The Role
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to own the operational readiness and ongoing health of our fleet of Data Centers, both COLO and BTS sites. In this role you will be the single point of accountability for ensuring each site runs as expected — SLAs met, maintenance executed on schedule, and audits passed — across a growing portfolio of landlord-operated and purpose-built facilities. You will operate as the primary interface between Nebius and our data center landlords and operators, and you will partner closely with the Nebius IT team to translate site-level operations into reliable infrastructure for our customers.
This is an individual contributor position for someone who is equally comfortable in a contractual SLA review, a maintenance window planning call, and a physical site audit. You will define the mechanisms that keep our sites accountable and surface risk before it becomes an incident.
Key job responsibilities
Own the operational health of Nebius COLO and BTS sites, ensuring each facility runs to expectation across power, cooling, space, connectivity, security, and environmental controls.
Track, monitor, and enforce SLA compliance across landlords and colocation providers; identify breaches, drive remediation, and hold providers accountable to contractual commitments.
Manage and coordinate site maintenance schedules — preventive and corrective — including planning and approving maintenance windows, reviewing Methods of Procedure (MOPs), and minimizing risk to live workloads.
Plan and drive site audits covering compliance, capacity, power/cooling performance, physical security, and safety; track findings to closure.
Serve as the primary day-to-day interface with data center landlords and operators, managing the operational relationship, escalations, and coordination of on-site activity.
Partner closely with the Nebius IT team on deployments, capacity planning, incident response, and change management at each site.
Build reporting mechanisms and dashboards that give leadership clear visibility into site health, SLA performance, maintenance status, and open risk across the portfolio.
Lead incident coordination and post-incident follow-up, including root cause analysis and corrective action tracking with landlords and internal teams.
Track and manage contractual operational obligations, deliverables, and timelines across multiple sites and providers simultaneously.
About the team
The Data Center team is responsible for the physical infrastructure that underpins Nebius' AI cloud. We manage the full lifecycle of our COLO and BTS footprint — from bringing new capacity online to keeping live sites running reliably at scale. We work at the intersection of facilities operations, vendor management, and IT infrastructure, and we move fast because our customers' AI workloads depend on the reliability we deliver.
Basic qualifications
10+ years of experience in technical program management, data center operations, or critical facilities/infrastructure management.
Experience managing data center infrastructure and operations (power, cooling, space, connectivity) in colocation, build-to-suit, or owned environments.
Experience managing third-party vendors, landlords, or service providers against SLAs and contractual obligations.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs, sites, or workstreams simultaneously and drive them to measurable outcomes.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred qualifications
Direct experience with colocation (COLO) and build-to-suit (BTS) data center models, including operating across multiple landlords and operators.
Working knowledge of data center SLAs, MOPs/SOPs, maintenance regimes, and audit and compliance frameworks (e.g., Uptime Institute Tier standards, SOC 2, ISO 27001).
Experience supporting AI/HPC, GPU cluster, or other high-density compute infrastructure.
Strong familiarity with incident management and root cause analysis in a critical facilities context.
Experience building reporting mechanisms, dashboards, or operational scorecards for infrastructure health and risk.
PMP, Uptime ATD, or equivalent program/operations certification.
Proficiency with program and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and comfort working with operational data.
Willingness to travel to sites as needed.
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture
Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
International environment and talented teams

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Software Engineer on Developer Velocity, you'll design and build the internal platform, tooling, and automation that lets every Render engineer move quickly and safely. You'll drive changes in our local development environments, CI/CD pipelines, test infrastructure, and the metrics we use to understand and improve how we ship. You'll work across the entire engineering org, identify where friction lives, and remove it, measurably.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Improve speed and reliability of early change feedback
- Invest in build and dependency tooling, caching, incremental builds, and monorepo ergonomics, to keep iteration tight as the codebase grows.
- Accelerate our CI/CD pipelines - cutting build, test, and deploy times while keeping the path to production safe and reversible.
- Make our test suites fast and trustworthy: parallelization, smart test selection, flaky-test detection, and better local/preview environments built on the same primitives our customers use.
- Design and build tools to support concurrent agent execution
- Make test feedback fast enough to live inside an agent's loop, where slow or flaky runs compound across every attempt.
- Get agents the right context (codebase conventions, service ownership, recent changes, environment state) so their first attempt lands closer to correct.
