We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Senior Strategic Marketing Manager to support our global Majors segment, some of our largest customers, with significant opportunity to grow with Grafana.
This person will work alongside the Majors team and cross-functional partners to understand what each customer needs, where the growth opportunities are, and where marketing can make a difference. That could mean expanding relationships, increasing adoption, reaching new teams, creating executive engagement, or building something specific for an account.
This is a senior individual contributor role and a new motion for us. We need someone who can help define what great account marketing looks like for Majors, while working closely with Regional Marketing and teams across Grafana to bring it to life.
What you'll be doing:
Partner with the Majors team to understand account goals, growth opportunities, product adoption, key relationships, and whitespace.
Build account marketing plans tied directly to the account strategy and what the team is trying to accomplish.
Work across Regional Marketing, Events, Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Demand Gen, and other teams to understand what programs and resources already exist that can support Majors customers. Start by connecting customers to the right existing opportunities, then build something new when there is a clear need or gap.
Participate in account planning and EBRs where marketing can add value.
Build high-touch programs based on what the customer needs, including executive engagement, workshops, customer celebrations, peer connections, advocacy, and personalized experiences.
Help account teams build deeper relationships across executives, technical leaders, champions, users, teams, and geographies.
Bring together the right teams and resources across Grafana to support the account. You won’t execute everything yourself, but you’ll make sure the right things happen.
Measure what matters at the account level: Are we reaching new people? Deepening relationships? Increasing adoption? Helping move opportunities forward?
Identify what works and turn those learnings into repeatable plays we can use more broadly.
What makes you a Great Fit:
7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in enterprise account marketing, ABM, customer marketing, or a similar role.
Experience working with large, complex enterprise customers and supporting growth within existing accounts.
Strong Sales partnership. You know how to work alongside an account team, understand what they’re trying to accomplish, and bring a marketing point of view rather than simply taking requests.
Experience with 1:1 or highly targeted account marketing and working across multiple teams, personas, and geographies within an account.
Global experience and comfort working across regions and distributed teams.
Strong tool proficiency and active use of AI. You’re using AI for more than personal productivity. You’re looking for ways to rethink workflows, uncover insights, make better recommendations, and scale what works, while applying your own judgment.
You’re curious, accountable, adaptable, resilient, and self-motivated. You’re comfortable figuring things out without waiting for a perfect playbook.
You know how to prioritize. Not every account or request needs the same level of investment, and you can focus your time where marketing can have the greatest impact.
What success looks like at:
Success isn’t measured by how many programs you run. It’s whether marketing is helping our Majors customers get more value from Grafana and helping our account teams grow those relationships.
We should see deeper engagement across our customers, stronger executive and technical relationships, increased adoption, new teams and use cases, and marketing helping move meaningful opportunities forward.
Just as important, we should have a strong working model across Majors, Regional Marketing, and our cross-functional teams, with clear ownership and little duplication.
Over time, we should be able to point to what works, why it works, and turn those learnings into account marketing plays we can scale beyond Majors.
Compensation & Rewards:
In the US, the OTE (On-Target Earnings) compensation range for this role is $160,000 - $195,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.
*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Sentry helps over 4 million developers understand and resolve issues in their applications. Behind every error, performance trace, replay, and log is a large-scale data platform responsible for storing, querying, and analyzing massive volumes of telemetry data.
We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Events Analytics Platform (EAP) team, which builds and operates the distributed data systems powering Sentry's products. - Own the operational health of the platform, leading efforts to improve reliability, troubleshoot production issues, manage incidents, and address scaling challenges.
- Partner with product engineering teams to understand their technical requirements, make informed tradeoffs, and deliver platform capabilities that support new product experiences.
- Support Sentry's AI-powered capabilities by ensuring the platform efficiently serves the analytical workloads and production context required by Seer and other AI-driven experiences.
- Set clear priorities and drive projects from design through production, helping the team execute effectively while managing competing technical and product needs.
YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Enjoy leading engineers while staying closely involved in technical discussions, architecture, and complex problem-solving.
