ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
ABOUT THE PUBLIC SECTOR TEAM
- Sierra recently received FedRAMP High https://sierra.ai/blog/certified-fedramp-high certification and were awarded our first contract with a federal agency. We’re now building our founding public sector team to redefine the relationship between the government and its citizenry.
- Today, our agents already enable citizens to access social services, report fraud, and understand complex government systems. Simultaneously, they empower government officials to better hear the concerns and inquiries of their constituencies.
- We are explicitly nonpartisan and committed to empowering public servants to leverage AI to advance their important missions.
- In our journey, we are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and Family. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and lead Sierra’s public sector sales team: Recruit, develop, and lead a team of account executives serving strategic federal, state, or local government accounts. Set clear expectations, coach for performance, and build a culture of customer obsession, accountability, and consistent execution.
- Own revenue growth and territory strategy: Translate Sierra’s public sector ambitions into territory coverage, account priorities, pipeline goals, and revenue plans. Allocate resources thoughtfully, maintain rigorous forecasts, and drive the team to consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Create opportunities around mission outcomes: Build executive relationships with agency leaders and help your team translate priorities such as constituent access, service delivery, workforce effectiveness, and program integrity into compelling AI agent opportunities. Serve as an executive sponsor for strategic accounts.
- Guide complex sales cycles from discovery through award: Coach account executives through long, multi-stakeholder government buying processes and engage directly at critical moments. Mobilize cross-functional support for executive alignment, solution development, business cases, security and legal reviews, pricing, proposal strategy, negotiation, and close.
- Shape acquisition and capture strategy: Ensure every priority opportunity has a credible path to contract and a disciplined capture plan. Help the team navigate funding, fiscal-year timing, competitive dynamics, and procurement pathways—including GSA schedules, GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs, state schedules, and cooperative purchasing agreements. Lead deal reviews that surface risks early and turn strategy into clear next steps.
- Scale Sierra’s partner ecosystem: Partner with public sector and partnerships leadership to build productive relationships with prime contractors, systems integrators, resellers, distributors, small-business partners, and technology providers. Guide decisions about direct sales, subcontracting, teaming, and partner-led transactions to expand customer access and accelerate growth.
- Lead strategic prime and teaming relationships: Establish executive alignment with key partners and help shape account ownership, deal registration, workshare, and joint go-to-market plans. Ensure partnerships bring meaningful customer access, past performance, implementation capacity, or procurement pathways—and translate into qualified pipeline and successful delivery.
- Drive disciplined pursuit and proposal decisions: Partner with the Public Sector GM on bid/no-bid recommendations and prioritize resources across strategic pursuits. Align sales, legal, security, product, engineering, and delivery teams to produce procurement responses that are compliant, differentiated, and precise.
- Stay accountable for customer success: Build trust with senior agency leaders, establish strong handoffs from sales to delivery, and remain engaged through deployment and expansion. Help resolve escalations and ensure commitments made during the sales process support lasting customer relationships.
- Build a repeatable public sector go-to-market motion: Work with public sector leadership to refine account segmentation, hiring and capacity plans, capture processes, partner strategy, contract-vehicle priorities, and sales playbooks. Bring market signals and customer feedback to product and company leadership to shape Sierra’s platform and public sector strategy.
- Lead an AI-native sales organization: Embed AI into how the team researches accounts, develops outreach, synthesizes calls, plans opportunities, creates proposals, and forecasts. Model effective use, share successful practices, and help account executives spend more time on judgment, strategy, and customer relationships.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 15+ years of selling experience: Extensive experience in enterprise customer-facing sales role, specifically selling to the U.S. government.
- People leadership experience: 10+ years managing, mentoring, and developing a high-performing enterprise sales team.
- Enterprise experience: You've run and managed end-to-end complex deals ($1M+).
- Strong fluency in government acquisition and procurement, including funding and budget cycles, competitive solicitations, proposal processes, task orders, and common Federal or state contract vehicles.
- Experience developing and executing capture strategies before a solicitation is released—not simply responding once an RFP is public.
- A strong network and demonstrated ability to work with government technology partners, including prime contractors, systems integrators, resellers, distributors, and small-business teaming partners.
- Sound judgment about direct, channel, prime/subcontractor, and teaming models, with the ability to select and execute the right path for a particular agency and opportunity.
- The ability to build credibility with agency executives, program leaders, contracting and procurement officials, security teams, and technical stakeholders—and to align those groups around a shared path forward.
- Excellent executive communication, negotiation, account planning, and forecasting skills. You are rigorous about details, procurement milestones, and next steps.
- A passion for public sector work and a belief in the potential of government institutions to improve outcomes for the people they serve.
- Comfort operating with high ownership in an early-stage business: you create structure where it does not yet exist, move with urgency, and collaborate deeply across functions.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Your mission: turn n8n's strategic partnerships into enterprise pipeline — and decide where our limited partner marketing resources go to make that happen.
n8n works with some of the world's largest consulting and technology companies: global SIs such as Accenture, Capgemini and BCG, and technology partners such as SAP, Microsoft, AWS and NVIDIA. In May 2026 SAP made a strategic investment in n8n and announced plans to embed it in Joule Studio. Partnerships are now a core part of our enterprise go-to-market.
The hard part isn't generating ideas. Partners propose more campaigns, events and content than any team could run, and enthusiasm doesn't always turn into execution. Without this role, we invest in winning partners and never turn them into pipeline. You'll fix that by choosing a few programs that matter, securing real commitments from both sides, and driving them to measurable results.
Set partner marketing priorities
- Build integrated, multi-quarter marketing plans with our priority partners, aligned with the Partnerships team on where each relationship is heading
- Rank opportunities on clear criteria — enterprise reach, joint value proposition, commercial upside, partner commitment and ability to execute — and say no, with reasons, to what doesn't make the cut
- Tell a promising partnership apart from one that's ready to run joint marketing, and plan accordingly
Run programs that create pipeline
- Run partner programs choosing the right mix of joint content and customer stories, webinars and technical workshops, executive dinners and field events, joint campaigns, ABM and sales activation
- Secure the people, budget and commitments needed on both sides, then keep programs moving from plan to execution across complex partner organisations
- Work with Sales on partner lead management and follow-up, and with Field Marketing, Demand Gen, Product Marketing and DevRel on joint go-to-market programs
Extend reach to Tier 2 and emerging-market partners
- Build co-marketing programs with Tier 2 and regional partners, including in markets such as APAC where partners are our main route in
- Adapt what works with strategic partners into lighter-weight programs that need less of our time
Build foundations that scale
- Turn your best programs into repeatable playbooks for every new strategic partner
- Set up the measurement that links partner activity to engagement, qualified opportunities and partner-sourced pipeline, and run regular performance reviews with partners and internal stakeholders
- Put partner marketing operations in place — and build them in n8n where it makes sense
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work.
Our company language is English.

