From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are now one company. Together we build the data movement and transformation tools that data teams around the world rely on. Our Analytics team runs on those same tools every day, so you'll work on a modern data stack and help set best practices for the industry. As a Senior Product Analyst, you'll help product leaders understand how customers adopt, use, and stay with our core Fivetran data movement and dbt platform products as well as new product releases spanning AI, BI, and compute. You'll be a "full-stack" analyst. You'll build the data models, define the metrics, create the dashboards, run the analysis, and turn it all into recommendations that shape what we build next. AI is part of how we work. We expect analysts to use AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate analysis and increase efficiency, while applying their own judgment and validating the results. This is a full-time, flexible hybrid position based in Oakland, CA. Our hybrid work model offers remote flexibility and in-person collaboration; there is no fixed number of required office days, and we encourage teams to meet in person regularly.
Why This Role Is Exciting
Two product portfolios just came together.
Many questions about how customers use Fivetran and dbt together have never been asked. You'll be one of the first people to answer them.
Your work drives leadership decisions.
You'll focus on adoption, engagement, and retention, the metrics product leaders use to decide where to invest.
You own the work end to end,
from raw data to the decision it informs.
You'll analyze products built for people like you.
Our customers are data teams.
Technologies You’ll Use
SQL (BigQuery / Snowflake)
dbt / dbt State
Looker / LookML / Omni
Hex / Sigma / Google Sheets
Claude Code / Codex
What You’ll Do
Partner with product managers and product line leaders to understand problems and potential solutions with data. Deliver regular analysis and insight on product adoption, engagement, and retention.
Proactively investigate trends in user behavior and product usage. Find issues and growth opportunities before anyone asks, and use them to shape product and growth strategy.
Define, measure, and monitor the KPIs that show whether our products are healthy and whether the company is on track.
Size the potential impact of new product initiatives and recommend how to prioritize them.
Analyze product launches and experiments, and recommend what to do next.
Find and reduce friction in the funnels users go through to sign up, activate, and adopt our products.
Tackle questions where product data meets broader business data, such as revenue, sales, and support.
Build and maintain the data models, metrics, and dashboards behind your work.
Help new hires, colleagues, and partners understand our data and use it well, so data-informed decisions become the norm.
Skills We’re Looking For
5+ years in analytics, mostly in product analytics, ideally at a high-growth B2B or SaaS company.
Advanced SQL. You can turn messy, raw data into clean, trustworthy datasets, and write, debug, and explain SQL yourself.
Comfort using AI tools in analytics workflows to explore data, draft or improve SQL, automate repetitive work, and synthesize findings. You can evaluate and validate AI-generated output.
Hands-on experience building data models, ideally with dbt, creating dashboards in a BI tool such as Looker, Omni, or Tableau, and performing funnel, cohort, and segmentation analysis.
A track record of using analysis to drive product or business decisions, not just report on them. You can take an open-ended question with little direction and turn it into a clear analysis and recommendation.
Strong attention to detail and prioritization. Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain findings to executives and technical tradeoffs to engineers.
Experience influencing cross-functional, distributed teams, both asynchronously and in real time.
Bonus Skills
Experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B/n tests), including test design, sample size, significance, and turning results into launch decisions.
Deep knowledge of the SaaS customer lifecycle and business metrics, such as ARR (annual recurring revenue), retention, and expansion.
Experience defining product events and helping teams self-serve in product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap.
Experience developing and scaling a large dbt project.
Python or R for analysis.

You will be a key contributor in assessing market opportunity
- Partner with Strategy, Product Management, Design and research and analytics teams to understand small businesses, advisors, competitors and market dynamics across Payments, and identify the customer problems and opportunities that matter most.
- Synthesise customer research, product performance and regional feedback into clear insights and recommendations that inform product strategy, positioning and go-to-market plans.

