We are looking for
Head of Design
.
Your main tasks will be:
Own the end-to-end the product's user experience — from ad creative and landing pages through onboarding, avatar selection, chat, media generation and retention loops — holding the whole journey consistent, not just individual screens.
Grow product metrics through design: conversion to purchase, retention, LTV. Form hypotheses, prioritize them, validate through A/B tests and see them through to release.
Set a single design direction and evolve the design system: UI, UX patterns, character visual style, generated content, animation and UX copy.
Lead the design team (2 product designers, a UX writer, a researcher), build the processes and the cross-functional work with product, analytics, marketing and engineering.
Turn research, user interviews and support insights into concrete roadmap initiatives aligned with business priorities.
We expect from you:
3+ years leading a design team of 3 or more in B2C daily-use products — AI companions, social, dating, health & fitness, edtech, messengers; products with 2M+ MAU or $50M+ in revenue.
Cases with measurable design impact on metrics: what you changed, why, and how it moved CR, retention or LTV — with before and after numbers.
Strong product design expertise: UX, UI, user flows, information architecture, prototyping; confident in Figma; experience building and maintaining design systems.
Proven cross-functional work with product and analytics: A/B testing, prioritization frameworks (RICE), data-driven decisions — design as part of the product, not a separate function.
A strong visual eye and taste paired with an analytical mind; English at C1 or above.
What do we offer:
REMOTE OPPORTUNITY
to work full-time;
The
initial pay level
or
pay range
for this role will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before the commencement of employment;
Vacation
28 calendar days per year;
7 wellness days per year
(time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave;
Bonuses up to $5000
for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company;
50%
payment for professional training, international conferences, and meetings;
Corporate discount for
English lessons;
Health benefits.
According to the paychecks, if you are not eligible for corporate medical insurance, the company will compensate you with up to $ 1,000 gross per year per employee. This can be spent on self-purchase of health insurance or on doctor’s fees for yourself and close relatives (spouse, children);
Workplace organization.
The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;

Location: Valencia
Workplace: OnSite
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Title: Engineering Satellite Build Lead
- Location: Valencia, Spain
- Department: Space Systems Testing Team, Engineering
- Reports to: Testing Team Lead
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid per company policy (up to 2 days/week remote); in practice, this hands-on, technical-managerial role requires being onsite at our Valencia office most of the time
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
You own the end-to-end build, integration, testing and delivery of the developmental satellites, starting with early preparation and alignment with designers, procurement and operations teams, through the Qualification Model (QM) and Flight Model (FM). You plan the AIT timeline, lead the build team, and keep build documentation, configuration tracking and lessons learned flowing back to designers, so every future unit is faster and easier to build.
This position sits within the Testing Team. It is important to note that this is developmental, prototype satellite work rather than repeat-production integration: requirements are not yet frozen, designs evolve frequently, and the Lead is expected to resolve novel problems rather than execute a fixed procedure.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations, including sovereign and turnkey ISR missions built on ICEYE's world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, alongside access to data from the world's largest SAR satellite constellation. These capabilities let partners detect and respond to critical changes anywhere on Earth, day or night and in any weather, with ultra high-resolution imagery and high-frequency revisits.