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Senior Fullstack Engineer (Go / Kotlin & React)
About the Team
Merchant EMEA Engineering builds the technology that helps merchants join, grow, and operate successfully across our markets.
Our organization brings together the strengths of Wolt and Deliveroo and supports merchants across 37 countries. We work across the merchant journey, including onboarding, business growth and support, analytics and recommendations, menu and order management, integrations, and merchant applications.
Our teams sit close to the business. Rather than primarily building foundational platforms, we build products and features on top of our existing platforms to solve real merchant and market needs, including local business requirements, growth opportunities, and operational challenges.
📍This open role is based in our tech hubs in
Helsinki
or
Berlin
.
Please note:
This role requires being based in Berlin/Helsinki on a hybrid basis. We are currently unable to offer fully remote work, visa sponsorship, or relocation support for this opportunity.
What You'll Do
As a Fullstack Engineer, you'll contribute to products and services used across the merchant experience. You'll:
Build and maintain production software across backend services and user-facing applications.
Work on areas such as merchant onboarding, analytics, recommendations, menu and order management, integrations, or merchant-facing tools.
Develop reliable APIs, data models, services, and user-facing features.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, operations, and other engineers to turn business needs into practical technical solutions.
Own features from implementation through production and ongoing maintenance.
Contribute to technical design discussions and improve the quality, scalability, observability, and maintainability of our systems.
Use AI-assisted development tools effectively as part of your engineering workflow, while critically evaluating their output and taking ownership of the final solution.
Be willing to work outside your primary area of expertise when needed to solve the problem end-to-end.
How We Work
Ownership:
Engineers take responsibility for the features and services they work on, from development to production.
Collaboration:
We work closely across engineering, product, design, data, and operations.
Pragmatism:
We value simple and maintainable solutions that create business impact without unnecessary complexity.
Flexibility:
We care more about solving the problem than strict frontend or backend boundaries.
Our Tech Stack
Our backend services primarily use
Go and Kotlin
, while our frontend applications use technologies such as
TypeScript and React
.
We also work with technologies including Kafka, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, gRPC, and modern cloud infrastructure.
Our Humble Expectations
We're looking for engineers who have:
An AI-first mindset, with a deep experience in leveraging modern AI tools and solid engineering principles to solve problems end-to-end, independently of any specific technology stack.
Proven experience building production software in backend, frontend, or fullstack environments end-to-end and at scale.
Strong expertise in at least one area of the stack, with a willingness to contribute outside that area when needed.
Experience with a modern backend language such as Go, Kotlin, Java, or similar, and/or modern frontend technologies such as TypeScript and React.
Good understanding of APIs, databases, testing, and software design fundamentals.
The ability to work independently on well-scoped problems and collaborate effectively with others.
Good communication skills and a pragmatic, collaborative mindset.
You do
not
need to be equally strong in frontend and backend. We welcome different balances of experience. You might be primarily a backend engineer who is comfortable making frontend changes when needed, or a frontend-focused engineer who is happy to work with APIs and backend services.
What matters most is that you are comfortable working across boundaries to deliver the right solution.
Nice to Have
Experience in one or more of the following areas would be a plus:
Merchant-facing or internal operational tools.
Analytics, recommendations, or decisioning systems.
Grocery, retail, restaurants, logistics, or marketplace technology.
Integrations with external business systems.
Kafka or other streaming technologies.
Cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Kubernetes, or Docker.
Why Join Us?
You'll work on products that directly affect how merchants interact with Wolt, Deliveroo and DoorDash across Europe. The scope is broad and close to the business, giving you the opportunity to work on meaningful problems across different parts of the merchant journey while developing your skills across the stack.

Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE DATA FOUNDATIONS TEAM ⭐
At Alan, every decision we make about our members' care, contracts and claims is a data decision. The Data Foundations team builds the platform that makes those decisions possible in a safe way.
- Being part of the Data Foundations team means you’ll build, maintain, and improve the Data Platform used by everyone at Alan.
- We enable Alan’s data-driven nature and help our colleagues make the most of their data.
- Partner closely with people across Alan (technical and non-technical) to understand their needs and build data solutions they can trust and use effectively.
- We own and manage all data-related tools that power Alan.
- AI is changing the way companies work with data: agents are becoming first-class users of our data warehouse. It opens a world of new usage and exciting features, as well as concerns around security, data quality and governance. We are building the foundations that allow Alan to make the most of this exciting new paradigm.
- Alan is expanding quickly: we went from 4 to 6 countries this year and we won’t stop there. Our objective is to onboard new countries in weeks, not months. Having strong data foundations is a cornerstone of that expansion, allowing our teams to make sense of a patchwork of insurance systems, regulations and reporting rules.
- Examples of our missions:
- improve the developer experience when building and maintaining data pipelines,
- enable reliable and secure access to our data warehouse for Alaners and AI agents,
- strengthen security and governance around our data assets,
- define and implement standard data practices across Alan,
- maintain and evolve our core data infrastructure to accommodate Alan's international expansion and growing product breadth…
- Our core tools include Python, Airflow, Snowflake, AWS/GCP, Metabase, Terraform, dbt, and others.
- Who you'll work with: Data Foundations is a small, high-leverage team inside the Tech Foundations area, whose mission is to enable product crews through world-class infrastructure, developer experience, operational excellence, and built-in security. You'd be joining as one of its core engineers, working daily with the whole Data community at Alan.
🎯 EXPECTED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
You would thrive at Alan if most of this sounds like you:
- Passionate about owning ambitious problems and developing simple solutions for them.
- 3+ years of experience demonstrating impact in Data positions. We welcome candidates from early-career to highly experienced profiles. You may already have strong expertise in Data Engineering, or be an experienced data or software engineer looking to deepen your specialization in this area.
- Experience building and operating production data infrastructure: orchestration (Airflow or similar), a cloud data warehouse, infrastructure as code.
- Experience designing systems, tools or libraries used by other engineers, scientists or analysts.
- Proficient in Python and SQL. Setting a high standard of rigor and precision for yourself, interested in your craft.
- Curious about AI and eager to use it thoughtfully to increase your impact.
- Great listening and communication skills.
- Humble, kind, collaborative, and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority!).
- Fluent and clear in English, both oral and written (no need to speak French!).
For this role, we are looking to hire within the C0-E level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
⚙️ IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learning or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist.
We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

