Maintain a portfolio-wide view of businesses, products, markets, capabilities and strategic initiatives, and identify imbalances, gaps, duplication, concentration risk and adjacency opportunities.

Formulate a clear recommendation - proceed, revise, stage, defer or stop - and define the key conditions or milestones required for success.
Partner with the M&A and Deal Team on strategic fit, investment thesis and portfolio impact of potential acquisitions, divestments and other transactions, while the Deal Team retains transaction execution ownership.
After-Action Review & Portfolio Learning
Establish a systematic after-action review approach for major strategic actions, initiatives and completed deals.
Compare actual outcomes with the original strategic thesis, expected economics, risk assumptions, milestones and value-creation plan, and assess the resulting effect on the group portfolio.

Prepare clear, concise and decision-grade strategic recommendations for Investment Committee and senior leadership consideration.
Work with the Board / IC Secretary to ensure strategic materials are complete, internally consistent and framed around the decision required, alternatives, trade-offs and implications.
Support interpretation of execution feedback and result reporting from the Portfolio Management Team and Business Owners, focusing on strategic implications and any need to revisit prior assumptions or decisions.
Maintain a disciplined distinction between analysis / recommendation, governance decision-making and execution ownership.
Team Leadership & Functional Excellence
Lead, coach and develop the Strategy and Research Team; allocate work against the highest-value strategic questions and maintain clear accountability for output quality and deadlines.

LEAP Program Description
Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.

- Identify the financial and operational levers that drive sustainable growth, and advocate for resource allocation decisions that reflect Teleport’s most important strategic bets
- Own the annual planning and quarterly forecasting cycles, delivering accurate, driver-based financial models across revenue, cost, and headcount
- Lead scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to pressure-test strategic options and support key investment decisions
- Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for the COO, CEO, and Board of Directors by connecting day-to-day performance to long-term strategic goals
Accounting & Controls

- Maintain and strengthen internal controls, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and audit readiness
- Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

About this role:
We believe technology will play a critical role in enabling the next generation of cash delivery operations: from identifying recipients without needing to knock on doors to a modern payments infrastructure that gets dollars in recipients’ hands faster and more scalable. We are seeking a Technical Program Associate responsible for implementing and managing the technology used across our programs - including systems for recipient data collection, verification, payments, and monitoring.
In this role, you will own all technology-related aspects of new project launches: working with our operations team to define and implement program requirements, project managing the implementation across multiple stakeholders, and analyzing, structuring, and acting on program data. You are a systems thinker who is comfortable assessing tradeoffs and deriving and communicating data-driven insights. You enjoy learning about technology in a variety of business contexts. You naturally take ownership, can navigate unfamiliar settings, and enjoy both building and managing ops. You can excel at both 10,000 feet as well as in the weeds of complex problems.
Reports to:
Senior Technical Program Manager
Level
: Open to Associate or Manager, depending on the candidate. We would rather find the right person than fill a predetermined level. A candidate with deeper experience, stronger technical skills, and the judgment to run their own projects and think critically and propositionally on project designs will be brought in at the higher end, with correspondingly more independence.
Location:
At this stage of GiveDirectly’s growth and scale, we’re prioritizing hiring in the countries below, where we can employ you through a GD entity or an established employer of record: Cameroon, Canada, Colombia, DRC, Germany, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Netherlands, Nigeria, Poland, Portugal, Rwanda, South Africa, Spain, Turkey, Uganda, United Kingdom, and United States. This list reflects where our employment infrastructure is established today, and may evolve as we grow. If you’re based elsewhere and not open to relocation, we may not be able to consider your application for this role right now, but we’d encourage you to check back. Please also note that regardless of location, we expect 3 hours of daily overlap with the East Africa timezone.
Travel Requirement:
Must be able to travel ~1-2 times per year to one of our countries of operation for team retreats or field visits.
What you’ll do:
Manage end-to-end technical delivery for program launches - leading scoping, requirements gathering, system configuration and implementation, QA and testing, troubleshooting, and closeout
Collaborate with Operations, Product, Research, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure systems are aligned with program objectives and work seamlessly in field conditions
Debug and resolve issues across multiple layers of our technology stack, including our recipient database and offline survey app
Scope and manage cross-cutting systems improvements to improve efficiency, scale, and/or recipient experience, with mentorship
Ensure all systems comply with GD’s standards for data protection, privacy, and financial controls
Manage technical training and onboarding for operations staff and collaborators
Lead retrospectives on program launches and technical incidents to contribute to continued system improvements
What you’ll bring:
Exceptional alignment with
GiveDirectly Values
and active demonstration of our core competencies: emotional intelligence, problem solving, project management, follow-through, and fostering inclusivity. We welcome and strongly encourage applications from candidates who have personal or professional experience in the low-income and/or historically marginalized communities that we serve.
Language Requirement: fluent in English.
3+ years of professional experience; we welcome a wide range of relevant backgrounds (e.g. project management, product management, data analytics, international development, management consulting)
Strong data skills: able to leverage tools to extract, clean, manipulate, and analyze data to make operational decisions.
Strong project management experience: experience in managing timelines, stakeholders, and complex deliverables.
Deep comfort with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
Intermediate experience using a programming or scripting language (most commonly Python at GD) to automate workflows, validate data, or implement business logic. Note: This is not an engineering or data science job.
Significant interest in technology, systems design and building.
High attention to detail and strong instincts for analysis and validating data creatively and rigorously.
Structured approach to problem-solving and a drive to uncover and fix root causes rather than surface-level issues.
Ability to collaborate inclusively with stakeholders across varied social, national, and cultural backgrounds, including communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred, not required
: Experience working with relational databases (e.g. SQL).
Preferred, not required: Proficiency in one or more languages spoken in the countries where GiveDirectly operates (e.g Swahili, French, Portuguese). These skills are beneficial for working directly with field teams and understanding recipient experience.
Compensation
At GiveDirectly, we strive to pay our employees generously and equitably. We use an accredited third party salary aggregator to calculate what we believe to be competitive pay based on role, location, and cost of living. We also have a no negotiation policy to ensure we are paying staff equitably across roles. Read more about our compensation philosophy

