIN THE TECH FOUNDATIONS AREA
🎯 Mission:
- Tech Foundations - enables product crews and creates the environment to thrive, combining world-class infrastructure, intuitive developer experience, exquisite operational excellence, and built-in security to make shipping exceptional products effortless.
- Infra - is one of its crews. Its mission: operate and evolve the foundations Alan runs on (multi-cloud infrastructure, data platforms, observability, and the operational practices around them) so that product crews ship safely and quickly, members never feel the platform underneath, and the business can expand to new countries without re-inventing how we run.
🔭 Scope:
1. Cloud foundations & multi-cloud architecture: own and evolve Alan’s cloud footprint, Infrastructure-as-Code stack (Terraform, Terramate), and the architectural decisions enabling international expansion.
2. Data & application platforms: operate and evolve the foundations product crews build on: PostgreSQL/Aurora, our events pipeline, async workloads, and database migration tooling, without leaking complexity into product code.
3. Reliability, observability & on-call: own Alan's platform uptime and latency SLOs end-to-end. Evolve our observability stack (Datadog), the incident response process (Incident.io http://Incident.io), and the shared on-call rotation across the area to keep it sustainable as we scale.
4. Governance & compliance enablement and FinOps: own the cross-cutting concerns no single domain holds, infrastructure cost (FinOps), IAM posture, backup and disaster recovery, exit strategy, with automation and reporting that scales beyond the crew.
5. AI-augmented infrastructure operations: make AI assistants a first-class citizen for incident investigation, runbook execution, and toil reduction, so engineers spend their time on high-leverage work.
👀 Focus for 2026:
In 2026, we're growing the team significantly to step up impact across four bets:
- Multi-cloud expansion: revisit our cloud strategy as we go international, and launch new geographies.
- Decoupling for scale: evolve service architecture to carry Alan 2.0 from 1M members today to 10M.
- Operational excellence: raise the quality bar end-to-end by overhauling observability, on-call, and cost management practices.
- AI-augmented infra ops: make AI assistants a first-class part of investigation, troubleshooting, and toil reduction, so engineers spend time where leverage is highest.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
EXPERIENCE WE VALUE
- 3+ years in Platform engineering, DevOps, Site reliability engineering or equivalent roles.
- You have strong experience with cloud platforms (especially AWS or GCP).
- You're comfortable writing code for automation and tooling (e.g. API, internal command line, developer portal) and willing to work in Python/Typescript (but you don’t need to have experience with those 2 languages!).
- You have touched observability, monitoring, alerting or incident management tools and practices.
- You are able to design and implement robust infrastructure systems with a focus on reliability and observability.
- You can maintain our uptime targets while optimizing infrastructure costs.
- You’ve built and maintained internal or external tooling (e.g. API, web interface, internal command line, configuration as code, etc) for other engineers.
MINDSET WE VALUE
- You treat infrastructure and platform engineering as product work: engineers & members are your customers, and infrastructure should feel effortless.
- You’re hands-on: writing code is the bulk of the job (Python, TypeScript, Terraform). You ship what you write to production yourself, then operate it: rollouts, alerting, on-call, incident response.
- You're an enabler: you measure your impact by how fast product crews ship features without ever consulting you. The harder you've worked, the less they have to engage you.
- You build reusable patterns: guardrails, libraries, and reliable-by-default abstractions that prevent outages and runaway cost at scale.
- You’re fluent in English (French is not required).
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire above C1 level range https://medium.com/alan/a-new-iteration-of-our-engineering-career-path-at-alan-f46f7b229b2d.
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply! Everything else is a bonus.
🌍 HOW WE WORK
- Location: You must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
- Remote work: We offer remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist.
We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What's the opportunity?
It’s an exciting time at Fin - especially within our Deployment Services team. We’re helping some of the world’s most innovative companies transform how they support their customers through AI-powered customer service.