As a trusted partner for defence, intelligence, security and maritime domain awareness, ICEYE's near real-time data creates a tactical advantage for mission-critical operations. Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build, integration and delivery ownership (EC, Engineering Configuration)
- Own end-to-end build, integration, testing and delivery of the R&D satellite system, across QM and FM units
- Plan all AIT activities and the AIT timeline for R&D build
- Manage the build team and actively participate in build execution
- Own build documentation, including build records, configuration tracking (parts traceability) and high-level build procedures
- Document lessons learned and give structured feedback to designers to improve build efficiency and testability
QM and FM build and system-level testing
- Plan and own the QM system build and its system qualification activities
- Own system-level integration and testing of FM satellites, verifying functional performance, capturing any required modifications, and maintaining close traceability to support knowledge transfer to the production line
- Define system-level test blocks and flows with technical owners, and plan, schedule and coordinate execution of functional tests, SLC, Mock Ops and other required system-level test activities (FM)
- Across both QM and FM: accountable for test execution readiness and progress, but do not define test cases, test scenarios or test acceptance criteria (owned by Test Engineering / relevant technical owners)
Scope boundaries
- Does not own unit-level testing or qualification (owned by project leads / technical owners)
- Does not own documentation updates resulting from future design changes (owned by designers); this role's build documentation, including Production documentation, reflects as-built execution only
- Does not define system functional requirements or system test definitions, including test cases, scenarios or acceptance criteria (owned by systems engineers / test engineers)
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Broad, hands-on technical depth across mechanical, electronics, RF and software domains, with deep expertise in at least one area and the ability to engage effectively and make sound decisions in the others
- Proven track record planning and executing hardware build, integration and test (AIT) campaigns for complex electromechanical or electronic systems, ideally satellites or other high-reliability aerospace/defence hardware
- Strong understanding of configuration management and parts traceability, and comfort owning build documentation and build records end to end
- Experience managing a build or AIT team, including day-to-day task planning and hands-on participation in build execution
- Ability to plan and hold a realistic AIT schedule across build, qualification (QM) and flight (FM) units, coordinating with test engineering, and systems engineering
- Systematic, first-principles approach to build and integration problems, comfortable working across mechanical, electrical and software interfaces
- Clear written and verbal communication, able to turn build lessons learned into structured, actionable feedback for designers
- Maintain strong interpersonal connections and a collaborative spirit, bringing a steady presence to fast-paced or high-pressure environments.
- Excel at building positive workplace relationships and navigating high-stress situations with composure and a collaborative mindset.
Nice to haves:
- Experience with SIGINT, SAR or other RF/payload satellite systems
- Prior people management experience, or clear readiness to grow into a team lead role
- Familiarity with system-level test activities such as functional tests, SLC (System Level Checks) or Mock Ops
GROWTH PATH
This role starts hands-on. In the first phase, you'll share the responsibilities described above with the Testing Team Lead while you build context on our systems, processes and team.
As you grow into the role, you'll take it on more independently, owning AIT planning, build execution and team management end to end. Over time, the role is expected to evolve toward team leadership, potentially leading the build team directly. Even so, you'll stay hands-on with build execution and technical problem-solving rather than moving fully into management.
APPLICATION PROCESS
1. Talent Acquisition screening
2. Hiring Manager interview
3. Take-home task and panel interview
4. (on-site) Technical / systems discussion with the SIGINT Testing Team
5. (on-site) Behavioural interview to assess cultural fit

Check out our Careers https://careers.circle.so/ page for more about working at Circle.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Director of Strategic Partnerships will lead the strategy, growth, and performance of Circle's partnerships function, building programs and relationships that strengthen Circle's brand while driving meaningful business outcomes.
This role sits at the intersection of business development, partnerships, creators, content, and growth. You'll be responsible for translating Circle's broader company priorities into a forward-looking partnerships strategy, identifying where and how we invest, developing our most important creator and strategic relationships, and ensuring those investments translate into measurable impact across customer growth, brand awareness, and market position.
A core part of the role is bringing strong creative and commercial judgment to the work, operating as a genuine strategic partner to the people on the other side of the table. You'll cultivate and maintain those relationships directly, building campaigns, offers, content, and experiences that feel authentic to their audiences — and developing strategies that grow revenue for both parties, so that Circle and the partner each achieve their own goals rather than just executing against Circle's priorities.
You'll also build the systems, team, and operating model required to scale the function, moving successful initiatives from one-off execution into repeatable programs that can grow without depending on a single person to drive every detail. This is essential to the function’s ability to achieve significant impact on ICP trials and for the director to be successful in this role. In addition to the operational expertise to move something from incubation to repeatable system, this role has to also be creative enough to continuously develop new strategic programs.
Reporting to our SVP, Ecosystem, you'll work closely with Circle's founders and leadership team, as well as teammates across Community Growth, Media, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, our Design Studio.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Own Circle's Partnerships strategic planning, and roadmap, using deep, company-wide knowledge of Circle's business, strategy, and goals to originate new concepts and ideas that extend the function's impact beyond its current scope — connecting partnership investments to company priorities, measurable business outcomes, and providing strategic direction to managers across multiple areas and operations.
