- Build AI prototypes for game analytics, with a focus on multimodal data: screenshots, images and gameplay video. For example, recognizing LiveOps events from in-game screenshots or extracting what changed in a game update.
- Choose and use the right models for each task (mainly Claude), balancing quality, speed and cost.
- Build data pipelines with our Data Engineer to run models on large volumes of game data.
- Measure quality so we know what works and what doesn’t.
- Build retrieval and multi-step pipelines.
- Turn the best prototypes into real product features together with our engineers.
Our tech stack
Python, FastAPI, LangGraph, OpenCV, PostgreSQL, S3, Kubernetes, TypeScript, React
What we’re looking for
- Strong Python (TypeScript is a plus).
- Experience with multimodal models: screenshots, images or video.
- Hands-on experience building products on top of LLM APIs, not just chatbots.
- Understanding of RAG and vector search, and when they’re not needed.

- You can work independently and explain your decisions clearly.
- Ability to pass technical interview both in Russian & English.
What we’d be particularly excited about
- Interest in or experience with mobile games, LiveOps or market analytics.
- Hands on experience in building AI projects

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- 3+ years of experience in technical Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales Architect, or Technical Pre-Sales roles
- Deep hands-on experience with API-first platforms: comfortable working directly with REST APIs, JSON data structures, webhooks, and SDK integration patterns, and able to troubleshoot them with Postman or similar tools

- Experience designing and running custom demos or pilots with clear, business-aligned success criteria
- Hands-on experience with coding agents to automate workflows, amplify impact, and execute at scale
- Ability to read the room, tailor your communication to diverse audiences, and identify detractors, champions, and key decision-makers
- Strong written and verbal communication, with a track record of producing clear technical documentation and explaining complex ideas to developers, architects, and C-suite executives alike
- Ability to effectively articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to empathize with prospects’ challenges and goals
- Skilled listener with innate curiosity
- Passionate about innovative technology, technical sales, and articulating value to prospects
- Enjoys working with prospects and is comfortable interacting with C-suite executives from both technical and business perspectives
- Professional proficiency in Italian, French,Spanish, German is a plus
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in enterprise ecommerce or retail technology environments
- Hands-on familiarity with at least two major ecommerce platforms, including how each handles catalog structure, extensions, and headless versus templated frontends

- Working knowledge of search and discovery concepts

— Вести метрики пилота: скорость (lead time, time to first artifact), качество (rework rate, defect escape rate), стоимость на принятый результат, время людей на ревью.
LLM gateway, spec-driven development.
— Возможность работать в составе крупной компании, лидере страхового рынка;
— Полное соблюдение норм Трудового Кодекса РФ;
— Полностью "белая" заработная плата, своевременные выплаты;
— График работы 5/2 (удаленный формат работы);
— Подключение к ДМС после успешного прохождения испытательного срока;
— Корпоративные скидки на страховые продукты (авто страхование, ВЗР и т.д.);
— Корпоративные скидки на фитнес, магазины-партнёры, книги и др.;
— Электронная библиотека с более чем 3000 книг на самые актуальные темы современного бизнеса, науки и личностного развития, включая мировые бестселлеры и доступом в оффлайн режиме с любого мобильного устройства.

Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
Role highlights:
- Senior Smart Manufacturing Engineer, Electronics
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Global Manufacturing Organization, Smart Manufacturing Engineering
- Reports to: Team Lead, Smart Manufacturing Engineering
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters:
As a Senior Smart Manufacturing Engineer, Electronics, you’ll own the test systems that every ICEYE satellite passes through before it reaches orbit. You’ll design and standardize the production and integration test equipment used across our manufacturing sites, find the bottlenecks that would otherwise cap how fast we can scale, and set the technical standard for the engineers around you. This is a hands-on design role with organization-wide influence: what you build and document becomes how we manufacture.
Who We Are
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Design, build and own the production and integration test systems used on the line, including the electrical ground support equipment.
- Drive standardization of test equipment across products and sites, so designs and interfaces are reused rather than rebuilt each time.
- Define test strategies: coverage, test limits, guard bands, failure modes and diagnostics.
- Produce and maintain the design documentation other engineers execute from, including schematics, test requirements, procedures and interface definitions.
- Use production and test data to find yield issues, bottlenecks and systemic weaknesses, then implement the fixes before they limit the ramp.
- Review designs from other teams and set the requirements they must meet to integrate cleanly into our production workflow.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through design reviews, feedback and knowledge sharing.
What we’re looking for
Must haves:
- Several years of electronics design and test system development experience, ideally on high-reliability or high-complexity products (space, defence, telecom, automotive, industrial or similar).
- Strong analog and digital electronics design, including high-speed digital work (signal integrity, impedance control, power integrity) and PCBA design for manufacturability and testability.
- A track record of designing, implementing and maintaining automated test systems or electrical ground support equipment, taken from concept through to stable production.
- Hands-on RF and mixed-signal test and characterization, including S-parameters, matching networks and filters, with the instruments that go with them (spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, signal generators).
- Test automation in Python and embedded development in C/C++ on common microcontrollers such as STM32, TI or MSP430.
- Experience mentoring engineers and running design reviews, with documentation quality to match.
Nice to haves:
- Altium Designer or KiCad, and RF simulation in CST or AWR.
- Lean or Six Sigma background, and quality methods such as FMEA, 8D or fault tree analysis applied to production problems.
- Experience scaling a manufacturing line: ramp-up, multi-site rollout and continuous improvement.
- Real-time operating systems such as FreeRTOS, and serial interfaces including USB, CAN and RS-485.
- Confident use of AI tools in day-to-day engineering work.
Application Process
- Recruiter Interview
- Hiring manager interview
- Technical assessment
- Final Interview
WORKING AT ICEYE
At ICEYE, you’ll join a diverse and highly engaged team united by the ambition to make the impossible possible. As a global scale-up, we combine speed and ambition with the opportunity to take real ownership from day one. Your growth, wellbeing, and success are a priority, with continuous professional development, training opportunities, and a culture where collaboration is how we win.
HOW WE WORK (OUR VALUES)
Make the impossible possible: We set ambitious goals and stay calm under pressure. We bring grit, optimism, and ownership when things get hard, and we keep moving until we find a way.