As a
Senior
AI Deployment Consultant
, you’ll lead our largest and most complex customer deployments, combining world-class project management with hands-on technical configuration of the Fin platform. You’ll be the trusted advisor who ensures our customers achieve value quickly and at scale, guiding them not only to do the foundations, but set a direction on how they measure their impact with AI.
You’ll partner with a dedicated team of engineers for complex technical work while managing the overall project strategy, timeline, and delivery. This is a perfect role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, customer success, and execution excellence.
What will I be doing?

Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and R&D - shaping deployment strategy up front and feeding what you learn in the field back into the roadmap.
Contribute to the evolution of our Deployment Services methodology, templates, and best practices.
Apply AI tooling to your own delivery work to compress discovery, documentation, and asset creation - and share what works back to the team.
What skills do I need?
5+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation, deployment, or professional services roles, ideally within SaaS or AI technology companies.
A track record of delivering large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and on budget with low escalation rates - and a clear point of view on the operating discipline that makes that repeatable.
Hands-on technical capability. You can configure platforms yourself, and you're fluent enough in APIs, data flows, and integration patterns to know when a requirement is a config problem versus an engineering one.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, capable of influencing both executives and technical stakeholders.
Strong judgment under ambiguity - you can prioritize, decide, and move when requirements aren't fully formed, and you're resilient in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Daily use of AI tooling in your own workflow - discovery synthesis, documentation, customer assets - and the ability to show how it's changed your delivery pace. We'll ask about this.
Experience with Intercom Helpdesk, Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CX platforms is a plus.
How Will I Be Measured?
Automation Rate - Are you driving your customers to achieve high adoption of Fin?
CX Score — do customers rate the deployment experience highly?
On-time, on-budget delivery — do your projects land against the timeline and scope you committed to?
Time-to-value — how quickly do customers get to a working, measurable Fin deployment?
Contribution to the team — the templates, mentorship, and best practices you leave behind.

If you want to build and own the systems that decide what JetBrains customers are entitled to use and bill them accurately for it, this is for you. You will focus on designing backend services, keeping complex commercial flows correct, and tackling hard distributed systems challenges on the critical path of every paid request.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
At JetBrains, the Cloud Platform department builds the underlying infrastructure that powers authentication, paid capabilities, usage metering, and accounting. Within this department, the Licensing & Billing team sits right at the center of our commercial model, turning what a customer buys into what they are actually allowed to use, and accounting for that consumption accurately enough to bill on.
The complexity of our entitlement, quota, and metering systems continues to grow. In this role, you will own the correctness and evolution of these backend services, take full ownership of end-to-end data flows, tackle distributed consistency across unreliable upstream systems, and ensure revenue-affecting data migrations happen cleanly without taking services offline.
Day to day, you will:
Design, build, and operate backend services that decide what a customer is entitled to and what their usage costs.
Own flows end to end, from ingesting licensing and purchase data from upstream systems to enforcing quotas and recording consumption.
Evolve our domain model to handle new commercial structures, combining seat-based plans and usage-based models.
Design integrations with external systems, ensuring correctness through idempotency, ordering, reconciliation, and eventual consistency.
Plan and execute live data migrations using feature flags, dual writes, backfills, and verification at every stage.
Build observability into our systems by defining invariants, metrics, and alerts to catch silent divergence before customers do.
Design internal APIs with explicit focus on versioning, backward compatibility, and developer experience for other JetBrains teams.
Improve system performance and reliability under continuous production load while decommissioning legacy subsystems.
Write integration tests against real dependencies and maintain reliable test infrastructure.
Investigate production incidents, find root causes, and follow through on lasting fixes.
What you’ll bring
An engineer’s dedication to accuracy, especially in domains where system errors have direct financial impact.
Pragmatic judgment when designing distributed systems where correctness under unreliable delivery is the main constraint.
A habit of trusting metrics, traces, and logs to understand production behavior rather than relying on assumptions.
Comfort navigating and simplifying large existing codebases containing legacy decisions.
Clear, direct communication skills to agree on API contracts across teams with different priorities.
A focus on testing as an essential design tool rather than an afterthought.
