Creatio is an AI CRM and workflow platform where people and AI agents work together — with no limits on users, agents, or scale. We help midsize and large organizations run customer workflows in the AI era. With a global team and a large ecosystem of partners, Creatio serves thousands of customers in over 100 countries and automates tens of millions of workflows daily. Genuine care for our clients and partners is at the heart of our DNA.
We’re proud to be recognized by top industry analysts as a Leader and Strong Performer in multiple Gartner and Forrester reports.
In 2025, Creatio was named to Inc.’s Best Workplaces list, recognizing our commitment to employee wellbeing and a strong workplace culture.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for an
AI Software Engineer
to design, build, evaluate, and operate AI-powered capabilities within the Creatio platform. This is an AI-first engineering role: you will spend most of your time designing agents, engineering prompts and context, building retrieval and evaluation pipelines, and directing AI coding agents - with solid .NET engineering as the foundation rather than the whole job.
You will join the AI teams building the
agent platform
that enables AI agents to safely perform real work in the product: call tools and APIs, read and write data, maintain context and memory, follow permissions, and escalate to humans when needed.
The team also owns the core infrastructure for evaluation, monitoring, logging, observability, and cost/performance control, ensuring AI agents are reliable, scalable, secure, and production-ready.
This role combines strong software engineering expertise with hands-on AI engineering experience. You will work on enterprise-grade AI solutions, including assistants, copilots, knowledge systems, semantic search, RAG-based capabilities, and agentic workflows - and you will use AI coding agents as your primary daily development workflow.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement AI-powered product features within the Creatio platform: assistants, copilots, agentic workflows, knowledge systems, RAG, and semantic search.
Design agent architectures - tools, memory and context strategy, orchestration, permissions, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop escalation - and choose the right pattern for each problem (single LLM call vs. tool-using agent vs. multi-agent).
Engineer prompts, system instructions, and agent context as first-class artifacts: versioned, reviewed, and covered by evaluations.
Integrate LLM providers, MCP servers and tools, enterprise data sources, embedding pipelines, and vector/hybrid search into the platform.
Build evaluation datasets, offline and online evals, quality gates, and observability (tracing, logging, drift detection) for AI capabilities.
Monitor and improve the quality, latency, cost, reliability, and security of AI capabilities in production, including prompt and model updates.
Identify and mitigate AI-specific risks: prompt injection, data exfiltration through tools, hallucinations, over-permissioned agents, and sensitive-data leakage.
Develop and maintain backend services using C# and .NET.
Use AI coding assistants and engineering agents as the default development workflow; critically review and verify agent output; contribute reusable rules, skills, and prompts to the team.
Follow the AI landscape closely and bring new models, tools, and patterns to the team.
Requirements:
Must have:
Hands-on experience shipping LLM-based features to production: prompt engineering, function/tool calling, structured outputs, context-window and cost management.
Practical understanding of agent architectures (tool loops, planner/executor, multi-agent, human-in-the-loop), MCP, and at least one agent framework or SDK.
Working knowledge of RAG: chunking, embeddings, vector and hybrid search, re-ranking, grounding and citations, and common failure modes.
Experience with AI evaluation (datasets, offline evals, LLM-as-judge), LLM observability and tracing, and AI security (prompt injection, OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications, Responsible AI practices).
Daily proficiency with AI coding agents: the ability to direct, review, and verify agent output rather than only write code by hand.
Solid experience with C# and .NET, API design, distributed systems, and software architecture.
Experience with SQL databases, automated testing, CI/CD, and cloud-native development; Docker and basic Kubernetes.
Strong knowledge of engineering best practices and production-grade software development.
Nice to have:
Python for prototyping, data work, and evaluation scripting.
Hands-on experience with a major AI platform (Anthropic API, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI).
Experience building agent-facing tools or MCP servers.
LLMOps practices: prompt and model versioning, evaluation gates in CI/CD, canary rollouts of prompt changes.
Fine-tuning, distillation, or adapter-based model customization.