- Get excited about building and operating large-scale distributed systems where performance, reliability, and efficiency matter.
- Have a strong interest in analytical databases, storage engines, query systems, and the engineering challenges behind processing massive volumes of data.
- Like working through difficult technical tradeoffs and turning ambiguous requirements into practical engineering solutions.
- Take pride in building reliable production systems, understanding how they behave under load, and continuously improving their performance.
- Enjoy collaborating with product engineering teams and understanding how infrastructure decisions influence the end-user experience.
- Want to lead a team whose work directly supports Sentry's core products and growing AI-powered capabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Significant professional software engineering experience, including experience managing and developing engineers, leading technical projects, and driving engineering execution.
- Strong technical background in distributed systems, data infrastructure, analytical databases, or large-scale backend systems.
- Hands-on experience building, scaling, or operating complex data-intensive systems, with depth in at least one of the following:
- Analytical database infrastructure: Operating, scaling, optimizing, or maintaining OLAP systems such as ClickHouse, Apache Pinot, Apache Druid, or similar technologies in production.

- Experience making architectural decisions and technical tradeoffs involving system scalability, performance, reliability, or operational complexity.
- Demonstrated ownership of production systems, including troubleshooting, incident response, performance optimization, and operational improvements.
- Experience leading engineering projects from technical design through implementation, deployment, and ongoing operations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and translate technical requirements into actionable engineering priorities.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with ClickHouse, Pinot, Druid, or other column-oriented analytical databases.
- Experience with query optimization, analytical storage architecture, or high-throughput data processing.
- Experience building infrastructure for observability, telemetry, developer tools, or event-driven applications.
- Experience working closely with product engineering teams to develop infrastructure supporting customer-facing features.
- Proficiency with Python, Rust, or similar backend programming languages.

A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). 1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As a Staff Demo Engineer on the Demo Engineering team, you’ll shape the technical tooling and platform behind 1Password’s go-to-market demo experience. You’ll build scalable demo environments, interactive product experiences, and shared infrastructure that help teams communicate 1Password’s value across the customer journey. Your work will help make secure access simpler and support 1Password’s mission to create a safer, simpler digital future for everyone.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- Bring substantial experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, platform engineering, technical marketing, DevOps, solutions architecture, or demo engineering.
- Apply experience in cybersecurity, identity, Privileged Access Management (PAM), developer tools, or a related technical domain.
- Build full-stack and automation solutions using technologies such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, React, or Python, with experience designing systems that other engineers can build on.
- Design and operate infrastructure using infrastructure as code, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), containers, and cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Understand identity and access management concepts, including single sign-on (SSO), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), OpenID Connect (OIDC), System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM), device trust, passwordless authentication, and passkeys.
- Balance speed, reliability, cost, and security while explaining technical tradeoffs clearly to technical and non-technical partners.
- Create interactive software-as-a-service (SaaS) demos and guided product experiences using platforms such as Reprise, Navattic, Walnut, or Arcade; experience with mobile device management (MDM) tools such as Jamf, live event demos, utilization analysis, artificial intelligence (AI)-assisted tooling, or Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers is also valuable.
What you can expect:
- Set the technical vision, roadmap, and long-term architecture for 1Password’s demo platform.
- Lead the design of shared demo infrastructure, including templates, automated provisioning and resets, data generation, and observability.
- Build sample applications and integrations across 1Password products to support demos and enablement programs.
- Support complex, high-visibility demos for flagship launches, keynotes, conferences, and strategic customer opportunities.
- Drive AI-assisted tooling that automates demo preparation, validation, and maintenance.
- Partner with Engineering Security on demo environments and lead architecture and code reviews.
- Mentor Demo Engineers and Senior Demo Engineers while representing Demo Engineering in cross-functional technical decisions and product roadmap discussions.
- Travel quarterly, including cross-border travel, for conferences and company offsites.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $135,000 USD and $196,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $129,000 CAD and $179,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.