- Take ownership of the function's contribution to new business and other agreed performance goals, using those outcomes to inform where we invest, what we build, and how we prioritize.
- Build repeatable partnership programs and playbooks that allow successful initiatives such as webinars, challenges, creator campaigns, launches, and event activations to scale without requiring the same level of hands-on involvement each time.
- Develop a forward-looking quarterly and annual partnership plan across creator partnerships, strategic relationships, campaigns, launches, events, and other high-impact opportunities.
- Lead Circle's highest-value creator and strategic partnerships, including relationship development, opportunity identification, deal strategy, negotiation, creative direction, and long-term growth.
- Shape the content and creative strategy behind major partnerships, working closely with partners to develop ideas that are authentic to their audience, differentiated in the market, and effective for Circle. This includes bringing in leadership on a case-by-case basis in areas where there could be partnership impact across multiple functions.
- Bring a strong marketing mindset into partnership development, including offer strategy, audience journeys, conversion opportunities, and ways Circle and its partners can create greater value together over time.
- Develop a sophisticated measurement framework for brand activities (i.e. event sponsorships, activations, etc.), so we are leveraging data and insight to inform investments and decisions.
- Establish clear measurement, reporting, and decision-making frameworks for the function, using performance and qualitative insights to improve future investments.
- Support cross-functional teams in a consultative capacity on any content-forward initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (CEFR C2 or equivalent https://englishonline.britishcouncil.org/free-english-level-test-cefr-2/), as most collaboration at Circle happens asynchronously.
- 10+ years of experience building 6-7 figure strategic partnerships, creator programs, brand initiatives, or strategic growth programs within SaaS, technology, the creator economy, or a similarly fast-moving industry.
- Strong business development skills including pipeline management, negotiation, partner development, and cross-functional project management.
- Performance marketing instincts and an understanding of how partnerships can drive both brand value and measurable business outcomes.
- Deep understanding of Circle's customers, the creator economy, and the broader market, with a point of view on where Circle can build differentiated relationships and influence.
- Experience developing and growing high-value relationships, with strong judgment around deal structure, negotiation, partner dynamics, and long-term opportunity.
- Exceptional content and creative instincts, with the ability to understand an audience, identify a compelling story, and translate Circle's value into ideas that feel native to a creator or partner.
- The ability to move fluidly between brand strategy and performance, understanding how strong storytelling, offers, funnels, campaigns, and distribution work together.
- A track record of turning successful one-off initiatives into repeatable programs, systems, and playbooks that can scale through a team.
- Strong strategic planning skills and in-depth knowledge of the partnerships function, Circle's broader business strategy, and company-wide goals — with the judgment to translate ambiguous, cross-functional, abstract situations into clear strategy and direction, anticipate future needs, identify opportunities early, prioritize investments, and keep the function operating ahead of the business rather than reacting to it.
- Experience managing and developing a team through senior managers or managers-of-managers, not only direct individual contributors — setting clear expectations, delegating full ownership of a sub-area rather than staying close to execution, coaching judgment, and building greater autonomy over time.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across teams without needing direct authority.

- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. Portuguese national security clearance and SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As Business Development Manager, Missions – Portugal, you’ll help accelerate ICEYE’s sovereign satellite and ISR mission growth in Portugal.
This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who enjoys turning strategy into action: engaging customers, following up opportunities, building pipeline, keeping Salesforce accurate, supporting bid activity, and helping ICEYE show up strongly in the regional defence, space, and dual-use government ecosystem. It is also a thinking role: you define the Portugal go-to-market strategy together with the ICEYE Portugal CEO, ground it in analysis, and execute it with discipline. We are looking for someone analytical and paranoid about disciplined sales execution: every opportunity qualified, every follow-up on time, every record accurate.