Experience with Creatio or other low-code CRM platforms.
What to expect from us:
Growth & Development:
Clear career paths, mentorship opportunities, and access to continuous learning to help you reach your full potential.
Flexibility & Well-Being:
We provide flexible work arrangements and initiatives that empower you to manage your schedule effectively, stay productive, and thrive both personally and professionally.
Recognition & Impact:
A culture that celebrates achievements, values your ideas, and empowers you to make real contributions from day one.
Innovative Culture:
Be part of a company that embraces new ideas, modern technologies, and bold thinking to stay ahead of the curve.
Benefits & Rewards Package:
We provide competitive compensation and benefits designed to support you and your family. Our rewards approach goes beyond salary, recognizing your contributions and commitment. The exact package may vary depending on your country of residence and employment type.

Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
About this role
We’re looking for a hands-on SEO Manager to join our Marketing team and help us strengthen Synthesia’s organic growth engine. This is a role for someone who loves experimentation, automation, and creativity as much as analytics — and who gets excited about building high-quality, high-converting website experiences (UX + CRO) that drive users into product.
What's exciting about this job?
You’ll play a critical role in building the future of Synthesia’s organic growth engine, collaborating with smart, highly motivated peers. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, test bold ideas, and explore how AI and automation are reshaping search optimization. We move fast, value experimentation over theory, and encourage you to break the “SEO rulebook” when it leads to better outcomes.
How will your day-to-day look?
Managing end-to-end SEO initiatives across on-page, technical, and content — with a particular focus on creating outstanding landing pages and journeys that drive users into product. You’ll partner closely with Product, Brand/Design, and Engineering to improve UX, conversion, and performance, while using data and experimentation to continuously iterate. We move very fast and prefer doing > talking.

Location: London (~3 days per week in office)
🤔 Interested?
Imagine joining Airbnb, Stripe, or Figma — when they had product-market fit, but the world hadn’t completely realized it yet. That’s how early we are.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, with strong on-page and technical foundations.
- Strong UX + CRO instincts, with experience improving website journeys (copy, interaction patterns, information architecture) to increase conversion.
- AI-native operator. You do the work in Claude or your AI tool of choice. You’re able to automate workflows to ship faster and scale output without sacrificing quality.
- Track record of shipping high-quality landing pages that combine SEO best practices with product marketing and clear conversion paths into product.
- Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering to scope, ship, and iterate on website improvements.
- Skilled in auditing and optimizing localized websites, improving performance and visibility across multi-language and geo-specific markets.
- Strong attention to detail with a solid understanding of UX/UI across both mobile and desktop.
- Experience with measurement and reporting tools (Looker, GA4, HubSpot, or other BI tools) and the ability to turn complex data into clear insights.
- Self-starter with a strong bias for action, thriving in fast-moving environments where doing > talking.
- Bonus: experience with off-site SEO and driving performance in AI search
- Curious, adaptable, and deeply interested in how AI is transforming search — eager to experiment with new discovery channels, test what drives results, and push the boundaries of what SEO can achieve.
Our culture
At Synthesia, we’re passionate about building, not talking, planning, or politicizing. We strive to hire the smartest, kindest, and most unrelenting people — and let them do their best work without distractions. Our work principles serve as our charter for how we make decisions, give feedback, and structure our work to empower everyone to go as fast as possible. JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a GTM DevOps Engineer to join our Business Systems team and own the reliability, automation, and delivery infrastructure behind our Go-To-Market (GTM) technology stack. This role sits at the intersection of platform reliability and CI/CD engineering, ensuring that our critical business systems — including Salesforce, NetSuite, MuleSoft, Workato, and an expanding portfolio of AI-powered workloads — are deployed consistently, operate resiliently, and scale with the business.