Don’t let the quirky name fool you: At MotherDuck, we’re on a mission to make data warehousing fun, frictionless, and ducking awesome for developers and data practitioners building blazing fast internal and customer-facing analytics experiences. We’re building a cloud-hosted version of DuckDB, working hand-in-hand with the creators of the fastest-growing and fastest-improving query engine on the planet. Unlike other databases,
MotherDuck was architected to unify local development with cloud operations to bridge the gap between software and data engineering workflows. Our team is a mix of thoughtful, passionate, and empathetic data industry veterans.
About the role
We’re looking for a growth and performance marketer who goes after 10x, not 10%... someone who can dream up an unorthodox bet on Monday, ship the landing page by Wednesday, and tell us whether it worked by Friday. You’ll own the creative and demand gen side of growth, with support on strategy from your manager and full ownership of execution.
Right now that means landing page and conversion testing, campaigns across paid, organic, and lifecycle, social, webinars, events, AEO, re-engagement, and creative bets to get more of the right people signing up. But that’s a starting point, not a queue... we expect you to bring your own ideas about where the next win is.
What you’ll do
Own campaigns from idea to results
- Take plays from spec to live: audience, message, channel, landing page, conversion.
- Work both motions: self-serve signups that need to activate, and accounts that need to become sales pipeline.
- Build the demand gen assets that make campaigns go: landing pages, ad creative, emails, webinar promos, and whatever else the idea needs.
Think big and be unorthodox
- Run creative bets that a more cautious team wouldn’t try. Some will flop... that’s part of it, as long as you know why.
- Spot what no one owns and treat it as an opening, not a blocker.
Test a lot, and be honest about it
- Run a real volume of tests: landing pages, signup flow, ad creative, email, audiences. A high test count is the job, not a sign you’re thrashing.
- Decide what success looks like before something ships, and call out a loss out loud, even when it’s your own play.
Sweat the details
- Tracking, UTMs, audience setup, page QA... the unglamorous stuff that makes results trustworthy.
Own social and nurture
- Own social strategy end to end, including managing our social agency.
- Own email nurture content and design, with your manager weighing in on strategy and voice.
Scale what works, kill what doesn’t
- Hand proven winners to marketing ops to productionize, then move on to the next unproven thing.
- Flag plateaus early instead of keeping a play alive just because it’s yours.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in performance marketing, channel marketing, demand gen, or a scrappy generalist marketing role, or a track record of building growth things on your own that speaks for itself.
- Creative and detail-oriented in equal measure. You come up with the idea and catch the broken UTM.
- Real growth instincts. You think in funnels and conversion, not just impressions and reach.
- A resume with real quantitative results: signups, conversion lifts, pipeline contribution, cost per lead or SQA, that kind of thing.
- Hands-on with the tools of the trade: HubSpot, landing page builders, and AI tools you actually use to move faster.
- Background at a high-growth company (data/AI space preferred, but a Ramp-equivalent is fine too).
- Great writing, and credibility with a developer and data audience.
- A bias toward shipping.
- Experience with AEO: getting a brand to show up in answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and the like.
- Hands-on paid experience across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, from audience setup through creative testing and optimization.
- Experience building segments and audiences in Clay (or similar), especially ones that feed ad platforms or campaigns.
What people should be saying if you’re doing ducking awesome
- “I stopped worrying about whether the campaign was set up right months ago.”
- “That campaign is why we booked that meeting.”
- “I just productionized three of their plays this month and they’re already onto the next thing.”
- “That play flopped, here’s exactly why, here’s what I’m testing next.”
Our Interview Process
We like to keep things transparent, so here’s what to expect if you apply...
1. Discovery call with our recruiting team to get acquainted and make sure we’re a mutual fit
2. A conversation with our Growth lead to learn about the campaigns you’ve run, the unorthodox bets you’ve taken, and how you think about turning attention into signups and pipeline
3. A deeper conversation with our Growth team covering landing page and conversion testing, how you’d measure a campaign, and a walkthrough of a campaign or test you’ve owned, including what flopped and why
4. A final conversation with our CEO focused on values and vision
PLEASE APPLY
Does this role sound appealing to you, but you’re missing some of the requirements or don’t quite think you’re qualified? Please apply anyway. Research has shown that underrepresented groups in technology often shy away from roles which aren’t a 100% match. We aim to build a diverse team and will strongly consider applicants who bring many of the requirements plus have other experiences which round out their qualifications.
