Customer Experience team supports traders with issues, questions about firms, promotions, loyalty rewards, and payouts via Intercom, Discord, and email, ensuring fast and quality responses.

Deliver timely, accurate, and empathetic support enabling traders to confidently use Prop Firm Match while maintaining trust with customers and partner firms.
Performance objectives
Objective 1 - Deliver exceptional customer experience:
— Respond to customer inquiries across Intercom tickets, Discord, and email.