You will partner closely with Business Systems developers, architects, and business stakeholders to build and maintain the pipelines, monitoring frameworks, and operational standards that keep our GTM systems healthy and our release cycles fast and predictable. As our team builds and deploys AI agents across GCP Cloud Run and AWS Bedrock AgentCore, you will serve as the infrastructure and deployment owner for these workloads — bringing engineering discipline to an environment where AI-generated code is increasingly entering production. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who thrives in complexity, takes ownership of platform uptime, and brings a software engineering mindset to business application operations — directly supporting GTMSOE's broader mission of operational excellence across the GTM org.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CI/CD & RELEASE ENGINEERING
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce (SFDX/Salesforce CLI), NetSuite (SuiteScript/SuiteBundler), MuleSoft (Anypoint Platform), and Workato; establish branching strategies, environment promotion standards, and release gating processes across all GTM platforms.
- Extend CI/CD practices to cover AI agent workloads deployed on GCP Cloud Run and AWS Bedrock AgentCore — including containerized builds, deployment pipelines, and automated validation gates.
- Implement safe rollout patterns — including feature toggles, phased launches, automated validation, smoke tests, and rollback procedures — to reduce deployment risk on business-critical changes.
PLATFORM RELIABILITY & OBSERVABILITY
- Own SLA/SLO definitions for core GTM systems; standardize monitoring, alerting, and runbook patterns across quote-to-cash and GTM integrations, with proactive health checks and synthetic monitoring for critical flows (e.g., Salesforce ↔ NetSuite, Workato).
- Extend observability coverage to GCP Cloud Run workloads — Cloud Scheduler jobs, agent pipelines, and integration microservices — and AWS-hosted agent infrastructure.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for platform incidents and drive post-incident reviews with actionable remediation plans.
CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE & ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT
- Manage sandbox, staging, and production environment lifecycles across GTM platforms — including refresh cycles, data masking, environment segmentation, and promotion standards that balance speed with reliability.
- Own cloud infrastructure for Business Systems-operated workloads on GCP (Cloud Run, Cloud Scheduler, Cloud Secret Manager, GCS, Artifact Registry) and AWS (Lambda, S3, EventBridge, Secrets Manager, Bedrock AgentCore); apply IaC practices to make provisioning repeatable and auditable.
- Establish base image pinning, dependency vulnerability scanning, and supply chain security practices for containerized workloads — particularly AI-generated codebases deployed via tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
- Define and enforce patch management and container runtime ownership for vibe-coded and agentic workloads entering production.
SECRETS, ACCESS & SECURITY POSTURE
- Establish and enforce a consistent secrets management standard across all Business Systems workloads — GCP Secret Manager, AWS Secrets Manager, and equivalent — eliminating credential exposure via environment variables, source code, or client-side contexts.
- Define and maintain API key rotation policies in alignment with security standards (high-severity keys: quarterly; vendor keys: annually at minimum).
- Partner with Security and IT on IAM scoping, least-privilege service accounts, VPC configuration, and public/private endpoint governance for Cloud Run and Bedrock deployments.
- Maintain a centralized registry of deployed workloads — GitHub repos, deployment URLs, architecture docs, data classification, and observability dashboard links — accessible to AppSec and infrastructure teams.
AUTOMATION & TOOLING
- Build internal tooling, automation scripts, and automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, regression) to reduce toil and increase deployment confidence; continuously evaluate new tooling to improve developer experience.
- Develop or enforce GitHub repository templates for Cloud Run deployments that cover security audits, deployment configuration, API integration, and MCP server patterns — serving as a reusable foundation for AI-assisted builds.
GOVERNANCE, STANDARDS & COLLABORATION
- Define where self-service deployment and administration are appropriate versus where stronger change control and operational guardrails are required; serve as the DevOps SME, enabling developers to operate with autonomy within those boundaries.
- Document and maintain operational runbooks, architecture decision records (ADRs), and deployment standards as living artifacts.
- Collaborate with IT, Data Engineering, Security, and business stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives that touch the GTM platform.
QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Platform Engineering role
- 2+ years of hands-on experience deploying and managing Salesforce environments (SFDX, Salesforce CLI, scratch orgs, sandboxes, change sets, or pipeline-based deployments)
- Experience with at least one additional GTM/ERP platform, such as NetSuite, MuleSoft, or Workato, in an operational or deployment capacity
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Copado
- Hands-on experience with GCP services — Cloud Run, Cloud Scheduler, Cloud Secret Manager, Artifact Registry, GCS — in a deployment or operations context
- Experience with AWS services in an integration or operations context — Lambda, S3, SQS, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch; familiarity with Bedrock AgentCore or similar managed agent hosting infrastructure is a strong plus
- Experience managing containerized workloads, including image lifecycle, dependency scanning, and supply chain security practices
- Experience with incident management, on-call processes, and writing post-incident reviews
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Technical
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Node.js for automation and tooling
- Proficiency with Git, branching strategies, and version control best practices
- Understanding of API-based integration patterns (REST, SOAP, event-driven) as they apply to MuleSoft, Workato, or similar iPaaS tools
- Hands-on familiarity with secrets management across GCP Secret Manager and AWS Secrets Manager; strong grasp of security best practices in CI/CD contexts (least-privilege IAM, no hardcoded credentials, key rotation)
- Monitoring and observability tooling experience (Datadog, Splunk, Google Cloud Monitoring, CloudWatch, or similar)
- Infrastructure-as-code proficiency — Terraform or CloudFormation; experience applying IaC to Cloud Run or Lambda-based workloads preferred
- Familiarity with container security practices: base image pinning, vulnerability scanning (e.g., Artifact Registry, Trivy), and dependency management for AI-generated codebases
Operational & Mindset
- Ownership: Takes full accountability for platform uptime, deployment quality, and the operational health of GTM infrastructure end-to-end.
- Velocity: Operates with a bias for action — ships iteratively, reduces toil systematically, and keeps release cycles fast and predictable.
- AI & Automation mindset: Actively leverages AI-assisted tooling and automation to accelerate delivery, improve reliability, and reduce manual overhead across the GTM stack.
- Collaboration: Fluent cross-functional partner to developers, architects, Security, IT, and business stakeholders — enables autonomy without becoming a bottleneck.
- Growth: Continuously evaluates new tooling, patterns, and practices to raise the bar on platform engineering and developer experience.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK WITH
- Salesforce: Core GTM CRM platform; this role owns deployment pipelines, environment management, and release reliability across orgs.
- NetSuite: ERP platform integrated into the quote-to-cash flow; managed via SuiteScript/SuiteBundler within CI/CD standards.
- MuleSoft (Anypoint Platform): Integration middleware; this role maintains deployment pipelines and observability for MuleSoft-managed flows.

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
JOB SUMMARY
As a Business Systems Engineer on the GTM Engineering team, you will design, build, and operate the automation and AI systems that power ClickUp's Go-To-Market business — spanning core business products and the integration platforms that connect them. This role is AI-native at its core: you won't just maintain existing workflows, you'll actively advance our GTM systems with intelligent agents, LLM-powered automations, and next-generation integration patterns built on MCP, ClickUp Super Agents, and modern iPaaS tooling.
You'll sit at the intersection of business systems architecture and applied AI — partnering with Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, and fellow GTM Systems engineers to eliminate toil, accelerate revenue workflows, and build the automated, AI-augmented infrastructure the company runs on. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone deeply fluent in enterprise business systems, excited about deploying production AI, and committed to genuine ownership of the platforms they build — directly supporting GTMSOE's broader mission of operational excellence across the GTM org.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
AI-NATIVE AUTOMATION & AGENT DEVELOPMENT
- Design and build AI-powered automations and agentic workflows across the GTM tech stack — including Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, and MuleSoft — to eliminate manual effort and accelerate business operations.
- Develop and deploy ClickUp Super Agents and LLM-based automations to automate tasks such as deal data enrichment, quote generation assistance, order validation, revenue recognition triggers, and exception handling in quote-to-cash workflows.