- Simplify and establish repeatable patterns
- Reduce toil through automation, paving over repetitive workflows and manual steps wherever they slow people down.
- Instrument the engineering org with meaningful signals (deployment frequency, lead time for changes, change failure rate, time to restore) and turn them into action.
- Build and participate in an on-call rotation as the team takes ownership of critical systems.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience building and operating developer-facing tooling, CI/CD systems, or internal platforms that other engineers depend on every day.
- Experience driving cultural and process changes to make engineering teams more effective.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and a track record of shipping, maintaining, and debugging production systems.
- Proficiency in Go (or a strong willingness to ramp quickly, it's our primary language).
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes or similar container orchestration.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (yup, Terraform).
- A bias toward measurement: you instrument what you build and let data tell you whether you actually made things faster.
- You empathize deeply with engineers, fixing developer pain points in an elegant and sustainable manner is something that resonates deeply with you.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience improving build systems, test infrastructure, or developer experience at meaningful scale - Bazel, Concourse, and GitHub workflows are old friends.
- Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
- Comfort working close to the metal - Linux, containers, kubernetes - you get your hands very dirty.
- Security-minded instincts, especially around supply chain and the path from commit to deploy.
- Understanding that the question isn't "AI pilled vs AI skeptic", but rather where to use it as an accelerant, and where human context must come first.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.
This position is generally not eligible for new visa sponsorship. At Render's discretion, the business may sponsor existing visa transfers. Applicants who require sponsorship must receive business authorization.
Render is an equal-opportunity employer. We know that employing a team rich in diverse thoughts, experiences, and opinions allows our employees, product, and community to flourish. We make all employment decisions including hiring, evaluation, termination, promotional, and training opportunities, without regard to race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, physical handicap, mental disability, medical condition, disability, gender or identity or expression, pregnancy or pregnancy-related condition, marital status, height and/or weight.
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.
We encourage all who are interested to apply. We can't wait to hear from you!

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Financial Intelligence team, part of Ramp's Applied AI org, powers the agentic analysis, FP&A, and book-close experiences that over 70,000 businesses rely on to run their finances. We turn messy financial data into a fast, trustworthy, governed data layer that AI agents can work with and build artifacts on top of.
This is a frontend-leaning role for an engineer who obsesses over interaction design and data-dense UX, but is just as comfortable designing the API that feeds it. You'll own the surfaces customers actually touch: agentic financial analysis, month-end close, and exploratory data experiences that feel as polished as the best business intelligence tools. If you want your frontend work to sit at the center of real production LLM systems rather than being bolted on at the end, this is the role.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and ship customer-facing AI experiences end to end, from React UI through to the APIs and data contracts behind them
- Build BI-tool-quality interfaces for agentic analysis, FP&A, and book-close workflows: fast, dense, interactive, and trustworthy
- Own complex client-side state and rendering challenges across data-heavy, real-time, agent-driven surfaces
- Partner on API and backend design so the full stack serves the product, not the other way around
- Use the latest coding models and agentic workflows as a core part of how you ship every day
WHAT YOU NEED
- Deep frontend expertise: TypeScript, React, and sophisticated state management in complex, data-intensive applications
- Fluency with the latest AI coding models and agentic development workflows. This is how the team works, and we expect you to be excellent at it
- Comfort working across the stack, including API design and backend systems, even with frontend as your center of gravity
- A track record of shipping polished, production-grade product experiences and owning them through ambiguity
- Bonus: experience with BI tools, data visualization, or financial/analytics products
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

- 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents
- One Medical annual membership
- 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp
- Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay

- In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more
- Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed)

You will work within a small PM team reporting to the Director of Product, alongside engineering, design, and go-to-market, shaping how AI agents discover, retrieve, and act on web information in real time.
The product serves both a developer-facing PLG motion and a growing enterprise customer base, so you will need to be equally comfortable digging into API design and search quality as you are running customer discovery calls and informing competitive positioning. We are looking for someone who can operate as a senior strategic partner, not just an executor, and who has the potential to grow into a principal-level PM over time.
You’re welcome to
work hybrid from Tel Aviv, Israel.
Your responsibilities will include:
Own a core product area end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, execution, and iteration based on real usage signals and customer feedback.
