High fees, low rates, and too few ways to actually grow your money. We’re fixing it. And we’re moving fast. We’re an all-in-one financial services platform that brings together banking, high-yield savings, credit cards, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto in one place. We also partner with employers, HCM providers, gig platforms, and others to deliver embedded financial services to millions of employees and frontline workers. We’re backed by Walmart, the world’s largest retailer, and Ribbit Capital, one of fintech’s most respected investors, giving us rare scale, distribution, and the opportunity to build something truly category-defining. But what really sets OnePay apart is how we move. Our customers don’t have time to wait… and neither do we. This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are: - Ready to run - Hungry and driven by urgency - Exceptional at what they do, with low ego - Comfortable operating in motion THE ROLE As a Quality Platform Engineer at OnePay, your work will directly shape how confidently every engineering team ships to production, building the internal tooling that catches problems before they reach customers of a financial platform millions of people trust. You will: - Design and own shared automation frameworks used by engineering teams across web, mobile, and backend services - Build and maintain infrastructure that runs automated suites reliably at scale, including flaky-test detection and triage tooling - Partner with engineering teams to raise coverage and testing maturity, embedding quality practices into the development workflow rather than bolting them on afterward - Develop platform for test environment provisioning, data management, and parallelized execution to keep feedback loops fast - Define quality standards, provide observability (coverage, pass rates, run times), and maintain documentation and best practices to help engineers write and maintain effective automated tests YOU BRING - 5+ years of professional experience in frontend/backend/platform engineering with a strong testing focus - Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js or similar languages, with experience architecting test frameworks rather than just writing test cases - Experience with cloud-native infrastructure (Kubernetes, AWS) and containerized test environments - Familiarity with testing across the stack: API/integration testing, end-to-end testing for web and mobile (e.g., React Native) - Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to influence testing practices across multiple engineering teams - Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor TOOLS WE USE We use Typescript front to back, with node and NestJS frameworks for server code and React Native for our iOS, Android, and Web clients. We run on a highly distributed cloud-native stack with Kubernetes and AWS, and scale and resiliency are at the heart of everything we build. We also embrace agentic development, so engineers have their choice of a variety of models and agent harnesses, including Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and more to fit their workflow. While you don't need experience with our exact stack, familiarity with modern software engineering practices will help you ramp up quickly. WHAT WE OFFER - Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1 - 401(k) plan with company match - Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth - A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact STANDARD INTERVIEW PROCESS Our process varies by role. Location: EMEA; Toronto; Ireland; Portugal; United Kingdom; Spain Workplace: Remote ✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere. We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing: - Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time - Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek - A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance - The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023 Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one. And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply. THE ROLE Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster's positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires you to be based within -5 / +3 UTC. As Senior Director of Product for our Employer of Record offering, you will own the product vision, strategy and execution across the full EOR employment lifecycle, from onboarding and documentation through time off, benefits, pay and offboarding. That spans the workflows our customers use, the internal tooling our operations teams rely on, and the experience of the employees we employ on our customers' behalf. This is the core of Oyster's business and it is operationally and legally complex. A payroll delay, a contract issue or a compliance gap becomes a customer escalation, a legal question and an operations fire on the same day. We want someone who treats the whole journey as one experience, for our customers and for the people who have to run it. As a part of the senior leadership team at Oyster, you will be shaping strategy well beyond your own teams, setting direction across multiple product development teams and trusted to make the calls that define where this part of the business goes. You will be leading through real change: we are raising the bar on performance, moving toward direct feedback and radical candour, and reshaping how we build with AI. WHAT YOU WILL OWN - Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for EOR, and connect team-level work to company outcomes. - Be accountable for the end-to-end performance of the platform, including the downstream operational reality, not only what ships. - Turn highly localised, complex regulation into scalable, automated workflows rather than manual workarounds held together by our operations teams. - Prioritise across new capability, regulatory requirements, technical debt and operational improvement, across several teams at once. - Coach and grow a team of product managers and group product managers, moving them from delivering features to owning problems and outcomes. - Partner with Engineering and Design leadership as a real counterpart, holding proper tension on trade-offs without dominating or giving in too easily. - Partner with Operations, Legal and Finance to shape where this business goes, including the margin and risk picture. - Build an AI-first way of working in the product organisation: how we discover, prototype and learn, not just what we ship. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - 10+ years in product management, including 5 to 7 years leading other product managers, with measurable business and customer outcomes behind you. - Experience in operationally or legally complex B2B or Fintech. HR tech, EOR, payroll or compliance is ideal, though the complexity matters more to us than the sector. - A systems thinker who starts from first principles and diagnoses before proposing. - Hands-on experience using AI to change how your team works, not only what it ships. We will ask what decision changed because of something you learned. - Able to set product vision at business-unit level and generate real buy-in when priorities shift. - Proven people leadership: coaching product managers into leaders, holding a clear bar, having the difficult conversation early. - Experience leading through structural change, and comfort with ambiguity as an opportunity rather than a risk. - Communication strong enough to influence senior stakeholders, backed by a mechanism that turns agreement into delivery. You'll also need - A reliable home internet connection, or be able to get one. - Fluent English language skills. HOW WE WORK TOGETHER AT OYSTER Our values guide the work we do, the decisions we make, and the culture that makes Oyster what it is. We make it happen—progress is our default setting. We drive change, we build and give trust, and we move as one united team. Our mission is to create a more equal world of work: helping companies everywhere hire, pay, and care for talent anywhere. Location: Amsterdam Workplace: OnSite ABOUT US Tebi is creating the first Connected Restaurant Management System that makes hospitality flow. In one seamless platform, Tebi embeds sales, reservations, kitchen prep, payments, and all the data that powers it, creating smooth service and intuitive insights. Founded by Arnout Schuijff, co-founder of Adyen, and backed by €50 million in funding from Index Ventures & CapitalG, Tebi is built in service of hospitality first. Thousands of restaurants, cafés, bars, and coffee shops across the Netherlands, UK, Italy, Spain, Germany, Denmark and Finland already love running on Tebi. ABOUT THE ROLE You'll own design for the heart of Tebi: the point of sale, kitchen display and payment flows that restaurants use every minute of service. On a busy Friday night, one restaurant might run Tebi on an iPad at the bar, handhelds on the floor, payment terminals at the tables, screens in the kitchen and a printer at the pass. All of it has to work together, often for staff who only started that week. A lot of merchants like Tebi because it's as easy to use as a consumer app, so training new staff takes less time. You'll help keep it that way as the product grows. You'll work with a product manager and five engineers, and across teams on the work we share. Some of the problems waiting for you: - Making onboarding so simple that a restaurant can get set up and run its first service with confidence. - Making the kitchen display valuable even for kitchens that still print tickets. As a design team, we want to ship work we're proud of, own our seat at the table, and push the company to aim higher. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own design for the core aspects of hospitality service. The sales flow on the POS, the floor plan during service, the kitchen display, receipts and cash management. - Make paying the easy part. Checkout, splitting the bill, tips and service charges, settling up, and the terminals staff use to take payment. - Own the design system in the native app. We want the whole Tebi platform to share one design DNA. You'll own how it shows up in our native app: the design system, its components, and the details of how they're built. - Work AI-first and design AI into the product. Prototype in code, ship UI yourself, and help reinvent Tebi to be more helpful and proactive, like setup that configures itself for each restaurant. - Champion our merchants. Get close to the people who run their business on Tebi, and help the whole company understand them too. - Shape what we build. You'll work with the PM and engineers on which problems we take on and how we solve them. - Help the whole team level up. We're a small team, so your experience goes a long way. You'll mentor, give feedback and help other designers do their best work. WHAT YOU'LL BRING - You've led design end to end on a product people depend on, and other designers looked to you on craft. - You make complex things feel simple. Your work holds up for someone using it for the first time, in a rush, with a queue in front of them. - You're at home in the complicated system underneath: states, edge cases, money, and what happens when things go wrong. - You use AI tools in your work, or you're keen to learn fast. It's a requirement of the role, but we don't expect you to be an expert on day one. It's a bonus if you've worked on: - Native apps for tablets, phones or handhelds - Payments or fintech - Products that span several devices or real hardware - Building or running a design system - Hospitality. If you've worked a shift in a restaurant, bar or café, you'll know what the people using Tebi are up against. This probably isn't the role for you if you're happiest designing dense desktop tools for expert users. The person using your work could be on their very first shift. People who succeed at Tebi are independent, curious and passionate about hospitality. If this speaks to you we can be the right fit. Learn more about how we work from our Recipe here: https://www.tebi.com/gb/careers. This role is based in our Amsterdam office, with at least three days a week in the office. We can sponsor visas, if you are already based in the Netherlands. BENEFITS - Start-up Equity - Competitive Salary - Lunch Provided in Office - Team building events - Unlimited time off WHAT IS RESTAURANT SOFTWARE? Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it. From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy. HOW WE USE AI AT TEBI We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed. At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.