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
ABOUT THE ROLE
Docker helps developers build, share, and run software with confidence. As AI agents take on more of the development workflow, we’re extending that mission: giving developers the freedom to work with powerful agents in sandboxed environments, with the isolation and controls organizations need to adopt them safely.
We’re looking for a Product Manager, AI Gateway to help make secure model access a seamless part of that experience. Sandboxes establish boundaries around where agents execute; the gateway addresses how those agents connect to AI models. You’ll shape experiences that make it easy to get started while giving organizations control over model access, credentials, sensitive data, and usage.
This role is about making safety and developer productivity reinforce each other. You’ll partner closely with the Sandboxes team, engineering, design, and customers to turn complex infrastructure and security requirements into intuitive workflows, from a developer’s first sandboxed agent session to organization-wide adoption. You’ll own the gateway’s product direction, balancing choice and interoperability with governance, reliability, and cost.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own product strategy and prioritization. Define the vision, roadmap, and success measures for the gateway, balancing developer adoption with enterprise requirements.
- Understand developers and enterprise customers. Work directly with developers, AI teams, platform engineers, and security stakeholders to uncover needs, validate solutions, and guide investment.
- Make secure onboarding simple. Improve the journey from launching a sandbox and authenticating to connecting an agent, selecting a model, and completing the first useful task.
- Build a cohesive developer experience. Partner with engineering and design on APIs, CLI tools, administration experiences, documentation, and integrations with AI coding tools.
- Shape model access and interoperability. Work directly with inference providers to evaluate model capabilities, plan integrations, and align on capacity, reliability, and pricing. Prioritize model discovery and compatibility so customers can adopt new models without unnecessary integration work.
- Define enterprise safety and governance experiences. Translate requirements for identity, access management, credential protection, policy enforcement, and auditability into clear, usable capabilities.
- Guide reliability and cost-management decisions. Define traffic balancing, routing, and fallback strategies across multiple inference providers, balancing model quality, latency, availability, and cost. Own inference cost-management priorities, including usage visibility, budgets, and spend optimization.
- Drive execution and launches. Write focused product requirements, make explicit tradeoffs, and partner with customer-facing teams on positioning, onboarding, release readiness, and continuous learning.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of product management experience, with experience building developer tools, infrastructure, security, or platform products.
- Demonstrated success taking a product from concept to launch, including validating customer demand, defining the initial scope, and driving adoption after release.
- Strong technical background, through software engineering experience or ownership of deeply technical products. You can evaluate API designs, understand system architecture, and make informed tradeoffs with engineering.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and agent workflows, and an informed perspective on the challenges of giving agents secure access to models, tools, and data.
- Strong product judgment and analytical skills, with examples of using customer research and product data to prioritize investments and measure results.
- Excellent written communication and cross-functional leadership, with a track record of aligning engineering, design, and go-to-market teams around a clear strategy and delivering in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
Compensation & Equity