You will lead Customer Value Propositions, including development, maintenance, and custodianship throughout Xero
- Lead a collaborative process with Product and Customer teams to define the value proposition for priority segments, including the customer problem, differentiated value, reasons to believe and supporting evidence.
- Translate value propositions into clear positioning, messaging frameworks and product playbooks that internal teams can use consistently across customer touchpoints.
- Maintain and update positioning, claims and evidence as customer needs, product capabilities, competitor activity and regional requirements change.
You will partner with Product and Go-to-market leads on priority launches and significant product changes, bringing the customer and commercial perspective into launch strategy, sequencing and readiness.
- Translate product plans and changes into clear customer value, and keep relevant Customer and regional stakeholders informed of priorities and readiness.
- Work with Product and regional Customer teams to shape launch timing and approach, set clear value and claims guardrails, and surface dependencies or customer risks early.
- Develop clear briefing and enablement resources for Sales, advisors, Customer Experience and other internal teams so they can explain product value and support customers.
You will partner with Product and Go-to-market teams, including Lifecycle, to identify and grow Payments opportunities
- Use customer insight, product analytics and regional feedback to identify opportunities to improve adoption, attach, usage, retention and revenue, and recommend where to focus against commercial priorities.
- Develop and prioritise growth hypotheses and experiments with Product, Lifecycle, Data and regional teams; support test design, customer messaging and measurement, then apply the learnings.
- Shape in-product and lifecycle strategy for priority growth opportunities, partnering with channel owners on targeting, journey design and execution.
Where And How You Can Work
This is a hybrid role based in Melbourne. You will spend part of your week in our Melbourne office to collaborate with your team and partners, with boost days as an opportunity to come together in person and build relationships across the business. As you will work across time zones and regions, you will also get comfortable with flexible hours and asynchronous updates.
Here are some of the things we’re looking for, for this role
- Strong product marketing experience, or experience in lifecycle, growth or customer marketing (preferably within a SaaS organisation)
- Experience in payments, financial services or another complex, transaction-based product is an advantage; the ability to learn complex products and customer needs is essential.
- Experience working across geographies and time zones, partnering with Product Managers and development teams in an agile environment, will help you succeed in this role.
- Proven experience developing customer lifecycle and growth strategies, including messaging, channel planning, measurement and optimisation.
- Ability to think strategically, work independently and effectively in a fast paced environment
- Self-motivated and collaborative, with strong planning, prioritisation and coordination skills and attention to detail.
- Creative problem solver who can incorporate new learnings into existing plans and act decisively and independently
- Strong communication, analytical, critical thinking and business strategy skills
- A gift for storytelling: turning complex Payments products and propositions into clear, compelling language customers can understand and act on.
- Ability to handle the pace and ambiguity that comes with working in a fast-paced tech environment

Tag each session with the single Main PI that best matches the client's focus, plus up to three Secondary PIs, per the Q3 2026 PI taxonomy (see the Holistics PI Manual).
Recognize when a client's needs go beyond fitness coaching and refer to the appropriate licensed professional or Intellect service.

What's in scope
Personalized/templated training plans and virtual fitness assessments.
Live-session coaching, form cues, and technique demonstrations.
Progress tracking, goal setting, and motivation/adherence support.
General education on warm-up, cool-down, recovery, sleep, and hydration.

Diagnosing or treating any injury, illness, or chronic condition.
Physical therapy, rehab protocols, or “corrective” treatment.

Meal plans or specific dietary prescriptions (refer to Nutrition).

Proven experience as a personal trainer / fitness coach (typically 5+ years of active practice).
Bachelor's in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field, plus a recognized certification (e.g., ACE / NASM / NCSF / NSCA / ACSM / NESTA / ISSA), current or renewal in progress.
Strong communication in English and local language; able to simplify concepts for non-experts.
Language: Must speak Portuguese.
Comfortable working within a structured, credit-based consultation model — even if your background involved longer-term or clinical care.
Clear judgment about when to refer a client out, and willingness to do so even when it means the engagement ends.
Tech-savvy: video conferencing, fitness-tracking tools, comfortable documenting session notes on a platform.