MotherDuck is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, status as a protected veteran, status as an individual with a disability, or other applicable legally protected characteristics. MotherDuck is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to applicants with physical and mental disabilities.

Intetics Inc.
, a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Staff Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer
to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain predictive Lifetime Value (pLTV) models using machine learning techniques such as XGBoost, CatBoost, and probabilistic forecasting methods.
- Develop and manage a tiered scoring framework that assigns users to different prediction models based on data availability and signal quality.
- Create and optimize calibration frameworks that transform raw model outputs into business-ready values through normalization, scaling, and custom loss optimization strategies.
- Own feature engineering processes, building and maintaining scalable feature datasets from transactional, behavioral, and engagement data.
- Define and enforce feature quality standards, ensuring model inputs are reliable, relevant, and suitable for production use. - Monitor model performance, drift, and data distribution changes, proactively identifying when retraining or model adjustments are required.
- Analyze the impact of deployed models on downstream outcomes and detect feedback loops that may affect future model accuracy.
- Develop and improve identity resolution processes to unify behavioral and transactional data across multiple data sources.
- Build, test, and maintain production-grade Python services and data pipelines for model training, scoring, and signal delivery.
- Implement robust software engineering practices, including automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring, idempotent processing, and deployment safeguards.
- Collaborate with data, engineering, and product stakeholders to improve data quality, model effectiveness, and platform scalability.
- Operate and optimize ML workflows in cloud environments using orchestration, scheduling, and distributed processing tools.
- Ensure the reliability, accuracy, and scalability of machine learning systems that support critical business decision-making and performance optimization.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on ML engineering in Python with production-deployed models (not just Jupyter notebooks). You should be comfortable writing production-grade code, not just prototypes.
Experience with gradient boosted trees (XGBoost, CatBoost, or LightGBM) in a production setting, including hyperparameter tuning, feature importance analysis, and model evaluation beyond default metrics.
Strong SQL and BigQuery fluency. You will write complex feature engineering queries, scheduled transformations, and data validation logic directly in BigQuery.
GCP production experience. Cloud Run, Airflow/Composer, Vertex AI, Pub/Sub. You have deployed and maintained ML workloads on GCP, not just completed certification exercises.
Understanding of model calibration. You know the difference between a model that minimizes RMSE and a model that maximizes business value. You have experience with or strong intuition about how prediction errors compound when consumed by a downstream optimization system.
Outbound API integration experience. You have pushed model outputs into external systems that act on them (ad platforms, recommendation engines, pricing systems, bidding systems).
Strongly Preferred:
E-commerce or DTC domain experience. Customer lifetime value, purchase prediction, churn modeling, or customer segmentation for retail or subscription businesses.
Familiarity with probabilistic customer models (BG/NBD, Gamma-Gamma, or similar frameworks). If you haven't used these specifically, strong Bayesian statistics foundations are equally valuable.
Ad platform signal engineering. Experience with Google Ads API (ConversionUploadService, Enhanced Conversions), Meta Conversions API (CAPI), or similar server-side event dispatch systems.
Identity resolution or entity matching. Graph-based identity stitching, probabilistic matching, or CDP-style cross-device identity work.
Nice-to-have:

About Improvado
Improvado is an AI-powered marketing data platform built for mid-market and enterprise teams. We help companies automate complex marketing data workflows, unify data at scale, and surface insights through BI and AI. Brands like Genentech, T-Mobile, Activision, and H&R Block rely on us to simplify analytics and improve marketing performance.
We’re a fast-growing Series A startup backed by $34M in funding and driven by a team that moves fast, stays curious, and cares about high-quality execution.