Workplace: Remote
Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
Webflow is looking for a Lead Platform Engineer, Identity & Access to own how our workforce, devices, and automations authenticate and get access to what they need. Okta is our primary identity platform, and you’ll take it from a tool that works to a platform that is deliberately architected, governed, and easy to build on.
You’ll partner extensively with Security on policy, risk, and detection, bringing the engineering depth to turn their requirements into systems that run reliably. Making access safe by default without slowing people down is the central challenge of the role.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Location: Remote-first (United States)
- Full-time
- Permanent
- Exempt
- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
- United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
- Zone A: $232,000 - 290,000
- Zone B: $217,600 - 272,000
- Zone C: $204,800 - 256,000
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.
Please visit our Careers page https://webflow.com/careers#pay-zones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.
- Application Information:
- Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
- This posting is for a new position
- Reporting to the Senior Director, Information Technology
AS A LEAD PLATFORM ENGINEER, IDENTITY & ACCESS, YOU’LL:
- Own the identity architecture and roadmap for workforce identity, with Okta as the core platform, including build versus buy decisions
- Bring our Okta tenant under proper management, with configuration standards, hardening, change control, and configuration as code (Terraform, APIs, Okta Workflows, or scripts where the platform falls short)
- Automate the identity lifecycle from joiner to leaver, using our HRIS as the source of truth and SCIM to downstream applications
- Build paved roads for application onboarding, including standard SSO patterns, provisioning templates, and federated access to our cloud and source control platforms, so app owners can integrate without platform team involvement
- Design the access model: role based access control (RBAC), least privilege, request and approval workflows, and access reviews, with tooling that answers “who has access to what, and why” and produces audit evidence automatically
- Strengthen how access is granted through phishing resistant MFA, device trust and risk signals, and governed non human identities (service accounts, tokens, OAuth grants, and AI tools and agents), and stream identity telemetry to Security for detection and response
- Serve as the top escalation point and primary responder for identity incidents and outages should they arise, including on call coverage for critical identity services, post incident reviews, and log analysis with Security
- Manage the Okta vendor relationship, licensing, and cost
ABOUT YOU:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 8 years in identity, platform, or infrastructure engineering, including ownership of a workforce identity platform at meaningful scale
- Deep hands on experience architecting an enterprise identity provider, with Okta strongly preferred
- Fluency in SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM, including debugging at the token and assertion level
- Experience with identity governance, including RBAC design, HRIS driven lifecycle automation, and meeting audit requirements
- Strong grounding in Zero Trust and identity based attacks, including device trust and the security of non human identities
- Scripting ability (Python, JavaScript, or similar) and infrastructure as code experience, such as Terraform
- Clear communication with senior and executive audiences, including driving architecture decisions
- Nice to have: experience governing identities for AI tools and agents, and Okta certifications
You’ll thrive as a Lead Platform Engineer, Identity & Access if you:
- Design like an attacker, asking how every control could fail or be abused, and respect that one policy change can lock out the whole company
- Get results with Security, HR, and application owners through influence, not authority
- Care as much about adoption as correctness
- Bring order to an under managed environment without waiting for a perfect plan
- Use AI tools with good judgment
- Are comfortable as the lead identity expert, mentoring others and setting the standard
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.

Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
About the role:
Higgsfield AI is looking for a highly technical, hands-on MTS, ML Security to join Higgsfield Security and own security across our GPU clusters and AI/ML infrastructure, from model training to inference and production deployment.
In this role, you will work as part of the Security team and closely with our ML and Infrastructure teams to design, implement, and operate security controls that protect models, data, and underlying infrastructure. Your core responsibilities will include securing GPU compute environments, assessing infrastructure and AI/ML vendors, and enforcing security requirements through technical controls, deployment policies, and verified remediation.
We're looking for someone who combines deep security engineering expertise with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across cloud environments, Kubernetes, Linux, and GPU infrastructure, and understands how to balance security, performance, and reliability in a fast-moving AI environment.
This role carries direct ownership of GPU infrastructure security and the security requirements that third-party providers must meet to support Higgsfield’s workloads and data.
What you'll do:
AI/ML & GPU Infrastructure Security
- Own the security of GPU clusters supporting distributed training and production inference across cloud and rented datacenter environments.
- Harden GPU hosts, operating systems, drivers, container runtimes, Kubernetes clusters, and workload scheduling configurations; reduce privileged access and unnecessary exposure.
- Secure distributed training environments and GPU workloads through isolation, access controls, and data movement restrictions. Validate isolation between tenants and workloads across compute, networking, and storage, including shared GPU environments where applicable.
- Design and implement controls to protect sensitive datasets, model checkpoints, weights, and customer data.
- Strengthen inference security through tenant isolation, service authorization, secure model loading.
- Partner with ML and Platform Engineering teams to integrate security into infrastructure design and development workflows.
Vendor Security Assessment & Enforcement
- Lead technical security assessments of GPU infrastructure providers, datacenter operators, and other AI security vendors that process Higgsfield data and support AI workloads.
- Evaluate vendor architecture and evidence covering tenant isolation, privileged access, data handling and retention, use of customer data for model training, encryption, vulnerability management, and incident response.
- Translate security requirements into enforceable technical controls, including approved configurations, and continuous checks for configuration drift.
- Track internal and vendor security findings to closure with accountable owners and deadlines, validate remediation, and escalate unmet requirements. Document any approved exceptions with compensating controls and expiration dates.
Cloud & Platform Security
- Design, implement, and maintain security controls across Linux, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, networks, and third party datacenter environments.
- Secure infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and access to third-party infrastructure providers. Restrict and audit vendor and administrator access to cluster management interfaces and production systems.
- Implement least-privilege access, workload identity, secrets management, encryption, and auditable access controls.
- Identify and remediate vulnerabilities and configuration risks across production systems, including GPU hosts, drivers, and container runtimes, coordinating changes with infrastructure owners to maintain service reliability.
Security Operations & Risk Management
- Develop and maintain detection and response capabilities for infrastructure and AI-specific security threats, including unauthorized GPU workloads, privilege escalation, and suspicious data transfers.
- Investigate and respond to potential credential compromise, unauthorized data access, model theft, and compromised workloads.
- Partner cross-functionally to implement practical security improvements that account for the performance, scalability, and reliability requirements of GPU workloads.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in Security Engineering, Infrastructure Security, Platform Security, or a related technical discipline.
- Deep understanding of Linux, Kubernetes, networking, and cloud infrastructure security.
- Practical experience securing or operating GPU clusters or distributed AI/ML infrastructure, with an understanding of training and inference workloads, GPU drivers and runtimes, and workload isolation.
- Experience designing and implementing security controls across complex, distributed production environments.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management, workload isolation, encryption, secrets management, and least-privilege principles.
- Experience conducting technical vendor security assessments, evaluating supporting evidence, and driving remediation with external providers.
- Ability to identify, investigate, and remediate security vulnerabilities and infrastructure threats.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, Go, or Bash.
- Experience partnering with Infrastructure, Platform, or ML Engineering teams to implement security solutions.
- Strong technical ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize security risks in a fast-paced environment.
- A hands-on, collaborative approach with the ability to independently drive security initiatives from design through deployment, verify that controls work in production, and hold internal teams and vendors accountable for agreed security requirements.
Compensation & Benefits
- We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.
- Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $200,000 - $300,000, depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.
• Bonus: This role is Bonus eligible and may participate in the Company's discretionary annual bonus program.
- Equity: In addition to cash compensation, employees are eligible to participate in the company’s stock option program and share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees professionally and personally, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and additional benefits and perks.
- The opportunity to work on ambitious AI products alongside a highly experienced, fast-moving, and international team.
- Significant ownership, direct impact, and opportunities for professional growth as the company scales.
This is a hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Team members are expected to work from our San Francisco office three full days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely and are expected to be available during agreed working hours and to maintain sufficient overlap with the relevant team’s time zone. We value in-person collaboration, active communication, responsiveness, and close partnership across teams.
Higgsfield AI is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🛡️ THE ROLE
Most GRC roles are about keeping auditors happy. This one is about earning our members' trust: every day, they share their diagnoses, their claims and their care with us.
You'll own security governance and risk at Alan end to end. That means one clear framework across our certifications and regulations, which the whole company uses to decide what matters most. You set the direction, make the calls on risk, and help every team own its part.
We just earned our HDS certification, and there's much more to build as we grow from 1M to many millions of members, across more countries and regulators. That includes how we govern AI, which Alan uses across its products and operations.
This is a hands-on senior role. You do the work yourself, mentor the junior GRC engineer we're hiring alongside you, and grow the team over time.
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Make our security framework a tool for the whole company. You own the full certification cycle (ISO 27001, HDS and those to come), and turn it into something teams use every day to prioritise, not a binder for auditors.
- Bring the security view on regulation. Legal and Risk own the regulatory relationships. You bring the security answer: what the rules mean for how we protect data, and which controls make it work in practice.
- Run risk as an ongoing programme. You map and prioritise security risks, including AI risks, turn them into clear treatment plans, and feed them into company-wide risk decisions with the Risk team.
- Help every team own its risks. You define the controls framework and the standards, while the teams who build and run our systems own the controls. You brief the board and audit committee, and you know which findings need an urgent call and which can wait for the quarterly report.
- Own incident governance. You triage and escalate incidents, own business continuity and disaster recovery, and shape the security side of our regulatory incident reports.
- Be a credible partner to engineering. You work with engineering teams early on new designs and spot control gaps (access, encryption, logging) before they ship. You don't need to be an architect, but you can hold the conversation.
🏗️ WHAT YOU'LL BUILD
- One governance model: clear ownership of risks and controls across teams, so security decisions don't bottleneck on one person.
- A living risk map: prioritised risks that actually drive company and engineering decisions.
- One compliance backbone: a single control system across our countries and regulators, built to scale.
- An automated evidence engine: evidence collected straight from engineering systems, so audits run continuously instead of as a quarterly rush.
You'll work closely with Legal, the Data Protection Officer, Internal Audit and Risk, and day to day with engineering and operations teams.
⭐ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Your team
You'll join Alan's Corporate team, which brings together our control functions: Risk, Corporate Governance & Internal Control, Legal, Compliance and Security. They share one mission: building what lets Alan operate at scale, safely and responsibly. Within that group, you carry the security governance and risk dimension, working hand in hand with the security engineers who run our infrastructure and platform security, and with a junior GRC engineer we're hiring alongside you. You'll be hands-on every day, building and owning the work yourself. Along the way, you'll mentor the junior engineer and help shape how GRC grows at Alan.
What you bring
- You want to build and own things yourself, and you enjoy helping someone else grow while you do it.
- 6+ years in security, with real GRC ownership.
- You've run a GRC roadmap in a certified or strongly regulated environment (ISO 27001, HDS, SOC 2, or regulated sectors like health, insurance or finance). You're comfortable working with certification auditors, and you can explain what a framework requires and why it makes sense for business teams.
- You take a stand on risks, and you'd rather close one real risk than write ten policies.
- You're fluent in French and English.
A big plus
- You've driven a certification or audit cycle end to end yourself.
- You've automated compliance work, or you're eager to, and you have a view on where AI can help.
- You've presented risk to senior leaders or a board.
- You've mentored or onboarded someone before.
🌍 HOW WE WORK
Location: You must be legally eligible to work from France, Belgium or Spain.
Remote work: We offer remote work flexibility.

