BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken's engineers build a lot of software. Developer Platform AI builds the AI systems they use to do it: agents that write and review code, simple access to the best models in the tools they already use, and the infrastructure that connects AI to our internal systems.
This is a small team with a lot of reach. The tools you ship will change how engineers across Kraken work every day, and you'll see that happen directly. The work spans agent platforms, code review, LLM routing and cost controls, MCP integrations with tools like Slack, Jira and GitLab, and the security and observability that make all of it safe to run.
If you want to work on applied AI with real users from day one, this is that job.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Build the platform Kraken's agents run on: dynamic sandboxes, Slack workflows, approval gates, memory, and agents that can take real engineering work from start to finish
- Build our code review agent so merge requests get fast, useful feedback, and human reviewers can spend their time on design, risk and judgment
- Give engineers access to approved models in Claude Code, Cursor and Codex with no setup, so trying a new model takes seconds
- Build the connections between AI and the tools engineers use every day, including Slack, Jira, GitLab and internal APIs
- Route LLM requests to the right model for the job, balancing speed, quality and cost
- Work with Security to build access control, audit logging, budgets and cost reporting into the platform
- Own features end to end, from design through production, and keep them reliable alongside SRE
- Stay close to the engineers using what you build, and use their feedback to decide what comes next
SKILLS YOU SHOULD HODL
- Solid experience building and running backend or platform services in production
- Strong skills in Rust, Python, TypeScript or Go, with a habit of writing well-tested, maintainable code
- Comfort with Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability and a major cloud provider
- Good judgment about reliability, security and operational tradeoffs
- The ability to lead a technical design, write it down clearly, and work with teams outside your own
- Ownership: you can take something from idea to production and keep it working once it's there
NICE TO HAVES
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs: streaming, token accounting, rate limits, provider failure modes
- Experience building agent systems, code review or static analysis tooling, sandboxed execution, or developer tools
- Experience with API gateways, proxies or traffic management
- Familiarity with OAuth, OIDC and role-based access control
- Contributions to open-source infrastructure or developer-platform projects
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.

More than 30,000 subscription apps run on Adapty: $5B in revenue tracked, 4B users served, 80B API calls a month. That's one of the richest datasets in the app economy. Our mission is simple: make apps rich.
We are a team of 210+ passionate, product-driven people who love solving big challenges. Backed by top investors like 500 Startups and Surface Ventures, we are building one of mobile's fastest-growing SaaS companies and aiming for number one worldwide.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
In 2025 we doubled, from 95 to 200 people. Today we hire fewer roles, but more senior ones, and every single hire moves the needle. We have built a hiring system we believe in: a clear profile for every role, structured interviews, real-life cases and culture fit assessment on every final. Now we need recruiters who make it run every day, go out and find people who raise the bar, and close them fast.
You will own a portfolio of roles across Adapty, from engineering and product to marketing and sales, working directly with hiring managers and founders.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own your vacancies end to end: from intake with the hiring manager to an accepted offer. Every search starts with a clear profile and ends with the right hire.
- Hire the best people, fast. Run a tight process and keep Time to Offer low without lowering the bar.
- Proactively bring top talent to Adapty. Map the market, run direct outreach and build pipelines instead of waiting for inbound.
- Partner with hiring managers and drive alignment. Challenge the brief when it's wrong, keep feedback loops short, and push back when the data says so.
- Run structured interviews and assess candidates against our values and the role's competencies.
- Keep ATS clean and data-driven: scorecards, rejection reasons and pipeline updates.
- Help improve how we hire: share what works, fix what doesn't, and make the process faster and better.
ABOUT YOU
- You have 3+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting, ideally at a fast-growing tech or SaaS company.
- You have closed Senior and Lead roles through direct sourcing, not only inbound or agencies.
- You think in numbers: hires, Time to Offer, funnel conversion and trial retention. You know your own and can explain what you did to move them.
- You are a strong stakeholder partner. You can run an intake, challenge a hiring manager and drive alignment.
- You move fast and own your results. When a role gets stuck, you are the first to know and you come with a plan.
- You write and speak fluent English and Russian.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience hiring for mobile, app economy, fintech or dev tools.
- Hands-on experience with Ashby or another modern ATS, and with AI tools for sourcing and screening.
- Experience hiring across Europe and other remote markets.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
- Strong product with industry-best metrics. Adapty is among the top 5% fastest-growing SaaS companies.
- Exceptional compensation directly tied to your results.
- Direct communication and ownership. No bureaucracy, no politics, just impact.