- Architect and implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations that allow AI agents to interact with business systems contextually and safely — enabling intelligent, event-driven actions across the GTM platform.
- Explore and evaluate emerging AI capabilities (RAG, fine-tuning, multi-agent orchestration) and determine which are production-ready for GTM business systems use cases.
- Build reusable AI templates, automation patterns, and agent blueprints that can be extended across the GTM Engineering team.
BUSINESS SYSTEMS INTEGRATION & ARCHITECTURE
- Build and maintain integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, MuleSoft, DealHub (CPQ), and other GTM platforms — with a strong bias toward clean architecture, low technical debt, and supportable design.
- Own end-to-end integration patterns for critical business flows such as lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash, order-to-fulfillment, and revenue reporting pipelines.
- Design data flows and transformation logic that keep business data accurate, consistent, and accessible across systems without creating fragile point-to-point dependencies.
- Apply a build-vs-buy mindset: evaluate whether a given automation need is best solved with native platform capabilities, iPaaS tooling, or custom code — and make the case clearly.
PLATFORM DEVELOPMENT & TOOLING
- Build internal tooling, low-code/no-code solutions, and lightweight applications using platforms such as Retool, Replit, or similar to extend business systems capabilities with minimal overhead.
- Write automation scripts and data transformation logic in Python, JavaScript, or Apex as needed to bridge gaps that platform tooling cannot address natively.
- Utilize Zapier, Workato, and similar iPaaS platforms to orchestrate cross-system workflows that are maintainable, observable, and well-documented.
- Own the full lifecycle of what you build: discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing optimization.
RELIABILITY, OBSERVABILITY & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Monitor the health and performance of automations and integrations you own; proactively identify degradation, data inconsistencies, or failure patterns before they impact business operations.
- Conduct root-cause analysis of integration failures or automation breakdowns and drive durable fixes — not just incident patches.
- Maintain runbooks and operational documentation so that platform behavior is understandable and recoverable by the broader team.
- Gather feedback from business stakeholders and iterate on existing automations to improve accuracy, reduce edge cases, and adapt to evolving GTM processes.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION & STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT
- Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Customer Success stakeholders to translate business requirements into well-scoped technical solutions.
- Work closely with GTM Systems Engineering, DevOps, and BSA teammates on architecture decisions, intake prioritization, and delivery execution.
- Contribute to the GTM Systems Engineering operating model: maintain task hygiene, communicate proactively on large initiatives, and log AI/automation work in the team's AI Excellence registry.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for business systems automation and AI — educating stakeholders on what's possible and setting realistic expectations on scope and delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE
- 3–5+ years in a business systems engineering, systems administration, or integration engineering role.
- Demonstrated experience building and shipping automations or integrations that delivered measurable business value in production environments.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and at least one ERP platform (NetSuite strongly preferred).
- Experience deploying AI or LLM-powered automations in a production business systems context — or a clear, demonstrated trajectory toward it.
- Experience working in a high-velocity environment where you manage multiple concurrent priorities and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
- Optional but valued: experience with DealHub (CPQ), ClickUp, quote-to-cash workflows, or revenue operations systems.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Technical
- Salesforce configuration, automation (Flow, Process Builder), Apex, and data model design — admin or developer-level proficiency required.
- NetSuite workflows, SuiteScript, SuiteBundler, saved searches, and data model — particularly as it relates to order management, billing, and revenue recognition.
- Hands-on experience with Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier, or comparable iPaaS platforms — including multi-step flows, error handling, and observability.
- Practical experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.), prompt engineering, agentic workflow design, and MCP integrations. Experience with ClickUp Super Agents is a strong plus.
- Proficient with Python, JavaScript, or Apex for automation scripting and data transformation; comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and OAuth-based integrations.
- Strong understanding of business systems data models and integration patterns (event-driven, batch, real-time).
Operational & Mindset
- Ownership: You take full responsibility for the systems you build — from reliability and documentation to stakeholder trust and continuous improvement. You don't hand off and walk away.