About the Role
We are looking for a technical specialist who owns the performance of the Improvado website end to end: how it is found (SEO and GEO), how fast and healthy it is, and how well it converts visitors into pipeline. This is an analytics-driven, hands-on role for someone who is as comfortable in Google Search Console, GA4, and the browser dev tools as in a keyword report. Because the website is our main product-facing marketing surface, you will also shape how the product is presented on it. In practice, the role covers part of what product marketing would otherwise do.
What You Will Do
Technical SEO and GEO
Own the technical health of the site: crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, page speed, structured data and schema, rendering, redirects, internal linking, and site architecture.
Optimize the site for AI search (generative engine optimization): make Improvado understandable, citable, and recommended in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and similar engines.
Monitor visibility in both classic and AI search, and turn the findings into prioritized fixes.
Website optimization and conversion
Continuously improve page performance, UX, templates, and key conversion paths (demo requests, sign-ups, high-intent pages).
Plan and run experiments (A/B tests, template and layout changes, messaging tests) and measure their impact on conversions and pipeline.
Work with engineering, design, and external contractors to ship improvements to the website stack (CMS, CDN, caching, tracking).
Analytics and measurement
Build and maintain dashboards that connect organic and on-site behavior to leads, pipeline, and revenue.
Own tracking quality: events, attribution, and data accuracy across GA4, Search Console, and related tools.
Analyze data to find growth opportunities, and report findings in clear, decision-ready form.
Product and messaging input
Use search demand, AI-visibility, and on-site behavior data to guide positioning, messaging, and landing page strategy.
Work with stakeholders so website content reflects ICP needs and the product’s value propositions.
What We Are Looking For
Must have
3+ years in SEO and/or website optimization, with measurable results in organic growth or conversion.
Strong technical SEO skills and a good understanding of how websites are built, served, and rendered.
Ability and willingness to work in the Eastern Time (EST) time zone, with working hours aligned to the US East Coast.
Hands-on experience with GEO or AI search optimization, or a clear, demonstrable track record of working on it.
Strong analytics experience: GA4, Google Search Console, and BI or dashboard tools (Looker Studio, Superset, or similar). You build your own reports and draw conclusions from the data.
Proficiency with SEO tooling (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalents).
Ability to work effectively with developers, designers, and marketers in a distributed team.
Nice to have
B2B SaaS or marketing technology background.
Experience with Webflow or a similar CMS, plus basic HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
SQL or advanced spreadsheet skills; experience with AI-assisted or automated workflows.
Experience with CRO and experimentation platforms.
Exposure to product marketing, positioning, or messaging.
You are
Analytical, curious, and driven by measurable outcomes.
Self-directed and comfortable owning a channel without heavy supervision.
A clear communicator across time zones.
What We Offer
Remote-first environment
Competitive compensation
Medical and dental benefits
401K plan
Unlimited PTO
Paid holidays
Professional development reimbursement

ABOUT MOTHERDUCK
Don’t let the quirky name fool you: At MotherDuck, we’re on a mission to make data warehousing fun, frictionless, and ducking awesome for developers and data practitioners building blazing fast internal and customer-facing analytics experiences. We're building a cloud-hosted version of DuckDB, working hand-in-hand with the creators of the fastest-growing and fastest-improving query engine on the planet. Unlike other databases, MotherDuck was architected to unify local development with cloud operations to bridge the gap between software and data engineering workflows. Our team is a mix of thoughtful, passionate, and empathetic data industry veterans.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a growth marketer with a hacker brain to own the systems that make our growth engine run... lifecycle, marketing ops, and the data and automation underneath both.
If you're the person who looks at a list of signups and immediately wonders what you could learn by enriching it, splitting it five ways, and testing a different nurture on each... we'd love to meet you. You'll build the segments, lists and audiences everything else depends on, hack and build growth agents, run Clay like a product you own, and use data to push our lifecycle programs 10x further than they are today.