- Flexible remote work. Join us from anywhere or work onsite in our Belgrade or London offices.
- Professional support. Language learning, sports, health insurance, laptop coverage, and more.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
This role will be based in Dublin. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
- Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room.
- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.
- Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models and the ability to structure credit-based commercial proposals.
- Prior experience selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts in productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model, partnering with a post-sale or Customer Success team as part of an integrated customer motion.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

Douro Labs is the core development team behind the Pyth Network. We’re looking for a Motion Brand Designer to bring our brand to life through animation, video and graphic design across our digital channels, events and products.
You will help shape how Douro Labs and Pyth move and show up to the world.
This role is for a hands-on designer who loves making things move: a versatile creator who shifts easily from a quick animated campaign graphic to a full motion package for a product launch or an event booth screen, often on short notice.
You will work closely with our Brand Design Lead to bring our visual identity systems to life across every touchpoint both static and dynamic, from web and social to events, while also supporting our Product Design Lead on product-side animation and graphics in the short term.
Location: Remote (US-based, EST preferred)
Type: Full-time
Reports to: Head of Design
About Our Team and Your Role
We are a well-rounded team: half of us are tech whizzes, while the other half excel in building partnerships with institutional clients, prime brokers and the global financial infrastructure community. Craft and clarity are key to how we communicate.
Remote Work: Our team is spread across the globe, from the US and South America to Europe and Asia. We are a digital-first organization where remote work is the norm.
Startup-level Speed: We thrive in the dynamic DeFi space and need a designer who can move quickly without compromising quality. You’ll be comfortable with shifting priorities, short timelines and finding smart ways to get more done.
The Mission: In this role, you will define how Pyth Pro, our institutional offering for leading banks, trading platforms and global financial networks, looks and feels in motion. You will play a key part in expanding the Douro Labs brand beyond Web3 natives into traditional markets, creating work that reaches market participants, developers and industry leaders every week.
About the Role
This is a production-focused role with motion design at its core. Most of the requests coming from our marketing team are motion and video, and you’ll be the person who owns them. You’ll receive art direction, creative direction and project assignments primarily from the Brand Design Lead, and secondarily from the Product Design Lead. At the outset, your time will be split roughly 75% brand and 25% product.
As the design team grows, this role is expected to shift toward supporting the Brand Design Lead full-time, with a deeper focus on motion, campaign and event work.
Responsibilities
Motion and Video
- Create animations and short-form video for social media, campaigns and partner announcements
- Produce motion packages for product releases, exchange integrations and major ecosystem events
- Turn complex ideas, like real-time market data, into clear and engaging animated stories
- Bring our website to life with animations and interactive moments in Framer
- Build reusable motion systems, templates and brand animation guidelines
- Adapt and resize motion assets across formats and platforms
Digital Production
- Design static social assets, sales collateral, internal communications and web content
- Apply brand guidelines consistently across all digital channels
Event Design
- Create motion content for event screens, stage visuals and booth displays
- Design booth graphics, signage and printed collateral
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver event assets on time
Product Support
- Support the Product Design Lead with UI animations, micro-interactions, illustrations and visual assets
- Help keep visual consistency between brand and product surfaces
Tools and Workflows
- Use any motion tool you like (After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, Rive, Lottie or others), as long as deliverables meet high standards and source files stay neatly organized and shareable
- Bring AI tools into your daily workflow to speed up production and explore new ideas
- Experiment with new tools and techniques and share what works with the team
- Help build templates and systems that make recurring motion work faster
About You
You must have:
- Excellent motion design skills, with a portfolio that shows animation, video and brand-led motion work
- Proficiency in Figma, with clean, well-organized files and experience working with shared libraries
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a motion, graphic or brand designer
- Strong generalist skills across layout, typography, color and composition
- A portfolio that shows range across motion, video, and graphic design
- An AI-forward mindset, using platforms like Claude, OpenArt, Higgsfield and Firefly in your daily practice to explore new visual ideas
- Self-organization and proactivity, able to manage your own workload and deadlines
- Clear, warm communication: you take direction well and speak up with ideas
- A resourceful, experimental approach to problem-solving, and you enjoy figuring things out
Nice to have:
- 3D experience (Cinema 4D, Blender or similar)
- Hands-on Framer experience, including building and animating web pages or interactive prototypes
- Illustration and iconography skills
- Crypto, DeFi or financial infrastructure familiarity
Think you've got what it takes to build the most talented team in the world? We'd love to meet you.
Location: Dublin, Ireland
WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s.