- Velocity: You move fast, iterate, and ship. You know when "good enough and deployed" beats "perfect and blocked," and you never sacrifice reliability or data integrity to get there.
- AI & Automation mindset: You default to asking "how can an agent or LLM handle this?" before reaching for a manual workflow — experimenting confidently and evaluating critically.
- Collaboration: You bridge the gap between technical architecture and business impact, asking clarifying questions, challenging assumptions respectfully, and earning trust with the stakeholders you support.
- Growth: You stay current on emerging AI capabilities, evaluate what's production-ready, and continuously raise the bar on what GTM systems can do.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK WITH
- Salesforce: CRM platform — automations, Flow, Apex, data model, reporting, and CPQ/OTC integrations.
- NetSuite: ERP platform — SuiteScript, workflows, order management, billing, and revenue recognition flows.
- ClickUp Super Agents: AI-powered automation and agentic task orchestration within the ClickUp ecosystem.
- Integration stack: Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier — recipe/flow development, cross-system orchestration, and platform observability.
- AI & MCP tooling: LLM APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP), agentic workflow design, and production AI integration patterns.
- Low-code tooling: Retool, Replit, or similar for internal applications and workflow extensions.
- Scripting & APIs: Python, JavaScript, Apex, REST/webhook integrations, and JSON-based data transformation.

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The role
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help us build the best Managed PostgreSQL for AI workloads. The service is already in production; the mission now is to make it the obvious choice for teams running AI applications on Postgres — first-class vector search, painless migrations from RDS / Cloud SQL / self-managed clusters, and the operational quality of a mature managed database.
You'll work across the stack: control plane and lifecycle automation in Go, Postgres internals and performance, migration tooling, and the customer escalations where it actually matters.
You're welcome to work from our offices in Amsterdam or London, hybrid or remotely from EU timezones.
Your responsibilities
:
Develop the control plane and lifecycle automation for Managed PostgreSQL — provisioning, HA, failover, backups, PITR, version upgrades, zero-downtime maintenance.
Tune and harden PostgreSQL itself — replication, WAL, vacuum, query planner, connection pooling, extensions — and turn that into product features and sane defaults customers don't have to think about.
Build migration tooling that gets customers off AWS RDS, Google Cloud SQL, Azure Database for PostgreSQL, and self-managed clusters with minimal downtime.
Drive the AI-Postgres story end to end — vector search (pgvector, pgvectorscale), hybrid retrieval, integration with the wider Nebius AI Cloud stack.
Run the service like an SRE — define SLOs, build observability, lead incident response, feed every postmortem back into the platform.
Work directly with customers on architecture reviews, performance escalations, and the production problems that don't fit a ticket template.
Must-haves
:
5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with significant time spent building or operating production PostgreSQL at scale (TB+ datasets, replication topologies, real failure modes you've debugged in production).
Strong software engineering skills in Go or another backend/systems language, with a willingness to work primarily in Go.
Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL internals: MVCC, WAL, replication (physical and logical), vacuum, query planning, extensions, partitioning.
Hands-on experience with the surrounding ecosystem: Patroni / Stolon / pg_auto_failover, pgBackRest / WAL-G, pgBouncer / PgCat, logical replication tooling.
The instincts of an ex-DBA — you can read EXPLAIN ANALYZE fluently, reason about lock behaviour, and know how to handle database corruptions.
Ability to write reliable code and dig into complex problems.
Teamwork-oriented approach.

Experience writing Kubernetes operators (Go + controller-runtime / kubebuilder).
Contributions to PostgreSQL itself, popular extensions, or the surrounding OSS ecosystem.
AI/ML workload experience — RAG pipelines, embedding stores, GPU-resident workloads.

About the team
The Legal, Compliance & Finance Data Team builds the data infrastructure powering OKX's compliance operations globally — TMS, KYC/EDD, CMS, and regulatory reporting across 100+ markets. The compliance data domain is broad but learnable. We expect senior engineers to build deep domain knowledge quickly using AI tooling and structured onboarding.