You will work closely with the VP, Missions Sales Spain & Portugal as a trusted partner in day-to-day commercial execution, with dotted-line collaboration with the ICEYE Portugal CEO to ensure strong local alignment. By helping manage customer engagement, regional opportunities, events, and cross-functional collaboration, you will directly support ICEYE’s ambition to become the global provider of turnkey ISR infrastructure to allied nations. While Missions is your line of business, you represent ICEYE as a single company: you quickly identify opportunities outside Missions – satellite data, analytics solutions – follow up on them, and connect them to the right ICEYE teams.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world’s largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Co-develop the Portugal go-to-market strategy together with the ICEYE Portugal CEO and VP Missions Sales, and translate it into campaign plans, target accounts, and a disciplined execution rhythm.
- Develop and qualify commercial opportunities in Portugal, supporting the growth of ICEYE’s Missions pipeline.
- Engage with government, defence, space, and industry dual-use stakeholders, end-users, including ministries of defence, space agencies, ESA-related stakeholders, primes, associations, and commercial partners.
- Support the VP, Missions Sales Spain & Portugal with customer follow-up, meeting preparation, opportunity tracking, and regional account activity.
- Maintain accurate and timely Campaign plans and Salesforce records, including pipeline updates, meeting notes, next steps, and opportunity status. Run a disciplined execution cadence: no stale opportunities, no missed follow-ups.
- Quickly identify and follow up on opportunities outside the Missions line of business (e.g., satellite data and analytics solutions), and bring in the right ICEYE teams so nothing is dropped – ensuring customers always experience ICEYE as one company.
- Work closely with Sales Engineering and other internal experts to support bids, proposals, customer presentations, and technical-commercial responses.
- Help coordinate ICEYE’s Portugal commercial presence at regional events, sectorial associations, regional or local exhibitions, industry forums, and customer-facing activities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Data, Missions, and other teams to ensure joined-up customer engagement and strong regional positioning.
- Share market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights to support regional planning and prioritisation.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Experience in business development, sales, account management, or capture within defence, aerospace, space, ISR, NATO, or other high-technology environments.
- Experience working with both government/public-sector customers and commercial or industry partners.
- Familiarity with the defence and space ecosystem in Portugal, including relevant government bodies, agencies, primes, integrators, or industry associations.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems to manage opportunities in a structured way, including lead qualification, stakeholder mapping, follow-up, pipeline tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
- Analytical by default: you build the territory and account case with data, qualify rigorously, and are paranoid about disciplined sales execution.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across commercial, technical, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Professional fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Portugal, Finland or other ICEYE locations.
- Experience supporting bids, tenders, capture plans, gate reviews, or proposal development.
Nice to haves:

- Exposure to earth observation, satellite systems, or defence intelligence solutions.
- Existing network across ministries of defence, space agencies, ESA-related stakeholders, local primes, or defence and space associations.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE INSURANCE TEAM ⭐️
Being part of Alan's insurance community is a great opportunity to have a significant impact on people's health and wellbeing in our multiple countries of operation.
- We are at the heart of Alan’s mission, bringing to the team our technical leadership and expertise on healthcare and death & disability insurance.
- We work hand in hand with our data scientists, designers, engineers and product managers to build the most differentiating products and provide a delightful experience at a fair price.
- We build and manage offers for large companies and public institutions with our sales and account management teams.
- We make sure our portfolio is closely monitored and risks are effectively managed.
- We also manage our capital, steer our reinsurance strategy and maintain a trusting relationship with our insurance regulators.
️ ⭐️ YOUR ROLE ⭐️ ️
- Partner with sales teams to price and develop compelling proposals for very large corporate clients and public institutions
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor in client meeting, delivering expert insights that build confidence in our solutions
- Design delightful insurance products meeting both member needs and regulatory requirements
- Support key account managers in nurturing and renewing our most strategic client relationships
- Develop scalable tools, frameworks and knowledge resources that empower further our sales teams
⭐️ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR? ⭐️
You would thrive in this role if you:
- Are able to navigate and synthesize technical, data, legal and business considerations related to health and income protection insurance
- 2 years of experience in Health and/or "Prevoyance" Insurance are a big plus but are not required
- Are analytical and structured, with a fact-based decision-making style
- Are excited about bringing technical expertise in a business-centric context
- Are willing to deeply change the insurance industry and challenge the status quo
- Approach challenges with a scalability perspective, continuously identifying opportunities to optimize processes and systems
- Have strong written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Are fluent in both French (French clients) and English (Alan’s working language)
For this role we are looking to hire within the C1-F level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
🌍 HOW WE WORK
- Location: You must be legally eligible to work from France.