⭐️ OUR RUN ORGANISATION ⭐️
Our Operations Experts are organized in pools (3-7 runners) who are collectively responsible for running their scope. Examples of topics are:

Claims: We provide a best-in-class claims experience, including our own optic care service. You treat claims and assist in decisions regarding our coverage. Additionally, you monitor the performance of external service providers to meet SLAs & perform quality controls. You ensure glasses get delivered on time, member satisfaction is high, our frame collection is attractive, collaboration with opticians is smooth and efficient, ….

To do so, we continuously control & improve the quality of our processes : ensuring we have consistent information for invoicing, unlocking employee invite/removals in case of issue and supporting admin in case of payment issue or bankruptcy.
Note: We look for profiles able to embrace any challenge and jump in any pool ! Depending on Alan needs (and personal interests), an Operations Expert will join in a pool and can change and explore new scopes after some time. Do not hesitate to ask more concrete examples to the Operations Team Members you’ll meet during the process so they can share about their own scope.
⭐️ EXPERIENCE ⭐️
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the A2-B1 level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

- Operated processes and services especially for companies during the scale up stage or in industrial/logistic industries
- Worked in Support functions (Customer Support, People Operations etc)
- Had a Customer facing Commercial experience, e.g. account manager or Customer Success Communications, such as Social Media, Internal/ External Communications

- Analytics skills, to be able to dive into our data
- Highly organised with exceptional follow-up skills, with strong attention to details

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll work alongside diverse, cross-border teams and supportive colleagues who share knowledge and want to see you succeed. Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, and a growing web of integrated SaaS tools run large parts of Wrike's business. As that footprint grows, we're hiring a dedicated analyst to bring stronger visibility, governance, and risk understanding to this business systems estate — partnering closely with the teams who own and use these tools.
Your Impact:
Own security for Wrike's business systems SaaS tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, and the integrations that connect them, covering permissions, sharing rules, connected apps, OAuth scopes, and integrations.
Build and maintain clear visibility into what data lives in these systems, why it's there, and how it flows between integrated tools.
Partner with RevOps, Marketing, Legal and others to embed security into how these platforms are configured, extended, and connected to third-party services.
Translate security and business-continuity issues into clear, actionable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure business systems handling personal data hold up against privacy frameworks including GDPR and CCPA, in close collaboration with Legal and Compliance.
Chase data-flow and permission questions to ground truth which means following through until the answer and its implications are genuinely clear.
Your Qualifications:
Your primary expertise is in Salesforce administration and business systems security. Everything else listed here is context you'll operate in. Depth in the primary domain matters more than breadth across all of them.
Salesforce administration experience with a strong security lens. This means permissions, sharing rules, connected apps, and integration patterns.
Solid understanding of how business systems interconnect and why that matters for data exposure and business continuity.
Able to communicate issues precisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Working knowledge of privacy frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA at minimum.
You don't need to tick every box! We're looking for depth in business systems security and the drive to grow across the rest.
Standout Qualities:
Certified Salesforce Administrator credential.
Security+, ISC2 CC, or an equivalent security certification.
Experience auditing or governing SaaS-to-SaaS integrations
Exposure to data security posture management (DSPM) or data classification in SaaS environments.
You use AI as a force multiplier — to move faster, think wider, and go deeper — but your security instincts and judgement are your own. You don't outsource thinking to a tool.
Demonstrated tenacity in chasing complex data flows and access permissions across multi-tool integrations to a definitive answer.
Team Dynamics:
You will be joining Wrike's 15-member global Security team led by Maksim Pekuryn, Director of Security. You will report directly to Swen Groeneveld, Head of Security Operations, whose 8-person sub-team includes Security Engineers, Application Security, and SOC specialists. You'll also work closely with cross-functional partners in RevOps, Marketing, and Legal.
Our Work Style:
Tech stack: Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, OAuth integrations, connected apps, and related business SaaS tooling.
Collaborative environment working closely with RevOps, Legal, and Marketing teams.
Hybrid mode.
Benefits & Perks:
28 calendar days of paid vacation
Sick Leave Compensation (5 Paid Uncertified Sick Days)