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to work as a core execution partner to our Compliance Projects. This is a hands-on technical role with real domain ownership — you will own sub-domains end-to-end, not just execute tickets. Strong performance creates a direct route toward the Compliance domain's technical leadership layer as the team scales.
Responsibilities:
Pipeline Ownership:
Own end-to-end pipelines from ODS ingestion through CDM to downstream marts serving TMS, KYC, CMS, and regulatory reporting. Design, build, and maintain production-grade pipelines with reliability, auditability, and regulatory correctness as first-class requirements.
Full-Stack Compliance Coverage:
TMS: transaction monitoring feeds, rule feature engineering, Scila/TME platform data integration, TME/ARS features
KYC/CRR/EDD: KYC refresh pipelines, remediation datasets, CRR scoring features, Worldcheck integration
CMS: case management data, transaction analysis tooling, bulk search, KYB operation data
Regulatory reporting: recurring compliance reports for global and jurisdiction-specific requirements
Data Quality:
Design proactive DQC checks into pipelines. Own monitoring and reconciliation; build alerting that catches issues before downstream systems or regulators do.
AI-Accelerated Domain Building:
Use AI tooling actively to ramp on compliance domain knowledge. Apply LLM-assisted development to accelerate pipeline development, DQC design, and documentation.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Compliance Project Lead as a trusted technical partner — take sub-domain ownership to expand his effective bandwidth. Mentor junior engineers as your domain confidence grows.
Requirements:
4+ years in data engineering with strong production pipeline experience (ETL/ELT, SQL, Python, orchestration)
Demonstrated ability to own a data domain end-to-end — business logic, quality, and incident handling
Strong data modelling skills for compliance or financial data (auditability, lineage, immutability)
Fast domain learner with evidence — can point to a time they ramped up in an unfamiliar domain quickly, ideally using AI tooling
Comfortable working in ambiguity: turns underspecified compliance requirements into scoped engineering tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in compliance, AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, or financial crime data domains
Background in crypto, fintech, or regulated financial services
Familiarity with Scila, Unit21, World-Check, or equivalent TMS/CMS platforms
AI/LLM tooling applied to data engineering in practice — concrete examples preferred
Perks & Benefits:
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

The Enterprise FDE motion focuses on Tavily’s highest-value customers and strategic enterprise opportunities — from technical discovery and solution design through proof of concept, production rollout, adoption, and expansion.
The role
This is a full-time, on-site role based in our New York office.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, Enterprise, you’ll work directly with Tavily’s largest and most strategic customers to design, prototype, and deploy production-grade AI systems powered by Tavily’s API. You’ll own the technical relationship across the customer lifecycle, helping enterprise teams move from early use case exploration to deployed, scalable agentic applications.
You’ll be deeply hands-on: building RAG pipelines, agent workflows, evaluation loops, reference architectures, and custom integrations alongside customer teams. You’ll also serve as a critical bridge between the field and our Product and Engineering teams, translating enterprise needs into roadmap signal.
Your responsibilities will include:
Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their AI use cases, technical architecture, success criteria, and deployment requirements.
Lead technical discovery and solution design during pre-sales and expansion conversations.
Scope, build, and deliver proofs of concept that demonstrate clear business and technical value.
Design and implement production-ready integrations using Tavily’s API, including RAG pipelines, agent workflows, internal tools, and industry-specific GenAI applications.
Partner with customer engineering, data, product, and AI teams to move use cases from prototype to production.
Monitor customer API usage patterns and recommend improvements to increase reliability, latency, coverage, and overall value.
Translate recurring customer needs, blockers, and technical patterns into clear product and roadmap input.
Create reusable enterprise assets, including reference architectures, integration templates, deployment guides, demo environments, and technical documentation.
Represent Tavily in customer architecture reviews, executive technical conversations, implementation check-ins, and post-deployment reviews.
Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to drive adoption, retention, and expansion across strategic accounts.