What you’ll need
A proven track record of building and operating backend services on the JVM platform using Kotlin or Java.
A solid working knowledge of relational databases, including transactions, isolation levels, locking, indexing, and live schema migrations (PostgreSQL preferred).
A deep understanding of distributed systems patterns, such as idempotency, retry strategies, eventual consistency, and data reconciliation.
Practical experience making live data migrations or system changes without downtime using feature flags and staged rollouts.
Experience designing versioned, backward-compatible APIs for other engineering teams.
Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures and message brokers like Kafka.
The ability to diagnose, debug, and resolve production incidents in complex environments.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
What success looks like
Success in this role means building a bulletproof entitlement and metering foundation that product teams can trust without hesitation. You will have successfully migrated live commercial systems to support new billing models without downtime or data divergence. Silent errors will be caught automatically by system invariants before affecting users, and internal teams will integrate seamlessly with your clean, versioned APIs.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work location. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
Remote work. Spend up to 30 days per year working remotely from abroad.

Do you care about building a user base from scratch, testing unproven acquisition channels, and implementing wild ideas beyond paid search? Are you enthusiastic about shipping now, preferring to go live with rough ideas today over polishing presentations for next month? If so, this is the role for you.
In this role, you’ll join the team building
Qure
, an AI copilot for web testing automation. This desktop app turns manual testing flows into production-ready automated scripts, saving hours of manual coding. We’re a seven-person team funded directly by JetBrains.
About JetBrains Innovation Hub
JetBrains builds software development tools used by more than 15 million people, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100. Innovation Hub is its internal startup incubator, where small autonomous teams build new products, funded and employed by JetBrains.
Qure
runs inside the Innovation Hub with its own roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and customers.
For you, that means a founding role without the runway risk. You build acquisition from zero, with the funding, benefits, and stability of an established company behind you.
What you’ll do
Qure is a fresh product, so the acquisition channel map is practically blank. Paid search, video, newsletters, marketplaces, paid communities, and content are all unproven for Qure. We need someone to determine how best to find its audience. With a high degree of freedom, a lean team, and no marketing bureaucracy, decisions you make on Monday go live by Wednesday.
Day to day, you will:
Run parallel channel experiments across paid search, video, communities, and organic traffic to discover what actually converts.
Shut down underperforming channels early using your own data to ground the decision.
Produce your own marketing assets, including ad copy, screen recordings, and landing pages.
Work directly with the product team to ship acquisition-focused product requirements, such as custom onboarding flows or free tools.
Build and maintain end-to-end funnel tracking, from a user’s initial click to aha moment to LTV.
What you’ll bring
Comfort operating without a playbook and deciding what to test when acquisition channels are entirely unproven.
Honesty about performance, with the discipline to cut underperforming channels based on data before anyone asks you to.
A bias for action that favors shipping functional campaigns quickly over prolonged polishing.
What you’ll need
Demonstrated success growing self-serve products with direct responsibility for user activation.
Experience managing marketing budgets across channels and reallocating spending based on user acquisition economics.
The capability to create your own creative assets – including copy, landing pages, and product demos – without relying on external agencies or designers.
Daily experience using LLMs in your own work for research, creative drafting, and data analysis, with the judgment to know when they help or hinder work.
Experience working inside a startup or a small, fast-moving product team.
Experience doing marketing for developer tools, QA products, or AI tools is a plus.
What success looks like
In your first three months, success means establishing a fully measurable acquisition funnel from a user’s first click to the aha moment. You will have run parallel channel experiments, determined the true cost per active user or B2B lead, shut down non-viable channels, and identified one or two channels worthy of significant investment.
Why join JetBrains?

The Opportunity
We are a bootstrapped, profitable enterprise SaaS company at $30M ARR with a clear trajectory to $100M. We have built the only 100% natively-architected platform in our ecosystem for DevSecOps, Data Protection, and Security—serving Fortune 500 enterprises across regulated industries including financial services, healthcare, government, and hospitality. Our customer base includes household-name brands, and our five-product portfolio creates significant expansion and cross-sell opportunity.