Location: Melbourne
The Role
You’ll own a net-new enterprise territory in Melbourne. Most of your number comes from accounts that don’t buy from us yet.
New business usually starts with a team already running ClickHouse — open source, or a Cloud account someone expensed — until a bill or a security review pushes the conversation up to the platform team and the budget owner. Common triggers: an Elasticsearch or Splunk bill that’s hard to defend, a warehouse that can’t serve a customer-facing feature fast enough, an AI product querying tens of billions of rows.
You’ll carry a small set of existing accounts alongside the hunt, where growth comes from new teams inside an account that already buys from us. One team lands a workload, it works, and four other teams have a similar problem. But the bulk of this role is finding and opening accounts that aren’t on our map yet.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own the full sales cycle for new accounts in your territory — first conversation through security review, procurement, and close, on Cloud commitments and multi-year committed spend.
- Build your own pipeline. Self-sourced outbound is the primary input to this territory, not a supplement to inbound.
- Find and convert existing ClickHouse usage in new accounts. Unmanaged open-source deployments and self-serve Cloud accounts are the highest-yield source of new pipeline in this segment.
- Multi-thread across the data platform team, the budget owner, security, and the executive sponsor rather than relying on a single champion.
- Work with your Solutions Architect through the technical evaluation. They own the technical win, you own the commercial strategy and the close.
- Run the procurement path: security questionnaires, legal redlines, vendor onboarding, and BYOC or private-deployment requirements, including Australian data residency where it’s required.
- Give your champion the internal business case — TCO comparison against the incumbent, migration plan, and risk mitigation.
- Grow the accounts you land by mapping the remaining teams and use cases and building an expansion plan against them.
- Watch consumption trends across your accounts and engage early when usage flattens or spikes. Both are signals.
- Keep Salesforce accurate and submit a forecast leadership can plan against.
- Participate in the developer community in your territory: meetups, conferences, and events across Melbourne.
What You Bring
- 6+ years selling technical infrastructure to enterprise buyers — databases, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, observability, or developer tooling.
- A track record of self-sourced pipeline. You can explain your weekly prospecting approach and what actually works for you.
- Experience selling into Melbourne and Victorian enterprise accounts, and familiarity with how procurement and security review run here.
- A track record closing complex deals that went through security review, legal, and procurement.
- Enough technical fluency to hold an architecture conversation. You don’t need to write SQL, but you should be able to explain why a company moves a workload off Elasticsearch.
- Experience with consumption-based or usage-metered commercial models, where revenue moves with usage between contract events.
- Experience selling into developer-led, bottom-up adoption as well as top-down.
- Ability to orchestrate people who don’t report to you — Solutions Architects, executive sponsors, partners, product managers.
- Comfort building a territory from scratch rather than inheriting mature coverage.
- Accurate forecasting, including when the number is bad.
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This role owns the partnerships that bring new clients to Wealthsimple. Every motion you own ladders up to one goal, customer acquisition, across both digital and real-world channels: partner-driven acquisition campaigns, referral partnerships that feed our business banking line, and brand and experiential sponsorships that let us acquire customers in person. The job is to turn partners and campaigns into net-new clients and deposits, and to convert our brand presence into people walking in the door, wherever they already are. You'll source, negotiate, and activate these partnerships end to end, and you'll build a lot of it from scratch. This is a builder's seat for a growth-minded commercial operator who thinks about acquisition wherever it happens, online or IRL.
IN THIS ROLE YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Drive acquisition campaigns with partners, including monthly millionaire: secure partner funding and co-marketing, and source smaller campaign partners to power specific moments.
- Own referral partnerships for the business banking line end to end: source, sign, and drive the channel partners that send us new business clients and deposits.
- Lead commercial negotiations from first outreach to signed terms, landing terms that work for both our clients and the business.
- Own the acquisition targets: net-new funded clients and deposits from referral partners, campaign performance, and sponsorship reach and ROI.
- Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Brand, PMM, and Business Banking Product to activate every partnership well and measure its impact.
SKILLS YOU'LL BRING:
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, or growth roles in banking or customer-focused industries.
- Negotiation and commercial ownership. A master negotiator with a track record of driving commercial and acquisition outcomes and turning partnerships into measurable growth.
- A growth and acquisition orientation. You've turned partnerships or campaigns into measurable client acquisition, online and in person, and you think in funnels, not just relationships.
- Channel or referral partnership experience. You've built or run a referral or channel pipeline that produced real, attributable results.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills, with real comfort in CAC, LTV, and attribution.
- A strong network in Canada (and ideally the US) across relevant commercial, tech, and community ecosystems.
- A 0-to-1 operator with high urgency, strong ownership, and a bias for action.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Brand experiential marketing experience, especially activations built to drive real-world customer acquisition, including agency and rights-holder relationships.
- Business banking or SMB acquisition experience.
- Product partnerships experience as it pertains to integrated referrals.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on impact and outcomes.