We expect you to have:
5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in a customer-facing technical role such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
Strong hands-on engineering ability, especially with Python, APIs, backend systems, and production software development.
Experience building with LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, agent architectures, context engineering, and modern AI application stacks.
Experience working with enterprise customers, including technical discovery, POCs, solution design, stakeholder management, and production rollout.
Strong understanding of how enterprises evaluate, deploy, secure, and scale AI systems.
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and executive stakeholders, including engineering leaders, product teams, AI teams, and technical decision-makers.
High autonomy, strong ownership, and comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex technical concepts into clear recommendations.
Based in New York City, or willing to relocate.
It will be an added bonus if you have:
Experience working with major agent or LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, or CrewAI.
Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, Qdrant, or similar systems.
Experience with enterprise AI use cases in financial services, legal, consulting, enterprise SaaS, sales, marketing, or internal knowledge management.
Track record helping large customers move from POC to production.
Experience building internal tools, technical playbooks, demos, or reusable customer-facing assets.
Prior experience at a high-growth AI infrastructure, developer tools, or enterprise SaaS company.

Mission: Unlocking global opportunity talent people everywhere.

About the role
We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own a portfolio of client roles from kick-off through to offer accepted. You'll review each role brief, shortlist candidates from our talent database, source directly when needed, run interviews, and partner with our internal delivery and sourcing teams to get roles closed. This is a hands-on, target-driven seat for someone who thrives on ownership and pace.
What you'll do
Own your roles end-to-end
Take full ownership of assigned client roles, from reviewing the role brief through to a successful placement.
Hit monthly placement targets and keep a healthy pipeline of live roles running at all times.
Match and shortlist candidates
Shortlist strong candidates for each role using our internal talent database, AI matching tools, and other sourcing channels.
Submit candidates that match the brief within agreed timelines.
Flag when the talent pool is exhausted and request extra sourcing support.
Source, interview & post jobs
Source candidates directly via LinkedIn Recruiter, your own network, and other channels when the talent pool is thin or the role is niche.
Interview candidates yourself when you need to confirm fit, verify experience, or fill gaps left by upstream screening.
Create and manage job ads on our ATS and external job boards when a role needs dedicated outreach.
Calibrate with clients and move roles forward
Work with the delivery manager and operations team to calibrate candidates against client requirements.
Take client feedback and use it to refine the brief and keep roles progressing.
Push back on unrealistic or unfillable briefs rather than carrying dead roles.
Collaborate across the team
Partner with the delivery, sourcing, and account management teams to keep every role progressing efficiently.
Contribute to team conversations on process, quality, and candidate fit.
Keep your data clean
Keep role status, candidate records, role briefs, and pipeline data accurate and up to date in our internal systems at all times.
Surface process issues and suggest improvements when you spot them.
How success is measured
Monthly placements against target.
Pipeline health: number of active roles, time-to-submit, time-to-fill.
Submission quality — client interview and offer rates per submission.
Data accuracy across the ATS and internal systems.
Requirements
3–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in agency, RPO, or a high-volume in-house environment.
A track record of hitting placement or fill targets and managing a live pipeline of open roles.
Confident direct sourcer — fluent with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and creative outbound.
Comfortable running candidate interviews and making your own call on whether someone fits the brief.
Strong client and stakeholder skills, including the confidence to push back on unrealistic briefs with evidence.
Disciplined operator — keeps ATS, CRM, and pipeline data clean without being chased.
Comfortable working with AI-powered matching and sourcing tools.
Nice to have
Experience recruiting across multiple functions or geographies.
Background in a marketplace, staffing platform, or fast-scaling startup.
Familiarity with modern ATS platforms and recruiting automation stacks.
Benefits
We offer a competitive base salary plus an uncapped monthly commission paid on the value of each placement (the fee Huzzle invoices the client). Commission is paid monthly in arrears on placements that complete in the previous month, with the rate stepping up as you hit and exceed your monthly target.