We are not looking for a CRO who will spend six months “assessing the landscape.” We need a proven operator who has personally scaled a SaaS business from $20–40M to $100M+ ARR, who understands that profitable growth is non-negotiable, and who can build and execute a revenue engine that compounds quarter over quarter. This is a company built by missionaries, not mercenaries—and we expect the same from our CRO.
The Product Portfolio
Our platform consists of five integrated product lines, all built 100% natively within the Salesforce ecosystem. This native architecture is a core competitive differentiator—no external servers, no third-party middleware, no security exposure points:
DevOps — End-to-end release management, version control, CI/CD, and automated deployments for Salesforce environments. Designed for enterprise-scale complexity with full audit trails and compliance controls.
Backup & Archive — Complete data protection with automated backup scheduling, granular recovery, and intelligent archival capabilities that help enterprises manage data lifecycle and reduce storage costs.
Trust Center (Security & Compliance) — Proactive security scanning, vulnerability detection, and compliance monitoring that gives regulated enterprises real-time visibility into the health and security posture of their Salesforce environments.
Data Seeding — Intelligent test data management that enables enterprises to create realistic, anonymized datasets for sandbox and development environments without exposing production data.
DevOps for Veeva — Purpose-built release management for life sciences organizations running Veeva CRM on the Salesforce platform, addressing the unique regulatory and validation requirements of pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
The company has also integrated AI-powered capabilities into the platform, enabling intelligent automation across the DevOps lifecycle. The multi-product portfolio creates a powerful land-and-expand motion: the average deal size is increasing, and the cross-sell opportunity across the five product lines is substantial and largely untapped.
Requirements
Core Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Execution
Own the full revenue number: new business, expansion, renewal, and retention across all segments (Enterprise, Mid-Market, and emerging PLG).
Design and execute the go-to-market strategy to scale from $30M to $100M ARR within 3–4 years while maintaining profitability.
Build and operationalize a quarterly planning cadence with bottoms-up forecasting, pipeline coverage models, and segment-level unit economics tracking.
Establish minimum deal size thresholds and systematically prune low-value accounts that dilute team capacity and drag down margins.
Drive cross-sell and upsell motions across the five-product portfolio, increasing average contract value and multi-product adoption rates.
Pipeline & Demand Generation
Build a scalable, multi-channel demand generation engine spanning outbound prospecting, content marketing, digital campaigns, events, partner referrals, and product-led growth.
Own pipeline coverage ratios and ensure 3–4x pipeline-to-quota coverage at all times across segments.
Implement rigorous pipeline inspection and deal management processes with weekly forecasting reviews, stage-gate criteria, and data-driven coaching.
Personally engage in strategic pipeline development for enterprise accounts, including executive-to-executive relationship building.
Product-Led Growth & Innovation
Design and execute a PLG motion that creates a self-service entry point into the platform, converting free or low-cost users into enterprise contracts.
Build the instrumentation, analytics, and product-sales handoff processes required to identify and convert PLG-qualified leads into sales-assisted opportunities.
Develop innovative go-to-market strategies that differentiate the company from competitors relying on traditional sales motions, including community-led growth and ecosystem-based strategies.
Enterprise Sales & Large Deal Execution
Personally lead and close strategic enterprise deals with Fortune 500 accounts, particularly in regulated industries with complex procurement and compliance requirements.
Penetrate large enterprise accounts through multi-threaded relationships, executive sponsorship, and value-based selling that ties platform outcomes to business-critical KPIs.
Build and manage a structured enterprise deal process including discovery frameworks, mutual close plans, executive business reviews, and competitive displacement playbooks.
Develop an account-based strategy for the top 50 target accounts with dedicated pursuit plans, relationship maps, and executive engagement cadences.
Customer Retention & Expansion
Drive gross revenue retention from current levels to 92%+ through proactive customer health monitoring, risk identification, and executive intervention processes.
Own the net revenue retention number, targeting 110%+ through systematic expansion and cross-sell into the installed base.