- Remote work: We offer remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the role
Hybrid (3 days per week in the London office required)
Individual contributor role
A key part of the role is turning insight into action. You will translate analysis into clear, proportionate policies and operational responses that protect platform integrity and customer outcomes, while remaining practical to implement and appropriate for the markets in which we operate. You will work closely with Legal, Public Policy, Product, Data Science and Operations to navigate complex legal and regulatory considerations and ensure our approach is effective, fair and robust.
Core responsibilities
Lead a programme of work to identify, assess and prioritise courier/rider fraud and abuse risks across Wolt and Deliveroo.
Translate identified risks into proportionate policy, process and operational responses, balancing risk reduction with customer outcomes, courier/rider experience and business practicality.
Lead the implementation, monitoring and ongoing refinement of fraud and abuse policies, with clear measures of effectiveness and residual risk.
Ensure policy approaches are developed with appropriate consideration of legal, regulatory, compliance and reputational implications.
What you’ll be doing
Build a deep understanding of our courier/rider operating models, incentive structures and end-to-end journeys to identify where fraud or abuse risk may arise, using data, operational knowledge and structured, hypothesis-led analysis.
Develop analytical approaches and key metrics to identify patterns, quantify impact, assess detection signals and measure the effectiveness of policy interventions over time.
Define new policies, or revise existing ones, in response to identified risks that may negatively affect customers, couriers/riders, the platform or the wider business.
Conduct impact and risk assessments, framing clear options and recommendations that consider effectiveness, operational feasibility, cost, legal and regulatory requirements, and potential unintended consequences.
Partner closely with Legal, Public Policy, Product, Data Science, Trust and Operations teams to shape business requirements, implement agreed responses and resolve complex trade-offs.
Establish effective ways of working across Wolt and Deliveroo so that emerging trends, priority risks and lessons from policy performance are identified early and shared with relevant stakeholders.
Lead cross-functional delivery from problem identification through to implementation, reporting and post-launch monitoring, adapting the approach as new evidence emerges.
What we’re looking for
6+ years’ experience in fraud, risk, compliance, policy, operations, consulting or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to combine data, operational context and judgement to identify root causes and prioritise action.
Experience translating complex or ambiguous risk issues into practical policies, recommendations and implementation plans.
Experience navigating complex legal and regulatory landscapes and working constructively with Legal and Public Policy stakeholders.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to influence senior and cross-functional stakeholders and challenge constructively when needed.
Strong project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritise effectively and drive delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using AI-enabled tools appropriately to support analysis, hypothesis generation and problem solving.

— анализировать рынок, категории, конкурентов и ключевые изменения в B2B, IT, MarTech и рекламной индустрии;
— проводить количественные и качественные исследования клиентов;
— изучать бизнес-модели клиентов, их задачи, процессы принятия решений и критерии выбора партнёров;
— формировать ICP, клиентские сегменты, персоны, JTBD, выявлять потребности, барьеры и триггеры покупки;
— находить продуктовые и коммерческие возможности на основании исследований и данных.
Развивать клиентскую сегментацию:
— создать и внедрить рабочую модель сегментации клиентов;
— связать сегменты с бизнес-потенциалом, продуктами, форматом отношений и коммерческими приоритетами;
— помогать командам нового бизнеса адаптировать проспектинг и квалификацию лидов под разные сегменты;
— регулярно обновлять сегментацию на основе данных, обратной связи и результатов продаж.
Формировать и упаковывать продукты:
— вместе с внутренними экспертами создавать продуктовые предложения под задачи разных клиентских сегментов;
— определять ценностное предложение, состав продукта, конкурентные преимущества и ожидаемый бизнес-эффект;
— разрабатывать value proposition, message house и product narrative;
— участвовать в разработке pricing-логики и оценке экономики продукта;
— проверять продуктовые гипотезы на клиентах и превращать обратную связь в решения;
— упаковывать сложные технологические и маркетинговые решения понятным для бизнеса языком;
— разрабатывать go-to-market-планы для новых и существующих продуктов.