Drive search quality and relevance improvements by working closely with engineering and research to define evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and release criteria.
Engage directly with enterprise customers and developer users to validate ideas, understand pain points, and shape product-market fit across both PLG and enterprise motions.
Monitor the competitive landscape in agentic search and AI-powered retrieval, identifying shifts, threats, and opportunities that should inform product decisions.
Collaborate with go-to-market teams (sales, solutions, growth) to ensure product positioning, ICP definitions, and enablement materials reflect product reality.
Contribute to product strategy as a senior voice on a small, high-impact team, challenging assumptions and bringing independent judgment to key decisions.
Lead product experiments and rapid iteration cycles, moving from hypothesis to prototype to production with clear success criteria.
We expect you to have:
5+ years of product management experience, with a meaningful portion in developer tools, API platforms, or search and retrieval infrastructure.
Track record of shipping products in fast-moving markets, working closely with engineering and design from concept through launch and iteration.
Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and how search and retrieval systems fit into agentic workflows. Hands-on technical background is a strong plus.
Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with the ability to engage deeply with technical architecture and tradeoffs.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity: you can context-switch between strategic thinking and tactical execution without losing the thread.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment without formal authority.
Excellent written and verbal communication: you can explain technical concepts clearly to both engineers and business stakeholders.
It will be
an added bonus
if you have:
Experience in search, information retrieval, NLP, or adjacent domains.
Background in API-first or developer-platform businesses with both PLG and enterprise motions.
Leadership experience in a high-growth technology company, especially post-acquisition or startup-within-a-larger-org environments.
People management or mentoring experience (building the skills of other PMs).
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture
Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
International environment and talented teams

The Role
We’re looking for a
Site Reliability Engineer
to help build and run the fundamental part of Nebius - the Network - the infrastructure everything else depends on. This is an engineering-first SRE role: you’ll set clear reliability targets, build the tooling and automation to meet them, and make the network safer to operate as we scale quickly.
Your responsibilities will include:
Define and own reliability goals for network services and critical paths (SLIs/SLOs, availability targets, error budgets where it makes sense)
Drive reliability improvements across the whole network: not only services, but also site readiness, inter-site connectivity (DCI), and operational standards
Own incident response for your areas, lead investigations/postmortems, and turn failures into durable fixes (not repeated firefighting)
Build and evolve observability: actionable metrics/logs/traces, alerting, and faster debug loops during and after incidents
Design safer change workflows: automation, CI/CD, test/staging environments, canarying, rollbacks, and auditability for network changes
Work closely with network engineers and platform teams to embed operability into designs and keep operations practical and fast
We expect you to have:
Strong production Linux fundamentals and a structured approach to debugging complex systems
Solid understanding of networking basics and how real networks fail (control plane vs data plane, latency/loss, failure domains, etc.)
Hands-on experience operating high-availability systems and improving them over time (not just “keeping lights on”)
Ability to write and maintain software/automation (Go is common for us; Python is also welcome)
Experience with modern infrastructure tooling (e.g., IaC, CI/CD, container platforms) and comfort automating operational workflows
It will be an added bonus if you have:
Experience with high-throughput traffic processing: load balancers, tunneling/decap, NAT64, or similar datapath-heavy systems
Low-level networking performance/debug background (eBPF/XDP, DPDK, perf/ftrace, kernel networking internals)
Experience building network-safe delivery pipelines (testing labs, staged rollouts, automated verification, drift detection)
Background with large-scale network observability/telemetry (e.g., routing/flow telemetry, regression detection at scale)
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture

The role:
Our customers build the frontier of AI on top of Nebius — training state-of-the-art models, running production inference at scale, shipping the research and products that define where the field is going next.
We are building the AI cloud that the people building the frontier of AI choose deliberately — not on price, not on raw capacity, but on how it works to use it day to day. To do that, we are growing the AI Compute Platform product team and hiring multiple Technical Product Managers across the full surface of the platform.
Your scope will be defined by what you bring. We will match your technical strengths, customer experience, and product instincts to the area of the platform where you can have the most impact. The platform is broad — and at our scale, every slice is mission-critical.
If you want to help build the best AI cloud in the world — and you have the technical depth to engage engineering leaders as a peer (not as a translator) and the comfort to talk to customers directly — this team is for you.