Location: Nicosia
25 working days of paid vacation
Sick Leave Compensation (5 Uncertified + 10 Certified Days)
Parental Leave: Fully Paid Maternity / 4 Weeks Paid Paternity
2 Volunteer Days
Medical Insurance (Employees + Dependents)
Life Insurance (Employees)

At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
We are looking for an experienced and operationally sharp Security Operations & Incident Response Analyst (L3) to join Aleph's global IT Security team.
Reporting to the Global CISO, you will be the first line of defence when incidents occur and the engine behind the team's threat detection and response capabilities. You will own the end-to-end incident response process, lead threat hunting and intelligence activities, and manage the vulnerability and identity governance programmes — ensuring Aleph is both able to detect threats quickly and respond to them effectively across a complex, globally distributed environment.
What you'll do:
Incident Response
Own and coordinate the
end-to-end incident response process
: identification, triage, containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident review (lessons learned).
Serve as the primary point of contact for security incidents escalated from IT Operations, the Security Engineer, and external sources.
Maintain and continuously improve
incident response playbooks
for the most relevant threat scenarios (ransomware, phishing, account compromise, data breach, insider threat, etc.).
Manage the
security incident log and register
: track all incidents, document timelines and actions, and produce trend analysis and reporting for the CISO.
Coordinate with external
SOC or MDR providers
where applicable: review daily reports, validate alert quality, and manage escalation workflows.
Data Breach Management
Lead
data breach investigations
: scope the breach, gather and preserve evidence, assess PII exposure, and coordinate response with Legal, Privacy, and HR.
Produce breach investigation reports with findings, root cause, and recommendations.
Threat Hunting & Intelligence
Conduct
proactive threat hunting
across the environment: develop hypotheses based on threat intelligence, search for indicators of compromise (IoCs), and investigate anomalous behaviour.
Manage the
Threat Intelligence function
: track relevant threat actors, TTPs (MITRE ATT&CK), and sector-specific threat campaigns; integrate intelligence into SIEM/XDR detection rules and hunting queries.
Produce threat intelligence summaries and briefings for the CISO and relevant stakeholders.
Vulnerability Management
Own the
vulnerability management programme
: schedule and execute periodic vulnerability scans across infrastructure, endpoints, and cloud environments.
Analyse scan results, prioritise findings by risk and exploitability, and coordinate remediation with IT Operations within agreed SLAs.
Track remediation progress, produce vulnerability metrics, and report status to the CISO.
Validate remediation effectiveness through re-scanning and spot-checks.
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Manage
periodic access reviews
: coordinate with system owners and HR to review and certify user permissions across critical systems, ensuring least privilege is maintained.
Oversee the
Privileged Access Management (PAM)
programme: define PAM policies, monitor privileged account usage, and review access rights for administrator-level accounts.
Investigate and respond to identity-related anomalies and access policy violations.
What we are looking for:
3–5 years in a SOC analyst, incident response, or security operations role, with at least 1–2 years at L3 level is a plus.
Experience implementing or managing IAM and PAM solutions
Experience working within international or multinational environments.
Hands-on experience with incident response engagements (internal or consulting) is strongly valued.
Relevant certifications:
GCIH, GCFE, GCFA, CEH, CompTIA CySA+
, or equivalent. OSCP is a plus.
Strong hands-on experience with
SIEM platforms
(alert triage, rule writing, query development) and
EDR/XDR tools
.
Solid knowledge of the
MITRE ATT&CK framework
and its application to threat hunting and incident response.
Experience conducting
vulnerability scans
using tools such as Tenable Nessus, Qualys, Rapid7, or similar.
Familiarity with
IAM and PAM
concepts and platforms (e.g. CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Azure PIM, or equivalent).
Experience with
digital forensics and incident response (DFIR)
methodologies: evidence collection, log analysis, and timeline reconstruction.
Knowledge of
threat intelligence platforms
and feeds (e.g. MISP, VirusTotal, threat intel feeds).
Understanding of
ISO 27001 incident management controls, NIS2 incident reporting obligations, and PCI DSS requirement 12.10
.
Calm and decisive under pressure.
Strong investigative mindset with structured problem-solving approach, excellent documentation skills.
Ability to communicate incident status and findings clearly to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
Collaborative and proactive, comfortable working asynchronously across time zones.
English
: full professional proficiency (C1/C2) — primary working language.
Spanish
: professional proficiency is a plus.
In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 48,000 EUR.
In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable component, paid annually. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