The role
We are looking for an experienced Partner Solutions Architect with a proven track record of enabling both value-added resellers (VARs) and technology partners. You will help partners build differentiated offerings on Nebius, enable Channel joint value propositions and take those solutions to market.
You will own the technical partner relationship, connecting partner sales, presales, product and engineering teams with their counterparts at Nebius. Combining cloud architecture expertise with commercial judgment, you will help partners win customers and grow adoption through repeatable solutions and effective enablement.
Your responsibilities will include:
Develop joint value propositions that combine Nebius with partner products or services, defining target customers, priority use cases, technical differentiation and business outcomes.
Work with Channel and Nebius sales and marketing teams on joint go-to-market plans, account opportunities, co-selling activities, solution messaging and customer presentations.
Lead joint customer discovery and solution discussions. Agree proof-of-concept success criteria and coordinate partner and Nebius specialists through technical validation and deployment planning.
Enable VAR partners to qualify opportunities, position Nebius, design customer solutions and package their implementation or managed services around our platform.
Help technology partners, including software vendors and data or AI platforms, define joint solutions, integration priorities and validation plans with their product and engineering teams.
Build lasting relationships with partner engineering teams. Translate requirements and customer feedback into actionable plans, coordinate experts and influence product priorities.
Track partner readiness, joint solution adoption and contributions to pipeline and customer wins. Use these results to improve enablement and scale successful partner activities.
We expect you to have:
5+ years in solutions architecture, technical presales or partner technical roles, with substantial experience supporting Channel and Technology partnerships.
Demonstrated success enabling both VARs and technology partners, including examples of partners independently positioning solutions, pursuing opportunities or delivering joint offerings.
Experience building joint value propositions and taking partner solutions to market, with evidence of customer wins, adoption growth or commercial impact.
A track record of building partner enablement programs and adapting content for sales, presales and engineering audiences.
Strong cloud architecture fundamentals across compute, storage, networking and security, with the ability to explain trade-offs and connect technical decisions to customer needs.
Experience earning trust with partner engineering and product teams, working effectively with internal engineers and coordinating delivery across organizations without direct authority.
Clear communication with engineers and business leaders, sound commercial judgment and an understanding of how resellers and technology partners make money.
A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience, plus curiosity about AI infrastructure and the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
It will be an added bonus if you have:
Hands-on Kubernetes and container platform experience, including deployment automation with tools such as Terraform.
Experience with GPU-based workloads, HPC or distributed AI/ML workloads, including training, fine-tuning, inference or MLOps.
Practical integration development using APIs, Python or infrastructure as code, or experience building reference implementations and technical demonstrations.