🛡️ THE ROLE
Most GRC roles are about keeping auditors happy. This one is about earning our members' trust: every day, they share their diagnoses, their claims and their care with us.
You'll join Alan's security team to help run our compliance and risk work across ISO 27001, HDS and DORA, across a growing number of countries and regulators. We just earned our HDS certification, and there's much more to build, including how we govern AI across our products: assessing AI risks, setting the controls, and keeping up with the AI Act.
You'll learn alongside experienced security engineers, with a dedicated coach from day one. You'll take on real ownership early, and your scope grows as we scale from 1M to many millions of members. And you'll learn how we work at Alan: teams own their risks and controls, we automate wherever we can, and we focus on real outcomes, not paperwork.
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Keep our certifications on track. You run the day-to-day of the ISO 27001 and HDS audit cycles: collecting evidence, preparing internal audits, and following up on corrective actions until they're closed.
- Turn regulations into practical actions. With Legal and the DPO, you help translate requirements like DORA, HDS, and GDPR into clear tasks for the teams, and track that they get done.
- Learn the health sector rules. You build your knowledge of health-specific frameworks (ANS, HDS) and help apply them to how we handle health data.
- Contribute to risk management. You help build and update our risk mapping, including AI risks, and follow up on the treatment plans with the teams who own them.
- Support the teams who own the controls. You keep the controls framework up to date, answer teams' questions, and help explain security clearly to every stakeholder, from engineers to managers.
- Support incident governance. You help classify and document incidents, keep Business continuity and Disaster recovery plans up to date, and prepare inputs for DORA incident reports.
- Automate what slows us down. You spot repetitive compliance tasks and automate them with scripts, tools or AI.
🏗️ WHAT YOU'LL HELP BUILD
- One compliance backbone: A single control system for several regulators in several countries, so Alan can scale without rebuilding compliance each time.
- An automated evidence engine: evidence collected straight from engineering systems with scripts and AI, so audits run continuously instead of as a quarterly rush.
You'll work closely with Legal, the DPO, Internal Audit and Risk, and day to day with engineering and operations teams.
⭐ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You want to do the work yourself and grow with it: a permanent, hands-on role where you build things for the long run.
- 2+ years in security, GRC or compliance (an audit background is fine if you want to move into building).
- You've played a key part in a certification or audit cycle (ISO 27001, HDS, SOC 2 or similar).
- You're curious about how things work technically, and you've automated at least one manual task (a script, a tool, an AI workflow).
- You're fluent in French and English, and comfortable presenting in both.
- You learn fast, ask for feedback, and go into the details when it matters.