This isn't a role where you wait for a ticket. You'll spot the next enrichment worth testing, propose the workflow that saves the team ten hours a week, and ship it. Some folks call this kind of work go-to-market engineering. We think of it as lifecycle marketing with real technical chops.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Lifecycle marketing, the backbone
- Become the team's expert on our audiences, and build the segments, lists and audiences that every email, campaign, webinar and nurture runs on
- Design lifecycle programs across signup, activation, re-engagement and expansion, and test them relentlessly with real data
- Use product usage and conversion patterns to decide who gets what message, when, and on which channel
- Report honestly on what moved the number and what didn't... including your own tests
Growth agents and Clay
- Own Clay end to end. You're the person who pushes it forward, not someone who has access to it
- Test new enrichments, scoring and signals, keep what works and kill what doesn't
- Build growth agents and automated workflows that let a three-person team move like a much bigger one
- Feed better audiences to Google, Meta, LinkedIn and email, in partnership with the performance marketer
Marketing ops
- Configure webinars and forms, and run the ops side of events: registration flows, segmentation, follow-up and handoff to sales
- Keep our tools, data and routing clean so the team trusts what they see
- Proactively propose improvements to how we work. If something's slow, manual or broken, we expect you to say so and fix it
WHAT PEOPLE SHOULD BE SAYING IF YOU'RE DOING DUCKING AWESOME
- "I didn't ask for that segment, but it's exactly what I needed for the campaign."
- "Every audience I get from them converts better than the last one."
- "The leads from the webinar showed up enriched, routed and ready to go. I didn't have to dig for anything."
- "Wait, marketing built that agent? Can we borrow it?"
- "Clay does things now nobody thought it could, and our lifecycle emails actually get replies."
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You want to hack and build growth agents. This is the heart of the role. You've used Claude Code, agents or similar tooling to automate real growth work, and you're itching to build more
- A passion for understanding user groups. You want to be the expert on our audiences... who they are, how they behave, and how to segment them so every email and nurture lands with the right people
- A systems brain. You see marketing as a set of inputs, workflows and feedback loops, and you love making them run better
- Lifecycle experience with numbers attached. You've owned segments, nurtures or re-engagement programs and can tell us what they did to activation, pipeline or revenue
- Proactive by default. You find the next test, enrichment or fix before anyone asks
- High-growth company background, ideally somewhere with a technical or developer audience
- Honest about results. You'll call out a losing test, including your own, as quickly as a winner
- Clay experience, ideally a workflow you built and can walk us through
- HubSpot experience at the workflow and data level
- Comfortable pulling and analyzing your own data, SQL included
- Webinar or event ops experience tied to pipeline
- Familiarity with data practitioners or developers as an audience
OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS
We like to keep things transparent, so here's what to expect if you apply...
1. Discovery call with our recruiting team to get acquainted and make sure we're a mutual fit
2. A conversation with our Growth lead to learn about the systems you've built, how you think about audiences and segments, and what excites you about growth agents
3. A deeper conversation with our Growth team covering lifecycle strategy, how you'd test and measure a program, and a walkthrough of a workflow or agent you've built
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly, build trust, inspire broadly, gaining alignment across diverse stakeholders.
- Proven expertise in leading and sustaining multi-year transformational initiatives in fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environments.
- Proven experience building, developing and scaling high-performing teams.
What you can expect:
- Leadership: Continuously evolve, develop and execute the Platform Engineering vision, strategy, objectives, and roadmaps, aligning and laddering it with the company strategy and customer needs. Establish the platforms, controls, and evidence needed for teams to adopt these practices while remaining accountable for their results.

- Leadership Growth: Invest in the growth and development of the leaders within the technology organization across 1Password via direct mentorship, sponsorship, and participation at sibling organization events, as well as providing leadership alongside cross-functional partner teams, such as Product, Security, People/Talent, Operations and L&D.
- Culture and Org Health: Drive and evolve our high-performance culture, fostering psychological safety, inclusivity, ownership, and agility. Champion initiatives to enhance the employee experience organizationally- and company-wide.
- Financial Oversight: In partnership with Finance, own the organization’s investment and capacity strategy, balancing current operations, future-state transformation, and targeted growth. Ensure resources are allocated against the highest-value outcomes and adjust plans when evidence or business priorities change.