Your Role:
The Senior Manager, Services Architecture & Education leads the Portfolio Architects within the Global Services Portfolio, serving as the strategic link that converts overarching portfolio strategy into technically credible consulting services and end-to-end Education programs. Carrying a dual mandate, this role is accountable for leading an experienced team of technical experts through an evolving operating model while acting as the authoritative technical design voice across the entire Global Services suite.
This position owns service design, Education strategy, offering creation, the On-Demand Training (ODT) and Instructor-Led Training (ILT) curricula, and the Training Subscription model. The Senior Manager builds, standardizes, and scales the creation and maintenance engine necessary to keep all consulting offerings and educational content continually aligned with Tenable’s rapidly evolving product roadmap, feature releases, and version retirements.
Working with minimal supervision as a key member of the Services Portfolio Leadership Team, the Senior Manager sets high-bar technical and instructional standards, balances team capacity across creation, optimization, and lifecycle maintenance, and collaborates seamlessly with cross-functional leadership—including Portfolio Strategy & Innovation, Portfolio Enablement & Creative, Program Management, and PS Product Champions—to drive portfolio adoption and operational excellence.
ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE:
Reports to: Senior Director, Services Portfolio
Direct reports: Portfolio Architects (Associate Services Architects, Services Architects, and Senior Services Architects)
Your Opportunity:
Service Design & Offering Creation
Service Architecture:
Own the architecture, methodology, scope, and outcomes of consulting service offerings, and the technical requirements and validation behind them. Each offering has a named Services Architect who owns its technical design, with the Manager accountable.
Offering Creation:
Direct the creation of net-new offerings and Education against the quarterly roadmap set by Portfolio Strategy & Innovation, and lead improvements to existing services alongside the Portfolio Strategy & Innovation Lead.
Technical Substance:
Make sure the team owns the technical, service, and Education substance of its work, and that the content is accurate before it is handed to Portfolio Enablement & Creative for writing and design.
Standards & Quality:
Set and maintain service design, content, and lab standards and templates, and review the most strategic offerings before release.
Education Strategy & Training Subscription
Education Strategy:
Set the direction for Professional Services Education across on-demand (ODT), instructor-led (ILT), and hybrid delivery.
Curriculum Ownership:
Be accountable for the TRG master curriculum and the ODT and ILT source content, including review on a defined cadence and consistency between delivery formats.
Training Subscription:
Direct the priorities and evolution of the Training Subscription and track its adoption.
Education Authoring:
Ensure Architects author and maintain Education content, including in Articulate, to the standard required for technical accuracy and sound learning design. Work with Portfolio Enablement & Creative, where digital learning production needs specialist support.
Education Governance:
Work with the Education Governance Lead on standards, approvals, versioning, and controls. The Manager owns the Education strategy, and Governance owns the controls.
Portfolio Maintenance & Lifecycle
Maintenance Health:
Be accountable for overall maintenance health across services and Education. Run maintenance as a formal lifecycle (identify, triage, assign, update, validate, publish, communicate, close) carried out by named asset owners, without creating a permanent maintenance team.
Capacity Allocation:
Allocate team capacity between creating, improving, and maintaining content, and report the mix, overdue maintenance, and retirements at the quarterly portfolio review.
Roadmap Alignment:
Work with Product Management and Portfolio Strategy & Innovation to plan updates well ahead of product release, and to decide what to refresh, retire, or replace.
Feedback Loop:
Act on maintenance and improvement items routed from field feedback triage and the PS Product Champions Forum, and close the loop visibly with the field.
Team Leadership & Delivery
People Leadership:
Recruit, onboard, manage, and develop the Portfolio Architects, including performance management and career progression across the Associate, Services Architect, and Senior Services Architect levels.
Change Leadership:
Lead the team through the move to the new operating model, including the transition of long-tenured team members, and set clear expectations for the Architect role.
Capability Building:
Build team capability in service design, Education design, and delivery, and in the use of modern authoring and AI-enabled production approaches.
Delivery Oversight:
Oversee dependencies, costs, and schedules across team projects, assess risks, and take corrective action to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
Budget:
Manage the team’s budget and make the case for resources, tooling, and lab environments.
Protecting Creation Time:
Protect focus time for the team, including the Friday focus day, so that deep creation and maintenance work is not displaced by meetings.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Engagement
Portfolio Leadership Team:
Contribute to the weekly Portfolio Management Call, bringing creation, Education, maintenance, capacity, and the decisions required, and to the quarterly portfolio review.
Strategy & Innovation:
Work with the Portfolio Strategy & Innovation Lead on the annual and quarterly roadmap, business cases, and launch readiness, providing technical and Education input.
Enablement & Creative:
Work with the Portfolio Enablement & Creative Manager on briefs, handoffs, and review cycles to ensure creative output includes accurate technical content.
Program Management:
Work with the Portfolio Program Manager on milestones, dependencies, and launch readiness.
PS Product Champions:
Use the PS Product Champions to validate content and to maintain delivery playbooks, worksheets, and guidance, with Architects validating where needed.
Stakeholders:
Interface with leaders in Product, Customer Success, Customer Care, Sales, and Partners, including direct customer and partner engagement where needed.
Escalations:
Act as the senior escalation point for portfolio content issues that the team cannot resolve.