Establish executive-level relationships with top accounts, ensuring strategic alignment and long-term partnership positioning.
Implement a structured customer lifecycle management process from onboarding through renewal, with clear ownership, milestones, and escalation paths.
Global Team Leadership
Lead and scale a global revenue organization encompassing Sales (Enterprise and Mid-Market), Marketing (Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Field Marketing), Business Development (SDR/BDR), Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
Build a performance-driven culture with clear accountability, transparent metrics, and a low-tolerance approach to underperformance—while maintaining a supportive, coaching-oriented environment for top performers.
Recruit, develop, and retain A-level talent across all revenue functions, with a particular emphasis on hiring missionaries who demonstrate ownership mentality and independent judgment.
Manage distributed teams across time zones with disciplined operating rhythms, clear communication protocols, and consistent performance management.
Unit Economics & Profitable Growth
Maintain and improve unit economics as the company scales: CAC payback under 18 months, LTV-to-CAC ratio above 3x, and gross margins consistent with best-in-class SaaS benchmarks.
Make resource allocation decisions based on data, not instinct—investing in segments, channels, and motions that demonstrate efficient returns and pulling back from those that do not.
Provide the CEO and board with clear, honest reporting on revenue performance, pipeline health, retention trends, and forward-looking indicators.
Required Qualifications
Proven track record scaling a B2B SaaS company from $20–40M to $100M+ ARR as CRO, VP of Sales, or equivalent revenue leadership role.
Direct, personal experience closing six- and seven-figure enterprise deals with Fortune 500 or equivalent large enterprise customers.
Experience leading a global, multi-functional revenue organization including Sales, Marketing, and Business Development with 50+ total team members.
Demonstrated ability to build and operate a demand generation engine that produces predictable, inspectable pipeline across multiple channels.
Deep understanding of modern SaaS unit economics including CAC, LTV, payback period, gross margin, GRR, and NRR—with evidence of running a profitable or capital-efficient operation.
Experience implementing or scaling a product-led growth motion alongside traditional enterprise sales.
Track record of improving gross revenue retention to 90%+ and net revenue retention to 110%+ at scale.
Experience selling into regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, government, life sciences) with complex compliance and security requirements.
Minimum 15 years of progressive revenue leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CRO or equivalent role.
Strongly Preferred
Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem or adjacent enterprise platform ecosystems.
Background in DevOps, DevSecOps, or developer tools with an understanding of how technical buyers evaluate and adopt platform solutions.
Experience at a bootstrapped or capital-efficient company (not solely venture-backed hypergrowth environments where profitability was not a constraint).
Familiarity with multi-product portfolio selling and the orchestration of cross-sell and land-and-expand motions.
Experience building and leveraging executive communities or advisory boards as a strategic GTM channel.
History of competitive displacement wins against well-funded or market-leading competitors.
This role is not for everyone. It is for someone who has done this before—not someone who believes they can figure it out. It is for someone who runs toward problems, not away from them. Someone who holds themselves to a higher standard than anyone else could impose. Someone who understands that in a bootstrapped, profitable company, every decision carries real weight and every dollar matters.
If you are that person, we want to hear from you.
Benefits
Competitive compensation, incentive structure, and company equity
Daily coaching, mentorship, and growth opportunity
Remote-first team!
Be part of a global, mission-driven team
Learn from top leaders in Salesforce DevOps and SaaS sales
Work on exciting challenges in a rapidly growing industry
Unlimited Flex Time Off Plan + All Major holidays
Compensation & Structure
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and structured to reward performance:
Competitive base salary reflecting the CRO-level scope and enterprise SaaS benchmarks.
Significant performance-based variable compensation tied to bookings, retention, and profitability targets—not vanity metrics.
Equity participation with meaningful upside tied to the $30M-to-$100M growth trajectory.
Clear quarterly milestone structure with transparent measurement and payout criteria.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to work
We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work. Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. We recognize that certain roles benefit from regular, in-person connection to support collaboration, team cohesion, and customer engagement.
For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