The platform you'll help build:
Hardware platforms & launch — bringing new GPU and CPU platforms (GB300, Vera Rubin, ARM/Grace, future generations) to production with full launch readiness across the stack.
Cluster lifecycle & fleet operations — new region launches, 100,000+ GPU cluster bring-up, platform sharding and allocation architecture, release engineering, host-lifecycle automation, operational efficiency.
Reliability & Mission Control — autohealing, health checks, SLA, fault-tolerant training, MTTR reduction, customer trust at scale, observability as a product.
Customer experience & developer surface — Compute APIs, console, CLI, IMDS and in-VM signals, self-service workflows, notifications, customer-facing observability, unified UX across the product line.
GPU & InfiniBand foundational services — drivers, firmware, NCCL, IB/RoCE, NVLink topology, the foundational layer everything else builds on.
Managed runtime platforms — Soperator (Slurm-on-Kubernetes) and MK8S (Managed Kubernetes for AI workloads), powering training and inference for frontier labs.
Platform integrations & emerging workloads — Token Factory integration, RL and agentic workload infrastructure, capacity sharing, new business surfaces as they emerge.
Cross-platform program & delivery — NVIDIA partnership programs, major-maintenance orchestration, cross-stream releases.
You will own one of the slices of this platform end-to-end — from strategy and roadmap through delivery, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include (regardless of which slice you own):
Own end-to-end product responsibility for your area — strategy, roadmap, discovery, delivery, adoption, measurable customer and platform outcomes.
Design and own the platform contracts customers depend on — APIs, semantics, system events, customer-facing surfaces, operational behavior — at hyperscaler quality.
Drive cross-team execution across platform engineering, networking, storage, Soperator/MK8S, observability, IAM, billing, capacity planning, support, and product design.
Turn customer pain into product commitments through structured discovery — interviews, usage analytics, support patterns, incident postmortems. Close the loop so the same class of failure or friction does not recur.
Engage engineering as a technical peer — debate API design, reason about system trade-offs, judge the quality of platform internals, and push back when the design is wrong.
Define and own success metrics — what you ship is measured by what changed for the customer or the platform, not by the size of the spec.
Be the product voice that customer-facing teams (Support, CX, TAMs) escalate to when a system behavior, API contract, or operational pattern needs a product decision, not a workaround.
We expect you to have:
6+ years in Product Management, Platform PM, Infrastructure PM, or SRE / Engineering Lead with strong product instincts.
Strong technical foundation and cloud-infrastructure depth — comfort reasoning about API semantics, control-plane vs data-plane behavior, system events and lifecycle, multi-tenant operational realities. You can engage engineering leaders as a peer, not as a translator.
Experience with cloud, GPU, or HPC infrastructure — either building one or operating one at meaningful scale (thousands of nodes, multi-region, multi-tenant).
Track record of shipping technically complex platform products with measurable customer or platform impact — quantitative results, not aspirational bullets.
Strong analytical skills: comfort defining and instrumenting product metrics, working with telemetry, building data-informed roadmaps.
Experience leading discovery-heavy work — structured customer interviews, usage analytics, support-ticket analysis — and turning insights into shipped product.
Strong communication and ability to align engineering, SRE, customer-facing teams, and exec stakeholders.
High ownership, bias to ship, comfort with messy operational reality, and the instinct to push back on engineering when the customer experience or platform quality would suffer.
It will be an added bonus if you have (these are not all required — different strengths fit different slices of the platform):
Customer-facing experience and lived-it perspective:
Direct PM experience with frontier AI customers — ML platform teams, MLOps engineers, training and inference at scale.
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Slurm, or HPC environments from the user side, and ML training workflows.
Hands-on experience with ML training and inference workflows — especially distributed training at scale (multi-node, multi-GPU; comfort with checkpointing, NCCL, fault-tolerant training, debugging large training jobs).
Experience as a customer of AI cloud infrastructure at large scale — especially as part of an internal ML platform team that built and operated infrastructure for ML engineers inside your own company. If you have lived through what frustrates customers about clouds, you will know exactly what we are trying to fix.
Hardware, GPU, and HPC depth:
Direct experience with NVIDIA reference architectures (NVL72, SuperPOD, MGX, DGX) and the NVIDIA stack (drivers, CUDA, NCCL, DCGM).