What you’ll do:
Lead the IT Operations team and its lead: set priorities and service levels, with a clear split between run and build work
Own service desk performance, request and incident handling, and team member satisfaction
Own endpoint and device management, including OS and software update policy, balancing compliance against minimal disruption to people’s work
Own identity, SSO, access provisioning and offboarding as a single, auditable control point, and automate joiner, mover and leaver processes and other repeatable IT work
Act as the accountable owner of the ERP platform, including system configuration, workflow design and ongoing maintenance. If vendor selection is still open when you join, lead its final stages with stakeholders to confirm scope, modules and implementation approach
Own the design of core ERP configuration areas such as financial consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, master data, and integration with adjacent systems
Manage the ERP implementation partner or systems integrator, holding them to scope, quality, timeline and budget
Establish change control, testing and release processes for ERP from day one, and own the post-go-live support model (L1 to L3, vendor SLAs, release cadence)
Document system configuration, data flows and integration points so no single person is a dependency
Own IT general controls, segregation of duties design and monitoring, and audit evidence for corporate systems, supporting compliance certification and SOX-style financial controls where they apply
Own disaster recovery, backup and resilience for corporate systems, and work with Security on access policy, device trust and approved or blocked software
Partner with the Data team: Enterprise IT owns platforms, integrations and access controls, while Data keeps reporting, analytics, pipelines and data governance
Set the approach to AI tools across corporate functions (tooling, access and safe-use guardrails), with functions owning day-to-day use
Build the Enterprise Applications team: define roles, then hire and develop the first leads (2 to 3 additional hires expected over time)
Define the roadmap and Buy / Hold / Sell decisions for bringing additional corporate technology (HR, finance, CRM, collaboration and other SaaS) under Enterprise IT, backed by a lightweight governance model: application inventory, ownership matrix and lifecycle approach
Own vendor, licence and SaaS renewal management for in-scope systems, consolidating duplicate tools and spend, along with Enterprise IT’s budget and headcount plan
Lead the change from function-owned tools to centrally governed systems without taking process ownership away from the business, and act as a trusted advisor to leadership on application strategy, cost and risk
Must-haves:
Senior leadership of an IT or enterprise applications function in a scaling business, including managing managers
Led our ERP implementation from the owner’s side, including managing a systems integrator
Owned a business system end to end (configuration, support and continuous improvement), rather than only overseeing third parties
Experience running IT operations (service desk, endpoint and MDM, identity and SSO) in a SaaS-first estate
Experience building and operating IT controls (ITGC, SoD, audit) in a finance-critical environment
Experience leading organisational change, moving functions to shared ownership models while keeping their trust
Comfortable operating without a large existing team or established playbook, and able to set up processes, documentation and governance from scratch
Strong stakeholder management, working directly with finance, operations and other business functions as primary ERP users
Strong commercial and vendor management skills
Strong communicator who can translate between technical configuration detail and business outcomes
Pragmatic about control: balances compliance with team member experience, without blocking people or pushing them into workarounds
Nice to have:
Hands-on experience configuring and administering a major ERP platform (SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Oracle, or similar), ideally including financial consolidation, budgeting or forecasting modules, and relevant platform certifications

We started Airalo to make staying connected effortless, wherever you are in the world. Today, millions of travelers rely on our eSIMs, and many of the people building the product first discovered us as customers.

As Airalo continues to grow, people tend to stay for a mix of things: the chance to work on a product used globally, the autonomy to shape how they work, and the opportunity to keep taking on new challenges without getting stuck in one lane.