Создавать инструменты для продаж и клиентских команд:
— разрабатывать credentials и продуктовые материалы для разных клиентских сегментов;
— создавать sales kits, one-pagers, кейсы, продуктовые презентации, battle cards, FAQ и шаблоны коммерческих предложений;
— обеспечивать команды аргументацией, данными и доказательствами ценности продукта;
— адаптировать продуктовую историю под тендеры и встречи с конкретными клиентами;
— проводить продуктовые сессии и обучать команды нового бизнеса и клиентского сервиса.
Выстраивать систему продуктовых знаний:
— создать единый источник знаний о рынке, клиентах, конкурентах и продуктах группы;
— определить структуру базы знаний и стандарты описания продуктов;
— настроить сбор обратной связи от клиентских команд, нового бизнеса и клиентов;
— сделать так, чтобы исследования и знания использовались не только в презентациях, но и в развитии продукта и продажах.
Отвечать за результат:
— определять продуктовые и маркетинговые метрики;
— оценивать потенциальный объём рынка, спрос, воронку, конверсии и экономическую целесообразность запуска продуктов;
— анализировать adoption, product penetration, win rate, cross-sell / upsell, retention и вклад продуктов в рост бизнеса;
— формировать дашборды и регулярную отчётность;

— опыт позиционирования и упаковки сложных продуктов для корпоративных клиентов;
— опыт разработки и реализации go-to-market-стратегий;
— умение работать с продуктовыми и маркетинговыми метриками, оценивать рынок и коммерческий потенциал гипотез;
— сильное аналитическое мышление и способность структурировать неопределённость;
— умение превращать исследования и данные в конкретные решения;
— опыт кросс-функциональной работы с руководителями бизнеса, продажами, новым бизнесом, клиентскими командами, аналитиками, стратегами и технологическими экспертами;
— самостоятельность и готовность не только предложить концепцию, но и довести её до внедрения;
— английский язык — не ниже Upper-Intermediate / B2.
AI-native mindset
Для нас AI — не отдельный эксперимент, а естественная часть ежедневной работы.
Важно уметь применять AI для:
— исследования рынка и конкурентного анализа;
— обработки интервью и клиентской обратной связи;
— поиска и проверки гипотез;
— работы с большими объёмами неструктурированной информации;
— прототипирования продуктовых материалов;
— автоматизации регулярных процессов;
— создания и поддержки корпоративной базы знаний.
Будет большим плюсом, если вы можете показать конкретные примеры того, как AI уже изменил качество или скорость вашей работы.
Нам подойдёт кандидат, который:
— искренне интересуется B2B-клиентами и умеет видеть за запросом реальную бизнес-задачу;
— не боится сложных продуктов, длинных циклов продаж и нескольких лиц, принимающих решения;
— соединяет исследовательскую глубину с практичностью и ориентацией на результат;
— умеет разговаривать на одном языке с топ-менеджментом, технологическими специалистами и коммерческими командами;
— комфортно чувствует себя в среде трансформации, где часть процессов ещё предстоит создать;
— любит систематизировать знания и делать сложное понятным;
— сочетает высокую самостоятельность с готовностью работать в команде.
Будет преимуществом:
— опыт в MarTech, AdTech, медиа, консалтинге или агентском бизнесе;
— опыт создания B2B-продукта или продуктовой функции с нуля;
— опыт построения клиентской сегментации и внедрения её в продажи и сервис;
— опыт создания базы знаний или системы sales enablement;
— опыт запуска новых продуктов и оценки их коммерческого потенциала;
— понимание специфики enterprise-клиентов, тендеров и длинного цикла принятия решений;
— опыт работы с BI, CRM, аналитическими и AI-инструментами.
Преимущества роли:
— возможность влиять не на один продукт, а на продуктовую и маркетинговую модель целой группы;
— возможность создать систему продуктового маркетинга практически с нуля;
— участие в трансформации агентской группы в современный B2B IT-бизнес;
— работа с крупными компаниями и комплексными бизнес-задачами;
— доступ к большому объёму клиентской, маркетинговой и индустриальной экспертизы;