Familiarity with InfiniBand / RoCE fabrics, firmware lifecycle, topology-aware scheduling.
Hands-on with GPU clusters or HPC fabrics at thousands-of-nodes scale.
Cluster and fleet operations:
Background in Kubernetes lifecycle (CAPI, cluster upgrades, node-pool management) or Slurm at scale.
Experience launching new cloud regions or data-center bring-ups end-to-end.
Background in release engineering, change management, or major-maintenance orchestration in production environments.
Customer experience and developer surface:
Exposure to console / CLI / API design at hyperscaler quality — AWS, GCP, Azure depth on consistency, versioning, idempotency, error semantics, deprecation policy.
Background in observability product — Grafana, Datadog, Honeycomb, New Relic.
Knowledge of customer trust artefacts — status pages, RCA workflows, audit logs, SLA reporting, maintenance notifications.
Familiarity with developer-experience product patterns — Stripe, Cloudflare, Vercel, Supabase, Render.
Reliability and operational outcomes:
Background in SRE, reliability engineering, or fault-tolerant systems for paying customers.
Familiarity with reliability metrics that matter: Goodput, MFU, MTTR, MTBF.
Experience with autohealing systems and graceful failure semantics.
Emerging workloads and integrations:
Familiarity with RL / agentic / inference workload patterns — vLLM, SGLang, Ray, Token Factory-style serving, sandbox technologies (Firecracker, gVisor, Kata).
Experience with multi-product cloud integrations — capacity sharing, billing models, cross-product packaging.
Background in pricing strategy for infrastructure products (reserved / on-demand / preemptible tiers, two-part pricing).
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture
Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
International environment and talented teams

About the Role
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of mission-critical data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover. This is an owner-side role responsible for managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety across ground-up builds, expansions, and fit-outs of critical facilities. You will be the primary point of accountability for general contractors, design teams, commissioning agents, and equipment vendors, ensuring facilities are delivered on an aggressive speed-to-market timeline without compromising reliability.
What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end project delivery for data center construction, owning cost, schedule, scope, quality, and safety from site selection support and preconstruction through Level 5 commissioning and operational handover.
Manage general contractors, architects, MEP engineers, and specialty subcontractors, holding the project team accountable to contractual milestones and design intent.
Drive coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems — including utility power and substations, switchgear, UPS, generators, and air- and liquid-cooling infrastructure — recognizing that power and cooling drive the critical path.
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, identify critical-path risks early, and implement recovery plans to protect on-time, on-budget delivery.
Manage project budgets, change orders, contingency, and forecasting; review pay applications and validate work in place.
Own the commissioning process in partnership with the CxA, ensuring scripts, levels (L1–L5), and acceptance criteria are met before energization and turnover to operations.
Enforce a strict safety culture, including the specific hazards of working in and around energized electrical environments and live critical facilities.
Provide clear, regular reporting to leadership on schedule, budget, risk, and key decisions.
Manage long-lead equipment procurement and vendor coordination, mitigating supply-chain risk on generators, switchgear, chillers, and cooling units.
Support due diligence on site selection, including utility power availability, fiber, water, and constructability factors.
What You'll Bring
7+ years of construction project management experience, with at least 3 years delivering data centers or comparable mission-critical / critical-environment facilities (hospitals, semiconductor fabs, pharma, or large-scale industrial).
Direct working knowledge of data center MEP systems: power distribution, redundancy topologies (N+1, 2N), UPS, generators, and air and liquid cooling.
Familiarity with the commissioning process and Uptime Institute Tier standards.
Demonstrated ability to manage multimillion-dollar budgets and complex, schedule-driven projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong command of project controls, scheduling software (P6 or MS Project), and construction management platforms (Procore or similar).
Excellent contractor and vendor management skills, with the ability to hold teams accountable while maintaining productive relationships.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field — or equivalent field experience.
Willingness to travel to and be on-site at project locations as required.
Nice to Have
Experience delivering for hyperscale or colocation clients.
Exposure to liquid-cooling deployments and high-density rack environments.
PMP, CCM, or relevant OSHA certifications.
Experience managing projects in greenfield or speculative-build environments.
Why This Role Matters
The work you deliver is the physical backbone of cloud and AI infrastructure. These facilities have to be built fast, built right, and run without interruption — and the project manager is the single person who makes all of that come together.