Most Influential Companies of 2026, and our work has been covered by
The Economist
,
NPR
,
TED
, and
The Washington Post
. We're now preparing to deliver billions of dollars a year to people in extreme poverty, if funding allows.
Read our CEO's essay
on what that will take.
About this role:
Are you an experienced engineer at the stage of your career where, above all, you want to do good?
This role is about using engineering to support fundraising: delighting our donors; helping our fundraisers; getting donations recorded and safely started on their journey to our recipients; telling donors and the public about what happens to their gifts. A bit of website development. A lot of plumbing.
The good news about
this
position:
You will make a difference to people in extreme poverty
You will work independently, with few constraints
You will work directly with lovely people from across our fundraising teams
The trade-offs:
There is only one other fundraising engineer and mostly you will be working on your own
Our technology is a mixture of boring (Laravel, PHP, plain JS, HTML and CSS) and legacy (Salesforce, Wordpress, wrangling CSV files sent by our partners)
We're growing, but this is a role for someone who values depth and impact over a fast title ladder.
The maybe good maybe bad news about the role depending on who you are:
We are all in on AI where it allows us to get more $ to people in extreme poverty
If you want a role where you will be part of a bigger engineering team, working in Python or working on more complex tasks, then please take a look at our
other engineering roles
.
This role is right for you if:
You care about our mission
You agree with
our values
You have the right to work in one of the countries we're able to hire from (you can check the current list
here
).
You're happy working remotely, and taking meetings across East Africa Time and US Eastern Time.
You are happy to travel to meet your colleagues in the US, Europe and Africa a few weeks a year
You are fluent in English
You have 4+ years of engineering experience
You're happy working autonomously: defining what needs doing, doing it, getting it tested and launched, fixing the bugs, and hustling to make progress every day.
You're comfortable being on-call on peak donation days (Giving Tuesday and the last weeks of the year), including owning an incident: working out what matters, communicating with fundraisers, and debugging on legacy and others' code, sometimes when no other engineers are available.
You are happy with our boring and legacy technologies (Laravel, PHP, plain JS, HTML, CSS, Salesforce, Wordpress, SQL, wrangling csv files etc). You don’t have to be experienced in all of them, but you do have to be genuinely happy to use them (many engineers are not…).
You are happy and skilled at working directly with non-engineers on messy, poorly defined, rapidly changing, sometimes boring tasks
Compensation
At GiveDirectly, we strive to pay our employees generously and equitably. We use an accredited third party salary aggregator to calculate what we believe to be competitive pay based on role, location, and cost of living.
